Dynamic Development Characteristics and Driving Factors of High Quality Development Level in China’s Five Major Urban Agglomerations

High-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist,modern country,as well as the primary task of building urban agglomerations in China.Based on the five development concepts,this paper used the entropy method to measure the High Quality Development Index(HQDI)of the five major urban agglomerations.The results showed that the HQDI of the five major urban agglomerations shows a fluctuating upward trend.First,using the Dagum Gini coefficient to explore the sources of HQDI development differences in urban agglomerations,we found that the main source of HQDI differences in urban agglomerations was inter-regional differences,while intra-regional differences were not important.Second,kernel density estimation was used to test the dynamic evolution trend of HQDI within urban agglomerations.There was a polarisation phenomenon in the HQDI of urban agglomerations,such as the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.But overall,the degree of imbalance had decreased.Third,using geographic detectors to examine the driving factors of HQDI in urban agglomerations,we found that the main driving forces for improving HQDI in urban agglomerations were economic growth,artificial intelligence technology and fiscal decentralisation.All the interaction factors had greater explanatory power for the spatial differentiation of HQDI,which can be divided into two types:two-factor improvement and non-linear improvement.This study is conducive to improving and enriching the theoretical system for evaluating the high quality development of urban agglomerations,and provides policy references for promoting the high quality development of urban agglomerations.

Evaluation Study on the Level of High-Quality Development of the Construction Industry in Henan Province of China

Based on the data of the construction industry in Henan Province, China, from 2005 to 2020, the high-quality development level of the construction industry in Henan Province is measured. Firstly, this paper constructs the indicator system based on the high-quality development theory and the characteristic of the construction industry from seven dimensions: industrial scale, industrial efficiency, industrial benefits, industrial innovation, industrial risk, industrial potential, and the green development of the construction industry. Secondly, using the global principal component analysis (PCA) method to measure the high-quality development level. Thirdly, cluster analysis is applied to measure the relative changes of various dimensions in different stages. The results show that overall the high-quality development level of the construction industry in Henan province is increasing, but different indicators perform differently in various stages, and the changes in real estate policies have a significant impact on this. Finally, based on these findings, we think it is better to reduce real estate dependence, promote the application of new materials and technologies and maintain the stability of real estate policies.

Does green finance drive high-quality economic development?-Based on empirical evidence from China

Green finance,as an important branch of modern finance,has far-reaching significance that is not limited to the financial sector.By promoting green investment and optimizing resource allocation,green finance plays a crucial role in reducing environmental pollution and carbon emissions.At the same time,it can also promote the quality of economic growth and achieve the harmonious development of economy,society and environment.Based on China's provincial panel data from 2008 to 2022,the direct impact and indirect transmission mechanism of green finance on high-quality economic development are analyzed by constructing a dynamic panel model and a mediation effect model.It is found that green finance not only directly promotes the high-quality development of the economy,but also indirectly promotes the sustainable and healthy growth of the economy through the transmission channel of technological innovation.This mediating effect of technological innovation is as high as 78.65%,which shows the close connection between green finance and high-quality economic development.In addition,the study also found that the direct promotion effect of green finance on high-quality economic development has significant regional heterogeneity.The results of this study suggest that when formulating relevant policies,it is necessary to fully consider the actual situation of each region and tailor them to the local conditions to ensure the in-depth promotion of green finance and the overall development of the economy.

Structural characteristics and influencing factors of spatial correlation network for regional high-quality development in China

On the basis of measuring the regional high-quality development in China from 2011 to 2020,this study uses gravity model to build spatial correlation network,and uses social network analysis method to analyze the structural characteristics and influencing factors of correlation network.The results are shown as follows.First,from 2011 to 2020,the level of regional high-quality development in China is rising gradually,and the discrete characteristics between regions are gradually obvious,showing a step-like distribution structure decreasing from east to west.Second,the network density of regional high-quality development is generally low and tends to decline,but it has strong stability and correlation strength.Third,the spatial correlation network has an obvious core-edge structure.Shanghai is always at the center of the network and plays a significant intermediary role,while Qinghai and Xinjiang are always at the edge of the network.Fourth,the regional high-quality development association network can be divided into four major sectors:main benefit,net benefit,net spillover,and broker,showing the spatial correlation characteristics of inter-plate contact and intra-plate agglomeration.Fifth,the level of economic development,the level of urbanization and geographical proximity have a significant impact on the formation of regional high-quality development correlation network.

Evaluation of Urban Development Quality Based on the Connotation of High-Quality Development: A Case Study of Guangdong Province

In this paper, based on the interpretation of the connotation of high-quality development, an urban development quality evaluation index system was established from six aspects of economic strength, the level of science and education, government management, resources and environment, the level of openness, and infrastructure, the entropy method and cluster analysis were used to conduct an empirical analysis of the quality of urban development in Guangdong Province, and relevant suggestions were proposed accordingly. The results showed that:(1) the level of science and education was the most important factor affecting the quality of urban development in Guangdong Province;(2) the quality of urban development in Guangdong Province was extremely uncoordinated;(3) cities with stronger economic strength had lower resource and environment evaluation;(4) cities of Guangdong Province could be divided into three categories: cities in a quality optimization stage, cities in a quality improvement stage, and cities in a quality lagging stage that could be further divided into three categories.

Study on High Quality Development Strategy of the Yellow River Basin-Take Rural Development in Zhengzhou, China as an Example

High-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is a development strategy that China has been vigorously promoting in recent years,and it is also an important point to realize the goal of balanced regional development and the Chinese dream in the long term.In the context of the implementation of the strategy,Zhengzhou,as a major city in the central region where the Yellow River flows through,has a strong driving effect on the surrounding counties and cities.At the same time,Zhengzhou’s rural modernization process is gradually accelerated,and the poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results.Therefore,this paper introduces the development background of the Yellow River Basin region,explores the significance of this strategy for the basin region,and takes the rural construction of Zhengzhou as an example to look into the future development path.

Analyzing the Current Situation of High-Quality Development and Its Optimization Path:A Case Study of Xinhui District

Based on the social and economic development data of Xinhui District in Jiangmen City from 2016 to 2020,as well as the characteristics and connotation of high-quality development,this study constructs a high-quality development evaluation index system,explores the current situation of high-quality development in Xinhui District from a quantitative perspective by factor analysis,compares it with the high-quality development situation of other regions,so as to ascertain the gap existing in Xinhui District,and finally,proposes corresponding improvement measures to provide reference for local the government to formulate policies.

Intellectual Property Protection and High Quality Development of Radix Glycyrrhizae for Treatment of COVID-19

Radix Glycyrrhizae is the dominant native medicinal material variety in the north and northwestern medicinal materials producing areas.It is a main Chinese medicine of effective TCM drugs and formulas for the treatment of new coronavirus disease(COVID-19).This paper introduces the medicinal value of Radix Glycyrrhizae,involving the labeling,cultural heritage,and creative intellectual property rights of the Chinese medicinal materials,analyzes the poverty-stricken areas that are ecologically suitable for Radix Glycyrrhizae cultivation,and the superior counties and production bases of the Chinese medicinal materials.Besides,mainly from the aspects of perfect intellectual property rights,the establishment of authentic medicinal material production bases,and the construction of quality control systems,etc.,it discusses the rural revitalization strategy and the development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),agricultural intellectual property protection and high-quality development strategy of Radix Glycyrrhizae.

Intellectual Property Protection and High-quality Development of Cotton Industry in Xinjiang

This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in China and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton industry.Then,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality development.On this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.The recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products.

Role of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety in High Quality Development of China's Agriculture

The quality and safety of agricultural products are closely related to human health.They also play an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of China’s agricultural products market,shaping the brand value of agricultural products,and promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.At present,there are still a series of problems in the quality and safety of agricultural products.Relevant departments of the state should strengthen guidance and supervision,improve the quality and safety awareness and management level of agricultural product producers,and encourage producers to participate in the product certification and process certification of agricultural products.In addition,it is necessary to take effective control measures in accordance with the certification requirements,to evaluate their effectiveness,so as to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products and promote the high-quality development of China’s agriculture.

Identification of the lower limit of high-quality source rocks and its relation to hydrocarbon accumulation——Taking the Beier Sag in the Hailaer Basin as an example

The theory of ＂source rock control＂ has evolved from source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation, to effective source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation, and to high-quality source- rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation. However, there are problems, such as whether high-quality source rocks exist or not？ What high-quality source rocks are, and how to identify them, are yet to be agreed upon. Aimed at this issue of concern to explorationists, and taking the Beier Sag in the Hailaer Basin as an example, this paper defines the high-quality source rocks and the lower limit for evaluation of high-quality source rocks, by using the inflection point on the relationship curve of hydrocarbon （oil） expulsion, which is calculated by the material balance principle, versus total organic carbon （TOC）. The results show that when TOC is low, all source rocks have limited hydrocarbon expulsion and slow growth rate, thus they cannot be high-quality source rocks. However, when TOC rises to some threshold, hydrocarbon expulsion increases significantly with TOC. This inflection point should be the lower limit of high-quality source rocks： those with TOC greater than the inflection-point value are high-quality source rocks. In addition, the lower limit of high-quality source rocks is also related to the type and maturity of organic matters in the source rocks, as well as the mineral components of the source rocks affecting the residual hydrocarbons. Theoretically, the lower limit of high-quality source rocks depends on geological conditions rather than being a constant value. However, for the sake of simplicity and practicability, in this paper TOC=2.0% is regarded as the lower limit of high-quality source rocks. The examination of such standard in the work area indicates that the high-quality source rocks in members K^n2 and K^n~ of the Nantun formation contribute 76% and 82% to oil generation, and 96% and 91% to oil expulsion, respectively. The distribution of high-quality source rocks is also closely related to the distribution of hydrocarbon reservoirs in the region, demonstrating that high-quality source rocks control hydrocarbon accumulation.

It is recommended to fully build mulberry gardens and lay a solid foundation for the sericulture industry; implement compound operations to increase the level of income growth; deepen three major innovations,break through the bottlenecks; expand industrial functions,promote integrated development,and accelerate the high quality development of the sericulture industry in Dongtai City.

Countermeasures and Recommendations for High Quality Development of Tan Sheep Industry in Ningxia

Tan sheep industry is a characteristic and superior agricultural industry in Ningxia,and it is also an enriching industry that helps in poverty alleviation and increases farmers’income.The local government has been committing to building the"Yanchi Tan Sheep"brand and has made remarkable achievements.In order to explore the resource efficiency and quality of Tan sheep industry,the current situations and advantages of brand development,this paper made an empirical research through field investigations.The research was mainly concentrated on breeding scale,industrial integration,brand building,breeding benefits,and policy support.After a comprehensive evaluation,it came up with the recommendation that the Tan sheep industry should take the high-quality,high-end and green development road.

The Impetus for RCEP in Facilitating the High-quality Development of the Tourism Service Trade in Yunnan Province,China

The present world pattern has undergone major changes,the trend of world multi-polarization is constantly emerging,and peace and development remain the main themes of today’s society.The formal signing and implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)is important for meeting the needs of peace and development of many countries and regions.China is in a new era of reform and opening-up,and the RCEP content is in line with China’s concept of pursuing a path of rejuvenation.Based on the locations of important borders,Yunnan Province has become one of the key places for China’s opening-up and development regarding Southeast Asia and South Asia,and the high-quality development of its tourism service trade is of great significance.This study first used the grounded theory analysis method to organize,analyze and process the records of international conferences and government press conferences held in Yunnan Province,as well as important related issues since the signing of RCEP.Then,the social network analysis method was used to analyze the social recognition degree of RCEP in promoting the high-quality development of the tourism service trade in Yunnan Province from the perspectives of different levels and group consensus.The results show that cooperation is the key macro driving force for RCEP in promoting the high-quality development of the tourism service trade in Yunnan Province.Regarding the opportunities and environment of the transportation dividend,policy dividend and investment dividend,port construction,border township construction and exhibition-related construction are important cooperation contents,so they are conducive to the recovery of the tourism industry in a broader development space.Competition can improve the driving force of RCEP in promoting the high-quality development of the tourism service trade in Yunnan Province at the micro level,and has more practical significance.For example,RCEP can better rely on its own geographical advantages and international market competitiveness,optimize the use of resources inside and outside ports,and use high-tech products to form a more green,ecological,organic and sustainable development.In different levels of social identity,RCEP’s power of cooperation is more strongly recognized,while the power of competition is less recognized.However,from the perspective of grouping the various groups,RCEP’s powers of cooperation and competition are jointly recognized by the other groups,indicating that cooperation and competition are necessary for the realization of RCEP’s power.The results of this study provide a certain reference for understanding the dynamics of RCEP in more detail from more angles and for the local implementation of RCEP rules and measures.

The Current Breeding Situation and Development Strategies on High-quality Inbred Rice in Guangxi

According to the rice quality,production and resistance of 50 high-quality inbred rice varieties bred and examined and approved in Guangxi during the period 2000-2011,we analyze the current breeding situation and existing problems concerning high-quality inbred rice va- riety in Guangxi: the rice quality has been greatly improved,but the amylose content is still low; a series of scented rice varieties with high quality and high yield have been bred,such as Zhongguangxiang No. 1,Sanxiang 628,Guixiang No. 1,Liufengxiangzhan,Jiafuxiang No. 1, Zhaoxiang No. 1; the production of high-quality inbred rice during the period 2009-2011 was significantly enhanced,annually more than 66 00 kg / ha,but the disease resistance of rice variety bred was generally poor,and disease-resistant breeding stuck in the mud. Henceforth it is necessary to be oriented by the rice market,and take the rice type with long grain,high adhesive strength,medium-low amylose content and low chalkiness degree as the breeding objectives; introduce the existing high-quality variety resources with medium amylose content at home and abroad,then directly use them or innovate upon them as hybrid strain; take the thick-and-long-grain rice type as breeding objectives,and further improve the yield per unit area of high-quality inbred rice by improving the thousand-grain weight; increase capital investment,improve breeding techniques,strengthen disease-resistant and degeneration-resistant breeding,and improve the application of modern biotechnology in the breeding of high-quality inbred rice.

Application and Development Prospect of Se-rich & High-Ca Organic Fertilizer

Se is one of trace elements necessary for the human body,and human body could absorb Se via the food. Se intake is insufficient in 2/3 region of China,which seriously affects health of local residents. Therefore,the research of Se-rich fertilizer and the development of Se-rich product become the research focus in food science,medicine and other fields. There are rich marine resources in Beibu Gulf waters of Guangxi,and much carapace organic waste is generated. These carapace waste not only has high Se content but also is composed of a lot of Ca. The preparation of Se-rich ＆ high-Ca fertilizer by these carapace waste not only reaches the target of recycling and environment friendly but also increases the yield of agricultural products,reduces diseases and pests,improves quality,increases the added value of agricultural product,which brings better economic benefit and meets people＇s demand for healthy food.

Effects of Milk Quality on Growth and Development of Suckling Calves

[Objectives]This study was conducted to study the effects of cows'milk quality on suckling calves'growth and development.[Methods]A total of 80 regular milk samples from Simmental and Angus cows were collected to complete the detection of conventional milk components.[Results]Under the same feeding and management conditions,the chemical composition of Simmental cows'milk was better than that of Angus cows'milk.High milk fat in Simmental cows'milk was beneficial to calves'early growth and development,and high milk protein in Angus cows'milk composition was conducive to calves'early weight gain.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for reducing calves'mortality,alleviating calves'stress,and improving the economic benefits of beef cattle breeding.

Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Model: Case Study Based on Dongying Section of the Yellow River Basin

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the improvement of urban and rural living environment and build livable and workable villages and beautiful villages. The development and challenges of rural domestic sewage treatment coexist. Based on the field investigation of 15 administrative villages in 3 districts and counties of Dongying City, there is a big gap between the development status of rural domestic sewage treatment and expectations. Investigate rural domestic sewage treatment cases in-depth, and condense four modes of primitive, developmental, mature and advanced in a variety of different rural domestic sewage treatment models for discussion, among which, the village sewage treatment work under the mature mode has achieved remarkable results, and is at the forefront of the current rural domestic sewage treatment. Through the multi-case analysis method, the practical dilemma of sewage treatment in different models of villages is summarized, and the feasible improvement path is explored, which contributes to the ecological protection and high-quality development of Dongying and the Yellow River Basin.

中国农业高质量发展水平的测度、空间演化及影响因素研究——基于PROMETHEE法的分析

实现农业现代化,进而解决“三农”问题,关键在于走农业高质量发展道路。借助基于熵值法的PROMETHEE法对中国30个省份2011—2020年的农业高质量发展水平进行测度,运用标准差椭圆分析法对空间演化特征进行可视化分析,并借助面板Tobit模型对影响因素进行实证分析。结果发现:①考察期内,中国农业高质量发展水平阶段性增长,呈现“东部断层领先、中部加速追赶、西部持续跟进”的格局,区域间具有收敛态势,但差距仍然较大;②中国农业高质量发展集聚轴由东南—西北转向西南—东北,发展核心区由东部沿海地区逐渐向西南扩张,东部省份形成高高聚集区,西南方向省份发展迅速,中国农业高质量发展进入“沿海—内陆双轮驱动”的新发展阶段;③5个影响因素在全国层面对农业高质量发展正向促进作用均显著为正,其中产业结构优化水平在中部显著为正,而在东部为负,能源消耗水平、城镇化水平、社会消费水平分别对东、中、西部影响显著且最强,科技水平对东、中、西部影响较弱且西部略高。基于上述结论,本文从“培育多级增长极+完善区域协调发展机制”与“共性路径+个性策略”两个视角提出了促进中国农业高质量发展的对策建议。
