Objective:To analyze the effect of sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection methods on the management and use of medical equipment in hospitals.Methods:From February 2023 to August 2023,80 anorectal surge...Objective:To analyze the effect of sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection methods on the management and use of medical equipment in hospitals.Methods:From February 2023 to August 2023,80 anorectal surgery medical instruments and equipment were randomly sampled as observation samples,and they were grouped using the random number table method(40 instruments in each group).One group was managed with sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(observation group),and the other group was managed with medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method(control group).The degree of contamination on the surface of instruments and equipment and the staff satisfaction of both groups was noted and compared.Results:After cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)value of the surface contamination of the sample instruments and equipment decreased significantly(P<0.05);and after cleaning and disinfection,the relative luminescence luminosity(RLU)of the observation group’s instruments and equipment decreased significantly,and the value was lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05);the results of the nursing job satisfaction questionnaire showed that the scores of each survey item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating sanitary wipes and medical alcohol+gauze disinfection method into the management and use of medical equipment not only improves the disinfection of medical instruments but also improves the job satisfaction of nursing staff.Therefore,this method should be popularized.展开更多

The prevalence of instrument ...Intracanal instrument fracture is an unpredictable and problematic occurrence that can prevent adequatecleaning and shaping procedures and influence the prognosis of endodontic treatment. The prevalence of instrument fracture is reported to range between 0.28% and 16.2%. This article presents an overview of the prevention and management of instruments fractured during endodontic therapy on the basis of literature retrieved from Pub Med and selected journal searches. Instrument fracture occurs because of reduced metal fatigue and/or torsional resistance. The reasons include canal morphology and curvature, manufacturing processes and instrument design, instrument use times and technique, rotational speeds and operator experience. With the development of various equipment and techniques, most of the retained instrument separations can be removed safely. However, in canals without associated periapical disease not every fractured separation should be removed from difficult locations because of the increased risk for root perforation and fracture. In difficult cases, either retain or bypass the fragment in the root canal and ensure regular follow-up reviews. Fractured instruments retained in the presence of periapical disease reduce significantly the prognosis of endodontically treated teeth, indicating a greater need to attempt the removal or bypass of the file separations. Apical surgery might be required in some instances, emphasizing the importance of preventing instrument fracture.展开更多

Methods The loaner instruments were collected and categorized into the control group( 2 639 pieces during the period of January 2013 to December 2014) and the observation group( 2 418 pieces during the period of January 2015 to December 2016). The possible causes of the challenges were carefully investigated and analyzed. Results After the implementation of standardized management procedures,the efficiency and qualified care of the loaner instruments was significantly improved by measuring qualified rate. The difference in the qualified rate between control and observation groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The implementation of the standardized management procedures is important for central sterilization supply departments in guarantee of safe supplies of the loaner instruments,reducing operation risks,and ultimately ensuring patient safety.展开更多

However, few frameworks exist that allow for a comparative examination of existi...The importance of evaluating the success of policies developed to effectively manage coastal and marine resource use is well documented. However, few frameworks exist that allow for a comparative examination of existing policy instruments, as opposed to specific initiatives, which assess governance performance aimed at addressing issues arising in the coastal zone. This paper describes the process and findings for evaluating the feasibility of a modified Coastal Sustainability Standard (CoSS) framework that seeks to measure the effectiveness of individual planning instruments within overlapping spatial boundaries in the landward and marine areas in the southeast region of Cuba. Through workshops conducted in Santiago de Cuba and Guamá municipalities with key representatives involved in coastal management and planning, the utility of the framework was assessed using the main instruments of territorial planning in Cuba, namely integrated river basin management, territorial planning in coastal municipalities and marine and coastal management. While, the findings suggest that the modified CoSS framework can be used to assess the effectiveness of these planning instruments in the region, and workshop participants also suggested improvements to better match its use to the characteristics of the study region.展开更多

Assessing the competence of registered radiographers’ clinical work is of great importance because of the recent change in nursing focus and rapid technological development. Self-assessment assists radiographers to v...Assessing the competence of registered radiographers’ clinical work is of great importance because of the recent change in nursing focus and rapid technological development. Self-assessment assists radiographers to validate and improve clinical practice by identifying their strengths as well as areas that may need to be developed. The aim of the study was to develop and psychometrically test a specially designed instrument, the Radiographers Competence Scale (RCS). A cross sectional survey was conducted comprising 406 randomly selected radiographers all over Sweden. The study consisted of two phases;the development of the instrument and evaluation of its psychometric properties. The first phase included three steps: 1) construction of the RCS;2) pilot testing of face and content validity;and 3) creation of a web-based 54-item questionnaire for testing the instrument. The second phase comprised psychometric evaluation of construct validity, internal consistency reliability and item reduction. The analysis reduced the initial 54 items of the RCS to 28 items. A logical two-factor solution was identified explaining 53.8% of the total variance. The first factor labelled “Nurse initiated care” explained 31.7% of the total variance. Factor 2 labelled “Technical and radiographic processes” explained 22.1% of the total variance. The scale had good internal consistency reliability, with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.87. The RCS is a short, easy to administer scale for capturing radiographers’ competence levels and the frequency of using their competence. The scale was found to be valid and reliable. The self-assessment RCS can be used in management, patient safety and quality improvement to enhance the radiographic process.展开更多

目的:构建基于Android平台的电子信息系统,探讨其在手术室仪器设备电子化动态管理中的应用价值。方法:采用Java开发语言、SQL Server 2008 R2数据库开发工具、浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,设置Linux内核层、运行层、函数库、应用框架和应...目的:构建基于Android平台的电子信息系统,探讨其在手术室仪器设备电子化动态管理中的应用价值。方法:采用Java开发语言、SQL Server 2008 R2数据库开发工具、浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,设置Linux内核层、运行层、函数库、应用框架和应用层构建基于Android平台的电子信息系统。选取2023年4-9月上海健康医学院附属崇明医院手术室在用的145件仪器设备,基于Android平台电子信息系统应用前采用人工手工登记,对比Android平台电子信息系统应用前后手术室仪器设备管理质量评分、运行质量和管理人员能力评分。结果:应用Android平台电子信息系统后仪器设备使用和归位速度、安全性能、维修速度和清洁质量评分分别为(39.01±1.38)分、(39.79±1.05)分、(38.85±1.22)分和(38.49±2.41)分,均明显高于应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.313、19.407、26.957、8.010,P<0.05);应用Android平台电子信息系统后仪器设备开机率、成本效益增幅和社会效益增幅分别为(96.17±5.33)%、(7.93±1.15)%和(10.74±1.09)%,均高于应用前,仪器设备运转率为(9.21±1.35)%,低于应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=9.386、59.769、47.946、27.078,P<0.05);应有Android平台电子信息系统后仪器设备管理人员的理论知识、操作能力和安全意识考核评分分别为(39.79±2.07)分、(39.11±2.18)分和(19.65±2.44)分,均明显高于应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=9.261、7.645、7.253,P<0.05)。结论:基于Android平台的电子信息系统应用于手术室仪器设备管理,有助于实现仪器设备的电子化动态管理,提高仪器设备管理质量和管理水平。展开更多

The first phase included three steps: 1) construction of the RCS;2) pilot testing of face and content validity;and 3) creation of a web-based 54-item questionnaire for testing the instrument. The second phase comprised psychometric evaluation of construct validity, internal consistency reliability and item reduction. The analysis reduced the initial 54 items of the RCS to 28 items. A logical two-factor solution was identified explaining 53.8% of the total variance. The first factor labelled “Nurse initiated care” explained 31.7% of the total variance. Factor 2 labelled “Technical and radiographic processes” explained 22.1% of the total variance. The scale had good internal consistency reliability, with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.87. The RCS is a short, easy to administer scale for capturing radiographers’ competence levels and the frequency of using their competence. The scale was found to be valid and reliable. The self-assessment RCS can be used in management, patient safety and quality improvement to enhance the radiographic process.
文摘In order to solve information island problem of offshore oil and gas field production-related information system,including repetitive reporting and input of data,data isolation of central control system,inadequate follow-up analysis and development to support oil and gas field production management,and so on.Therefore,the introduction of MES(Manufacturing Execution System)production execution system in the manufacturing industry and downstream production of offshore oil has become an inevitable choice.This system utilizes the real-time database combined with relational database to collect the scattered structured data,such as the production process real-time data,production management documents and statistical tables of offshore oil and gas production facilities.It establishes a unified data center platform for each operation area and production site,so as to centralize the related production management data at production sites.This system realizes many functions,including the production management support like production report generation as well as presentation and POB,equipment management support like PM optimization,remote configuration and monitoring of production operation,status trend analysis,and production event prediction.The implementation of MES system in offshore oil and gas field production management perfects the overall information system of China National Offshore Oil Corporation more and gradually enhances its comprehensive benefits.

文摘目的:构建基于Android平台的电子信息系统,探讨其在手术室仪器设备电子化动态管理中的应用价值。方法:采用Java开发语言、SQL Server 2008 R2数据库开发工具、浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,设置Linux内核层、运行层、函数库、应用框架和应用层构建基于Android平台的电子信息系统。选取2023年4-9月上海健康医学院附属崇明医院手术室在用的145件仪器设备,基于Android平台电子信息系统应用前采用人工手工登记,对比Android平台电子信息系统应用前后手术室仪器设备管理质量评分、运行质量和管理人员能力评分。结果:应用Android平台电子信息系统后仪器设备使用和归位速度、安全性能、维修速度和清洁质量评分分别为(39.01±1.38)分、(39.79±1.05)分、(38.85±1.22)分和(38.49±2.41)分,均明显高于应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.313、19.407、26.957、8.010,P<0.05);应用Android平台电子信息系统后仪器设备开机率、成本效益增幅和社会效益增幅分别为(96.17±5.33)%、(7.93±1.15)%和(10.74±1.09)%,均高于应用前,仪器设备运转率为(9.21±1.35)%,低于应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=9.386、59.769、47.946、27.078,P<0.05);应有Android平台电子信息系统后仪器设备管理人员的理论知识、操作能力和安全意识考核评分分别为(39.79±2.07)分、(39.11±2.18)分和(19.65±2.44)分,均明显高于应用前,其差异有统计学意义(t=9.261、7.645、7.253,P<0.05)。结论:基于Android平台的电子信息系统应用于手术室仪器设备管理,有助于实现仪器设备的电子化动态管理,提高仪器设备管理质量和管理水平。

文摘Teaching equipment management is an important factor for colleges and universities to improve their teaching level,and its management level directly affects the service life and efficiency of teaching equipment.But in recent years,our university recruitment of students scale is increasing year by year,the size of the corresponding teaching equipment is also growing,therefore to develop a teaching equipment management information system is necessary,not only can help universities to effective use of the existing teaching resources,also can update scrap equipment,related equipment maintenance,and build a good learning environment to students and to the improvement of the teaching quality of colleges and universities play a reliable safeguard role.This paper first introduces some common development tools,and then analyzes the user functional requirements and data requirements of the system,and analyzes the feasibility of the system development from many aspects,finally based on B/S mode,using Java language,JSP technology and MySQL database design and implementation of a teaching equipment management information system.The main functional modules of the system include equipment basic information management,equipment loan and return information management,equipment maintenance information management,equipment scrap information management,the interface of each functional module is shown in the paper.
