First, an open-loop circuit is adopted to test the entire microgyroscope's resonant frequency and quality factor variations over temperature, and the zero bias changing trend over temperature is measured via a closed-loop circuit. Then, in order to alleviate the temperature effects on the performance of the microgyroscope, a kind of temperature compensated method based on the error back propagation(BP)neural network is proposed. By the Matlab simulation, the optimal temperature compensation model based on the BP neural network is well trained after four steps, and the objective error of the microgyroscope's zero bias can achieve 0.001 in full temperature range. By the experiment, the real time operation results of the compensation method demonstrate that the maximum zero bias of the microgyroscope can be decreased from 12.43 to 0.75(°)/s after compensation when the ambient temperature varies from -40 to 80℃, which greatly improves the zero bias stability performance of the microgyroscope.展开更多

When the soil water was relatively stable in the experimental salvers, the in-side pressure stil varied regularly with the temperature. When the inside temperature increased by 22.2 ℃, the inside pressure varied about 7.4 Kpa. Through com-pensation calculation of the inside tension, the temperature in the warming and cooling periods was compensated, which was useful to correct the tension measurement errors induced from the changing temperature. When the measuring interval was 4 hours and the temperature difference was 18.1 ℃, the tension difference of both points was only 0.278 Kpa, compared to the difference up to 6.5 Kpa before compensation.展开更多

A new temperature compensation technique by using eddy-current effect is presented to satisfy the special requirement at high temperature up to 550℃. The experiment shows that the temperature compensation technique leads to good temperature stability for the sensors. The variation of the sensitivity as well as the temperature drift of the sensor with temperature compensation technique is only about 7.4% and 90-350 mV at 550 ℃ compared with that at room temperature, and that of the sensor without temperature compensation technique is about 31.2% and 2-3 V at 550 ℃ compared with that at room temperature. A new dynamic calibration method for the eddy-current displacement sensor is presented, which is very easy to be realized especially in high frequency and at high temperatures. The high temperature displacement sensors developed are successfully used at temperature up to 550 ℃ in a magnetic bearing system for more than 100 h.展开更多

The role of the different interactions in the Hamiltonian is explored. When only the nearest-neighbor interaction and the single-ion anisotropy are included, our results indicate that there are compensation points at finite temperatures. When the next-nearest-neighbor interaction exceeds a minimum value that depends on the other parameters in the Hamiltonian, the compensation point disappears. The next-nearest-neighbor interaction has the effect of changing the compensation temperature.展开更多

For the LPFG recoated with a thin layer of acrylate based polymer, the range of wavelength shift as much as 60nm is expected when temperature changes from 0~100℃. As for that with surrounding material of silicone resin, the temperature stability is greatly improved depicted as the maximum wavelength shift of about 0.6nm with the same temperature variation. Methods Having considered the structural features of vane absorbers, measures that could reduce the force decay ratio of vane absorbers were discussed. A kind of practical auto temperature compensation apparatus, whose theoretical basis had been discussed, was designed. Results Compared to the prototype vane absorber, this kind of apparatus could decrease force decay ratio sharply. Thus, the thermostability of vane absorbers was improved greatly The accuracy of theoretical analysis and the effectiveness and feasibility of the apparatus was proved by actual testing Conclusion changing vane absorber's configuration, its performance is improved.
文摘A DC-10Mb/s laser diode driver, compatible with TTL and CMOS levels,is presented. The optical power corresponding to‘1' and ‘0' can be set independently with resistors off-chip and stabilized with a closed loop. A novel peak-to- peak optical power monitor and stabilization mechanism is introduced. The circuit, fabricated in a CSMC 0. 5μm mixed signal CMOS process, can provide 120mA maximum drive current and 0. 6dB extinction ration fluctuation over - 20 + 80℃ ,which is independent of input pattern.
文摘This paper presents a low voltage, low power RF/analog front-end circuit for passive ultra high frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. Temperature compensation is achieved by a reference generator using sub-threshold techniques. The chip maintains a steady system clock in a temperature range from - 40 to 100℃. Some novel building blocks are developed to save system power consumption, including a zero static current power-on reset circuit and a voltage regulator. The RF/analog front-end circuit is implemented with digital base-band and EEPROM to construct a whole tag chip in 0. 18μm CMOS EEPROM technology without Schottcky diodes. Measured results show that the chip has a minimum supply voltage requirement of 0.75V. At this voltage, the total current consumption of the RF/analog frontend circuit is 4.6μA.

文摘The multisublattice Green's function technique is applied to study the magnetic properties of a mixed spin-2 and spin-5/2 Heisenberg ferrimagnetic system on a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice. The next-nearest-neighbor interaction has the effect of changing the compensation temperature.
文摘Both acrylate based polymer and silicone resin are proposed as recoating materials surrounding LPFGs for purposes of different applications. The former is potentially a broadband tunable band rejection filter or temperature sensor with enhanced sensitivity. And the latter could be applied as temperature insensitive filter, demultiplexer or strain sensor.
文摘This paper investigates the effects of material and dimension parameters on the frequency splitting, frequency drift, and quality factor(Q)of aluminium nitride(AlN)-on-n-doped/pure silicon(Si)microelectromechanical systems(MEMS)disk resonators through analysis and simulation. These parameters include the crystallographic orientation, dopant, substrate thickness, and temperature. The resonators operate in the elliptical, higher order, and flexural modes. The simulation results show that i)the turnover points of the resonators exist at 55°C,-50°C,40°C,and-10°C for n-doped silicon with the doping concentration of 2×1019 cm-3 and the Si thickness of 3.5μm,and these points are shifted with the substrate thickness and mode variations;ii)compared with pure Si,the modal-frequency splitting for n-doped Si is higher and increases from 5%to 10%for all studied modes;iii)Q of the resonators depends on the temperature and dopant. Therefore, the turnover,modal-frequency splitting, and Q of the resonators depend on the thickness and material of the substrate and the temperature. This work offers an analysis and design platform for high-performance MEMS gyroscopes as well as oscillators in terms of the temperature compensation by n-doped Si.
