The Construction of Linux System and Network Programming Course to Develop Engineering Ability

To meet society’s needs for undergraduate students to have engineering skills and to develop students’ability to operate Linux and engage in network software development,this paper proposes the construction of a new specialized course for network engineering major--Linux system and network programming.This paper analyzes the course’s advantages,presents the contents of this course,designs a series of teaching methods aimed at improving students’engineering ability,proposes a course assessment method that will encourage students to practice,lists the development requirements for an examination software designed for this course,and finally,presents the results of our practice in teaching this course.

The Construct of the Story Continuation Writing Task: Insights From the China’s Standards of English Language Ability

Although the story continuation writing task(SCWT) has attracted much research attention, few studies have investigated the construct of the task, particularly with respect to which language competence it focuses on. In addition, although some studies have demonstrated that China’s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE) provides comprehensive insights into the development of Chinese learners’ English language proficiency, little research has investigated the relationship between CSE and SCWT. This study drew upon the CSE to develop an SCWT language use inventory to address the above research gaps. A total of 358 high school students were asked to complete the questionnaire, of which 277 valid responses were analyzed. Exploratory factor analysis(EFA) on the CSE-based questionnaire revealed the presence of six factors, namely language correctness, language variety, task planning, connecting-and-generating, selecting-andmining, and organizing. The strategy of connecting-and-generating was the only significant predictor of the learners’ SCWT scores. The paper also discusses the findings relating to the SCWT rating and other integrated writing tasks.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

The Briefing Relating to the Construction of Dust-Storm Monitoring, Predicting and Service System

Dust-storm is a kind of severe weather, which has comprehensive and significant impacts on socioeconomic development and people’s livelihood. Enhancing the abilities of dust-storm monitoring, predicting and service will be of great benefit and the important significance to China and its people. At present, the comprehensive operation on dust-storm monitoring, predicting and service is still in a preliminary phase, the abilities of operation can’t meet the needs of implementing the real-time and quantitative monitoring and providing the efficient service. The implementation of the project of dust-storm monitoring, predicting and service system will greatly improve the service ability and level for the sustainable development and make a greater contribution to build the better-off society. The first phase project mainly involves monitoring subsystem, predicting, warning and service subsystem; communications and transmission subsystem, etc. In the first phase construction a series of major measures should be taken to address project overall benefits, such as making better use of current monitoring resource, taking into account the standards of data format and project integrative and extensive abilities and so on.

Application of system dynamics for assessment of sustainable performance of construction projects

Sustainable performance is expected to become a major factor when examining the feasibility of a construction project in terms of its life cycle performance. The study on which this paper is based developed a simulation model, using system dy- namics methodology, to assess the sustainable performance of projects. Three major factors are used to examine project sus- tainable performance (PSP): the sustainability of economic development (E), the sustainability of social development (S), and the sustainability of environmental development (En). Sustainable development ability (SDA) was used as a prototype to evaluate the degree of sustainable performance. The simulation software ‘ithink’ was used to help with the application of the model to a real life case. This paper explains and demonstrates the procedures used to develop the model and finally offers an approach for assessing the feasibility of a construction project in terms of its sustainable performance.

Invasion syndromes:hypotheses on relationships among invasive species attributes and characteristics of invaded sites

As invasion science accepts that there is no single causal factor for biological invasion, the identification of groups of traits that are often associated, or ＂syndromes＂, is a logical move forward. Invasion syndromes are proposed to identify suites of site conditions （biotic and environmental） that render a site vulnerable to invasion by different types of invaders. This paper proposed four invasion syndromes which relate invader attributes （competitive ability, niche construction, phenotypic plasticity, and phenological niche separation） to the biotic characteristics （biodiversity and enemies） and environmental conditions （resource abundance and fluctuation） of invaded sites. The four invasion syndromes described in this paper are a development of hypotheses of how the many factors that influence species invasion might be associated. Invasion Syndrome 1 proposes that sites with relatively high resource abundance and high diversity should be vulnerable to invasion by species with high competitive ability. Invasion Syndrome 2 hypothesizes that sites with relatively low resource abundance and low diversity should be vulnerable to invasion by species with niche construction ability. Invasion Syndrome 3 postulates that sites with moderate or fluctuating resources and moderate diversity should be vulnerable to invasion by species with high phenotypic plasticity. Invasion Syndrome 4 hypothesizes that species introduced into a site where it has phenological niche separation from natives will not have to contend with interference from the biotic community at a site （diversity or natural enemies） and may invade where ever site environmental conditions suit its life history. Further work is needed to support, contradict, or refine these hypotheses and almost certainly will identify more invasion syndromes.

Social Work Modes of Rural Women Ability Construction: A Case Study of Luzhai Village in Yunnan Province

Taking Luzhai Village as a case,this paper discussed social work modes of rural women ability construction using marsh gas project,education project,handicraft project,and healthcare project as operation carrier. It focused on ability restoration and ability improvement to comprehensively respond to women demand and development. In the process of project implementation,it is recommended to avoid gender segregation,pay close attention to women subsistence ethics,properly treat traditional gender mode,and care about girl growth.

Research on the Abilities of Community Education Study Tour Instructors

Community education study tour instructors are important action elements of community education tours.It is necessary to sort out the abilities of community education study tour instructors as well as construct a scientific and reasonable professional ability index system for community education study tour instructors,so as to promote the high-quality development of community education as well as the modernization of lifelong education governance system and governance ability.Based on the practice of community education in Jiangsu and the basic theory of pedagogy,this paper puts forward five core vocational abilities of community education,including travel education and teaching ability,curriculum development ability,management and research ability,training and guidance ability,as well as study tour guarantee ability.This paper attempts to sort out the ability of community education study tour instructors through research and analysis.A three-dimensional and multi-dimensional framework of community education instructors’ability has been constructed to provide a path for the professional development of community education study tour instructors.

建筑供应链管理模式(CSCM)应用研究

供应链管理倡导合作、共赢、集成,全面提高供应链整体竞争力,广受关注,并在制造业取得很大绩效。文章通过对制造业供应链与建筑业供应链的比较,分析了建筑供应链管理模式应用的可行性及实施步骤,研究了建筑供应链管理模式的发展趋势,并对供应链建筑管理模式与传统建筑管理模式进行了比较分析。

SCM理论在应急物流体系构建中的应用

文中在SCM理论的指导下,构建了一个囊括应急物流指挥中心、应急物流供应链中心与应急物流信息中心三大模块的应急物流体系,以期对于维护社会经济的稳定有所贡献。

异泽兰黄素改善蛛网膜下腔出血模型大鼠学习记忆能力的机制

背景:异泽兰黄素是一种源自青蒿属的黄酮类活性成分,可缓解蛛网膜下腔出血大鼠的炎症反应,改善神经学评分,但其在学习记忆方面的作用和机制仍不清楚。目的:探究异泽兰黄素对蛛网膜下腔出血模型大鼠学习记忆能力及P38有丝分裂素激活蛋白激酶(p38 MAPK)/信号传导和转录活化因子3(STAT3)通路蛋白的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将50只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、异泽兰黄素组、橙皮素组、异泽兰黄素+橙皮素组,每组10只。除假手术组外,其余4组通过血管内穿孔构建蛛网膜下腔出血模型,造模成功2 h后,异泽兰黄素组尾静脉注射10 mg/kg异泽兰黄素,橙皮素组尾静脉注射50 mg/kg橙皮素(p38 MAPK/STAT3信号通路激活剂),异泽兰黄素+橙皮素组尾静脉注射10 mg/kg异泽兰黄素+50 mg/kg橙皮素,假手术组与模型组尾静脉注射10 mL/kg生理盐水。药物治疗24 h后,采用神经功能评分及Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠神经功能及学习记忆能力,苏木精-伊红染色检测海马组织病理学变化,TUNEL法检测神经细胞凋亡,免疫荧光染色检测海马组织双皮质素阳性细胞数,Western blot检测海马组织p38 MAPK/STAT3蛋白表达。结果与结论:①与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠神经功能评分、学习记忆能力、双皮质素阳性细胞数均降低(P<0.05),神经细胞凋亡率及p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK、p-STAT3/STAT3蛋白表达均升高(P<0.05);②与模型组比较,异泽兰黄素组大鼠神经功能评分、学习记忆能力、双皮质素阳性细胞数均升高(P<0.05),神经细胞凋亡率及p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK、p-STAT3/STAT3蛋白表达均降低(P<0.05);橙皮素组大鼠神经功能评分、学习记忆能力、双皮质素阳性细胞数均降低(P<0.05),神经细胞凋亡率及p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK、p-STAT3/STAT3蛋白表达均升高(P<0.05);③与异泽兰黄素组比较,异泽兰黄素+橙皮素组大鼠神经功能评分、学习记忆能力、双皮质素阳性细胞数均降低(P<0.05),神经细胞凋亡率及p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK、p-STAT3/STAT3蛋白表达均升高(P<0.05);④苏木精-伊红染色显示,相较于模型组,异泽兰黄素组神经细胞排列较为整齐,橙皮素组神经细胞排列紊乱,异泽兰黄素+橙皮素组神经细胞排列与模型组相似;⑤结果表明,异泽兰黄素可能通过抑制p38 MAPK/STAT3信号通路改善蛛网膜下腔出血模型大鼠的学习记忆能力。

基于模拟和混凝土材料特性的SCM混凝土施工方案表现计量与决策研究

全球混凝土庞大的消耗量带来了对环境的巨大负担,辅助胶凝材料混凝土(简称SCM混凝土)为降低混凝土的碳排放提供了可能。然而,目前还鲜有研究分析混凝土从供应链和施工的环境-经济综合表现,导致企业难以应用SCM混凝土,阻碍了SCM混凝土的推广应用。为此,结合离散事件模拟和混凝土材料特性数据建立方案分析-收集与拟合-模拟与计量-决策方法,并将该方法应用于工程案例。结果表明,建立的方法能够有效地计量SCM混凝土供应链和施工的环境-经济表现,并为施工方应用SCM混凝土提供决策辅助,为以后的相关研究提供了参考。

探究CRM域版本控制与SCM智能终端的实现过程

结合成熟的SVN版本管理工具同SCM软件配置管理理论,从CRM域版本管理的工作需要角度出发,叙述了SCM过程中的变更控制和版本控制。使用开源软件SUBVERSION和APACHE搭建支持WEB访问的版本管理工具系统,提出了基于智能终端安全访问,有效地使变更处于便捷、科学、有效的受控状态。
