Mobile platform is now widely seen as a promising multimedia service with a favorable user group and market prospect. To study the influence of mobile terminal models on the quality of scene roaming, a parameter setting platform of mobile terminal models is established to select the parameter selection and performance index on different mobile platforms in this paper. This test platform is established based on model optimality principle, analyzing the performance curve of mobile terminals in different scene models and then deducing the external parameter of model establishment. Simulation results prove that the established test platform is able to analyze the parameter and performance matching list of a mobile terminal model. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the applications of four air terminal device(ATD)models(i.e.,the basic model,the box model,the N-point momentum model,the jet main region specification model)in computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation and their performance in case study.A full-scale experiment is performed in an environment chamber,and the measured air velocity and temperature fields are compared with the simulation results by using four ATD models.The velocity and temperature fields are measured by an omni-directional thermo-anemometer system.It demonstrates that the basic model and the box model are not applicable to complicated air terminal devices.At the occupant area,the relative errors between simulated and measured air velocities are less than 20% based on the N-point momentum model and the jet main region specification model.Around the ATD zone,the relative error between the numerical and measured air velocity based on the jet main region specification model is less than 15%.The jet main region specification model is proved to be an applicable approach and a more accurate way to study the airflow pattern around the ATD with complicated geometry. 展开更多

终丝牵拉脊髓拴系综合征动物模型的建立及评估

目的建立一种新的终丝牵拉脊髓拴系综合征动物模型,以探讨其发病机制。方法将16只新西兰大白兔随机分为牵拉组和假手术组,每组8只。牵拉组用丝线建立终丝牵拉脊髓拴系综合征模型,假手术组仅切断终丝但不作牵引。8周后,完成行为学Talov... 目的建立一种新的终丝牵拉脊髓拴系综合征动物模型,以探讨其发病机制。方法将16只新西兰大白兔随机分为牵拉组和假手术组,每组8只。牵拉组用丝线建立终丝牵拉脊髓拴系综合征模型,假手术组仅切断终丝但不作牵引。8周后,完成行为学Talov评分、腰骶部MRI检查、体感诱发电位检测、尿动力学指标检查及病理组织分析。结果术后第8周,牵拉组后肢损伤明显,术后第4周、8周Talov评分低于假手术组(P<0.001)。术后8周腰骶部MRI结果显示,牵拉组矢状位MRI可见末端终丝受丝线牵引、膀胱异常膨大,轴位MRI可见椎管内脊髓受向下及向背侧方向的机械力;假手术组矢状位、轴位MRI显示,脊髓位于椎管正中,膀胱大小正常。术后第8周,牵拉组波幅显著低于假手术组(P<0.001),波幅下降幅度超过50%;牵拉组总体潜伏期比假手术组略有延长(P<0.05)。尿动力学检查结果显示,牵拉组的最大膀胱容量明显高于假手术组(Z=-3.361,P<0.001),膀胱压力明显低于假手术组(Z=-3.361,P<0.001),膀胱顺应性明显高于假手术组(P<0.001)。病理学染色显示,终丝对脊髓的牵拉导致神经组织损伤、膀胱上皮细胞变性。结论本研究成功建立了新西兰大白兔终丝牵拉脊髓拴系综合征模型,可为探究脊髓拴系的发病机制和了解脊髓损伤的病理过程提供参考。 展开更多

The cavity shape and length are determined for given cavitating numbers in the course of iteration by satisfying the kinematic and dynamic boundary conditions. The re-entrant jet model and the pressure-recovery close model are adopted to replace the high turbulent and two-phase wake forming behind the cavity. We propose a semiparametric mixed effect model with time-varying latent effects in the analysis of longitudinal data with informative observation times and a dependent terminal event. Estimating equation approaches are developed for parameter estimation, and asymptotic properties of the resulting estimators are established. The finite sample behavior of the proposed estimators is evaluated through simulation studies, and an application to a bladder cancer study is provided. 展开更多

目的探讨SD大鼠改良脊髓栓系综合征模型的有效性和可靠性。方法2020年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院选取清洁级SD大鼠60只,按照体重随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30只,实验组采用改良慢性牵拉法建立大鼠脊髓栓系综合征模型。分别检测... 目的探讨SD大鼠改良脊髓栓系综合征模型的有效性和可靠性。方法2020年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院选取清洁级SD大鼠60只,按照体重随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30只,实验组采用改良慢性牵拉法建立大鼠脊髓栓系综合征模型。分别检测大鼠后肢行为学功能、膀胱功能、运动诱发电位及脊髓病理生理变化,应用SPSS 20.0软件进行分析。结果实验组大鼠术后7 d残余尿量为(1.94±0.23)ml,明显高于对照组[(0.18±0.16)ml,t=3.886,P<0.05],术后30 d实验组大鼠出现严重的膀胱功能障碍[(2.92±0.32)ml],明显高于对照组[(0.19±0.21)ml,t=7.542,P<0.05]。同时,与对照组比较,实验组大鼠Tarlov评分降低,运动诱发电位(MEP)中的P波潜伏期延长、波幅下降(χ^(2)=4.876,t=3.468,P<0.05);病理检测发现,脊髓末端组织观察到不同程度的神经细胞坏死、胞浆内尼氏体淡然,数量明显减少并分布不均匀。结论SD大鼠改良脊髓栓系综合征模型为脊髓栓系综合征的基础及临床研究提供更有效的模型。 展开更多
