Analysis of the Effect of Problem-Oriented Nursing Intervention on Patients with Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans in Vascular Surgery

Methods: The clinical data of 128 patients with lower e... Objective: To analyze the effect of problem-oriented nursing intervention on patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) in vascular surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 128 patients with lower extremity ASO in vascular surgery were selected and randomly divided into groups A and B, with 64 cases each. Group A is the control group, and Group B is the observation group. Group A received the routine nursing intervention, and Group B received the problem-oriented nursing intervention. The compliance, self-care ability, psychological state, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated based on various indicators. Results: After the intervention, the evaluation of self-care ability (ESCA) score of the patients in Group B was higher than that of Group A, and the symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) score was lower than that of Group A. The differences were significant (t = 10.019, t = 3.118, P < 0.01). After the intervention, the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief (WHOQOL-BREF) index scores of the two groups increased and the increase in Group B was significantly higher than Group A (P < 0.001). The compliance rate of Group B (62/ 96.88%) was higher than that of Group A (52/ 81.25%), and the difference was extremely significant (χ2 = 8.020, P < 0.01). Conclusion: Problem-oriented nursing intervention for patients with lower extremity ASO in vascular surgery improved the patient’s self-care ability, and quality of life, reduced the patient’s negative emotions, and enhanced their overall satisfaction. 展开更多

The Moderating Effect of Team Orientation Over the Relationship Between TMT Strategic Decision Speed and Firm Performance 被引量:1

Due to the fast changing competitive environment faced by organizations, companies are forced to find ways to quickly adapt to technological innovations, changing demands of customers, and strategic actions taken by competitors. The purpose of the paper is to further the relationship between top management team (TMT) strategic decision speed and firm performance, considering the team processes when making strategic decisions in the face of complex environments. Measures of TMT strategic decision speed, firm performance, team orientation, and environmental complexity were collected from 29 top management teams of Mexican companies, which represented a total of 118 questionnaires. Pearson correlations among the variables and moderated regression analyses were performed, to test the hypotheses included in the study. Results show a positive relation between environmental complexity and TMT strategic decision speed and between team orientation and speed. Furthermore, results show that there is a positive relation between TMT strategic decision speed and firm performance in the presence of team orientation. In other words, team orientation moderates the relationship between TMT strategic speed and firm performance. Among the implications for managers is that they must ensure effective team processes (e.g., building consensus, active participation, and trust among team members) when making strategic decisions in order for the firm to perform better. 展开更多

Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete(i.e.performer of poverty alleviation work)and referee(i.e.referee for poverty alleviation effect)in poverty alleviation to ensure the truth of poverty alleviation,and therefore,it is an important part of the work to win the battle against poverty.Since 2016,the thirdparty assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have achieved good results and performance in the assessment on both the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation work and the exit of poor counties in China,and they have made due contributions to the cause of poverty alleviation.However,as a new thing,third-party assessment obviously has some problems,mainly including the following:subjective understanding on the long-term nature of rural poverty alleviation is insufficient,and there is a lack of long-term considerations and related mechanism for third-party assessment;affected by policies and institutions,most of the existing third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities have not regarded third-party assessment of targeted poverty alleviation as a cause,and they lack the motivation to actively study the assessment business;and the third-party assessment staff from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have low stability and high mobility,not conducive to the long-term construction of assessment teams.In order to establish long-term poverty alleviation and prevention mechanisms,these issues must be addressed squarely and relevant countermeasures need to be taken actively to effectively build a long-term mechanism for building third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation. 展开更多

Team Formation(TF)is considered one of the most significant problems in computer science and optimization.TF is defined as forming the best team of experts in a social network to complete a task with least cost.Many real-world problems,such as task assignment,vehicle routing,nurse scheduling,resource allocation,and airline crew scheduling,are based on the TF problem.TF has been shown to be a Nondeterministic Polynomial time(NP)problem,and high-dimensional problem with several local optima that can be solved using efficient approximation algorithms.This paper proposes two improved swarm-based algorithms for solving team formation problem.The first algorithm,entitled Hybrid Heap-Based Optimizer with Simulated Annealing Algorithm(HBOSA),uses a single crossover operator to improve the performance of a standard heap-based optimizer(HBO)algorithm.It also employs the simulated annealing(SA)approach to improve model convergence and avoid local minima trapping.The second algorithm is the Chaotic Heap-based Optimizer Algorithm(CHBO).CHBO aids in the discovery of new solutions in the search space by directing particles to different regions of the search space.During HBO’s optimization process,a logistic chaotic map is used.The performance of the two proposed algorithms(HBOSA)and(CHBO)is evaluated using thirteen benchmark functions and tested in solving the TF problem with varying number of experts and skills.Furthermore,the proposed algorithms were compared to well-known optimization algorithms such as the Heap-Based Optimizer(HBO),Developed Simulated Annealing(DSA),Particle SwarmOptimization(PSO),GreyWolfOptimization(GWO),and Genetic Algorithm(GA).Finally,the proposed algorithms were applied to a real-world benchmark dataset known as the Internet Movie Database(IMDB).The simulation results revealed that the proposed algorithms outperformed the compared algorithms in terms of efficiency and performance,with fast convergence to the global minimum. 展开更多

基于TEAM P21基准模型,结合电磁场仿真软件,对不同频率下导磁构件的杂散损耗问题进行了实验及仿真计算研究。在TEAM P21基准问题中,由于导磁构件会对励磁线圈的漏磁通带来影响,所以传统的通过负载(励磁线圈加结构件)损耗减掉空载(励磁线... 基于TEAM P21基准模型,结合电磁场仿真软件,对不同频率下导磁构件的杂散损耗问题进行了实验及仿真计算研究。在TEAM P21基准问题中,由于导磁构件会对励磁线圈的漏磁通带来影响,所以传统的通过负载(励磁线圈加结构件)损耗减掉空载(励磁线圈)损耗得到的导磁构件损耗会带来一定误差。为避免此误差,提出了一种测量导磁结构件杂散损耗的新方法,即在仿真软件可对励磁线圈(铜线圈,线性材料)损耗进行较准确计算的前提下,通过仿真计算得到有空载及负载工况条件下的励磁线圈损耗差并对实验结果进行修正。所提出的测量方法和获得的实验数据有助于得到更准确的导磁构件杂散损耗实验结果并有助于提高仿真计算的准确性。 展开更多

大邻域多约束无人机数据收集路径规划

在公网受限的应急环境中,利用无人机辅助物联网能促进传感数据的及时传递。当考虑无线通信距离时,无人机作为移动收集器在有限续航时间内收集尽可能多的传感数据的路径规划可建模为足够近定向问题(CEOP)。现有求解CEOP的算法是逐个计算... 在公网受限的应急环境中,利用无人机辅助物联网能促进传感数据的及时传递。当考虑无线通信距离时,无人机作为移动收集器在有限续航时间内收集尽可能多的传感数据的路径规划可建模为足够近定向问题(CEOP)。现有求解CEOP的算法是逐个计算目标节点的访问顺序及其邻域内的采集点,这在节点邻域较大并覆盖周围多个节点时效率低下,这些方法也没有考虑数据传输时间和无人机遥控距离等约束。为此,建立了大邻域多约束无人机数据收集路径规划的数学模型,提出了基于贪婪随机自适应搜索过程(GRASP)的GRASP-LN算法进行求解。该算法不重复计算重合的采集点,而是维护路径每个航点采集的节点集合,无人机在每个航点悬停一段时间以收集集合内节点的数据。公开的CEOP数据集的实验结果表明,GRASP-LN比GSOA、VNS和GRASP_(opt)具有更好的求解质量和更短的计算时间。与基线算法GRASP_(opt)相比,GRASP-LN的路径奖励平均提高了5.86%,最大提高了14.91%,执行时间平均减少了69%,特别在节点邻域平均覆盖4.67个以上节点时,GRASP-LN的路径奖励和稳定性均优于GRASP_(opt)。考虑数据传输时间和无人机遥控距离约束的实验验证了GRASP-LN算法对考虑这些约束的无人机数据收集路径规划问题的有效性。 展开更多

派驻工作队是中国基层改革实践中极具特色的治理方式,既有研究深陷科层与非科层的运作逻辑之争,更值得关注的问题是,外生的临时组织如何完成其特定政策使命。文章借助襄中镇驻村工作队的深度个案,在经验与理论的互切中建构双线委托代理... 派驻工作队是中国基层改革实践中极具特色的治理方式,既有研究深陷科层与非科层的运作逻辑之争,更值得关注的问题是,外生的临时组织如何完成其特定政策使命。文章借助襄中镇驻村工作队的深度个案,在经验与理论的互切中建构双线委托代理下的新经纪体制分析框架,提出“发展型经纪”概念,并分析其运作机制和组织逻辑。研究发现,通过结构、关系和认知的多维嵌入,协作与补位的功能发挥,以及调适性治理的灵活探索,发展型经纪得以深入基层社会,并与常规组织相配合,推动重大政策的执行。文章揭示了发展型经纪在制度背景、组织功能与治理逻辑上的新特点,对于拓深国家经纪理论、理解中国基层治理和政策落实的组织创新及其实践优化,具有一定的意义。 展开更多

The most important component for the entire rehabilitation process and the subsequent life of the patient is considered restoration of consciousness. Team seems to be a key factor in regaining consciousness along with the restoration of vital functions, movement, cognition, and behavior in these patients. The basic working principle is feedback to any minimal movement, or vegetative signal of a patient, beyond specific professional targets. A network of feedbacks with a patient and between professionals, that is, free flow of information, can be built only through work in a transdisciplinary team mode. The net of feedbacks with the patient and inter-professional ones builds up the team as Non-linear Complex System. Characteristics of “Team-Patient” system status are energy, entropy, and complexity. Teamwork techniques are individualized for resulting optimization of system condition. Increase of complexity is a powerful tool for propulsion of recovery process. Then consciousness may appear as a result of system self-organization. The article reflects the authors’ view on interdisciplinary studies of the phenomenon of consciousness through its impairment and recovery. It focuses on the work of the “proper rehabilitation team”, the mechanisms of its action and methods for researching the occurring phenomena. 展开更多
