ARCHITECTURE OF MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM IN THE EXTENDED ENTERPRISE

The extended enterprise is formed according to the philosophy of dispersednetworked manufacturing. Manufacturing execution system (MES) can close the information gap whichexists between device control system and production information management system. The functions andthe web-based architecture of the MES in the extended enterprise are introduced. Using thecooperating system models of object-oriented and distributed agents and CORBA, all objects keep touniform interface standards and are easily inserted to object request broker. The utilization ofdistributed MES in extended enterprise can adapt fast change of manufacturing environment andresource. It also can improve the independent management capability of manufacturing cell and theenterprise response capability to global economic competition.

Research on evaluation model of technology innovation ability of state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

To Evaluate of the Self-dependent Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises in Shaanxi Province

For an enterprise, what is important is to have the self-dependent innovation ability so that it can en- hance the core competence unceasingly and acquire sustainable competitive advantages. In this paper, the indi- cator system of the self-dependent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shaanxi province is constructed, in which includes 4 one-level indicators and 13 two-level indicators; and conducts empirical re- search by applying the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

Research on the Evaluation Method of the Industrial Enterprise Spothetical Ability－Benefit

To solve the evaluation problem of industrial enterprises in different types, thispaper presents an evaluation method of the synthetical index about the ability-benefit for industrial enterprises. It starts with the ability and benefit of anindustrial enterprise. and then presents concepts, measure methods, the modelof the enterprise’s ability-benefit and the standard value of indices. In order toquantify influences on industrial enterprises caused by the differences among trades and regions, the trade coefficient and the region coefficient areintroduced.

STUDY ON MEASURE OF TECHNICAL INNOVATION ABILITY IN MEDIUM AND SMALL MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

Measure index system of technical innovation in medium and smallmanufacturing enterprises is established according to principles of exploration, adaptability,standardization, generalization, feasibility, comparability and combination of economic benefit andcontinual development. It includes index of technical innovation capacity, informationaladministration on technical innovation, and investment of technical innovation, economic benefit,green technical level, social contribution and other influential indexes. Approach to measure oftechnical innovation in medium and small manufacturing enterprises is presented based on combinationof grey relation and fuzzy hiberarchy analysis, and conclusions are drawn based on practicalanalysis of 20 medium and small enterprises, which provides the basis for the medium and smallenterprises to select technical innovation policies and the government to constitute relativepolicies.

Research on the Influence of Business Convergence of Listed Tourism Companies on Enterprise Performance

Studying the impact of business convergence on enterprise performance can provide empirical basis for enterprises to formulate the integrated development strategy.The business convergence degree of 28 listed tourism companies was measured by Herfindahl index,and the impact of business convergence on business performance and the moderating effect of enterprise innovation ability were discussed.The results showed that the business convergence level of listed tourism companies varied greatly.Business convergence had a significant positive impact on short-term profitability of tourism enterprises,and a significant negative impact on the growth of enterprises.Innovation ability had a positive moderating effect on the impact of business convergence on enterprise profitability,but had no significant moderating effect on the impact of business convergence on enterprise growth.The results suggest that at the present stage,the business convergence of listed tourism companies is helpful to improve the profitability of enterprises in the short term,but it does not significantly promote the long-term growth of enterprises.

A Study of the Relationships Among Total Quality Management, Executive Ability, and Sustainable Competitive Advantage

It is very important for organization to deal with and balance the challenge of environmental complexity and inner resources scarcity. This study considers total quality management (TQM) as a factor linking internal and external of organization and executive ability as linkage to promote and coordinate internal-external elements and then organization obtains its sustainable competitive advantage. The research surveyed effective samples 252 and used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and discriminated analysis for analysis and testing. The results indicate that TQM positively affects executive ability and firm sustainable competitive advantage. Executive ability affects firm sustainable competitive advantage and has the mediating effect between TQM and firm sustainable competitive advantage. Managerial practice implications, limitations, and future research directions have been discussed.

An Empirical Study of the Senior Corporate Managers＇ Ability to Innovate

Senior corporate managers＇ innovation ability and spirit are very important in the growth process of corporate business development. This paper focuses on the innovation capacities of the senior corporate managers of listed companies in China and the complex relationship between firm performance and the operating environment to study and analyze the management and development of Chinese enterprises. Through relevant theoretical analysis and development of research hypotheses using the A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies announced in 2007 and 2008, the authors design an empirical model. The study found that in Chinese listed companies, the higher the innovation spirit of senior corporate managers, the better their business performances; the stronger the dynamic and complexity of the operating environment, the more the corporate managers＇ innovation ability will be developed.

Empirical Study on the Relation between Enterprise Social Responsibility and Financial Capability

The consciousness ofenterprise social responsibility in our country is weaker at present. Many enterprises are unwilling to make a commitment to social responsibility, even consider that fulfilling their social responsibility goes against the improvement of enterprise performance. However, with the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards of the people, the performance of corporate social responsibility play a more and more important role. The paper defines the content included in corporate social responsibility, makes theoretical analysis on the relation between corporate social responsibility and enterprise financial ability, and makes the relativity and regression analysis on the relation between enterprise social responsibility and enterprise financial ability.

Assessment for Production and Operation Ability of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises Based on Neural Network

In order to improve production and operation ability of medium and small-sized enterprises, an assessment-index system of production and operation ability was proposed, and a corresponding assessment model was established based on BP neural network. The conjunction weights of the neural network were continuously modified from output layer to input layer in the process of neural network training to reduce the errors between the anticipated and actual outputs. The results from an example show that this method is reliable and feasible. The production and operation abilitv of an enterorise with assessed result of 0.833 is fairly oowerful, and that with assessed result of 0.644 is average.

Influence of Network Embedding on the Transformation Performance of Original Equipment Manufactures

Based on the embeddedness theory,this paper analyzes the impact of network embedding features and types on the transformation performance of foundry enterprises.Through the investigation and analysis of more than 200 foundry enterprises in Zhejiang Province,it is found that network relationship embedding and structure embedding have positive impacts on transformation of foundry enterprises.Professional embedding and technical embedding have a positive effect in the transformation of foundry enterprises,and knowledge absorption ability has a positive adjustment role in the transformation performance of network embedding foundry enterprises.

Strategy Analysis of Improving Executive Ability of Subject and Object in Landscape Design Teaching

In view of the relationship between executive ability and landscape design teaching, the paper put forward that the executive ability is a key factor restricting teaching effects of landscape design, and then analyzed factors influencing executive ability of subject-object (teachers and students) in the teaching. Aiming at these factors, executive ability of teachers and students in landscape design teaching could be improved by modifying teaching management system, teacher training, developing the role of "project-oriented learning" in shaping the executive ability, and cultivating students' self-study ability, so as to improve the teaching effect of landscape design.

A model for mold collaborative manufacturing execution system based on Web Service

Mold manufacturing Extended Enterprise （EE） has the following characteristics： distributed in locality, tight cooperation and frequent information exchange. It needs a collaborative, highly efficient, reliable and intelligent manufacturing management system. The background of the Collaborative Manufacturing is introduced. A mold Collaborative Manufacturing Execution System （c-MES） is proposed. The feature of Web Service platform is analyzed. The necessity and feasibility of importing the Web Service to mold c-MES are discussed. Based on Web Service, the model of mold c-MES is built. Every module＇ s function is described in detail, including the functions it supplies and the mechanism of information interaction among them. The feasibility of mold c-MES model is validated by a real mold manufacturing case.

Cerebral arterial blood flow,attention,and executive and cognitive functions in depressed patients after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

BACKGROUND Intracerebral hemorrhage mainly occurs in middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension,and surgery is currently the main treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,but the bleeding caused by surgery will cause damage to the patient's nerve cells,resulting in cognitive and motor dysfunction,resulting in a decline in the patient's quality of life.AIM To investigate associations between cerebral arterial blood flow and executive and cognitive functions in depressed patients after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS Eighty-nine patients with depression after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and July 2021 were selected as the observation group,while 100 patients without depression who had acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the control group.The attention span of the patients was assessed using the Paddle Pin Test while executive function was assessed using the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)and cognitive function was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA).The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24)was used to evaluate the severity of depression of involved patients.Cerebral arterial blood flow was measured in both groups.RESULTS The MoCA score,net scores I,II,III,IV,and the total net score of the scratch test in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Concurrently,the total number of responses,number of incorrect responses,number of persistent errors,and number of completed responses of the first classification in the WCST test were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Blood flow in the basilar artery,left middle cerebral artery,right middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery,and right anterior cerebral artery was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The basilar artery,left middle cerebral artery,right middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery,and right anterior cerebral artery were positively correlated with the net and total net scores of each part of the Paddle Pin test and the MoCA score(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with each part of the WCST test(P<0.05).In the observation group,the post-treatment improvement was more prominent in the Paddle Pin test,WCST test,HAMD-24 score,and MoCA score compared with those in the pre-treatment period(P<0.05).Blood flow in the basilar artery,left middle cerebral artery,right middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery,and right anterior cerebral artery significantly improved in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Impaired attention,and executive and cognitive functions are correlated with cerebral artery blood flow in patients with depression after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and warrant further study.

In the structure of the company, the top management is the main part of the company. The decesion they make have an important impact on the growth of the company＇s stock price changes, the company＇s performance and other enterprises. Therefore, executive replacement as an important part of corporate governance, will affect the growth of the company. 组织韧性视角下ESG责任履行对高水敏感性企业高质量发展的影响

近年来,我国水资源短缺问题日益凸显,开展节水工作成为解决问题的关键举措。高水敏感性企业是我国水资源消耗和污染的主体,其节水转型成为我国节水工作推进的重点。以2009—2022年我国沪深A股高水敏感性上市公司为样本,分析了ESG责任履行对企业高质量发展的影响及作用机制。结果显示:ESG责任履行正向影响高水敏感性企业高质量发展,且通过增强组织韧性提高企业的发展质量;高管团队环境注意力在ESG责任履行对企业高质量发展的影响中发挥正向调节作用;在国有企业、大规模企业、高环境规制强度和高社会信任地区中,ESG责任履行对高水敏感性企业高质量发展的影响更加显著。

企业高层领导政治能力何以促进组织韧性?——基于网络位置与开放式创新的双重路径研究

在复杂多变的外部环境下,高层领导政治能力对增强企业的组织韧性具有重要作用。本文通过对254名企业高层领导的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型验证了企业高层领导政治能力对组织韧性的影响机理。研究发现,企业高层领导政治能力能够正向促进企业的网络中心性和结构洞位置以及企业的开放式创新行为,并且能够通过网络位置与内向型开放式创新的单独中介和链式中介作用,提升企业的组织韧性。而环境敌对性则在高层领导政治能力与企业网络位置(中心性和结构洞)之间,以及高层领导政治能力与企业内向型开放式创新之间具有显著正向调节作用,并进一步表现为被调节的中介和被调节的链式中介:环境敌对性与企业高层领导政治能力的交互项分别通过企业网络中心性、内向型开放式创新的中介以及“网络中心性→内向型开放式创新”的链式中介,影响企业的组织韧性。

数字化转型是推动企业创新的重要力量。基于CiteSpace可视化软件,对2019—2024年国内外数字化转型赋能企业创新研究的时间分布、热点及演进脉络进行分析。研究发现:国内外数字化转型赋能企业创新研究热点具有一定的相似性,发文量整体呈快速上升趋势,且国内学者和研究机构在该领域占主导地位。数字化转型从技术创新、内部管理等五条主要路径赋能企业创新,揭示了数字化转型在推动企业创新过程中的多维度作用机制,为企业实践和政策制定提供了重要参考。未来研究应致力于实现持续跟踪和动态研究,加强合作研究网络的建设,构建更加系统的中介和调节机制分析框架,注重具体行业和应用情境的差异性分析。
