Promoting Construction of Professional Teacher Team of Acupuncture and Tuina by Artificial Intelligence

Empirical Research on Current Construction Situation of Primary and Middle School Teachers in New Era

Teachers are the top priority to develop the education.The thesis,first of all,has structured the index system of current teachers’construction situation in the new era.Then,the thesis has adopted the independent sample test and analysis of variance to analyze the difference of current teachers’construction situation in different dimensions on the basis of questionnaire data collected from teachers in five provinces and cities in the new era.Finally,the thesis has given some suggestions on improving teachers’situation in the new era from four aspects such as the improvement of the treatment guarantee mechanism for primary and middle school teachers,the operation of the cooperation mechanism among colleges,government and primary and middle school in cultivating students,the formation of training system on teachers’personal growth process and the establishment of the evaluation standard of teachers’titles as well as the standard evaluation procedure of professional titles.

美国教师评估与退出机制的构建及其启示:基于对IMPACT教师评估系统的剖析

为探索我国教师评估与退出机制的建立与运行,采用文本分析方法对美国华盛顿哥伦比亚特区IMPACT评估系统操作指南进行分析,总结IMPACT评估系统的运行体系与特点,为我国教师评估与退出机制提供借鉴。IMPACT评估系统通过覆盖全体的评估对象、专业多元的评估责任主体、丰富具体的评估内容、清晰透明的评估流程以及奖罚分明的评估结果对华盛顿特区公立学校系统教师进行评估,整个系统呈现出评估内容专业化、评估过程公正化、评估结果差异化和评估系统动态化等特点。综观IMPACT评估系统的设计与运行,我国在构建教师评估与退出机制时,应注意在体系建设上强调政府提供制度支持;在评估内容与标准上关注教师能力;在评估责任主体上要兼顾多方利益群体;在系统设计上要因地制宜;最后在系统实施过程中更要注重宽严适度。

数字化转型赋能专门用途英语AI双师智慧教学模式构建

数字化转型已成为当下教育创新发展的核心议题。AI双师智慧教学是数字化转型背景下对课堂重塑提出的新要求。本研究运用系统学的观点,结合专门用途英语(English for Specific Purposes,ESP)课程的特点,尝试构建AI双师智慧教学模式,在整个教学过程中实现智能诊学、人机助学、精准评学三个环节。并通过问卷调查和半结构访谈,发现该模式对学生知识获得、能力提升、素养提高等三个方面的积极影响。以期为促进ESP课堂实践与研究提供参考借鉴。

Teacher education in China has entered an important period of transformation which requires institutional innovation and systematic construction.Teacher education institutions should be gradually reshaped to meet the needs of elementary and secondary schools that are run on an autonomous basis.A system of teaching qualification certification and teacher education institution accreditation should be established.Further,a system of curriculum appraisal of teacher education as well as the performance assessment of teacher education institutions should also be set up.In the meantime,making corresponding policies is necessary to accommodate the reform and development of teacher education.

随着教师职业的不断发展，教师进行有效教学的核心就是发展他们的TPACK，化学教师的TPACK主要包括：扎实科学的化学学科知识、信息技术与化学教学整合目的的统领性观念、信息技术与化学教学整合的课程资源和课程组织知识、关于信息技术与化学教学整合的学生理解和学生误解知识、信息技术与化学教学整合的教学策略和教学表征知识。化学教师TPACK建构的基本策略有：形成TPACK的教学意识、观摩培训、亲自参与教学、提升整合转化能力、多渠道多种方式丰富TPACK资源。

发展职前教师的整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK)水平是教师专业发展研究的重要议题之一。"TPACK发展训练"课程根据职前教师TPACK培养目标,以设计型学习理论为基础,结合协作知识建构理论和学科内容的特性,构建了包括观念形成、作品设计、协作交流三大模块的课程框架,促使职前教师在经历知识内化、尝试探索、交流提升的过程中,TPACK水平得到有效提高。

信息生态场域中的AI双师课堂:内涵、构建与评价

信息生态理论能够重新定位快速发展中的教育信息生态,从信息环境、信息人以及信息三者组成的系统出发,为课堂资源的有效利用提供指导,解决技术与教育之间的割裂问题。人工智能与教师联袂执教形成新型双师课堂模式,在传统课堂要素基础上,加入AI智能教师新生态因子,使得课堂信息生态成为一种新形态。为协调AI双师课堂各因子关系,最大限度促进信息的流通与循环,促进课堂主体的提升,首先,以信息生态理论为指导,阐释AI双师课堂信息生态内涵。即:以系统为统筹,以互动、平衡为要求,以循环为途径,以人本为目的,进而依据系统性、开放性、循环演化性以及自组织性原则,从AI双师课堂内外部信息环境、AI双师课堂信息种群、信息主体发展等多个维度,构建AI双师课堂信息生态系统结构。其次,以信息生态系统的三大构成要素为评价维度,设计AI双师课堂信息生态评价指标。最后,以评价指标为导向对真实案例开展评价。
