The Claimed Revolution to Understand Consciousness:Information Plays the Driving/Essential Role for the Structuration and Behavior of the Living Organisms

A prestigious conference claimed recently a revolution in neuroscience to understand consciousness.In this paper it is shown that this revolution already came,revealing the determinant role of information for human and living structures,both for their structuration and behavior,explaining consciousness at human as the result of the activity of the Informational System of Human and Living Structures.For this,it is emphasized and discussed the informational structure of the eukaryotic cell,the basic/representative composing unit of the multicellular body of human,animals,and plants,showing that the composition and functions of the informational system are basically similar with that of human.To reveal the driving role of informational mechanisms in human and subhuman organisms,it is introduced the concept of matter-related information,showing that information can be hidden/“embodied”or released/“disembodied”in or from the elemental micro/macro components of the body,during the multiple chain/cascade interactions including transduction processes.It is shown that such interactions are initiated from two main categories of informational sources:implicit(genetic)and explicit(external/internal)sources,the first category leading to structuration of the body and the second the reactive behavior.Consciousness in human and subhuman organisms,expressed by two corresponding informational relations,is the result of the release of information by the mind,acting as an informational operator/device,the development degree of mind and consciousness depending on the complexity degree and adaptation.An analogy of this Informational Model of Human and Living Structures(IMHLS)with the ancient model of chakras is highlighted,showing that these models support each other,applied with beneficial effects in Reiki technique and music-based cognitive multi-task therapy for neuro-rehabilitation.

Correlations between the Global Earth Healing and Global Consciousness Projects—Brain-Mind-Matter-Interactions through Physical Noise Generators

Inspired by Roger Nelson’s Global Consciousness Project (GCP), the Global Earth Healing Project (GEHP) uses a network of several hundred physical noise generators to amplify the combined intentions of their users in order to infuse positive affirmations into the global consciousness. As mentioned in the original study design, it was intended to use the GCP as a reference for the effectiveness of its activities. The data of the GEHP consisting of 21 events from 2013 to 2020 is analyzed and statistically compared to the data of the GCP. An astonishing synchronicity was observed, which suggests an interaction between the brain states of the observers and the physical noise generators of the GCP.

Quantum Theory of Consciousness

Both consciousness and quantum phenomenon are subjective and indeterministic. In this paper, we propose consciousness is a quantum phenomenon. A quantum theory of consciousness (QTOC) is presented based on a new interpretation of quantum physics. We show that this QTOC can address the mind and body problem, the hard problem of consciousness. It also provides a physics foundation and mathematical formulation to study consciousness and neural network. We demonstrate how to apply it to develop and extend various models of consciousness. We show the predictions from this theory about the existence of a universal quantum vibrational field and the large-scale, nearly instantaneous synchrony of brainwaves among different parts of brain, body, people, and objects. The correlation between Schumann Resonances and some brainwaves is explained. Recent progress in quantum information theory, especially regarding quantum entanglement and quantum error correction code, is applied to study memory and shed new light in neuroscience.

Information： From Philosophic to Physics Concepts for Informational Modeling of Consciousness

Information was a frequently used concept in many fields of investigation. However, this concept is still not really understood, when it is referred for instance to consciousness and its informational structure. In this paper it is followed the concept of information from philosophical to physics perspective, showing especially how this concept could be extended to matter in general and to the living in particular, as a result of the intimate interaction between matter and information, the human body appearing as a bipolar informed-matter structure. It is detailed on this way how this concept could be referred to consciousness, and an informational modeling of consciousness as an informational system of the human body is presented. Based on the anatomic architecture of the organism and on the inference of the specific information concepts, it is shown that the informational system of the human body could be described by seven informational subsystems, which are reflected in consciousness as corresponding cognitive centers. These results are able to explain the main properties of consciousness, both the cognitive and extra-cognitive properties of the mind, like that observed during the near-death experiences and other similar phenomena. Moreover, the results of such a modeling are compared with the existing empirical concepts and models on the energetic architecture of the organism, showing their relevance for the understanding of consciousness.

Informational Model of Consciousness: From Philosophic Concepts to an Information Science of Consciousness

On the long and well-worn road of many, but justifiable attempts of human to discover his origin, his trajectory as a species, and a suitable understanding consciousness, his system allowing the connection to the environment and to his own organism, the concepts and models of philosophy enunciated or experienced by millennia, meet today with modern science concepts of physics and of science of information. Based on recent discoveries of quantum physics and astrophysics, revealing a new understanding of our environment and starting from some philosophical concepts on information of matter and of living structures, this work discusses the dynamics of information within the frame of the Informational Model of Consciousness as an informational system of the human body, connected both to the environment and to the body itself, to control the adaptation for survival. It is shown that consciousness is actually an informational projection in the mind of seven informational subsystems, three of which forming the operative system of consciousness for the short-term adaptation, and other three forming the programmed operating system, dedicated to the maintenance of body and to the long-term survival of species, showing various inputs and outputs of information. The seventh subsystem is the information pole, connecting the organism with the external information, especially related to the extra-sensorial properties of the mind, the human body appearing as a bipolar info-matter structure, managed by the brain. The received information is progressively integrated into the informational system of the organism, which absorbs and emanates information as a reactive system for adaptation, able to operate both with matter-related (codified) and non-matter related (virtual) information. As both connections with external and internal environment (body itself) can be described in terms of information, this model opens the gate to investigate consciousness by means of the tools of the information science, offering also answers to the philosophic “mind-body” problem and to the “hard” problem and showing correspondences with some ancient philosophies.

Information-Matter Bipolarity of the Human Organism and ItsFundamental Circuits: From Philosophy toPhysics/Neurosciences-Based Modeling

Starting from a philosophical perspective,which states that the living structures are actually a combination between matter and information,this article presents the results on an analysis of the bipolar information-matter structure of the human organism,distinguishing three fundamental circuits for its survival,which demonstrates and supports this statement,as a base for further development of the informational model of consciousness to a general informational model of the human organism.For this,it was examined the Informational System of the Human Body and its components from the perspective of the physics/information/neurosciences concepts,showing specific functions of each of them,highlighting the correspondence of these centers with brain support areas and with their projections in consciousness,which are:Center of Acquisition and Storing of Information(CASI)reflected in consciousness as memory,Center of Decision and Command(CDC)(decision),Info-Emotional Center(IES)(emotions),Maintenance Informational System(MIS)(personal status),Genetic Transmission System(GTS)(associativity/genetic transmission)and Info Genetic Generator(IGG)related by the body development and inherited behaviors.The Info Connection(IC),detected in consciousness as trust and confidence can explain the Near-Death Experiences(NDEs)and associated phenomena.This connection is antientropic and informational,because from the multitude of uncertain possibilities is selected a certain one,helping/supporting the survival and life.The human body appears therefore as a bipolar structure,connected to two poles:information and matter.It is argued that the survival,which is the main objective of the organism,is complied in three main ways,by means of:(i)the reactive operation for adaptation by attitude;(ii)the info-genetic integration of information by epigenetic processes and genetic transmission of information for species survival,both circuits(i)and(ii)being associated to the information pole;(iii)maintenance of the material body(defined as informed matter)and its functions,associated to the matter pole of the organism.It results therefore that the informational system of the human body is supported by seven informational circuits formed by the neuro-connections between the specific zones of the brain corresponding to the informational subsystems,the cognitive centers,the sensors,transducers and execution(motor/mobile)elements.The fundamental informational circuits assuring the survival are the reactive circuit,expressible by attitude,the epigenetic/genetic circuit,absorbing and codifying information to be transmitted to the next generations,and the metabolic circuit,connected to matter(matter pole).The presented analysis allows to extend the informational modeling of consciousness to an Informational Model of Consciousness and Organism,fully describing the composition/functions of the organism in terms of information/matter and neurosciences concepts.

On the informationization of accounting information in China： The perspective of accounting information systems and its regulatory framework in the USA

The informationization of accounting information systems has brought many improvements to those systems. This paper highlights some of those significant advances in the informationization of accounting information systems in China. As China has become a major industrial power in the international economy, further improvements for these information systems are critical to the continued successes of China. To additionally improve these systems, China can draw upon the systems from other world economic leaders. With its fully developed capital markets, the United States offers development experience for the external reporting components of a fully integrated information system. This paper discusses a typical integrated information system in the United States and addresses the regulatory milestones that were instrumental in the development of those external components of accounting information systems. Recommendations are presented for improving informationization of systems in China based on U.S. systems＇ responses to those milestones.

Information Field and Physical Noise Generator Entanglement

In experiments with physical noise generators based on electronic or photonic quantum events, significant deviations from random distributions have been repeatedly observed. To explain these effects, intention-based interactions between consciousness and mind with physical random processes have been suggested, either being caused by individual minds or by a proposed global mind. As these explanations involve physically undefined objects such as “mind” and “consciousness”, an explanatory model based on the concept of an information field is given herein, based on the concept of generalized quantum entanglement, including the entanglement of physical noise processes with information fields and an analogy to quantum teleportation. In addition, the non-random hypothesis of using such a physical noise generator in capturing qualitative characteristics of individuals is tested in a randomized controlled study with 100 participants.

What is Mind,What is Consciousness,and Where This Resides

The main purpose of this paper is to respond to the questions what is mind and consciousness and where this resides.The answers are based on the frontline Informational Model of Human Body and Living Structures(IMHBLS),which shows that mind and consciousness can be described by the activity of the Informational System of the Human Body and Living Structures(ISHBLS),consisting of seven informational components,each of them with specific activity and functions,inter-correlated to support the immaterial/informational manifestation of the body expressed by mind and consciousness.The basic concept of matter-related and virtual information results as a consequence of the operability of the physics,chemistry,biologic,or mathematics laws,which actually act as informational operators,such processes are informationally driven and manifested finally as a“media-like functions”of mind and consciousness,on the“screen/display”of prefrontal cortex.The mind is therefore described as the capacity of every individual to access the data field of own life experience,where the thought acts as an informational operator,which can activate the required information from internal/external reality.Consciousness is the result of the info-representation of the explored reality,accumulated by the momentary connection,and compared/combined with the life experience,serving as judgment reference/criteria.The question is discussed in relation with the localization of consciousness,showing that this resides in the brain,as a result of the activity of ISHBLS.The discussion on the experimental evidences concerning the minimal basic components necessary and sufficient to sustain consciousness,compared with the results of the informational model,indicates the cortico-thalamus axis,in a full agreement each other.One of the basic findings is that the activation of consciousness is operated in two steps,one consisting in a feed-forward reception and another in feedback perception for recognition of the info-significance,which is fully supported by the recently reported experimental results.The phenomena of intuition,inspiration,premonition,“deja vue”,retrocausality,and intentionality are discussed.This model unifies the eastern and western concepts/models on consciousness and mind,explaining the energetic Yung/Yin Chinese model by YES/NO-informational Bit-type behavior,the Plato’s ideas/forms by“information”concept as a participating component of reality,Aristotle’s materialist view with matter structuration(assisted by information),and archaic model of the seven“chakras”at human,as vital informational centers connected with the body.

Byuons, Quantum Information Channel, Consciousness and Universe

The physics of consciousness and universal mind is shown on the base of theory of byuons, the theory of “life’ of special unobservable discrete objects—byuons from which the surrounding space and the world of elementary particles are formed. An essential distinction of that theory from the modern models in the classical and quantum field theories is that the potentials of physical fields (gravitational, electromagnetic, asf.) gain exactly fixable, measurable values. Basic axioms and some conclusions of this theory are discussed. The theory of byuons predicts the existence of a new force and a new quantum information channel in nature. All objects of the Universe are shown to be united into the unique information field due to the huge interval of uncertainty in the coordinate (Δx = L = 1028 cm) of objects 4b (object formed during four-contact byuon-byuon interaction ( mc24b = 33 eV)) forming the surrounding physical space. It is a new quantum information channel.

Understanding the deterrence effect of punishment for marine information security policies non-compliance

In the organizational setting of marine engineering,a significant number of information security incidents have been arised from the employees’failure to comply with the information security policies(ISPs).This may be treated as a principal-agent problem with moral hazard between the employer and the employee for the practical compliance effort of an employee is not observable without high cost-.On the other hand,according to the deterrence theory,the employer and the employee are inherently self-interested beings.It is worth examining to what extent the employee is self-interested in the marine ISPs compliance context.Moreover,it is important to clarify the proper degree of severity of punishment in terms of the deterrent effect.In this study,a marine ISPs compliance game model has been proposed to evaluate the deterrence effect of punishment on the non-compliance behavior of employee individuals.It is found that in a non-punishment contract,the employee will decline to comply with the marine ISPs;but in a punishment contract,appropriate punishment will lead her to select the marine ISPs compliance effort level expected by the employer,and cause no potential backfire effect.

Critique and Comparison of Prevailing Consciousness Models with a Novel Embodied Cognition Model

In order to produce insight to the current state of consciousness research, we provide a review of some of the more preeminent models of consciousness via a comparison of these theories with a novel holistic model. The main goal of this review is to present the advantages in theoretical power of an embodied cognition, metastable model of consciousness manifest in the Default Space Theory by comparing it to other popular brain-based metastable models that though provide important insight into the cognitive nature of consciousness, are incomplete in their model of an architecture of consciousness. The Default Space Theory is a world simulation model in which the thalamus fills in processed sensory information from corticothalamic feedback loops into an internal 3D matrix termed the default space. This article examines some of the most regarded brain-based, metastable consciousness models, the Operational Architectonics Theory of Brain-Mind, Global Workspace Theory, Information Integration Theory, and the Dynamic Core Hypothesis. Through an overview and critique of these models, we illustrate their insights and deficits, and discuss why the Default Space Theory is the most comprehensive theory of consciousness.

Emerging Phenomenological and Biological Principles of Consciousness: Top Insights of Prevailing Models, Concepts, and Observations

We are all aware that our experience is structured into left and right, up and down, and we can understand from our own experience that consciousness is unified into a singular whole. Although we can understand such basic phenomenological axioms of experience, there are many more principles that we cannot elucidate from our natural perspective alone. In this article, we review potential principles of consciousness revealed by prominent consciousness models, theories, and experimental observations such as the Default Space?Theory, Operational Architectonics Theory, and Integrated Information Theory,?which reveal biological and phenomenological foundations upon which consciousness is formed and maintained. The fundamental concepts we explore and consider worthy have largely emerged from commonalties shared by the various models which have gained attention. The concepts we review include the unity of consciousness, bioelectric operations as the substrate of consciousness, the emergence of a virtual 3D matrix, and the top-down dominance of perception.

Did Consciousness,Emerged at the Big Bang Event?Consciousness New Theory and Definition

Consciousness,as a subject has no accepted consensus definition among all scientific disciplines,and none scientific domains since the time of Aristotle’s 2000 years ago,and remains mysterious up to date.The definition of consciousness by some,as“subjective awareness”does not hold and is not holistic,the author proposes,a new definition that:Consciousness is a fundamental universal phenomenon of“vibrant conscious information field”of electromagnetic force,of conscious information waves,of light energy.It is found in all matters in the universe and the cosmos including animate and inanimate at molecular,atomic and subatomic level,and fills the vacuum in space and represent the dark and white energy as shown in the figure below.This energy field distribution(see diagram)is believed to be the case since the zero time of Big Bang±13.8 million years ago—Big bang model is hypothesized by the famous Russian mathematician Aleksandr Friedman and Belgian astronomer Georges Lemaitre in the 1920s later developed by the Russian-born American physicist George Gamow in the 1940s(Encyclopedia Britannica,2019).The consciousness phenomenon is in fact what makes galaxies,stars and heaven expand continuously(author’s own views).Thus,consciousness as the vibrant field of conscious information of electromagnetic waves of light could be the blue print(bosons)of a new Fundamental fifth force of energy whose particles and waves are carried on light of electromagnetic force of the conscious information field.This new fundamental force constitutes,dominates,encompasses,unites and unifies with the known existent four forces;the electromagnetic force,the gravity force,the strong nuclear force and the weak nuclear force and all fields forming the unified field of conscious information waves of electromagnetic field of light energy(Consciousness=conscious energy field of light information waves).Consciousness as fundamental energy,is an elementary force that can neither be created nor destroyed but can be reduced to a molecular,sub-atomic,and atomic levels and respect the law of conservation of total energy mass in the universe.The smallest molecule in animate is the conscious molecule wave(Cmw)and the smallest particle in inanimate,at atomic and subatomic level is the conscious photon particle Cppor conscious quark,or even smaller particle to be detected.These dynamic vibrant conscious energy fields of information dominate all fields and fill the space vacuum and every atom in all matter in the universe.Consciousness represents and constitutes the dark energy and the white energy and may be the force which makes the cosmos expand.Consciousness is a quantifiable energy and respects the law of conservation of mass energy in the universe which can be calculated,applying Einstein equation:E=mc^2.

Venture Capital Finance-Eliminating Double Sided Moral Hazards through Trade-off between Economic and Behavioural Economic Aspects-A Case Analysis

Venture capital finance has two aspects,the economic aspect and the behavioural economic aspect.The economic aspect includes issues such as conflict of interest between the entrepreneur and the venture capitalist(VC),asymmetric information,moral hazard,and compensation issues for both the parties.The behavioural economic aspect is related to relational factors such as empathy and a feeling of fairness and trust shown by both the parties.Therefore,while deciding the financer,entrepreneur should consider both relational aspect and value add services of the financier and strike optimal trade-off.The ensuing case analysis has been carried out focusing on elimination of double-sided moral hazards through a proper trade-off between economy and behavioural economic theories(aspects).The performance of the venture can be enhanced by balancing both of these theories in practice.An equity distribution that represents economic reward is a source of motivation for both the parties to put optimal efforts towards the success of the venture.This was seen in the case analysis,when the parties perceived the initial equity distribution agreement as fair,the satisfaction level of all the parties increased,leading to the reduction in the possibility of double-sided moral hazard and ensuring the success of the venture.Moreover,the analysis shows that information sharing and two-way communication increases trust and improves decision quality.It further focusses on how feedback and proper work distribution results in efficiency of performance for each of the stakeholders,leading to reduced probability of double-sided moral hazards.

Critiques of“Moral Status”:The Case of People With Disability

This article provides a justification for whether a human being with a disability should be viewed as a person.Within the discourse of moral and political philosophy,personhood is a serious consideration to determine a person’s moral status.This article considers some philosophical debates regarding the moral status of people with disabilities.It investigates the question:Why shouldn’t people living with disabilities be treated as normal people?The answer to this question raises another one:Are capacity and personhood the only conditions to have moral status?If so,how should a person with a disability be defined?After searching for the answers to these questions,the article came to the conclusion that only moral status is not a result of having the capacity of moral agency but that it is based more on other things.Finally,I conclude that the capacity of acting virtuously or consciously or sentience is not on its own a sufficient condition to grant moral agency to an entity.There are many other conditions to consider the moral status of People with Disabilities.

Mechanisms of ＂Moral Panic＂ Generation in Modem Media： Ukrainian Experience

In this research, it considers the manipulative influence of mass communication on the society especially in the formation of moral panic in times of social-politics crisis--Revolution of Dignity （November 2013-February 2014） and during social-political stability. An attempt was made to determine the mechanism of implementation of this phenomenon in these periods the example of the news program ＂Facts＂ on ICTV channel and news on the TV channel ＂1＋1＂. The author makes two models of moral panic mechanism＇s formation： during the period of sociopolitical stability and in the period of sociopolitical crisis. Furthermore, it identifies the comparative characteristics of moral panic formation during the period of the sociopolitical stability and sociopolitical crisis.

Quantum Consciousness The Road to Reality

The prevailing TOE＇s （theories of everything） do not address everything, anddo not mention consciousness that, we say, is linked to information which in turn creates all theories. We present gravity as probabilistic; connect quantum physics to gravity, information, consciousnessand forces of darkness in this and/or our other articles referred herein. Physics is on doldrums without explaining invisible consciousness and unexplained constants of Nature. We add our version of the language of Nature.

Revealing True and False Brain States Based on Wavelet Analysis of Electroencephalogram

Statement of the Problem: As you know, there exist two different states in the brain’s mental activity: true and false. In recent years, a progressive method of wavelet transformation of the electroencephalogram (EEG) has been developed, which enabled us to establish the fundamental possibility of direct objective registration of the human brain’s mental activity. Earlier, we created an experimental model and software for recognizing true and false mental responses of a person based on the EEG wavelet transformation and described it in the article. The developed experimental model and information software made it possible to compare the two mental states of brain activity by electroencephalographic indicators, one of which is false and the other is true. The goal is to develop a fundamentally new information technology for recognizing true and false states in the brain’s mental activity based on the wavelet transformation of the electroencephalogram. Results: It was revealed that the true and false states of the brain can be distinguished using the method of continuous wavelet transformation and calculation of the EEG wavelet energy. It is shown that the main differences between true and false mental responses are observed in the delta and alpha ranges of the EEG. In the EEG delta rhythm, the wavelet energy is reliably higher in case of a false answer compared to a true one. In the EEG alpha rhythm, the wavelet energy is significantly higher with a true answer than a false one. Practical significance of the research: The data obtained open up the fundamental possibility of identifying true and false mental states of the brain on the basis of continuous wavelet transformation and calculation of the EEG wavelet energy.
