The history of watercolor painting spans over three centuries,and the study of watercolor creations focusing on female themes have been a hot topic in the subfield of art studies.Watercolor originated in the Age of Exploration,initially serving as a practical tool for natural history,and later evolving into an art form for the aristocracy.In the 20th century,creations featuring female themes flourished and reached their peak.Compared to early works portraying female theses in mythology and religion,these paintings exhibit significant differences in expression,color,and texture,reflecting the gradual rise of women’s status and the artists’reflections on modern society.This article delves into the development,emotional expression,creation,and inspiration of watercolor paintings with female themes.By analyzing representative works,we explore the artists’portrayal of women and the reflection of women’s living conditions,social status,and ideological consciousness in contemporary society.This article also examines the profound influence and artistic value of these works on contemporary female-themed paintings from the perspective of art studies.

Hierarchical Media Ethics in the Digital Age: An Analysis of the “Primary School Student Lost Homework in Paris” Incident

In the digital age,traditional media ethics norms lack sufficient explanatory power and binding force in practice.This paper uses the“Primary School Student Lost Homework in Paris”incident as a case study to explore the ethical controversies surrounding the dissemination of this event.By adopting a hierarchical media ethics perspective,the paper dynamically examines the ethical conduct of various communicators,elucidates the ethical responsibilities of each party involved,and reveals the complexity of communication ethics in the digital age.

Effects of mechanical vibration on filling and solidification behavior, microstructure and performance of Al/Mg bimetal by lost foam compound casting

Al/Mg bimetal was prepared by lost foam solid-liquid compound casting,and the effects of mechanical vibration on the filling and solidification behavior,microstructure and performance of the bimetal were investigated.Results show that the mechanical vibration has a remarkable influence on the filling and solidification processes.It is found that after mechanical vibration,the filling rate increases and the filling rate at different times is more uniform than that without vibration.In addition,the mechanical vibration also increases the wettability between liquid AZ91D and A356 inlays.The mechanical vibration reduces the horizontal and vertical temperature gradient of the casting and makes the temperature distribution of the whole casting more uniform.Compared to the Al/Mg bimetal without vibration,the shear strength is improved by 39.76%after the mechanical vibration is applied,due to the decrease of the inclusions and Al_(12)Mg_(17) dendrites,and the refinement and uniform distribution of the Mg_(2)Si particles in the interface of the Al/Mg bimetal.

Estimating the Monetary Value of Hours Lost to the Nigerian Public Healthcare System When Full-Time Government Employee Doctors Engage in Dual Practice

Background: Dual Practice (DP) allows full-time public sector doctors to concurrently offer the same clinical services in the private sector. The debate against this practice seems to be largely influenced by its potential to reduce the contracted hours in the public sector and shift attention to private work. Purpose: The purpose of this secondary research is to estimate the monetary value of hours lost to the Nigerian public healthcare system when full-time government employee doctors are engaged in private practice. It attempts to quantify the amount of resource outflow from the public system due to absences and lateness arising from competition for time between the public system’s contracted hours and private practice. Methods: Sensitivity analysis in Excel 2010 was used to calculate doctors’ hourly pay in the public sector using the 2015 Consolidated Medical Salary Structure for medical and dental officers in Nigeria’s federal public service. The parameters used for the calculation were the official 40-hour working week and the average monthly gross pay of doctors on different grade levels. Hypothetical scenarios of hours lost due to absences associated with DP were created. The value of different hypothetical hour losses by the percentage of doctors assumed to engage in dual practice across all doctor grade levels was then computed. Results: The estimated annual value of hours lost from dual practice to a single public tertiary care hospital was N4,851,754 or 15,855 USD (best case scenario) and N19,407,017 or 63,422 USD (worst case scenario) for the normal routine work and N1,800,133 or 5883 USD (best case scenario) and N3,600,266 or 11,766 USD (worst case scenario) for the on-call duty. Conclusion: The government may have been paying salaries for large volumes of work not rendered in the public sector. The overall financial impact of dual practice in the Nigerian public system might be negative.

Analysis of the Lost Circulation Problem

The well-known“lost circulation”problem refers to the uncontrolled flow of whole mud into a formation.In order to address the problem related to the paucity of available data,in the present study,a model is introduced for the lost-circulation risk sample profile of a drilled well.The model is built taking into account effective data(the Block L).Then,using a three-dimensional geological modeling software,relying on the variation function and sequential Gaussian simulation method,a three-dimensional block lost-circulation risk model is introduced able to provide relevant information for regional analyses.

钻井过程中井漏特征精细识别方法研究与应用

井漏是钻井工程中普遍存在的井下复杂问题,严重影响着钻井施工安全与钻井周期,井漏特征精细识别是高效治理井漏的关键。首先,综合测井、钻井、录井及地质等资料,结合漏层力学性质与物理机理分析,利用加权系数法,建立了基于“井漏综合指数”的井漏层位识别新方法。然后,研究了漏失通道类型及尺寸、漏失压差、漏失速度等井漏特征参数的定量分析方法,并给出计算模型,形成了多信息融合的井漏特征精细识别方法。该方法在X区块进行了实例分析,分析结果表明,X区块实际井资料的处理结果与现场实际漏失地层的层位、漏失类型及漏失速度等井漏特征基本吻合。井漏特征精细识别方法综合考虑了井漏的主要影响因素,利用其可以准确识别漏层的特征,为防漏堵漏技术优化及施工提供科学依据。

Themes and Challenges in Making Urban Freight Distribution Sustainable

The purpose of this article is to explore and classify themes and challenges in making urban freight distribution sustainable.The study has a cross sectional design which started by a narrative literature review and analysis of a sample of related literature(like peer-reviewed articles and EU(European Union)documents).It ended with complementary discussion and recommendation for tackling the challenges.The results of the study illustrate eight and seven emerged categories of themes and challenges,respectively.It is concluded that there is great need for a packet of mixed strategies as well as a more holistic perspective where all actors together analyse and design future set-ups and operation of urban freight distribution.Such a holistic view is essential in order to:understand how different actors of the chain look upon sustainable urban freight distribution,avoid sub-optimal policies/governing rules,and suggest close-to-reality solutions for tackling the challenges.Freight distribution in urban areas is the main focus of this article.In addition,the study is demarcated to eco/environmental aspect of sustainability although it is impossible to completely exclude its interaction with economic and social aspects.The results offered in this paper provide a systematic structure for classifying issues related to sustainable urban freight distribution;something which will be beneficial for managers and policy-makers when they approach sustainable supply chain management challenges.This study provides a synthesized classification of themes and challenges which can guide researchers,industries,authorities,and policy-makers in future sustainability efforts.

宁波市热浪对寿命损失年影响的总效应及附加效应

目的评估宁波市热浪对寿命损失年(YLL)影响的总效应及附加效应。方法收集2013—2019年宁波市死亡、人口、气象和空气质量监测资料,计算得到每日YLL率;根据日最高气温的百分位数和持续时间定义15种热浪类型,利用时间序列方法结合分布滞后非线性模型评估热浪对人群YLL率影响的总效应及附加效应,并按照性别和年龄(<65岁、≥65岁)进行分层分析。结果研究期间宁波市人群总YLL率为(19.74±3.14)人年/10万,热浪期的总YLL率均高于非热浪期(P<0.05)。随着热浪强度增加和持续时间延长,热浪的总效应均呈上升趋势。当热浪定义为日最高气温≥P97.5(37.2℃)且持续时间≥2d时,热浪累积10 d(Lag0-10 d)的总效应最大,总YLL率增加3.77(95%CI:2.25,5.29)人年/10万。热浪对男性和老年人影响的总效应高于女性和低年龄人群。仅部分热浪类型对男性和老年人YLL率影响的附加效应有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热浪导致宁波市人群YLL率增加,且对男性和老年人的影响更大;热浪的附加效应可能仅在男性和老年人等敏感人群中出现。

中国典型涉外经营企业竞争情报工作调查研究

[目的/意义]针对中国科学技术情报学会竞争情报分会会员企业之外的中国典型涉外经营企业开展竞争情报工作实态调查,更好展示中国企业竞争情报实际工作全貌,为新时期竞争情报研究与服务工作创新发展提供新的视野、素材和参考。[方法/过程]按照透过“名”与“实”分离表象了解新时期中国企业竞争情报工作真实情况的逻辑思路,以企业合规管理为竞争情报“名”与“实”分离的典型场景,基于2018—2023年合规管理主题公开会议,采取对派出报告人的企业统计分析、专家咨询访谈、合规管理标杆企业案例研究、承接企业合规管理体系建设项目的咨询服务机构企业客户名单调查研究、公开资料收集分析相结合的研究方法,对中国典型涉外经营企业进行竞争情报工作实态调查。[结果/结论]调查得到以下主要发现:(1)所有涉外经营企业的合规管理都是无“名”有“实”的竞争情报工作;(2)新时期中国典型涉外经营企业对事实上的竞争情报普遍具有强烈而持久的需求;(3)中国典型涉外经营企业的竞争情报工作专业水平呈现显著的差异性;(4)中国典型涉外经营企业对名为合规管理实为竞争情报的工作有很高的要求;(5)中国典型涉外经营企业对符合企业需要的竞争情报专业人才需求迫切且需求数量巨大;(6)有“实”而无“名”是中国典型涉外经营企业竞争情报工作存在的最大问题。

深层断溶体油气藏钻完井储层保护技术挑战与对策

深层断溶体油气藏储层裂缝发育,易导致大量工作液漏失,造成严重储层损害。以顺北区块奥陶系碳酸盐岩储层为例,考虑储层超深、超高压、超高温与断裂带特点,综合工区钻井液漏失情况、储层物性特征、矿物组成和裂缝发育情况,结合流体敏感性、应力敏感性与储层润湿性评价,揭示了深层断溶体油气藏储层损害机理。钻井液漏失是深层断溶体油气藏最重要的储层损害方式,岩体结构破碎、储层非均质性强、走滑断层裂缝缝面光滑及高温长井段循环进一步加大了储层保护的难度;通过采用控压钻井技术,结合抗高温高酸溶屏蔽暂堵技术与抗高温强滞留堵漏技术,可以达到较好的储层保护效果;根据深层断溶体碳酸盐岩油气藏裂缝发育特征,钻进全程加入高强度架桥材料,利用鳞片状岩屑作为填充材料,达到钻井过程防漏与开发过程预防裂缝应力敏感性的效果,实现漏失控制—储层保护—增产增渗的一体化目标。

结合LSTM自编码器与集成学习的井漏智能识别方法

为了解决传统的井漏智能识别模型因井漏样本数量受限导致其识别准确率低的问题,提出了一种长短期记忆(long short-term memory,LSTM)网络与自编码器(auto-encoder,AE)相结合、集成LSTM-AE的井漏智能识别方法。首先,采用正常样本训练多个包含不同隐藏层神经元数目的LSTM-AE模型,利用重构得分筛选出识别效果较好的几个模型作为基识别器;然后,采用集成学习对多个基识别器的识别结果进行加权融合,解决单一模型因对样本局部特征过度学习导致的误报与漏报问题,提高模型的识别准确率。从某油田18口井的钻井数据中选取了6000组正常钻进状态下的立压、出口流量、池体积数据,对集成LSTM-AE模型进行训练和测试,结果表明,提出方法的识别准确率达到了94.7%,优于其他常用的智能模型的识别结果,为井漏识别提供了一种新的技术途径。

[目的/意义]文华图专教师群体作为第一代图书馆学人的代表,在我国图书馆学发展历史上具有里程碑的作用。梳理其学术研究成果,对于新时期发展中国图书馆学具有重要的意义。[研究设计/方法]采用文献研究与内容分析方法,选择文华图专33年间任职的全体教师,获取其发表的学术论文成果,通过内容分析法识别高频主题,深入揭示文华图专教师的学术产出趋势与研究主题分布。[结论/发现]文华图专教师群体的学术产出可划分为初创积累阶段(1920—1928年)、稳步发展阶段(1929—1937年)和维持坚守阶段(1938—1953年)3个阶段;研究重点涉及图书馆管理、编目、馆藏建设、各类型图书馆、图书馆服务、中国图书馆事业、图书馆学教育和世界各国图书馆事业发展8个方面;有52.5%的成果集中发表在《文华图书科季刊》《中华图书馆协会会报》与《图书馆学季刊》3种期刊上。其学术研究对当代图书馆学研究的启示是:服务现实需求体现自身价值、立足社会实践实现良性互动、融合西方经验实现本土化发展。[创新/价值]从教师群体的视角对文华图专学术研究进行整体的梳理与探究,呈现其关注热点与发展状态,从历史角度剖析当时学术研究的话语体系。

面向溢流与井漏监测的钻井液池体积趋势校正方法

钻井液池体积是溢流和井漏监测的常用参数。在钻井正常施工时,随着井筒容积的变化以及井筒内钻井液与地层流体的交换,钻井液池体积会产生与溢流和井漏发生时相似的“类风险趋势”,导致现有的溢流与井漏监测方法易产生误报,降低了溢流与井漏监测方法在现场应用时的有效性。针对此问题,文章首先分析了导致池体积产生“类风险趋势”的原因,建立了钻进与起下钻工况下池体积的正常变化模型,利用建立的模型校正池体积的“类风险趋势”,降低溢流与井漏监测的误报率;然后,建立了基于规则推理的溢流与井漏监测模型,用于测试池体积的“类风险趋势”对溢流与井漏监测的影响。利用现场实测的4500组钻井数据,采用基于规则推理的溢流与井漏监测方法开展了风险监测实验,结果表明,在进行池体积趋势校正后,溢流与井漏风险监测的误报率由10.03%降低至3.06%。
