Facing increasing passenger and cargo transport demand and limited re-source in the 13th Five-Year period, how to make a breakthrough and substantial progress has become a key issue on planning and the Top-level Design. In this paper we judged and analyzed the current development and potential demand of the energy saving and emission reduction in Beijing traffic industry. Through application of energy and emission prediction model which based on the vehicle activity data, the development goals of “one drop, double control, and triple upgrade” have been put forward. In order to achieve the goal, “5 + 1” development strategies should be implemented, and we also proposed the thinking and recommendations on sustainable development of transportation. 展开更多

Under the dual pressure of complex international environment and arduous domestic reform task,China made outstanding achievements in economic development,which lays a solid foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the 13 th Five-Year Plan period. The key and difficult points of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects lie in solving issues concerning agriculture,farmers,and rural areas. The 18 th National Congress of the CPC stated that integrated urban and rural development is the fundamental approach for solving issues concerning agriculture,farmers,and rural areas. As a transitional form from rural areas to urban areas,small town play an important role in integrated urban and rural development. In the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China should take a new road of characteristic urbanization,energetically develop key towns,central towns,and characteristic towns,use points to drive areas,and promote coordinated progress of urbanization construction and new countryside construction. Focusing on the objective of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and taking Shangrao City as an example,we analyzed construction of small town,in order to provide scientific theoretical reference for urbanization development,plan preparation,and policy formulation of Shangrao City. 展开更多

目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者外周血Th17细胞和趋化因子CXCL13检测的应用价值及其在疾病发生、发展中的作用机制。方法选取该院73例临床确认原发性干燥综合征患者作为pSS组,40例健康体检者作为对照组。由专科医师对pSS患者进行干... 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者外周血Th17细胞和趋化因子CXCL13检测的应用价值及其在疾病发生、发展中的作用机制。方法选取该院73例临床确认原发性干燥综合征患者作为pSS组,40例健康体检者作为对照组。由专科医师对pSS患者进行干燥综合征疾病活动指数(ESSDAI)评分。采用流式细胞方法检测Th17细胞,酶联免疫吸附实验法检测CXCL13水平,免疫透射比浊法检测免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)。结果 pSS组患者外周血Th17细胞、CXCL13、IgG、IgM及IgA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。pSS组中,ESSDAI评分结果与Th17细胞、CXCL13、IgG呈正相关(r=0.58、0.66、0.48),且外周血Th17细胞与CXCL13水平呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.45,P<0.05)。结论原发性干燥综合征患者血液中Th17细胞、CXCL13水平及IgG检测有助于疾病活动性的判断;Th17细胞、趋化因子CXCL13在pSS的发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用。 展开更多

目的:研究重组泛素结合酶2N(Ubc13)蛋白对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)模型小鼠体内调节性T细胞(Treg)和辅助性T细胞17(Th17)平衡的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为空白对照组(空白组),CIA模型对照组(模型组),CIA+5 μg Ubc13组(低剂量组),CIA+25 μg... 目的:研究重组泛素结合酶2N(Ubc13)蛋白对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)模型小鼠体内调节性T细胞(Treg)和辅助性T细胞17(Th17)平衡的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为空白对照组(空白组),CIA模型对照组(模型组),CIA+5 μg Ubc13组(低剂量组),CIA+25 μg Ubc13组(中剂量组),CIA+50 μg Ubc13组(高剂量组)。模型组与Ubc13各剂量组小鼠第0天尾根部皮下注射胶原,第21天加强免疫,建立CIA模型。第21天开始Ubc13各剂量组分别每天皮下注射Ubc13重组蛋白,模型组注射等体积生理盐水。二次免疫56 d后,剖解小鼠,取小鼠脾淋巴细胞,流式细胞术检测Treg细胞和Th17细胞数目,实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测小鼠脾脏维甲酸相关受体c(RORc)、白介素23(IL-23)、叉头转录因子p3(Foxp3)和白介素17(IL-17)mRNA水平,HE染色鉴定小鼠关节病理特征。结果: Ubc13能显著提高小鼠Treg细胞在Th细胞中的比率( P <0.05),并改善关节炎症。与模型组相比,Ubc13各剂量组脾脏中IL-23、IL-17和RORγt的表达量显著降低( P <0.05),HE染色显示Ubc13各组小鼠关节损伤均显著减轻。结论:皮下注射Ubc13可通过增加CIA模型小鼠体内Treg的数量,降低Th17细胞相关基因的表达,改善CIA小鼠关节炎。 展开更多

目的:探究丹酚酸B对慢性阻塞性肺病的作用及其可能的机制。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、丹酚酸B组和阳性对照组,每组10只。除对照组外,其余组大鼠采用烟熏联合气管内滴注脂多糖法建立慢阻肺大鼠模型。丹酚酸B组和阳性对... 目的:探究丹酚酸B对慢性阻塞性肺病的作用及其可能的机制。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、丹酚酸B组和阳性对照组,每组10只。除对照组外,其余组大鼠采用烟熏联合气管内滴注脂多糖法建立慢阻肺大鼠模型。丹酚酸B组和阳性对照组腹腔注射丹酚酸B(50 mg/kg)和地塞米松(0.2 mg/kg),其余组注射生理盐水。AniRes2005动物肺功能分析系统检测各大鼠肺功能改变;大鼠肺水肿情况使用大鼠肺组织湿/干重比(W/D)检测;HE染色检测大鼠肺组织病理学变化;AB-PAS染色检测各组大鼠肺组织杯状细胞增生;免疫组化检测大鼠肺组织MUC5AC表达;Western blotting检测大鼠肺组织MUC5AC、RORγt、Foxp3和IL-13/STAT6通路中IL-13蛋白和STAT6(p-STAT6/STAT6)磷酸化水平;ELISA检测肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-6、IL-10和IL-17A水平。结果:与对照组相比,模型组、丹酚酸B组和阳性对照组大鼠肺功能明显降低(P<0.05),W/D比值、肺组织病理学评分、AB/PAS阳性率明显升高(P<0.05),MUC5AC、RORγt、IL-13和p-STAT6/STAT6表达明显升高(P<0.05),肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-6和IL-17A水平明显升高(P<0.05),Foxp3表达和IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05);而与模型组相比,丹酚酸B组和阳性对照组大鼠肺功能明显改善(P<0.05),W/D比值、肺组织病理学评分、AB/PAS阳性率显著下降(P<0.05),MUC5AC、RORγt、IL-13和p-STAT6/STAT6表达明显降低(P<0.05),TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-6和IL-17A水平明显降低,Foxp3表达和IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:丹酚酸B可能通过抑制IL-13/STAT6通路和恢复Th17/Treg平衡对慢阻肺大鼠发挥保护作用。 展开更多

However,the issues of " information island" and " application silo" are still outstanding,and the application and promotion of new technologies make slow progress; the capacity of information system to support environmental protection business is insufficient,and there is no capacity for decision analysis. 目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清IL-13表达及对RA患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中Th17细胞亚群分化的影响。方法:通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测活动期RA患者(活动组,n=30)、稳定期RA患者(稳定组,n=30)和健康体检者(正常组,n=30)外... 目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清IL-13表达及对RA患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中Th17细胞亚群分化的影响。方法:通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测活动期RA患者(活动组,n=30)、稳定期RA患者(稳定组,n=30)和健康体检者(正常组,n=30)外周血血清白细胞介素-13(IL-13)表达水平,分析血清IL-13水平与RA疾病活动评分(DAS-28)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性;提取RA患者和健康体检者PBMC(设为对照组),分离纯化人CD4^+T细胞并用IL-13分组干预,采用ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测其上清和细胞中IL-17A表达水平。结果:①相比正常组,RA患者血清IL-13表达显著升高(P<0.001),其表达水平与DAS28评分、ESR和CRP呈正相关(均P<0.001);②RA患者CD4^+T细胞经重组人白细胞介素13(rhIL-13)刺激后其上清中IL-17A蛋白及mRNA表达均显著降低(均P<0.001)。结论:IL-13表达水平与RA患者疾病严重程度和免疫炎性反应密切相关,可能通过抑制RA患者CD4^+T细胞向Th17分化减少IL-17A分泌而控制RA发展。 展开更多

试验旨在探究UBC13蛋白对支气管哮喘小鼠体内Th2、Th17细胞极化的影响。18只BALB/c小鼠随机均分为3组:PBS组、哮喘模型(OVA)组和UBC13蛋白(UBC13)组,OVA组和UBC13组采用卵清蛋白(OVA)和脂多糖(LPS)进行致敏和雾化建立哮喘模型,其中UBC1... 试验旨在探究UBC13蛋白对支气管哮喘小鼠体内Th2、Th17细胞极化的影响。18只BALB/c小鼠随机均分为3组:PBS组、哮喘模型(OVA)组和UBC13蛋白(UBC13)组,OVA组和UBC13组采用卵清蛋白(OVA)和脂多糖(LPS)进行致敏和雾化建立哮喘模型,其中UBC13组于每次雾化前0.5 h腹腔注射100μg UBC13蛋白。末次雾化激发24 h后处死小鼠,采集样品,通过HE染色观察肺脏切片病理学变化、PAS染色观察气道黏液的分泌,ELISA法检测血清IgE浓度和肺支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)上清中IL-4、IL-5和IL-17A的水平,实时荧光定量PCR法检测肺脏Th2型相关因子IL-4、IL-5、IL-13、IFN-γmRNA和Th17型细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-17A、IL-23 mRNA的相对表达量。结果显示,试验成功建立了哮喘模型,与PBS组相比,OVA组IgE浓度极显著上升(P<0.01),肺脏病理切片炎性细胞浸润和中性黏液分泌现象明显,肺脏中IL-1β、IL-4、IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A mRNA相对表达量均极显著升高(P<0.01),IL-5和IL-23 mRNA相对表达量显著升高(P<0.05),IFN-γmRNA相对表达量极显著下降(P<0.01),BALF中IL-4、IL-5和IL-17A的水平极显著上升(P<0.01);与OVA组相比,UBC13组IgE浓度显著降低(P<0.05),病理切片炎性细胞浸润现象减轻、黏液分泌减少,肺脏IL-1β、IL-4、IL-17A、IL-13和IL-23 mRNA相对表达量均显著下降(P<0.05),IFN-γmRNA相对表达量显著升高(P<0.05);IL-6 mRNA相对表达量极显著下降(P<0.01),BALF中IL-5的水平极显著下降(P<0.01),IL-4的水平显著下降(P<0.05),IL-17A的水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,UBC13蛋白能下调Th2和Th17型细胞因子的表达量,影响哮喘模型Th2和Th17细胞的极化。 展开更多

This study focuses on a national regional coordinated development strategy and adopts China Multi-Regional Computable General Equilibrium model to analyze the economic and social development, energy demand, and carbon emissions of the provinces during the 14th Five-Year Plan (FYP, 2021 2025) period based on the economic development and energy demand since the New Normal. The main conclusions are the following: 1) Under the guidance of the regional coordinated development strategy, 13 provinces/municipalities are expected to have a per capita gross domestic product (GDP) of more than US$15,000, and 16 provinces/municipalities will have a per capita GDP of US$10,000 15,000. All provincial economies are expected to achieve steady and rapid development by the end of the 14th FYP. 2) The total energy consumption of the provinces is expected to reach 5.45 Gtce (excluding Tibet) in 2025, and the average annual growth rate is approximately 1.5%. The growth of energy demand will remain in low speed. The key point of energy demand will gradually shift from the eastern to the middle area, while the proportion of energy use in the western provinces will remain stable, which is consistent with the economic development stage and regional coordinated development strategy. 3) The annual average carbon intensity (mainly considering carbon emissions from energy use) of the provinces will approximately with most provinces dropping by over 4.0%.
