The Deconvolution Method for Obtaining Correspondence in Data-Independent Acquisition Mass Spectrometry Data

Although data-independent acquisition (DIA) shows powerful potential in achieving comprehensive peptide information acquisition, the difficulty in determining the precursor m/z and distinguishing fragment ions has posed challenges in DIA data analysis. To address this challenge, a common approach is to recover the correspondence between precursor ions and fragment ions, followed by peptide identification using traditional data-dependent acquisition (DDA) database searching. In this study, we propose a cosine similarity-based deconvolution method that rapidly establishes the correspondence between chromatographic profiles of precursor ions and fragment ions through matrix calculations. Experimental results demonstrate that our method, referred to as CosDIA, yields a peptide identification count close to that of DIA-umpire. However, compared to DIA-umpire, we can establish the correspondence between original MS/MS spectra and pseudo-MS/MS spectra. Furthermore, compared to the CorrDIA method, our approach achieves higher efficiency in terms of time, reducing the time cost of the analysis process. These results highlight the potential advantages of the CosDIA method in DIA data analysis, providing a powerful tool and method for large-scale proteomics research.

Selective sampling with Gromov–Hausdorff metric:Efficient dense-shape correspondence via Confidence-based sample consensus

Background Functional mapping, despite its proven efficiency, suffers from a “chicken or egg” scenario, in that, poor spatial features lead to inadequate spectral alignment and vice versa during training, often resulting in slow convergence, high computational costs, and learning failures, particularly when small datasets are used. Methods A novel method is presented for dense-shape correspondence, whereby the spatial information transformed by neural networks is combined with the projections onto spectral maps to overcome the “chicken or egg” challenge by selectively sampling only points with high confidence in their alignment. These points then contribute to the alignment and spectral loss terms, boosting training, and accelerating convergence by a factor of five. To ensure full unsupervised learning, the Gromov–Hausdorff distance metric was used to select the points with the maximal alignment score displaying most confidence. Results The effectiveness of the proposed approach was demonstrated on several benchmark datasets, whereby results were reported as superior to those of spectral and spatial-based methods. Conclusions The proposed method provides a promising new approach to dense-shape correspondence, addressing the key challenges in the field and offering significant advantages over the current methods, including faster convergence, improved accuracy, and reduced computational costs.

Study on the Characteristics of Urban Air Pollution Based on Correspondence Analysis--A Case Study of Six Provincial Capitals in Central-south China

[Objective] The aim was to study the characteristics of urban air pollution on the basis of correspondence analysis.[Method] By using the correlated data from China Statistical Yearbook in 2010,a correspondence analysis on the air pollution indicators(like respirable particles,SO2 and NO2) of six provincial capitals in central-south China was carried out by means of SPSS software,and the characteristics of air pollution in the cities of China during different industrialization stages were summarized further.[Result] In the cities during early industrialization(like Nanning City and Guiyang City) and mineral resource-based cities(like Taiyuan City),the air was mainly polluted by SO2;for the cities in the middle industrialization(such as Changsha City,Wuhan City,Zhengzhou City and Chengdu City),the air was polluted by respirable particles chiefly;in the cities in late industrialization(like Guangzhou City and Shenzhen City) or completing industrialization(like Shanghai City),the air was mainly polluted by NO2;for the cities in pre-industrial stage(like Haikou City and Lhasa City),the characteristic of air pollution wasn't obvious.[Conclusion] The study could provide references for the control of urban air pollution in China in the further.

A Simple Mathematical Formulation of the Correspondence Principle

In this paper we suggest a simple mathematical procedure to derive the classical probability density of quantum systems via Bohr’s correspondence principle. Using Fourier expansions for the classical and quantum distributions, we assume that the Fourier coefficients coincide for the case of large quantum number. We illustrate the procedure by analyzing the classical limit for the quantum harmonic oscillator and the particle in a box, although the method is quite general. We find, in an analytical fashion, the classical distribution arising from the quantum one as the zeroth order term in an expansion in powers of Planck’s constant. We interpret the correction terms as residual quantum effects at the microscopic-macroscopic boundary.

On the Effects of Negative Transfer of Native Language to Business English Correspondence from the Analysis on the Errors Madein Clarity

This paper is an attempt to analyse the role of negative transfer in the acquisition of business English correspondence through the analysis of errors made in learners’writings.The analysis is focused on errors made violating clarity.Through the contrast between those errors and the normative samples,one of the deep-rooted reasons that prohibits learners to make the correspondences be clarified are discovered,which is the negative transfer resulted from different thought patterns affected by the cultural diversities.

Brief Analyses of Some Contradictory Characteristics of the Language Applied in Business Correspondence

Business correspondence are the indispensable tool in the practical process of business communication and interchange.Especially,as the communicated body of information,their language possesses specific characteristics.Rooted from the "Politeness Principle" and the "Cooperative Principle",the most distinctive epitome of it is the seven "C" principles.Based on the discussion of the seven "C" principles,this paper devotes itself to the analyses of the contradictory characteristics which occur frequently in the concrete business contexts,and then to examine the causes of these features.Ultimately,it will suggest more flexible and more widened perspective towards the creation of business correspondence and the language applied in them.

The s-parameterized Weyl-Wigner correspondence in the entangled form and its applications

Based on the theory of integration within s-ordering of operators and the bipartite entangled state representation we introduce s-parameterized Weyl-Wigner correspondence in the entangled form.Some of its applications in quantum optics theory are presented as well.

Visualization of Special Features in “The Tale of Genji” by Text Mining and Correspondence Analysis with Clustering

In this paper, visualization of special features in “The Tale of Genji”, which is a typical Japanese classical literature, is studied by text mining the auxiliary verbs and examining the similarity in the sentence style by the correspondence analysis with clustering. The result shows that the text mining error in the number of auxiliary verbs can be as small as 15%. The extracted feature in this study supports the multiple authors of “The Tale of Genji”, which agrees well with the result by Murakami and Imanishi [1]. It is also found that extracted features are robust to the text mining error, which suggests that the classification error is less affected by the text mining error and the possible use of this technique for further statistical study in classical literatures.

How to Explicitly Calculate Feynman and Wheeler Propagators in the ADS/CFT Correspondence

We discuss, giving all necessary details, the boundary-bulk propagators. We do it for a scalar field, with and without mass, for both the Feynman and the Wheeler cases. Contrary to standard procedure, we do not need here to appeal to any unfounded conjecture (as done by other authors). Emphasize that we do not try to modify standard ADS/CFT procedures, but use them to evaluate the corresponding Feynman and Wheeler propagators. Our present calculations are original in the sense of being the first ones undertaken explicitly using distributions theory (DT). They are carried out in two instances: 1) when the boundary is a Euclidean space and 2) when it is of Minkowskian nature. In this last case we compute also three propagators: Feynman’s, Anti-Feynman’s, and Wheeler’s (half advanced plus half retarded). For an operator corresponding to a scalar field we explicitly obtain, for the first time ever, the two points’ correlations functions in the three instances above mentioned. To repeat, it is not our intention here to improve on ADS/CFT theory but only to employ it for evaluating the corresponding Wheeler’s propagators.

The Stylistic Features of Business English Correspondences and the Cultivation of Business English Competence

Nowadays, with the background of economic globalization, shopping modes like e Bay, Ali Express and Amazon are popular among the public. Business English that plays an increasingly important role in international trades is widely applied to commercial activities. However, because of insufficient practical experience, improper use of stylistics and interference of first language, sometimes it is difficult for students in school to have good command of business English correspondence. This dissertation has suggested learners several ways to improve their competence in international communications and the teaching and learning efficiency, by analyzing the stylistic features of business English correspondences and the problems collecting from the learners on the basis of the data of questionnaires.

Characterization of Gold Bearing Placers and Associated Minerals in the Elogo Region (North-West Congo Republic)

The Elogo region has been subjected to craft industry and semi-industrial mining for gold-bearing placers, since the colonial times. It is actually undergoing an intensive exploration for a primary gold deposit. The goal of this study is to contribute to the exploration of the primary gold deposit in the Elogo Region (North-West of Congo Republic). The methodology consisted of characterization of placers deposits by their lithology, mineralogy and the gold grains shape, in order to constrain the source of gold with the respect to the local geology. The results obtained show that alluviums are polygenic and yields seventeen mineral species composed of zircon, olivine, magnetite, ilmenite, gold, garnet, rutile, coltan, cassiterite, monazite, apatite, amphibole, tourmaline, pyrite, limonite, chromite, and amphibole. The morphoscopy of gold grain shows single grains and grains with quartz inclusions that suggest their relationship with quartz veins. The gold grains are flattened, sub-flattened, and rounded. The northern region of Elogo characterized by a dominance of coarser quartz-included gold grains indicates a proximal proparte origin (less than 50 m), while the southern region, showing less coarse and more evolved grains with choc marks, appears to be associated with a distal pro-parte origin (more than 300 m). The multivariate statistical analysis shows seven classes of samples corresponding to the mineralogical paragenesis suggesting various sources, consisting of high-grade metamorphic, granitoids, pegmatites, basic and ultrabasic rocks, and BIFs that provided minerals to the placers. Gold mainly comes from hydrothermal quartz veins and probably from the peptization of gold from the weathering of sulfides occurring in the BIF. In the Elogo region, gold exploration for primary deposits should look for and follow the hydrothermal system developed in this region. Chemical analysis for the gold grains and associated minerals is necessary to better guide the proposed geochemical prospecting.

Interpretation of Water Samples by Correspondence Analysis for Radioactive Elements in the Northern Coast of Oman Sea

Oman Sea is connecting belt between the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf.Because it strategic and environmental aim,presence of natural radionuclide ^(226)Ra,^(232)Th,^(40)K and ^(137)Cs as man-made element is considered.Water samples were taken from 36 marine spots at the coastal strip from Hormoz canyon to Goatr seaport in the northern coast of Oman Sea.Correspondence analysis is used to identify variation and relationship between samples(Q-mood analysis)and variable(R-mood analysis)based on approximate χ^(2)distances.Radioactive elements(^(226)Ra,^(232)Th and^( 40)K),physical(temperature,pH,turbidity,conductivity,special density)and chemical(salinity,oxygen and chlorophyll)parameters of water for 36 samples handled by correspondence analysis,there are two outstanding result,(1)Radioactive elements show high correlation in factors by greater eigenvalue,and (2)some of the samples such as W13,W24 and rather W02,W05 and W12 show highest activity from Radioactive elements and also temperature and conductivity show nearest relation with them in many factors.

中国医保药品价格谈判回顾和展望

目的:总结2018—2023年中国医保药品价格谈判的实践经验,对未来的工作提出建议。方法:通过文献回顾、收集官方公布的数据和网络报道资料,对当前医保药品价格谈判的政策和实践进行总结分析。结果:谈判药品平均降价50%~60%,但也存在有待解决的问题。未来医保药品价格谈判工作需要更加关注价值谈判组织体系、标准和方法的建立,重视价值谈判的立法和规制,使价格谈判工作更加公正、公平和透明化。结论:我国的药品价格谈判成绩斐然,充分发挥了政府主导和市场机制的作用,通过价值谈判保障了创新药物的可得性和可及性,在新药需求无限性和医保基金有限性之间找到了平衡点。

国家医保谈判药品在我院遴选评价的转化应用探索

目的:积极推进国家医保谈判药品的常态化落地,提升国家医保谈判药品的供应保障水平及透明化程度,促进药品回归临床价值。方法:依据2022年5月河北省卫生健康委员会组织制定下发的《河北省三级公立医疗机构用药(化学药品)目录遴选评价表(试行)》中的评价体系,针对拟遴选入院的61个国家医保谈判药品,从有效性、药学特性、安全性、经济性、其他属性5个维度进行综合评价。结果:47个国家医保谈判西药中,29个药品前3项评分≥50分;34个药品前4项评分≥60分;39个药品总分≥60分;24个药品前3项评分≥50分、前4项评分≥60分、总分≥70分;7个药品前3项评分<50分、前4项评分<60分、总分<70分。14个国家医保谈判中药中,同时满足前3项评分≥50分、前4项评分≥60分、总分≥70分的药品数量与同时满足前3项评分<50分、前4项评分<60分、总分<70分的药品数量均为6个。结论:本研究运用量化评价体系对国家医保谈判药品的有效性、药学特性、安全性、经济性等指标进行全方位评价,赋予量化分值,构建满足医疗机构需求的国家医保谈判药品综合评价数据库,通过综合分数来提取出“优”的国家医保谈判药品,过程快速、科学、公正、透明。

创伤性伤口患者居家带伤洗浴方案的构建与初步验证研究

背景创伤是一种发生率高、耗费大的全球性健康问题,预防和控制感染是创伤性伤口处理的一大挑战,而创伤后长时间不进行皮肤清洗在影响舒适度的同时也增加伤口感染的发生率。尽管很多患者创伤后有洗浴的意愿,然而何时洗浴、如何洗浴尚不明确,因此,构建适宜的带伤洗浴方案对保持皮肤和伤口清洁十分必要。目的构建适合我国创伤性伤口患者使用的居家带伤洗浴方案,为保持创伤患者的皮肤清洁、改善伤口愈合结局提供可行的护理方案。方法检索国内外数据库获取原始文献,通过循证分析、归纳、小组讨论,形成创伤性伤口患者居家带伤洗浴方案的条目初稿。纳入15名副高职称以上的伤口护理专家,采用德尔菲专家函询法修改和完善带伤洗浴方案,每轮函询间隔1周,采用专家积极系数和权威系数评价函询结果的可靠性,采用变异系数评价函询结果的一致性,当变异系数<0.25时表示专家意见趋于一致,停止函询,形成修改稿。纳入门诊创伤性伤口患者30例进行预试验,采用Likert 5级评分验证带伤洗浴方案的便利性、安全性和患者依从性,讨论修改后形成最终方案。结果纳入23篇相关文献,循证分析、讨论后形成了“洗浴前准备”“洗浴操作”“洗浴后处理”3个一级条目、7个二级条目、9个三级条目和4个四级条目的创伤性伤口患者居家带伤洗浴方案初稿。15位专家进行2轮函询后意见趋于一致,两轮问卷回收率分别为93.75%和100.00%,权威系数分别为0.947和0.957。第一轮各条目重要性和可操作性变异系数分别为0~0.25、0~0.23,第二轮各条目重要性和可操作性变异系数分别为0.09~0.18、0.07~0.14,共删除条目2个,修改条目5个,新增条目2个,形成了修改稿。预试验验证结果:30例创伤性伤口患者依从洗浴方案每周洗浴(2.70±0.47)次,每次洗浴时间10~15 min,便利性评分(4.67±0.48)分,依从性评分(4.70±0.47)分,未发生与洗浴有关的不良事件及洗浴有关的伤口感染。预试验证明洗浴方案安全可靠、简单便利,患者依从性好,最终形成包括3个一级条目、8个二级条目、9个三级条目和3个四级条目的创伤性伤口患者居家带伤洗浴方案终稿。结论本研究构建创伤性伤口患者居家带伤洗浴方案过程中,专家积极系数和权威系数高,获得了函询专家的一致认可。预试验中30例创伤性伤口患者的依从性高,带伤洗浴方案安全、便利,可用于我国创伤性伤口患者居家带伤洗浴。

基于三层博弈的社区综合能源系统电热交易策略

随着综合能源系统逐渐向智能化、清洁化、去中心化转型,发用电一体的产消者应运而生。为实现综合能源系统可再生能源的充分消纳,提高各主体的交互效益,提出基于三层博弈的社区综合能源系统电热交易策略。首先,建立基于社区合作博弈嵌套的综合能源运营商与能源社区主从博弈模型,运营商以最大化自身效益为目标制定分时电价、热价并传递给能源社区。能源社区响应运营商的电热决策,以消费剩余最大为目标制定与其他社区的交互策略,确定购能需求并传递给运营商。其次,为降低综合能源运营商碳排放,充分消纳各运营商的资源剩余,建立多综合能源运营商的纳什谈判模型。然后,利用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)条件将模型进行转化,并利用McCormick法进行凸松弛。最后,采用交替方向乘子分布式算法对模型进行求解,通过算例验证了所提策略能够有效提升各主体交互效率、降低综合能源系统碳排放、提高各主体效益。
