Relationship between Moral Elevation and Prosocial Behavior among College Students: The Mediating Role of Perceived Social Support and Moderating Role of Moral Identity 被引量:1

Objectives:The present study examined the relationship between college students’moral elevation and prosocial behavior.As well as the mediating role of perceived social support and the moderating role of moral identity.Methods:A sample of 489 college students were recruited for the study.They were asked to complete a series of questionnaires,including Moral Elevation Scale(MES),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Moral Identity Scale(MIS)and Prosocial Tendency Measure(PTM).As part of the data analysis,we used correlation analysis and the method of constructing latent variable structural equation model to explore the mechanism of action among variables.Results:After controlling for gender,discipline,the research found that:(1)Moral elevation positively predicted the prosocial behavior among the college students;(2)Perceived social support mediated the relationship between moral elevation and prosocial behavior;(3)Moral identity moderated the second half of the model(i.e.,the link between perceived social support and prosocial behavior).Specifically,the mediating effect of perceived social support was stronger for college students with high-level moral identity compared to those with low-level moral identity.Conclusions:Moral identity significantly moderates the mediating effect of perceived social support,and the mediating model with moderated is established. 展开更多

This new technological discovery has brought great and wonderful benefits to our family's lives and relationships. However as it is always the case with any new innovations, it has its own negative side. This paper aims at investigating what actually social media is and how it translates to children, especially African children, as it relates to family and social living. Actually Internet provide benefits in areas such as cognitive and social development, it also presents risks together with opportunities for children's growth and development. It is common today to see children spending great quality of their time using other social websites. It is also evidenced that Interact provide benefits in the area of emotional and intellectual development and at the same time present risk as well as opportunities to children's development in functional and societal challenges. Therefore social media gives the children of the present age the opportunity to enter into global entertainment and communication. As a result of this development, there is now Internet addiction of children. Hence, there is serious need for parents to be aware of the nature of social media sites, their children are using. This is because not all of them are healthy environments for children. Experts such as childhood educators and psychologist even Paediatricians are equipped and so are better hands to assist parents not only to know and understand these websites but to encourage proper use and make them to monitor for potential problems such as cyber-bullying, facebook depression, exposure to inappropriate content and sexting. With the development of science and technology,the use of the Internet is becoming more and more widespread.However,with the popularity of the Internet,some problems have gradually surfaced.The anonymity of Internet use has become a breeding ground for many acts that are contrary to public decency,and this study is conducted against this background.This study explored the impact of perceived anonymity on online transgressions and investigated the moderating effect of moral excuses.A total of 414 subjects,210 males and 204 females,participated in this experimental survey.The SPSS data analysis concluded that perceived anonymity played a significant positive predictive role on online deviance(p<0.01),and the moderating role of moral excuses was not significant.This study will be conducive to the better implementation of the action of clearing cyberspace and to the regulation of public behaviour in cyberspace. 展开更多

基于扎根理论的员工责任式创新量表开发与验证研究

作为一种新兴创新模式,责任式创新为减少科技创新带来的负面影响提供了新思路。但现有研究对员工责任式创新的概念结构尚未达成统一界定,且缺乏科学明确的测量工具。文章遵循扎根理论分析逻辑,通过半结构化访谈、问卷调查和实证分析等方... 作为一种新兴创新模式,责任式创新为减少科技创新带来的负面影响提供了新思路。但现有研究对员工责任式创新的概念结构尚未达成统一界定,且缺乏科学明确的测量工具。文章遵循扎根理论分析逻辑,通过半结构化访谈、问卷调查和实证分析等方法,利用NVivo 12、Mplus 8.3等软件,探究了员工责任式创新的概念结构并开发对应量表。结果表明员工责任式创新包含“伦理合规性创新”和“社会需求性创新”两个维度,所开发的包括8个题项的员工责任式创新量表具有较好的信度和效度。同时,在检验员工责任式创新的效标关联效度过程中,发现员工亲社会动机、主动担责角色定义显著正向预测责任式创新,员工道德推脱、领导亲组织非伦理行为显著负向预测员工责任式创新。研究结论丰富了员工责任式创新的概念内涵,可以为责任式创新的相关研究提供有效的测量工具,给责任式创新的管理实践提供参考。 展开更多

目的探索道德自我、社会支持对大学生非安全性行为的影响。方法于2022年5月采用大学生道德自我问卷、社会支持评定量表、青少年健康相关危险行为问卷对1024名大学生进行调查,分析调查结果。结果(1)大学生道德自我与社会支持呈显著正相关... 目的探索道德自我、社会支持对大学生非安全性行为的影响。方法于2022年5月采用大学生道德自我问卷、社会支持评定量表、青少年健康相关危险行为问卷对1024名大学生进行调查,分析调查结果。结果(1)大学生道德自我与社会支持呈显著正相关(r=0.31,P<0.01);(2)道德自我与大学生非安全性行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.26,P<0.01);(3)社会支持与大学生非安全性行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.19,P<0.01);(4)社会支持在道德自我与大学生非安全性行为的预测机制中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的36.5%。结论道德自我、社会支持可以较好地预测大学生非安全性行为,社会支持在道德自我和大学生非安全性行为之间起到部分中介作用,这一作用机制对于大学生性健康和性道德教育具有积极的理论和实践意义。 展开更多

道德推脱是指个体脱离道德自我调节的认知倾向,它往往是在为不道德行为的发生寻找借口。以往研究主要在个体水平上考察道德推脱的成因和后果,很少关注它的历史变迁趋势及其宏观成因。本研究对以Bandura和Caprara等人的道德推脱量表为工... 道德推脱是指个体脱离道德自我调节的认知倾向,它往往是在为不道德行为的发生寻找借口。以往研究主要在个体水平上考察道德推脱的成因和后果,很少关注它的历史变迁趋势及其宏观成因。本研究对以Bandura和Caprara等人的道德推脱量表为工具的已有研究进行两项横断历史元分析,分别考查中学生和大学生群体道德推脱水平的变迁趋势及其与反映社会个体化水平和正义水平的宏观因素的关系。研究1发现,在2010至2021年间,我国中学生道德推脱水平呈现逐年下降趋势;研究2发现,在2008至2020年间,我国大学生道德推脱水平也呈现逐年下降趋势。两项研究中,社会个体化水平(市场化水平、城镇化水平和离婚率与结婚率之比)和社会正义水平(现行有效立法量)的上升趋势均能显著负向预测我国大中学生道德推脱水平的下降趋势。综上,近10年来我国大中学生道德推脱水平呈逐年下降趋势,这可能与社会个体化水平(强调个体对自身行为的自主责任)和社会正义水平(对行为更多的外部约束)上升有关。 展开更多

道德是调整人与人、人与社会之间关系的社会规范,道德进步是提升社会文明程度的重要因素,但与此同时,道德规范的构建也必定会受到特定时代环境的制约和影响。伴随着现代信息技术和互联网的快速发展,网络空间中形成了多元鲜活的网络文化... 道德是调整人与人、人与社会之间关系的社会规范,道德进步是提升社会文明程度的重要因素,但与此同时,道德规范的构建也必定会受到特定时代环境的制约和影响。伴随着现代信息技术和互联网的快速发展,网络空间中形成了多元鲜活的网络文化景观,对公民道德建设产生了双重影响,特别是不良网络信息的泛滥对推进公民道德建设造成了极大的干扰和阻碍。从公民道德建设与多元网络文化的关系来看,一方面,公民道德建设是网络文化文明进步的重要助推器,公民道德素养的改善有助于提升网民文化认知水平、促进网络文化向上向善、维护网络空间文化安全和助力网络文化市场治理;另一方面,在不良网络信息的渗透影响下,公民道德建设也面临着诸多问题,主要表现在公民道德建设意识易被淡化、道德认知取向易被误导、社会道德情感易变冷漠和社会道德行为失范问题易发等方面。重视网络文化视域下公民道德问题是时代发展进步和塑造崇高道德精神的必然要求,应坚持以文化人、以德树人、以法育人、以情感人,通过弘扬网上主旋律文化、深化公民网络道德教育、加强网络法治文化建设和推进网络文化情感价值建设,不断汇聚强大道德正能量,推动社会文明进步。 展开更多
