The collecting power of tertiary amines(DRN,DEN and DPN) on kaolinite follows the order of DENDPNDRN.After reacting with DRN,DEN and DPN,the surface potentials of kaolinite increase remarkably,and the recruitments caused by collectors also follow the order of DENDPNDRN.The results of dynamics simulation show that the geometries of substituent groups bonding to N are deflected and twisted,and some of bond angles are changed when tertiary amines cations adsorb on kaolinite(001) surface.Based on the results of dynamics simulations and quantum chemistry calculations,the electrostatic forces between three tertiary amines cations and 4×4×3(001) plane of kaolinite are 1.38×10?7 N(DRN12H+),1.44×10-6 N(DEN12H+),1.383×10-6 N(DPN12H+),respectively. 展开更多

Tertiary amine cationic polyacrylamide with high cationization degree was used as a new cationic agent to pretreat cotton with dip-pad-bake method. The obtained cationic cotton was dyed with reactive dyes in the ab-sence of electrolyte. The effects of the characteristics of the cationic agent and the pretreatment conditions on dye-ability of reactive dye were investigated. The results showed that the fixation and K/S values of the reactive dyes on the cationic cotton were improved compared with those on the untreated one in the presence of salt. Tests on fast-ness properties of the dyed cotton and fabric quality of the pretreated cotton were carried out and the results showed that wash and rub fastness of the salt-free dyeing were both satisfactory. And anti-crease property,tensile and tear strength,and handling of the cationic cotton were also good compared with that of the untreated one. 展开更多

The flotation of kaolinite using a series of tertiary amines (N,N-dimethyl-dodecyl amine (DRN), N,N-diethyl-dodecyl amine (DEN), N,N-dipropyl-dodecyl amine (DPN) and N,N-dibenzyl-bodecyl amine (DBN)) was investigated. The results show that the maximum recoveries of kaolinite for DEN, DPN and DRN are 93%, 88% and 84%, respectively, but that of DBN is very low. On the basis of zeta potential and FT-IR spectra, the ionization of surface hydroxyl and isomorphic exchange of surface ions account for the charging mechanisms of kaolinite surface. The adsorption mechanism of tertiary amines on kaolinite surface is mainly electrostatic. The isoelectric point (IEP) of kaolinite increases from 3.4 to some more positive points after the interaction of kaolinite with the four tertiary amines. The FT-IR spectra of kaolinite change with the presence of some new sharp shapes belonging to the tertiary amines. The inductive electronic effects and space-steric effects of -CH3, -C2H5, -C3H7 and -C7H7 bonding to N atom result in different collecting power of the four tertiary amines. 展开更多

Non-aqueous absorbents(NAAs)have attracted increasing attention for CO_(2)capture because of their great energy-saving potential.Primary diamines which can provide high CO_(2)absorption loading are promising candidates for formulating NAAs but suffer disadvantages in regenerability.In this study,a promising strategy that using tertiary amines(TAs)as proton-transfer mediators was proposed to enhance the regenerability of an aminoethylethanolamine(AEEA,diamine)/dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)(A/D)NAA.Surprisingly,some employed TAs such as N,N-diethylaminoethanol(DEEA),N,N,N’,N’’,N’’-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine(PMDETA),3-dimethylamino-1-propanol(3DMA1P),and N,N-dimethylethanolamine(DMEA)enhanced not only the regenerability of the A/D NAA but also the CO_(2)absorption performance.Specifically,the CO_(2)absorption loading and cyclic loading were increased by about 12.7%and 15.5%-22.7%,respectively.The TA-enhanced CO_(2)capture mechanism was comprehensively explored via nuclear magnetic resonance technique and quantum chemical calculations.During CO_(2)absorption,the TA acted as an ultimate proton acceptor for AEEA-zwitterion and enabled more AEEA to form carbamate species(AEEACOO-)to store CO_(2),thus enhancing CO_(2)absorption.For CO_(2)desorption,the TA first provided protons directly to AEEACOO-as a proton donor;moreover,it functioned as a proton carrier and facilitated the low-energy step-wise proton transfer from protonated AEEA to AEEACOO-.Consequently,the presence of TA made it easier for AEEACOO-to obtain protons to decompose,resulting in enhanced CO_(2)desorption.In a word,introducing the TA as a proton-transfer mediator into the A/D NAA enhanced both the CO_(2)absorption performance and the regenerability,which was an efficient way to“kill two birds with one stone”. 展开更多

利用13C NMR技术对CO2捕获叔胺溶剂进行了碳元素的定量研究,主要考察了对胺溶剂解吸热影响较大的HCO3-的生成规律。重点对叔胺分子结构中羟基官能团(OH)、羟烷基数目、烷基支链及氮原子(N)所连接烷基链大小对胺溶剂生成HCO3-的影响。在2... 利用13C NMR技术对CO2捕获叔胺溶剂进行了碳元素的定量研究,主要考察了对胺溶剂解吸热影响较大的HCO3-的生成规律。重点对叔胺分子结构中羟基官能团(OH)、羟烷基数目、烷基支链及氮原子(N)所连接烷基链大小对胺溶剂生成HCO3-的影响。在20℃条件下分别对1 mol·L-1具有不同CO2负载的1-二甲基氨基-2-丙醇(1DMA2P)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、3-二甲氨基-1-丙醇(3DMA1P)、二乙氨基-2-丙醇(1DEA2P)、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺(DEEA)、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMMEA)及三乙醇胺(TEA)溶液进行了13C NMR测试研究。实验结果显示:在相同浓度的叔胺水溶液中,同一CO2负载下的叔胺-CO2-水体系中HCO3-的含量顺序为:DMMEA>MDEA>3DMA1P>1DMA2P>TEA>DEEA>1DEA2P。通过对各叔胺分子结构中N原子的电子云密度大小及空间位阻效应分析,得出如下结论:3DMA1P分子中OH官能团离N原子的距离大于其在DMMEA分子中的距离,导致其生成了较少的HCO3-;DMMEA分子中N原子上连接的烷基链小于DEEA分子中N原子上的烷基链,导致DMMEA溶液中生成了更多HCO3-;MDEA分子中羟烷基数目少于TEA分子中的羟烷基数目,且MDEA比TEA多了一个甲基,导致MDEA溶液中含有更多的HCO3-;3DMA1P相比1DMA2P、DEEA相比1DEA2P分子中都少了一个甲基支链,导致3DMA1P溶液相比1DMA2P溶液、DEEA溶液相比1DEA2P溶液生成了更多的HCO3-。 展开更多

以丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯为单体、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,通过悬浮聚合法制备出叔胺树脂(TAR),然后经H_(2)O_(2)改性得到氧化叔胺型树脂(TAOR)。采用场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、氮气吸附-脱附曲线和热... 以丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯为单体、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,通过悬浮聚合法制备出叔胺树脂(TAR),然后经H_(2)O_(2)改性得到氧化叔胺型树脂(TAOR)。采用场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、氮气吸附-脱附曲线和热重(TG)等技术手段对其结构进行了表征。以刚果红(CR)为模型对象污染物,并通过正交试验对TAOR最佳合成工艺进行了优化研究,同时,研究了TAOR投加量、溶液pH、离子强度和共存组分等因素对水中CR吸附性能的影响,并对其吸附过程中吸附动力学模拟。结果表明:CR的吸附量随着pH和离子强度的增加而减少,共存离子和腐殖酸对TAOR树脂吸附CR有一定的抑制作用。CR在TAOR上的吸附过程符合拟二级动力学吸附模型,Langmuir等温吸附符合模型可以很好地描述TAOR对溶液中CR的吸附过程,最大吸附量为101.9mg/g(pH=6.0和25℃)。吸附热力学结果表明,CR在TAOR上的吸附是一个自发的物理吸附过程,其吸附机制单层子化学作用控制机制。FT-IR和X射线光电子能谱技术(XPS)结果进一步显示,TAOR上的氧化胺结构参与CR吸附。脱附再生实验发现,1.0mol/L NaOH溶液脱附效果最优,经5次循环再生使用,TAOR的吸附性能没有明显下降。 展开更多

三(芳基甲基)胺由于强配位性,在氧气活化的单/双金属非血红素金属蛋白类似物的合成中起着重要作用,且能够作为加速配体催化Click反应,因而受到广泛关注。本研究以苯并[d]噻唑-2-基甲胺(S1)和5-氯苯并[d]噻唑-2-基)甲醇(L1)为原料,在FeCl... 三(芳基甲基)胺由于强配位性,在氧气活化的单/双金属非血红素金属蛋白类似物的合成中起着重要作用,且能够作为加速配体催化Click反应,因而受到广泛关注。本研究以苯并[d]噻唑-2-基甲胺(S1)和5-氯苯并[d]噻唑-2-基)甲醇(L1)为原料,在FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O的催化下,串联合成得到了一例新颖的三(5-氯苯并噻唑甲基)胺Fe(Ⅱ)配合物1。用X-射线单晶衍射仪、X-射线粉末衍射仪、电喷雾离子化质谱确证了结构,通过晶体学和电喷雾离子质谱相结合,研究了反应过程,检测到了一系列关键中间体片段([i-Cl]^(+)、[ii+H]^(+)、[iii-Cl]^(+)),结合反应过程跟踪提出了可能的反应机理,包括N-烷基化,氧化水解等步骤,实现了3个共价键的连续构筑。对配合物1进行了OER(析氧反应)测试及稳定性性能研究,其中过电势为391 mV,Tafel斜率为95.9 mV·dec^(-1),在电极密度10 mA/cm^(2)下进行了10 h的恒电流电解,在该时间范围内稳定性良好。通过对配合物1的电催化性能研究则为后续该配体的应用领域提供一种新的方向。 展开更多

丙酸酯化-叔胺化淀粉浆料的制备及其黏附性能

为改善淀粉浆料的黏附性能,以提升淀粉浆料对经纱的上浆质量,以丙酸酐(PA)为酯化剂,二甲氨基氯乙烷盐酸盐(DMC-HCl)为叔胺醚化剂,采用固定PA用量及改变DMC-HCl用量的方式,以水为介质,在弱碱性和低温条件下,对酸解淀粉(AHS)进行丙酸酯化... 为改善淀粉浆料的黏附性能,以提升淀粉浆料对经纱的上浆质量,以丙酸酐(PA)为酯化剂,二甲氨基氯乙烷盐酸盐(DMC-HCl)为叔胺醚化剂,采用固定PA用量及改变DMC-HCl用量的方式,以水为介质,在弱碱性和低温条件下,对酸解淀粉(AHS)进行丙酸酯化-叔胺化处理,制备出一系列具有不同总取代度的丙酸酯化-叔胺化淀粉(PTAS)。对其进行化学结构表征、元素分析、颗粒形貌观察分析以及取代度测定,并对其与涤纶、涤/棉与棉粗纱间黏附性,以及浆液表面张力进行考察。结果表明:固定PA对AHS质量分数为4.63%、改变DMC-HCl用量为10~40 g,可制备出丙酸酯化程度为0.030、叔胺化程度为0.010~0.035的PTAS样品;化学结构表征与元素分析结合证实了PTAS的成功制备,PTAS颗粒仍保持颗粒态形貌,但部分颗粒表面产生损伤;这种复合变性能够明显改善淀粉对涤纶、棉纤维的黏附性能,提升淀粉浆液的表面活性,表现为PTAS对涤纶、涤/棉及棉3种粗纱的黏合力均明显高于AHS,表面张力明显低于后者;随着PTAS总取代度的增加,其表面张力逐渐降低、黏合力逐渐增大、对棉纤维黏附性的提升优于对涤纶纤维。 展开更多

Among them, poly(β-amino ester)s, methacrylate-based block copolymers and polypeptide with tertiary amine groups have been extensively studied and exhibit pH sensitive properties due to the protonation of tertiary amine groups. The pH values in normal organs, tissues, and subcellular compartments are always different from those in pathological tissues. These interesting properties allow their applications in a variety of fields ranging from diagnosis and therapeutics of diseases. In this paper,we have investigated the formation of the third-phase in tertiary amine(N235)-PtCl62--HCl system and the microscopic phase structural evolution of platinum-loaded organic phases before and after the occurrence of the third-phase.The third-phase is characterized by various spectroscopic techniques,and the small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) experiments demonstrate the appearance of nano-aggregates,i.e.,water-in-oil reversed micelles,in the third phase.The experimental results indicate that(1) formation of the third phase is related to the aggregation behaviors of nano-reversed micelles in which a super-concentrated hydrochloric acid formed with the H+ to H2O molar ratio being much higher than that of the conventional 37 wt% saturated hydrochloric acid.(2) The occurrence of the super-concentrated HCl results in a great amount of H+ and Cl-ions enriched and confined within the nano-water pools of W/O reversed micelles in third phase.Therefore,the coordination behaviors of platinum complex ions in that super-concentrated hydrochloric acid are very different from their corresponding behaviors in bulk aqueous solutions.It is possible that H+ ions participate in the formation of such complexes as HmPtCl6z+ in the super-concentrated hydrochloric acid.(3) The relative contents of various HmPtCl6z+ complexes are different corresponding to the H+ ion concentrations in confined nanowater pools.The association ability of the acidified tertiary amine N235 molecules(R3NH+) with various HmPtCl6z+ complexes plays an important role in affecting the platinum extraction behaviors. 展开更多
