Application of the “Three Threes” Method in Clinical Teaching of Internal Jugular Vein Puncture

Objective: To clarify the role of the “Three Threes” method in clinical teaching of internal jugular vein puncture and explore improvements in teaching methods. Methods: A doctor was assigned to the induction room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University (Shanghai Changzheng Hospital) for two months. The time required for catheterization, the first puncture success rate, and occurrence of puncture-related complications were compared before and after learning the “Three Threes” method. Results: Using the “Three Threes” method reduced the catheterization time by 43%, increased the first puncture success rate by 17%, and led to fewer puncture-related complications. Conclusion: The application of the “Three Threes” method not only improves the success rate of internal jugular vein puncture but also reduces complications, making it easier for students to master the technique.

Innovation Practices of Virtual Simulation Teaching Method in Landscape Architecture Majors

Based on foreign and domestic literature about teaching theories and simulation application,advantages and disadvantages of simulation teaching and other teaching methods were compared,organization forms and efficiency of simulation teaching in network environment discussed,students' learning patterns and styles summarized,and the theoretical research foundation for the simulation teaching and students' learning system in network environment established.Common problems of simulation teaching and corresponding students' learning styles were discussed,application and supervision system of simulation teaching established,students' learning styles innovated.Views and innovations of virtual simulation teaching in simulation teaching of landscape architecture were given,and the research framework sorted out as reference.

在电气工程专业实践教学过程中凝练出由Turn up、Turn away、Turn back等环节组成的3-Turns教学法。经过多轮的实践应用,3-Turns教学法在实践共同体中提供了一个兼具解释性与可操作性的教学样例。研究发现,3-Turns教学法对实践共同体促进工科生深度学习起到了提质增效的作用;3-Turns教学法为工程实践学习情境的强化设计提供了理论依据与经验支持。该研究验证了基于3-Turns教学法的实践共同体促进工科生深度学习的有效性,为助力工科人才培养质量的持续提升做出了积极的探索与实践。

“鱼缸”教学法在神经系统疾病物理治疗实践教学中的应用

目的:探讨“鱼缸”教学法在神经系统疾病物理治疗实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选择44名康复治疗专业学生,随机分为2组各22名。其中观察组采用“鱼缸”教学法,对照组采取PBL教学法。结果:2个月后,观察组在理论和实践考核方面的成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习生在调动学习积极性、提高学习能力、培养临床推理思维、培养批判性思维、提高团队协作能力、提高自身整体能力以及教学满意度这七个方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05),2组在提高医患沟通能力、提高师生互动沟通能力、加强理论与实践更好结合这3个方面比较差异无统计学意义。结论:“鱼缸”教学法可显著提升神经系统疾病物理治疗实践教学效果,但仍需不断总结完善以更好地在临床教学中推广应用。

提质培优背景下PBL教学法应用研究——以商务英语谈判开局为例

提质培优背景下,在“国际商务谈判”双语课堂中增值赋能,实施“三教”改革、深挖“思政元素”、创新课程体系、增强学生文化自信、培养学生工匠职业素养,以实现新时代英语人才的全面发展,在应用型高校发展和建设中十分必要。利用PBL教学法,探索以项目为载体,构建以学生学习为中心、企业和教师共同参与的实践性课堂,实现提质培优新阶段的人才培养目标。

工作坊联合案例教学法在口腔修复临床本科实践教学中的探索

目的探索工作坊结合案例教学法在口腔修复学本科实践教学中的应用,评价其可行性和实施效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年6月在郑州大学口腔医学院实习的2016、2017级80名口腔医学专业本科生作为研究对象,将2个年级的80名学生随机平均分为试验组、对照组,各40名。试验组采用工作坊联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统带教模式。实习结束后,对2组进行实践技能考核、案例分析和问卷调查,评价相关教学效果。结果2组上颌中切牙临时冠制作评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组上颌中切牙牙体预备成绩、实践技能考核总分、案例分析评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对工作坊教育联合案例教学模式的认可度更高,教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在口腔修复本科实践教学中,采用工作坊联合案例教学模式较传统带教模式能获得更佳的教学效果。

虚拟教研室研究评述:现状与反思

自教育部发布首批虚拟教研室建设名单以来,虚拟教研室引起了国内教育界的高度关注,已成为高等教育研究领域的热点,有必要及时梳理研究现状,总结经验,发现问题。本文采用文献计量方法,以中国知网CNKI收录的核心期刊为数据来源,从发文期刊和数量、发文作者及机构分布、高被引论文、研究主题和热点、发展趋势等维度,定量分析国内虚拟教研室研究的现状和特征,并提出构建中国特色理论,加强核心要素实证研究以及跨机构合作研究的建议。

基于智能3D视频教学模式在骨外科学实践教学的应用研究

目的:探索和评价基于智能3D视频教学模式下骨外科学临床实践教学模式的理论基础及应用效果。方法:以右江民族医学院临床2015级1~5班248名实习本科生为试验组,以同年级6~10班242名实习临床本科生为对照组,试验组采用智能3D视频教学授课模式进行临床实践教学,对照组采用常规多媒体教学+模拟手术教学模式;通过同一套试题进行理论考试、技能考核和问卷调查对比两组学生的理论考核成绩、临床思维和实践能力考核和课堂满意度测评的差异,探索和评估两种教学模式在骨科实践教学的应用效果。结果:试验组明显优于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于智能3D视频教学模式对于提高学生理解和实际临床技能有较好的实践效果,在骨科临床实践教学具有较好的应用前景。

促进大学生深度学习的PBL教学方法研究与实践

学习科学视角下深度学习能力受到社会各界的广泛关注,促进学生的深度学习已经成为高等教育的重要议题和研究热点。以问题为导向的PBL教学方法是更强调能力导向的教学,是促进学生深度学习的重要教学理念和方法。为评价分析大学生深度学习现状及其影响因素,在设计性实验课程中开展PBL教学,并在此基础上研究PBL教学方法对大学生深度学习的促进作用及改进策略。研究结果表明,实验班八个二级评价指标的平均值均略高于对照班,一定程度上可以说明PBL教学设计与实施可以促进大学生的深度学习。大学生深度学习的进一步促进策略可以从团队学习能力和反思评价能力方面重点实施。

SEGUE框架情景式案例教学法在医学生医患沟通能力培养中的应用

目的探讨SEGUE[准备(set the stage,S),信息收集(elicitinformation,E),信息给予(giveinformation,G),理解患者(understandthepatient's/family’sperspective,U),结束问诊(end the encounter,E)]框架情景式案例分析教学法在精神科见习生中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年12月在中山大学附属第三医院精神科见习的2016级和2017级5年制临床医学专业医学生为研究对象,共204名,将其随机分为试验组、对照组,各102名。试验组采取SEGUE框架下的情景式案例分析教学法,对照组采取传统的教学方法。2组在课程开始前和见习结束时均采用中文版医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE量表)对精神科见习生医患沟通能力进行评分。结果干预前,2组SEGUE量表各维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组准备、信息收集、信息给予、理解患者、总分以及人文关怀评分均高于干预前,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论SEGUE框架下情景式案例分析教学法能很好地提高精神科见习生的医患沟通能力,尤其是共情能力和人文关怀能力,可以作为精神科见习医生的医患沟通教学方法的参考方案。

土木工程专业线上生产实习教学方法探讨

新冠疫情防控时期土木工程专业生产实习面临困境,以武汉理工大学的卓越工程师实习教学为例,提出以“线下专题讲座+线上视频学习”的方式在校内完成生产实习教学任务。与传统现场生产实习教学相比,改革后的教学内容全面、先进、详细,并取得较好的课程思政教学效果,为土木工程专业生产实习的教学改革提供了思路。

案例教学法在神经外科临床实践技能教学中的应用

目的探讨在神经外科临床实践技能教学中采取案例教学法进行教学的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月苏州大学附属第一医院神经外科临床实习的80名学生为研究对象,将2021学年度采取传统教学法的40名学生纳入对照组,将2022学年度采取案例教学法的40名学生纳入研究组,对比考核成绩、教学满意度评价。结果研究组理论考核、临床知识、病例分析评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组基础知识理解、重点内容掌握、教学模式可行、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、教师教学热情以及师生互动评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在神经外科临床实践技能教学中采取案例教学法可提高教学效果,提升学生的理论知识与操作技能,学生对教学满意度评价较高。
