Value and Measures of Integrating Local Red Culture into the Ideological and Political Course of Environmental Disciplines under the OBE Concept

Based on output-oriented education,the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept integrates local red culture into the ideological and political course of environmental disciplines,and is an important part of training applied talents of environmental disciplines in the new era.This educational model makes an innovation on the traditional educational and teaching concepts and centers on students.This paper analyzes the value of integrating local red culture into the ideological and political course under the OBE concept,and puts forward an effective implementation path.

The concept, connotation and method of representation of watershed water environment carrying capacity （WWECC）

Based on the relationship between water environment system and human society, water environment carrying capacity （WECC） probes into supporting ability of complex water environment system to the human society. Recent years, due to the shortage of water resources and serious water pollution in several watersheds in China, the research of watershed water environment carrying capacity （WWECC） becomes very important. The conception, connotation and method of representation of WWECC are discussed deeply in this paper. It shows that WWECC is a kind of index that instructs whether the water environment system in watershed can continue to support the development of social economy and ecology, it is dimensionless number.

From Early States to Modem States in China： The Changing Concept and Connotation of ＂State＂

The substantive characteristics of the connotation of ＂State＂ include two parts： （I） the relatively perpetual and impersonalized political system; （II） the ductility of organization forms within the space and politics. And the later part is the absolute attribute of this connotation while the former part tends to show with different forms. Therefore, it is more suitable for the former one to be the objective for study on the evolution process of the connotation of ＂State＂ at different stages. Based on this understanding, the author discusses the specific political system at different stages and the relatively perpetual and impersonalized methods for the realization of the system, then tries to define the connotation of the early state, ancient state and modem state in Chinese history.

Research on the methods and theories of the physical education under the concept of the innovative education

In the process of carrying out the teaching activities of the traditional physical education, due to the neglect of the effective integration of the psychological education, therefore, in the entire process of the physical education, there is a lack of the effective implementation of the psychological educational activities. Therefore, there is the phenomenon that some students cannot deal with the actual problems positively and optimistically, and especially their psychological quality is relatively weak, which has also brought great difficulties to the growth of their life, thus affecting the overall cultivation of the students. In this paper, from the analysis of the specific background of the innovative application of the methods and theories of the physical education, combined with the specific requirements on the concepts of the innovative education, the author explores the existing problems and shortcomings in the application process of the current sport teaching methods, so as to explore the specific ideas of the application of the methods and theories of the physical education under the idea of the creative education.

Discussion and Measurement of Main Problems of the Currem Ideological and Political Education in College

The main question in the current ideological and political education is as followings： backward education concept, inadequate education system, outdated educational content and single teaching methods and so on. Based on the requirements for college ideological and political education proposed by ＂Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan＂, the article put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve ideological and political education from updating Ideological and Political Education concept, improving ideological and political education mechanism, and enriching ideological and political education.

Li Dazhao’s Conception of Modern State Before the New Culture Movement

Based on the following two points that one is the social disorder resulted from the“republic”since the Revolution of 1911 and the other is constant reflection on the recognition of the political values of western political parties,Li Dazhao places his hope on awakening and strength of the people to deal with the gap between republican political ideal and social reality of the Republic of China finally.This kind of emphasis and expectation on the power of people makes up a key factor assisting Li Dazhao’s early conversion to Marxism.

This paper reviews the birth and development of eco-city research by means of historical analysis and literature search. It elaborates the concepts,connotations and principles of scholars both at home and abroad. By comparing the research and practice differences between domestic and foreign eco-city construction,it reviews the various indicators and research progress applied in the current eco-city construction in foreign countries. It systematically sorts out the characteristics of eco-city construction practice in China and points out the main problems in the construction of China's eco-city.

An Evaluation of the Core Controversies in Contemporary Western Human Rights Theory——A Study Based on the Examination of the Criterion of Fidelity to Practice

The development of theories on human rights with Chinese characteristics and China’s engagement in global human rights governance cannot be separated from attention to contemporary Western human rights theory.The debate between naturalistic and political conceptions of human rights has a long history,but discussions on the basic criteria for evaluating human rights theories have been insufficient.This article,focusing on the criterion of fidelity to practice,attempts to identify the development trajectory and direction of human rights theory.The universal claims of naturalistic human rights perspectives and the human rights catalog they propose have been criticized for deviating from practice.On the other hand,political conceptions of human rights,while emphasizing domestic human rights practices,have been criticized for their occasional nature and perceived loss of criticality.The broad-way practice theory seeks a third way that goes beyond the divide between these two perspectives.On the one hand,the theory itself faces limitations and the need for reshaping,while on the other hand,the traditional singular practice theory is also undergoing self-renewal.It can be said that the“internal critique”of contemporary Western human rights theory is already underway and will continue.

A MULTIDISCIPLINARY EXAMINATION OF THE CONCEPT OF GROUP RIGHTS

群体权利在人权领域备受争议,其理论上的正当有效性、道德上的可防卫性以及使用这一概念的必要性始终遭受质疑。笔者认为争议的发生概因单纯使用人权思维或法学思维所致。群体权利是一个跨学科概念,唯有冲破传统单一的人权思维、法学界限,交叉使用法学、政治哲学、人类学及文化学等学科工具,才能正确理解这一概念,有效为之辩护,并真正解决由它衍生出来的理论和实践问题。人权的目的在于保护人的尊严和福利,而尊严和福利是复杂多面的,所以它必然是立基于集体和个人层面相互关联的复杂利益网络之上的。简单地将人权划分为"个人权利"和"群体权利",再将二者放在相互对立的两极,从理论分析和实际操作上都是把人权片面化、简单化了。更站得住脚的立场应该是:个人权利有群体层面,群体权利也有个人层面,个人权利和群体权利保护难以分割。这一改良立场可解决当前国际少数人权利保护领域论争的核心理论及实践问题,并促使我们将更多的注意力投入到三个方面:一是个人权利和群体权利的相互作用及交融;二是明确权利保护的短期目标和长期目标,关注并规范短期及长期目标的关联及互动;三是更好地平衡伸张少数人文化正义及保护国家地缘政治安全之间的关系。

我国生态产品总值统计核算问题研究

文章在分析GEP概念内涵、分类与核算方法相关研究的基础上,充分借鉴国际统计核算的经验,结合我国GEP统计核算实践,从通用性和可操作性出发,建立了一套与自然资源部门土地利用现状分类相匹配、符合我国实际的GEP核算分类标准,重新划分了森林、草地、湿地、农田、城市、荒漠、海洋等生态系统的分类范围。同时,基于GEP概念、特征、逻辑准则,提出了我国生态产品清单筛选的五个基本原则,讨论了现有GEP实物量和价值量核算方法存在的不足,指出了核算方法选取时需注意把握的问题及未来改进方向。

现代化作为一场整体性的社会变革,不同的历史阶段锻造了不同的体育观念机理。引入身体作为体育观念的分析工具,思考现代化进程中体育观念的迁延与更新。发现近代以来体育观念大体经历:鸦片战争后为挽救民族存亡的危机,改造身体以强种救国;新中国成立初期,体育观念转向了为国家建设以兴国,强调了对身体的模塑;改革开放时期以发展市场经济为主旨,身体被重构,以适应市场发展需要;进入中国特色社会主义新时代,在“人民至上”理念的引导下,体育观念的演变不仅加强了人的主体性在体育发展中的地位,也呈现出体育与人的共同发展的普世关怀。身体作为权力-话语-知识的运作基点,从被动规训到主体性凸显,也就是体育观念在中国式现代化进程中内涵不断拓展的过程。

为强化高校立德树人使命,全面、深入、系统厘清课程思政的本质意涵与核心要义,从“课程思政”文本出发,立足语词语义组合之维揭示课程思政的精神实质,进而在分角度透视与系统综合的基础上进一步明晰课程思政的价值指向和实现路径。首先,透过偏正短语释义探析课程思政的内在逻辑,重点分析“课程”与“思政”的限定项与中心项关系,锁定育人与育才相结合的人才培养目标定位。其次,透过主谓短语释义把握课程思政的系统框架,强化“课程”是课程思政的主体和基础,“思政”是课程思政的客体和上层建筑,二者统一于“课程思政”这个过程性整体当中。再次,透过并列短语释义澄清课程思政的角色功能,强调“课程”指向高校开设的各类课程,“思政”则指向专门开设的思想政治理论课程,由此跳出专业课程的狭隘视野,立足大思政格局认识课程思政与思政课程的关系。
