Build Asian Consensus on Human Rights,Promote-Overview of Academic Viewpoints at the Asian Forum on Human Rights 2022

The Asian Forum on Human Rights was held at the Renmin University of China(RUC)from November 26 to 27,2022.With the theme“Environment,Climate Change and Human Rights,”the event consisted of 12 sub-forums.The forum was hosted by RUC and jointly organized by the RUC Law School,RUC School of Global Governance,Human Rights Center of RUC,RUC Asia-Pacific Institute of Law,and RUC Center for Coordination and Innovation of Food Safety Governance.The forum focused on discussing topics related to climate change and the environment and responded to common concerns of the international community.It built an international exchange platform to facilitate Asian scholars to build consensus on human rights.Covering a wide range of topics,the event promoted academic exchange in various fields.Experts and scholars from both home and abroad built an extensive consensus on topics such as climate change,environmental conservation,and human rights protection through open exchanges and in-depth discussions,contributing their ideas and wisdom to improving the common well-being of Asian people.

Empathic Design： A Study of Media Information Concept Design and The Virtual Home

This research tried to propose possible ways to resolve the paper over-consumption issues. The nature resources have been over used all the time. How we used the technologies to solve environmental problems has become an essential issue. How we could develop a prosperous vision for the future is even critical to solving design problems. The research methods used are literature reviews and conception design with empathy. This paper also tried to discuss various issues from different aspects. Nowadays, we have been influenced by technologies in our daily life. Even our cultures, life styles, and behavior, etc. are deeply changed. However, there are few ways we need to think what will happen in the future and how we could imagine possible ways to solve all of these problems. This research has proposed The Virtual Home （T.V.H.）, which is a way to change the mass media dissemination and information control. The T.V.H. designed with some functions is trying to centralize all kind of mass media and help save natural resources.

The relationship between syntax and semantics in the case of Ma＇ani Nahwi in Arabic and the idea of Modistae in Latin

The research emphasizes on the relation of the Arabic concept of ＂ma＇ani nahwi＂ and the Latin ＂modistae＂. In order to establish this relation, the researcher illustrates the role of Aristotle＇s categories in influencing the concept of the Medieval Latin ＂modistae＂. This is followed by a reevaluation of the influence of Arabic philosophers, such as al-Farabi （c.870-c.950 CE）, Avicenna （980-1037 CE） and Averoes （c.1126-c.1198 CE） on Latin philosophy and linguistics, especially Jurjani＇s （d.1078 CE） role in introducing his concept of ＂nazm＂ towards ＂ma＇ani nahwi＂. The research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between syntax and semantics which has not been effectively clarified within the framework of traditional Arabic grammatical theory.

Ecological Security of Landscape Architecture in Yunnan Province

The concept of landscape architecture with eco-security was proposed,ecological security of landscape architecture in Yunnan was elaborated from 8 aspects,specifically as landform,typical climate,natural vegetation,biodiversity,transplantation of large-size trees,disaster-proof function,greening security,introduction of garden species.Moreover,countermeasures for maintaining the ecological security of landscape architecture in Yunnan Province were further put forward,① In view of local conditions,inheriting natural views of classical Chinese gardens,respecting all natural elements,② Rising higher requirements on the planning of garden green space system,③ Paying more attention to the integrated construction of green spaces in urban and rural areas,maintaining the wholeness of suburban ecosystem,④ Devoting more in developing seedling industry,culturing more large-size seedlings in original sites,⑤ Selecting right trees for right sites in constructing urban gardens.Eventually,it was proposed that gardens in Yunnan Province should be developed by combining with its outstanding ecological conditions,among which ecological security should be the focus of attention.

Cultivation of Students' Creative Thinking through Building Models

To comply with the strategic goal of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",universities and col eges adjusted the discipline cultivation objective to be cultivation of innovational and enterprising talents.Innovational and enterprising talents are inseparable from creative thinking,while the cultivation of creative thinking is the basis of cultivation of innovational and enterprising talents.This paper discussed cultivation of students' creative thinking through making building models in basic course of architectural design.Besides,it analyzed the relation between making of building models and creative thinking from divergent thinking,multi-directional thinking,element changing thinking,conversion thinking,and reverse thinking.It is expected to cultivate students' creative thinking through building models,to lay a solid foundation for architectural design courses,and to provide more architectural designers with more solid foundation and creative thinking.

The New Dimensions of Occupational Health

Occupational Health (OH) is an important chapter of Public Health but its visibility is poor and continues to decrease. Examples of this worrying trend show that it impacts on our society regarding health of the working population and the retired individuals and on the economy through huge expenses for health, absenteeism, psychosocial problems, loss of performance and quality of work, etc. To cope with this challenge and to give its right place to OH, a global approach and a vision of this multidisciplinary field is needed as well as the development of emerging issues that stress, besides the prevention of occupational diseases, the promotion of “good health” through sciences like salutogenesis, positive psychology and the new findings of neuroscience. Moreover, all the partners involved in OH have to take their responsibility of this matter. The OH professionals have to enlarge the scope of their expertise;the academic institutions and research and education centers have to give more support to OH and the social partners and the decision-makers (politicians) have to put OH in their priorities. This paper is not a review of the new dimensions of OH but an overview of the emerging issues that have to be developed, based on the author’s experience of more than 40 years.

Study on Teaching Practice of the "Site Design" Course

"Site Design" is a very important basic course of architecture, covers all design except building monomer design, and is an important course related to the organic integration of architecture and surrounding environment. At present, some problems in teaching of the site design are as below: contradiction between teaching content and arrangement of teaching time, separation of theory teaching from design practice, and teaching methods not integrating with the latest design software. For these teaching issues, some reform measures are put forward for the teaching of "Site Design", such as adjusting teaching syllabus, teaching content, arrangement of teaching time, teaching method and teaching means. We hope to develop students holistic thinking in site design and the holistic design concept of site design and architectural design.

Mapping What They Know: Concept Maps as an Effective Tool for Assessing Students’ Systems Thinking

In 2006 anew biology curriculum called “Human Biology: Emphasizing the Role of Homeostasis” was introduced into the Israeli high school system. Complex systems like those that make up the human body have become increasingly important as a focus of high school education. This study examines the effectiveness of the concept map as a assessment tool for students’ systems thinking, a tool that provides researchers with a detailed picture of the systems thinking development taking place within individual students. The content of the students’ concept maps was translated into information about students’ system thinking using the Systems Thinking Hierarchy (STH) model, a model in which system thinking is categorized according to eight hierarchical characteristics or abilities. The goal was to use the maps to characterize Israeli high school students’ understanding of the body’s systemic nature. To do this, we identified the extent to which the students understand three central elements of systems, namely hierarchy, homeostasis, and dynamism, and then analyzed this understanding according to its place within the hierarchical stages of the STH model. The extensive qualitative data analysis of 48 concept maps made by 11th grade biology majors suggest that the strength of the concept map is in its ability to describe the first two levels of system thinking (analysis and synthesis). However, it proved less successful in eliciting evidence of the third and highest level, particularly of students’ understanding of patterns, of homeostasis and their capacity for temporal thinking.

The Chinese Yin-Yang Thinking in Antoni Tàpies’Artistic Creation

The writings and artistic works of Antoni Tàpies(2009;2011)mirror the influences of the cosmic vision of the Chinese yin-yang.Signs,numbers,and creative procedures related to this correlative thought prevail in his art.Tàpies integrated different iconological codes from the ancient Chinese thinking into his art to question the existential meaning of the universe and to express his thoughts on the cultural and socio-political controversies of his time.In other words,the images,media,and techniques that he utilized for his works were extensions of his life experiences intertwined with various socio-historical facts and his personal feelings.

指向人的内在品质刻画的计算思维框架构建

计算思维作为培养目标,应该指向人的内在品质。为此,文章借鉴胡塞尔认识论思想,在认识发生的视野中分析人的构造过程,形成“它—我”结构,即“知识—素养”结构,以此解释概念与观念的根本相关性。借鉴皮亚杰两个范畴说说明概念与观念的关联是在思维过程中实现的,借鉴布伦南计算思维的框架结构及布鲁姆认知目标分类理论中关于应用的强调,最终给出结构与应用兼备的指向人的内在品质的包括概念(基本概念、核心概念、大概念)、思维(关联、抽象、系统化)、观念(局部、聚合、全局)的计算思维框架。

基于SBAR模式的床旁交接班在提高皮肤科护理质量中的应用研究

目的探讨基于情景(situation,S)-背景(background,B)-评估(assessment,A)-建议(recommendation,R),简称为SBAR模式的床旁交接班在提高皮肤科护理质量中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年4-11月我院皮肤性病科收治的398例患者及本科室9名护士为研究对象,按住院时间将2023年4-7月收治的196例患者作为对照组,给予传统交接班模式;2023年8-11月收治的202例患者作为观察组,给予SBAR床旁交接班模式。比较2组护士护理工作质量(基础护理、专科护理、病情观察、预判性护理、健康指导)、交接班质量;患者护理不良事件发生情况及健康教育掌握情况;护士评判性思维能力及对患者病情掌握情况。结果除护理工作质量中基础护理和评判性思维能力中评判性思维的自信心维度外,观察组护士护理工作质量(专科护理、病情观察、预判性护理及健康指导)、交接班质量总分及各维度得分、评判性思维能力总分及其他维度得分、对患者病情掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理不良事件发生情况及健康教育掌握情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论护理床旁交接班中应用SBAR沟通模式,可提高护理人员对患者病情掌握能力,提高交接班质量,提升护理人员的评判性思维能力,还可降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患者健康宣教掌握情况,从而提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。

分子水平上的虚拟仿真实验之思政元素的挖掘与提炼——以“高分子的构象、形态及尺寸的模拟与计算”项目为例

高分子的构象、形态及尺寸的模拟与计算,是分子水平上的虚拟仿真实验项目,结合诺贝尔奖获得者de Gennes和P.J.Flory的理论工作、由项目组自身教研成果转化、师生合作研发而成。与小分子化合物相比,高分子的研究方法有很大的不同,特别是需要采用统计方法来描述高分子链的构象、形态,计算高分子链的平均尺寸,这是经典的物理化学方法所不能完成的。本项目从研发到教学实践、再经改进,教学内容的更新优化中,自然融入了诺贝尔奖成果、哲学思想、科学思维、学科发展史、教研成果等多个维度的思政元素。
