Research on the Evaluation of VBSE Practical Training Teaching Effectiveness Based on CIPP Model at X University

Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspects:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation.Taking the students participating in VBSE practical training in X university as the survey population,381 valid sample data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey,and the index weights were determined by factor analysis method.The score value of the VBSE practical training teaching effect was calculated based on the evaluation mean value of three indexes.The results showed that the context evaluation score was 1.56,the input evaluation score was 1.54,the process evaluation score was 1.51,and the product evaluation score was 1.48.Subsequently,this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing course arrangement,improving hardware facilities,and enhancing team cooperation to provide a guideline for improving the effect of VBSE practical training.

Study on the Correlation between Teaching Effectiveness and Task-based Teaching Method in College English Listening and Speaking

Teaching effectiveness has been discussed widely both in the theoretical studies and the practical teaching contexts. Teachingeffectiveness as a general teaching concept should be manifested based on a practical method. This study begins with the analysesof the effectiveness of English listening and speaking class and the task-based teaching method. It focuses on probing the positivecorrelation between teaching effectiveness and task-based teaching model in College English listening and speaking class. Throughanalyzing and comparing the important indicators of teaching effectiveness and task-based teaching model, the favorablecorrelation between the two can be verified. In conclusion, a few important factors of designing and conducting tasks in Englishlistening and speaking class are highlighted in order to substantially guarantee and enhance teaching effectiveness.

On the Relationship Between Primary School English Teachers’Personality and the Teaching Effect

Studies have shown that teachers’personality will have a direct impact on students’serious study,emotional attitude,and personality(Liu,2006).Due to the different personalities of teachers,the effect of their education and teaching work will inevitably bring differences.Therefore,school management needs to consider the problem of adjusting measures to individual conditions.This paper will analyze the influence of teachers with different personality characteristics on teaching effect and reasons and significance of individualized teaching in primary school.

Teaching Effect of Online Live Broadcasting with Screen Sharing and PowerPoint Recording and Broadcasting on Medical Students'Learning of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective:During the prevention and control of the outbreak of the new coronavirus,an upsurge of online teaching was set off in various teaching institutions.There is a relatively new online teaching method that has stood out,namely the screen sharing method.The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of live broadcasting and PowerPoint recorded lectures in terms of medical students' mastery of knowledge.Methods:The study was carried out among medical students of class 1806 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University who were in their clinical years.The students were randomly divided into two groups,in which 15 students were enrolled in the live broadcast lecture group,while 13 were in the PowerPoint recorded lecture group.Each group underwent two weeks of teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.After the second week of the course,a knowledge post-test and satisfaction survey were carried out,and the same test paper was used again 14 days after the previous test.The knowledge post-test and satisfaction survey were carried out using the Dingding intelligent form.Results:With regard to the post-test knowledge,the scores of the students under the two teaching methods were high,indicating that the learning effects from the two methods are similar(p>0.05).In terms of satisfaction,students showed more acceptance to screen sharing lectures(p<0.01).Conclusion:In small-scale online teaching,live lecture with screen sharing is a better and more effective teaching method,and students are more likely to accept this teaching method.

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Short Video Combined with BOPPPS Teaching Mode in Clinical Anesthesia Teaching

Objective:To study the application effect of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical anesthesia practice.Method:48 students assigned to clinical anesthesia in digestive endoscopy of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from July 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(PowerPoint presentation teaching group)and the observation group(short video combined with BOPPPS teaching group),with 24 students in each group.After the internship,the students’theoretical and technical scores were tested,the effects of the two teaching modes were compared,and the students’satisfaction was investigated.Results:The test scores of students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode can significantly improve students’learning interest,operation skills,and memory(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the application of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode has achieved great effect,which is worth further promotion and research.

Analysis of the Application of the Ladder Teaching Method Combined with Case Teaching in Otolaryngology Nursing Teaching

Objective:To analyze the feasibility of adopting a combined ladder and case teaching method in otolaryngology nursing teaching.Method:Nursing students in the otolaryngology department were selected.According to the admission time of nursing students,30 nursing students formed a control group(conventional nursing teaching),and 30 nursing students who were admitted later formed an observation group(ladder and case teaching method).The learning performance and teaching effectiveness of nursing students under different teaching methods were analyzed.Result:The academic performance and teaching effectiveness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the ladder and case teaching method during the teaching of otolaryngology nursing significantly improved the student’s academic performance and teaching effectiveness.This method has great practical value.

Empowerment of Artificial Intelligence in Teaching Reform of Ideological and Political Courses in Universities

The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the field of education.As an important link in cultivating students’comprehensive quality and socialist core values,it is necessary to carry out continuous teaching reform and innovation in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.Based on the concept of AI empowering the teaching reform of ideological and political courses,this study aims to explore how to use artificial intelligence technology to improve the teaching effect and learning experience of ideological and political courses.The research first analyzes the application status of artificial intelligence technology in education,and then discusses the application potential of artificial intelligence in ideological and political courses.Subsequently,the teaching reform strategy of ideological and political courses based on artificial intelligence is proposed,including the use of virtual reality technology,the application of intelligent auxiliary teaching tools to enhance personalized teaching,and the construction of an intelligent learning management system.Lastly,a case analysis is conducted to explore the implementation effect of the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in universities.The results showed that the application of artificial intelligence technology can effectively improve the teaching effect and learning experience of ideological and political courses,and provide new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in universities.

Toward a data analytics -based approach for computing and predicting context- sensitive teaching effectiveness

The traditional student-oriented course evaluation has been the major assessment method on teaching effectiveness worldwide.Useful as it is,it has been widely and continuously criticized for not being a fair,accurate,and reliable measurement.In search of a more objective assessment method on teaching effectiveness that also reflects the impacts of context-based learning,we propose a theoretical approach from a unique perspective that recognizes teaching effectiveness as a result of the interplays between teacher,student,and context.The approach can be used to compute as well as to predict teaching effectiveness using machine and deep learning technologies,which brings strategical benefits to institutional management.In addition,we install into the approach a mechanism using tokens as incentives to assure the quality of subjective data input.The application framework for the approach is proposed leveraging blockchain.Each implementation of the framework by an establishment is a decentralized application that runs on its chosen blockchain.It is envisioned that the implementations together will form a collective ecology on context-based relative teaching effectiveness,which has the potential to fundamentally impact other academic practices besides teaching effectiveness measurement.The theoretical approach provides a common language to delineate teaching effectiveness from the context-based relative perspective and is customizable during implementation.The teaching effectiveness assessment using the approach downplays the roles played by bias(subjectity)and hence is more objective than that by traditional student-oriented course evaluation.

A Comparative Study of Chinese and Western Conceptions of Effective Teaching in Tertiary Education

Experiment Combined with Picture Archiving and Communication System in the Practical Teaching of Medical Imaging

Objective:To explore the application effect of virtual simulation experiment combined with picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in medical imaging practical teaching.Methods:97 students from the medical imaging class of 2022 were divided into two groups;the control group(n=48)was taught by the traditional teaching method,whereas the research group was taught by virtual simulation experiment combined with PACS(n=49).The teaching achievements and teaching effects of the two groups were compared to define the advantages of the two teaching modes.Results:Initially,there were no significant differences in the basic theory,image analysis,report writing,and differential diagnosis scores between the two groups of students(P>0.05);however,after 16 weeks of teaching,the scores of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pass rate of students in the study group(93.88%)was higher than that in the control group(81.25%);the scores of students in the research group in terms of clinical inquiry skills,X-ray/computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging(X-ray/CT/MRI)operation skills,and doctor-patient communication skills were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In medical imaging practical teaching,the application of virtual simulation experiment combined with PACS can effectively address several problems in the traditional teaching mode,including the single teaching method,the single teaching content,and the lack of innovation,and,at the same time,improve students’basic theoretical knowledge,X-ray/CT/MRI operation skills,consultation skills,and doctor-patient communication skills,thereby effectively improving the teaching quality and learning effect.

Exploration and Application of a Blended English Teaching Mode in Military University Based on Production-Oriented Approach

Aiming at solving the problems of outdated mode and single method of English teaching for sergeant students,as well as the separation of learning and applying in traditional English classes,this paper proposes a blended teaching mode guided by the production-oriented approach,carries out feasibility analysis,designs teaching activities according to the output-driven hypothesis,and tests the effectiveness of this teaching mode in Sergeant English class through practice.It has proved that this teaching mode can effectively stimulate students’motivation and interest in learning English,improve their English output and enhance their learning confidence,and significantly improve the teaching effectiveness.

Research on Effective Teaching Courses Planning for Environmental Literacy in Climate Change

The earth's environment has been affected by drastic changes in the weather and generally,countries have been vigorously promoting the implementation of environmental education.Through teaching designs from teaching theories with Taiwan's higher education general education curriculum;the general course of Sustainable Development and Climate Change,this study developed a multi-teaching model and used the two-stage teaching strategy of observation and action in a variety of teaching activities arranged in each week of the semester in order to gradually improve students*12*5 environmental literacy.The specific actions and cognitions of adjustment and mitigation are to achieve the teaching goal of cultivating the ability of environmental literacy among students in the course as well as obtain feedback from the questionnaires on teaching after the course.The multi-teaching model constructed by the institute would obviously help students to improve their learning effectiveness.

Error Analysis of CET-4 Translation Produced by Vocational & Techni⁃ cal College Students and the Backwash Effect of English Teaching

CET-4 is a national standardized English proficiency test designed and developed by the National College English Ex⁃amination Committee.The purpose of the test is to accurately measure the comprehensive English application ability of college stu⁃dents in China.The more important the test,the more obvious its backwash effect.With the increase of the proportion of subjective questions in CET-4,teachers should pay more attention to the transfer of skills and correct English expression while teaching the basic knowledge of English.In particular,the students in vocational and technical colleges are weak in English abilities,and their errors in translation are even more numerous and varied.Therefore,this study will analyze the translation errors produced by 200 vocational and technical college students in CET-4 of June 2019.By interviewing and investigating the students’actual situation of English learning,tips and proposals on backwash effect on teaching can be achieved.

Teaching Form Reform of "Prevention and Control of Poultry and Poultry Diseases" Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

[ Objective] To meet the needs of ＂Prevention and Control of Poultry and Poultry Diseases＂ course in higher vocational colleges in new period. [Method] In order to introduce theoretical knowledge, enhance practical ability and train quality, teaching content, teaching methods and practical teaching of the course were explored according to trends of academic development and personnel training. [ Result] The reform of teaching form improved the teaching effect, mobilized the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students, and enhanced their ability to solve practical prob- lems. Analysis of the Effect of The Error Method Demonstration in The Teaching of Basic Nursing Laboratory Operation

Objective: This paper is mainly to deeply study and systematically explore the practical application of the error- demonstrating method in the teaching of basic nursing laboratory operation and the impact and effect it produces. Methods: 80 cases of nursing interns in our school were randomly selected for analysis and research from January 2023 to December 2023, 40 cases of traditional teaching methods were named as the reference group, and 40 cases of demonstration and error methods were named as the seminar group and in-depth analysis and evaluation of the teaching effect of the two groups after the implementation of different teaching modes were carried out. Results: The seminar group achieved remarkable results in terms of teaching effect, and the performance of the interns in this group was significantly better than that of the reference group in terms of medical key skills such as aseptic operation technique, intravenous infusion operation, intramuscular injection operation, and catheterization operation, P < 0.05, which is of research value. Conclusion: After the nursing interns received the teaching intervention of the demonstration of the error method, their experimental operation performance and hands-on ability were significantly improved, and at the same time effectively stimulated their interest in learning, which is worth using.
