深部综放工作面回采巷道面临围岩变形量大问题,特别是巷道底板为承载能力偏低的软岩时,在采动压力、地应力等多因素叠加作用下容易出现底鼓量大问题。以21303综放工作面回风巷底鼓控制为背景,在对底鼓原因分析基础上提出综合采用卸压孔...深部综放工作面回采巷道面临围岩变形量大问题,特别是巷道底板为承载能力偏低的软岩时,在采动压力、地应力等多因素叠加作用下容易出现底鼓量大问题。以21303综放工作面回风巷底鼓控制为背景,在对底鼓原因分析基础上提出综合采用卸压孔+底板注浆+强化围岩支护方式控制底鼓,在实体煤帮布置2个孔深8 m的大直径卸压孔、在底板中部布置1个孔深4 m的大直径卸压孔;在巷帮、顶板分别增设锚杆、锚索补强加固,底板布置2个注浆孔注浆。现场应用后,21303综放工作面回风巷底鼓问题得以较好解决,底鼓量最大控制在106 mm mm以内,可满足巷道使用需要。展开更多
