Research on the Construction of a Comprehensive Teaching Case Library for Ergonomics under the OBE Concept

In recent years,case-based teaching has become a hot spot in higher education reform,and the construction of case libraries has received increasing attention.The development of teaching case libraries not only promotes changes in talent training models but also enhances teaching effectiveness.Taking the ergonomics course as an example,this paper explores the construction of a comprehensive teaching case library for ergonomics under the outcome-based education concept,providing a reference for future ergonomics teaching case library development.

Guicao Baidu decoction in mitigating chemotherapy-induced myocardial injury:case report and mechanism investigation

To observe the effects of GuiCaoBaiDu Decoction(GCBD)on chemotherapy especially doxorubicin(DOX)-induced myocardial cardiotoxicity(DIC)and explore the mechanisms.The present study presents a case demonstrating the preventive and therapeutic effects of GCBD on myocardial injury following chemotherapy.Then network pharmacology was employed to predict the targets of GCBD.Subsequently,a DOX-induced apoptosis model of H9C2 cardiomyocytes was established and co-cultured with serum containing GCBD serum.The viability and myocardial enzyme levels were evaluated using CCK8 assay and ELISA assay,TUNEL was using for apoptosis test.The GCBD effect was confirmed by tests of ROS andα-actinin levels,evaluation of mitochondrial morphology,and BAX co-localization with mitochondria.Furthermore,the expression levels of apoptosis-related molecules were determined via Western blotting.Additionally,a mouse model exhibiting DOX-induced cardiac functional impairment was generated and subsequently treated with GCBD.Myocardial enzyme level was tested at first,then echocardiography was tested,myocardial apoptosis in mice was observed through HE staining while related proteins were detected using IHC.Network pharmacological analyses revealed that GCBD exerts its effects on BAX,Caspase7,and other related molecules.Initially,we demonstrated the effective amelioration of DIC in cardiomyocyte viability,LDH/CK levels,α-actinin and ROS levels,and apoptosis by GCBD through improvements in TUNEL test,mitochondrial morphology and WB.The efficacy of GCBD in enhancing cardiac function in DIC mice has been validated through animal experiments.Taken together,our study showed that GCBD could significantly alleviate DOX induced myocardial injury by regulating mitochondrial apoptosis.The utilization of GCBD can effectively contribute to the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced myocardial injury when anthracycline chemotherapy is employed in clinical practice.

Construction of Molecular Biology and Experiment Case Library for Graduate Students

Molecular Biology and Experiment is considered fundamental for graduate students specializing in aquaculture at Guangdong Ocean University.This discipline focuses on the examination of the structure and function of macromolecules,including proteins and nucleic acids.Moreover,it elucidates biological phenomena and principles at the molecular level,making it an essential foundational course for students pursuing various biology majors.As a foundational course for the basic application of aquaculture,Molecular Biology and Experiment requires guidance through numerous examples and cases.However,there are several challenges to address in developing the case library.Consequently,a case library has been established to meet the course requirements of Molecular Biology and Experiment for modern graduate students,with the central goal of reforming the educational model of higher education institutions and enhancing the effectiveness and quality of talent development.This strategy is designed to nurture highly skilled professionals who can address the current needs of the industry.

A study of the IC^2 Culture Exploring Project of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) Library

The paper analyzes the environments confronted with academic libraries and the evolving characteristics of Shanghai Jiao Tong University that give shape to the conception and implementation of an IC2Culture Exploring Project. This innovative model of SJTU Library operation is not only in concert with the strategic goals of SJTU but also with two other conspicuous developmental trends in the larger academic library circle;namely, 1) a trend toward the deepening of library service support in academic arena on the one hand and 2) the trend of diversifying library outreach services on the other hand.Based on our first-hand involvement in all phases and aspects of this project and its subsequent review and analysis undertakings, this paper expatiates upon the IC2Culture Exploring Project of SJTU Library in terms of its vision, its specific mission objectives, its program design, its unique characteristics, its launching process, its salient case studies, its initial results and its strategies for a sustainable development in the future.

Case study of perception about the copyright of the digital libraries in China's Mainland with Hong Kong and Taiwan, China as the reference system

This paper analyzes the perception of the librarians in China's Mainland about the copyright during the development of digital libraries with Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HK SAR) and Taiwan, China as the reference system, through questionnaire survey of copyright cases of the digital libraries by investigating the digital library builders and librarians of 30 universities from China's Mainland, HK SAR and Taiwan,China ranked among the top 500 in the Academic Ranking of World Universities(SJTU Version). The report holds that: 1) The copyright law shall evolve with the times and be revised from time to time; 2) it is imperative to popularize and educate in the copyright law; 3) the guidelines for the use of the copyright law of the education industry shall be developed as soon as possible; and 4) the Collective Management of Copyright Regulations shall be enforced as early as possible.

Study on Case Library Construction of Inspection and Quarantine of Aquatic Animal

By making use of the technical advantages of Guangzhou Huibiao Testing Technology Center in the field of testing, the project analyzes the characteristics of undergraduate professional education in aquatic animal medicine, and intends to build a case library of Inspection and Quarantine of Aquatic Animal suitable for modern undergraduate teaching needs, with training applied talents to meet the requirements of the times as the goal, and strengthening the reform of college education mode and improving the quantity and quality of talent training as the guiding ideology.

案例与项目相结合的编译原理教学改革

临床药学专业抗感染PBL案例库的建设与探索

抗菌药物合理使用已成为临床药学实践教学的重要内容之一。传统的教学方式存在局限性,往往不能有效提升学生在实际临床工作中抗菌药物合理使用的能力。为解决这一问题,笔者研究了以以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)为基础的案例库建设在抗菌药物合理使用教学中的应用;探讨了PBL案例库在抗菌药物合理使用教学中的重要意义和实用性。它不仅能激发学生的主动学习兴趣,还有助于培养其跨学科团队合作和临床决策能力。文章还明确了PBL案例库编写的基本原则、方法以及案例的结构和内容,以确保建设案例库的可行性。本研究在临床药学专业硕士研究生教育中的实践证明,该方法适用于现代教学模式,有望显著提高抗菌药物合理使用教学的质量和效果,具有重要的教学和临床实践意义。

药学专业学位研究生课程案例库建设——以现代分析技术与实践课程为例

典型教学病例库在呼吸系统整合课程教学中的应用与探讨

呼吸系统疾病范围广,种类复杂,涵盖了呼吸生理、呼吸病理、呼吸解剖、肺功能等抽象的基础理论,且与其他系统疾病存在交叉覆盖的情况,同时还存在教学病例不足、患者配合度不高、实际教学难度较大等问题。呼吸系统典型教学病例库的建立是现代医学教育中的一种创新教学方式。该教学方式是由经验丰富的教师筛选、收集和建立病例库,通过典型病例的教学,营造身临其境的诊疗环境,将抽象的理论知识与临床相结合,使呼吸系统疾病生动形象地呈现在学生面前,从而激发学生的学习主动性和积极性,培养其临床思维,提高教学效果,既增加了师生之间的沟通,又弥补了教学资源的不足。将典型案例库应用于临床教学中,可使学生在短期内更好地掌握呼吸系统疾病的临床特征、疾病诊断及治疗策略,具有重要临床教学价值。

基于医学院校解剖学微课资源库联合内镜病例图库在脾胃病临床实践教学中受训学生反馈情况的研究

目的探讨医学院校解剖学微课资源库联合内镜病例图库在脾胃病临床实践教学的受训学生反馈情况的应用效果。方法于2021—2022年选取2019级广西中医药大学中医专业本科生为研究对象,整群抽样法抽取90名本科生,分为A组(采用传统实践教学模式)、B组(采用传统结合内镜图库教学模式)、C组(传统联合微课及内镜图库教学模式)各30名,受训结束后,进行对比研究。带教教师经过系统培训并完成一致性检验后,采用微信小程序(问卷调查方式),了解学生对校解剖学微课资源库联合内镜病例图库在脾胃病临床实践教学中的认识及临床实践教学体会。结果三组在教学效果的互动性、生动性、学习效率方面的评价,C组的互动性、生动性、学习效率均优于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组学生在学习环境轻松、可自主决定学习步调、提高临床思维能力、临床技能、专业知识掌握程度和提高学习兴趣等方面,C组优于A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脾胃病科临床实践教学中应用医学院校解剖学微课资源库联合内镜病例图库,受训学生反馈情况良好,有助于提高临床实践教学效果。

作业治疗学课程思政案例库的构建方法及应用效果研究

目的探讨作业治疗学课程思政案例库的构建方法及应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2021年6月佳木斯大学康复医学院2020级和2021级康复治疗学专业学生144名作为对象,根据不同年级分为对照组和观察组。对照组2020级74名采用常规方法教学,观察组在对照组基础上,于2021级70名学生教学中应用构建作业治疗学课程思政案例库。2组均完成3个月教学,比较2组教学综合成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果教学3个月后,观察组形成性考核[(91.58±6.34)分]、第二课堂成绩(包括临床作业技能操作及期末考试成绩)得分[(90.19±5.96)分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学3个月后思政素材需求(97.14%)、现有教学思政开展模式(98.57%)、思政相关教学成果(97.14%)、职业道德(95.71%)、行为习惯相关职业素养(98.57%)、专业伦理与科学信仰(97.14%)满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成功构建作业治疗学课程思政案例库并应用于康复治疗学专业学生中,有助于提高学生的综合成绩及教学效果,可获得较高的教学满意度。

《粉体工程》校企共建精品课程中的联动机制探究——以贺州学院粉体材料科学与工程专业《粉体工程》课程为例

《粉体工程》课程是材料类专业课程中重要的组成部分,是一门与粉体企业生产过程紧密相关的专业课程,在应用型人才培养的过程中,课程的授课需紧跟实际应用的需求进行对口的教学设计。《粉体工程》课程施教的过程中,设有校内授课教师和校外企业教师,校企教师共同进行施教过程,在校内学习了基本的课程知识点后,将企业遇到的共性问题经由企业教师与校内教师共同研讨形成专业教学设计方案,将生产共性问题直接搬上课堂,结合课程施教理论进行实际问题的解决,再经由学校实验平台进行实验得到基础数据,进而在学校中试平台进行工程实践,得到合理性操作参数后经由企业教师在企业生产中进行适时的放大试生产,形成理论-实验-中试-工程实践的校企联动机制。

现代控制理论课程案例库建设与应用探讨

案例教学是促进理论与实践有机融合的重要途径,然而当前在现代控制理论教学中,实际应用案例严重缺乏,因此进行案例库建设以提升学生的实践能力非常重要。面向机械工程专业研究生实践能力培养,建立了应用现代控制理论解决机械工程学科多领域前沿科学问题的成果案例库,用于课堂教学、课下学习和科研借鉴。实践表明,案例库建设与应用有效提升了现代控制理论课程的教学效果。
