The rapid advancement of network information technology has established new media technology as a significant tool for instruction in higher education both domestically and internationally.Its impact has increasingly extended into the realm of landscape architecture education,resulting in unprecedented transformations and innovative potential within traditional teaching methodologies.This study initially delineates the conceptual framework of new media technologies and subsequently conducts a comprehensive analysis of the novel opportunities and challenges that advancements in these technologies present for landscape architecture education.This study examines the effective integration of new media technology into the teaching of landscape architecture within the context of the new media environment.The objective is to innovate and modernize teaching methodologies,thereby enhancing students academic interest and fostering their capacity for innovation.Finally,several strategic recommendations for reforming teaching practices within the context of the new media environment in landscape architecture are presented,aiming to serve as a valuable reference for educators in the field. 展开更多

The concept of OBE(outcome-based education)is more focused on designing and implementing teaching activities around expected learning outcomes than the traditional teaching model and enhancing the quality of education through clear and measurable learning outcomes,which has led to profound changes in the field of education.However,environmental design practice teaching faces a series of challenges in the implementation of the OBE concept,including the complexity of the assessment system,personalized learning and creative learning,and over-reliance on quantitative assessment.Therefore,in order to further deepen the professionalization of the OBE concept,we have conducted research on the design education practice models at home and abroad,explored the practice teaching models and their applications such as project system,studio model,practical internships,and technology-driven interdisciplinary integration,and took the practice innovative teaching models of Stanford d.school and Rhode Island School of Design(RISD)as examples to explore the characteristics of the curricula,cultivation modes,and the development of the environmental design professional practice teaching model.The characteristics of OBE and RISD are discussed to provide a global vision and local contextual reference for the practice teaching reform of environmental design majors. 展开更多

With the rapid development of globalization and information technology,intellectual property has been one of the key drivers of economic growth,and the construction of intellectual property system has become an important criterion for measuring the quality of business environment.This article is intended to explore the current status of intellectual property system construction in China,the challenges,and its relationship with the business environment,to propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The study finds that the legal system of intellectual property in China is gradually improving,and judicial and administrative protection are continuously strengthened.However,the challenges still remain such as frequent infringements,rights hard to protect and insufficient international cooperation.These issues not only affect the legitimate rights and interests of innovation entities,but also for the market fairness and the level of the business environment.Therefore,this article proposes that strengthening the perfection of the intellectual property legal system,enhancing intellectual property services and support capabilities,strengthening international cooperation and exchanges,and accelerating the cultivation of composite talents.It aims to provide theoretical references for the construction of intellectual property system and the optimization of the business environment,promote the high-quality development of economy and enhance the global competitiveness of the country. 展开更多

Clinical practice remains an integral part of nursing curriculum because clinical practice provides students with an opportunity to achieve professional competence. Creating a conducive learning environment for students is responsibility of academic staff, clinical nurses and students alike. However, studies in Malawi have reported poor clinical learning environment for students. This study therefore aimed at exploring nurses’ experiences of clinical teaching environment in Malawi. The study used a qualitative research design utilizing a descriptive phenomenological approach. Participants were randomly identified from teaching hospitals across Malawi by nursing managers to attend a six week clinical preceptorship training at one University nursing college. Immediately before commencement of the training, participants were invited to voluntarily participate in a focus group discussion pertaining to their experiences with clinical environment. We conducted focus group discussions with 9 trainees in 2013 and 12 trainees in 2014 training cohorts. Findings reveal that nurses meet a number of challenges in teaching students in the clinical area. Four themes emerged from the study, namely, inadequate faculty support, poor clinical teaching environment, poor competence among nurses and unsupportive working conditions. Nurses require support from academic staff and their managers to ensure a conducive clinical teaching environment. 展开更多

This paper combines the characteristics of college English teaching, exploring the teaching ways of teaching mode and multi-interaction network of college English. Besides, it also reviews the evidence which is based on independent learning theory and several learning models, analyses the relationship between the advantages of computer network teaching and learning ability of students and enhances the benefits between teaching in practice and computer networks teaching. After investigating the current situation of college students'employment and entrepreneurship environment and the existing problems and related policies in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the background of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this project put forward some insights into the reform of university teaching.First,a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the basic information of the respondents,the obstacles to starting a business,and the current situation of the entrepreneurial environment such as government assistance.The questionnaires were distributed in the questionnaire star.The data were summarized with Excel;reliability and validity analysis was performed with SPSS,and descriptive statistical analysis was performed with Excel;and then,one-way ANOVA and exploratory factor analysis were performed with SPSS,and confirmatory factor analysis was performed with the SEM structural equation.It was found that gender,educational background and major have a significant impact on choosing to start a business.The evaluation indexes of entrepreneurial environment were divided into two common factors:government policy assistance and government fund assistance,and eight specific influencing factors were obtained,and the model fit well.This paper analyzed the work that schools have to do in the process of college students'entrepreneurship and its impact on entrepreneurship,providing ideas for the government and schools to help college students start their own businesses in the future. 展开更多

As one of the directions of the college classroom teaching reform, constructing dialogue teaching should be the trend to cultivate students' deep thinking ability. This paper, based on the analysis of the teaching dialogue objective and textual environment, recognizes that promoting the students deep thinking should be the fundamental goal of teaching dialogue and constructing an ideal textual environment is the premise of teaching dialogue. The study taking "Market Survey and Forecast" course for the pilot, makes exploration based on "flipped classroom" in the full use of network learning platform. The analysis of differences in teaching dialogue among students with different academic achievement, as well as the analysis of factors on students involved in teaching dialogue behavior show that in the construction of the textual environment, the cultivation of students' autonomic learning ability is the foundation of dialogue teaching, the enhancement of students' cooperative learning ability is the core of dialogue teaching, and the establishment of the community of classroom learning is the main line of dialogue teaching. 展开更多

Light levels determine regeneration in stands and a key concern is how to regulate the light environment of different stand types to the requirements of the understory.In this study,we selected three stands typical in south China(a Cryptomeria japonica plantation,a Quercus acutissima plantation,and a mixed stand of both)and three thinning intensities to determine the best understory light environ-ment for 3-year-old Phoebe bournei seedlings.The canopy structure,understory light environment,and photosynthe-sis and growth indicators were assessed following thin-ning.Thinning improved canopy structure and understory light availability of each stand;species composition was the reason for differences in the understory light environ-ment.Under the same thinning intensity,the mixed stand had the greatest light radiation and most balanced spectral composition.P.bournei photosynthesis and growth were closely related to the light environment;all three stands required heavy thinning to create an effective and sustained understory light environment.In a suitable understory light environment,the efficiency of light interception,absorption,and use by seedlings was enhanced,resulting in a higher carbon assimilation the main limiting factor was stomatal conductance.As a shade-avoidance signal,red/far-red radia-tion is a critical factor driving changes in photosynthesis and growth of P.bournei seedlings,and a reduction increased light absorption and use capacity and height:diameter ratios.The growth advantage transformed from diameter to height,enabling seedlings to access more light.Our findings suggest that the regeneration of shade-tolerant species such as P.bournei could be enhanced if a targeted approach to thinning based on stand type was adopted. 展开更多

This study aims to explore the relationship between the teaching environment and teaching quality in Inner Mongolia universities,analyze the characteristics and current situation of the teaching environment,and provide recommendations for improvement.Through a detailed analysis of the components,characteristics,and existing issues and challenges of the teaching environment,it is found that the teaching environment has an important impact on the teaching quality.It is suggested to increase investment in infrastructure,optimize the structure of the teaching staff,rationally allocate educational resources,and promote the balanced development of disciplines.At the same time,policy recommendations were put forward,including the establishment of a teaching evaluation system,strengthening teacher training and development,and promoting school-enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of teaching.Future research directions may focus on areas such as educational technology development,policy-level influences,and school management models to further expand our understanding of the relationship between teaching environment and teaching quality. 展开更多
