University teachers play an important role in promoting moral and political education among university students.Regular and long-term construction of teachers’morality and ethics will contribute to the success of the fundamental task of cultivating talents.The present study proposes that due to the multiple identities of university teachers,it is necessary to evaluate the construction of teachers’morality and ethics in terms of what to evaluate and how to evaluate?It is expected that the attempt will provide useful guidance for the construction of university teachers’morality and ethics.

Research On The Lack Of Young College Teachers＇ Professional Ethics And Precautionary Measures

Our country＇s higher education has been growing, which will bring a large number of young people to join the ranks of higher education. At present, the proportion of young university teachers accounted for more than 45% of the total number of university teachers. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, based on the analysis of young teachers＇ issues of professional ethics missing,to further strengthen the professional ethics of young teachers, regulate their professional conduct, prompting the establishment of higher education dedicated the noble faith, and make due contributions to the cause of higher education.

Promoting Construction of Professional Teacher Team of Acupuncture and Tuina by Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is a frontier science for simulating,extending and expanding human intelligence,theoretical methods,technologies and application systems.Through the survey and analysis of the current situation of the integration of artificial intelligence into the construction of the teacher team,the corresponding research plan and path are formulated,and the artificial intelligence is fully integrated with the construction of the professional teacher team of acupuncture and tuina,and specific practices are carried out.The practical research path includes the construction of the corresponding artificial intelligence education analysis system and platform for the teaching staff,the formulation and practice of artificial intelligence training and training plans for the teaching staff,the daily intelligent education of the teaching staff and the sustainable improvement of lifelong intelligent education literacy.Through this study,it is hoped that the teaching ability and level of acupuncture and tuina teachers will be improved,and more new ideas and methods will be provided for the training and education of acupuncture and tuina professionals.

师德建设要想真正有效,就必须明确其逻辑起点。然而当前师德建设的逻辑起点存在着不同程度的两极化现象,即以崇高师德和底线师德作为师德建设的主要出发点,导致很大程度上忽视了占教师队伍大多数普通教师的常态师德。常态师德的对象范围、内容特点及价值取向等都与前两者有着明显区别。强调常态师德,既有利于师德建设回归教师的职业属性,也有利于发挥师德建设对学生的隐性德育功能,还有利于营造更为理性的师德建设环境。加强常态师德建设,需要重点明确对象意识、专业意识和谱系意识。

关于新时代中国教师素养模型建构的前提性思考

明确“新时代中国”对教师素养模型建构的意蕴,厘清教师素养概念,以及选择教师素养分析的路径与方法,是建构新时代中国教师素养模型的前提性工作。“新时代”对教师素养模型建构的意蕴不只是增加一些新元素,更在于以变革素养为导向的素养结构变化;“中国”之于教师素养模型的意蕴可从解决中国问题、对接中国话语和形成中国特色三个方面去理解。“综合/整体素养”概念更符合教师职业情境,并有别于素质、能力和胜任力等概念。建构教师素养模型,需要将基于研究/理论、基于实践和基于专家知识三种路径有机结合、综合运用,并需坚持三个原则:一是既要基于研究成果,又要重视汇聚相关当事人的共识;二是在未来性与现实性之间做好平衡;三是兼顾有效性与经济性。

中学教师工作-家庭冲突对其教学效能感的影响:道德情感的中介作用

为了探讨中学教师道德情感在工作-家庭冲突对教学效能感影响过程中的作用机制,采用工作-家庭冲突量表、教学效能感量表和教师道德情感量表并以方便抽样方式选取537名中学教师实施问卷调查。结果显示:中学教师工作-家庭冲突能显著负向预测教学效能感和道德情感,中学教师道德情感能显著正向预测教学效能感;中学教师工作-家庭冲突不仅可以直接影响教学效能感,而且可以通过道德情感的中介作用间接影响教学效能感。因此,建议通过帮助中学教师树立家庭与工作边界意识,缓解中学教师心理压力,培育积极情绪及加强教师职业素养教育等途径,改善中学教师工作-家庭冲突导致的负面影响,提升其道德情感水平,从而增强其教学效能感。

中小学教师资格制度是提升教师质量的重要标准。研究发现:美国中小学教师资格制度经历了萌芽、确立、发展、改革和完善五个阶段,形成了实施PraxisⅠ-Ⅲ标准考试、设置资格认定的高学历标准、构建多样化的证书分类体系、实行教师试用期和更新制度以及建立多元化的社会认证机构的制度特征。从现实角度来看,美国中小学教师资格的考试制度、认定制度、管理制度、配套制度和保障机制对我国中小学教师资格制度改革具有重要意义。

高职教师职称评审标准的定位、架构与评量解析

自深化职称制度改革评审权下放后,各高职院校根据学校发展需要,自制评聘方案,突出高职教育类型特色。目前,高职院校在职称评审中主要存在评审目的未凸显高职教育育人本质、评审指标与高职教师专业能力发展匹配不足、评审体系与高职教育发展需求的适应性标准模糊等问题。根据我国高职教育发展的“类型”特点和“双高”建设需要,基于高职教师的职业特性、岗位职责、社会角色等要素,建构了高职教师职称五维评审标准基本框架,即5个一级指标和16个二级指标;基于此标准,将教师岗位分层分类,依据绩效配比程度,实施标准评量。这既是高职教师队伍专业发展的现实要求,也有助于提升高职院校师资队伍管理水平。

A research on the professional moral conducts of teachers in China

Developing a professional ethics is crucial towards amassing the ranks of high-quality teachers,which contributes to the improvement of national education.This study bases its analysis on the survey of humanistic qualities of Chinese citizens.3348 teachers at three different levels from 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities of China are investigated into their professional moral conducts in terms of sense of responsibility and initiative.The result shows that the professional moral levels differ distinctly among teachers from universities,junior or senior high schools and primary schools.The results suggest that professional ethics is vulnerable to external factors.It is essential for the construction of teachers’professional ethics to improve their moral culture.
