Confucian culture runs through the history of China’s development for thousands of years and is the mainstream culture of China.In recent years,Confucian culture has been highly valued overseas,and The Analects of Confucius has been translated into many languages and spread to various countries.Through the introduction of the translation and introduction of Confucian classics in Russia,this article aims to show the spread of Confucian classics in Russia.Through an analysis of the research done by Russian scholars,this article aims to show the depth of the study of Confucian culture in Russia.By analyzing the influence of Confucianism on people from all walks of life in Russia,this article aims to reveal the universal value of Confucian culture that transcends time and space.We expect the country and Chinese people to pay more attention to traditional culture and introduce Confucian culture into all social strata as soon as possible.In particular,schools at all levels should comprehensively improve the cultural literacy of the whole nation and enhance the national cultural confidence.

Practice-based Research on Popularity of Tea Culture in Northern Mountainous Area and Improvement of Students' Humanism Spirit

In this paper,questionnaires about college tea culture and humanism spirit have been investigated in the undergraduates of Hebei Agricultural University in mountainous area of Northern China.After analyzing the survey results and the causes,the author made references and gave recommendations to the university students about the tea culture and humanism spirit cultivation.

The Cultural Interpretations of Diplomacies of China, Russia and India as Eurasian BRICS Countries

China, Russia and India, three Eurasian BRICS countries, are close neighbors, geographically located in the Pacific Ocean, the Arctic Ocean and the Indian Ocean respectively. The research questions why these three countries have some similar characteristics in their diplomacies and foreign policies, which differentiates them both from traditional developed countries and typical developing countries. Before the assessment of this question, analysis of culture and its characteristics, international strategies and diplomacies of these three BRICS countries is necessary and appropriate. Culture plays a special and crucial role in international politics or international relations. The unique cultures of Eurasian BRICS countries, China, Russia and India, have special influences on their diplomacies, which has created a new landscape in current world economy and politics.

The Influence of Western Cultural Spirit Expectation on the Formation of Modern Chinese Landscape Image

The Spirit of the Age in Mathematics and Art： The Eastern and Western Perspective Painting

Both mathematics and art consistently reflect the spirit of the age in which they arise. Consequently, the mathematics in China and in Korea during the Joseon Dynasty, in contrast to the deductive western mathematics, does not function on the basis of proving something deductively. Rather, the Chinese mathematics from this period was based upon making observations about problems by combining patterns with specific examples. In this paper, this author attempts to compare the differences in mathematics between the East and the West, and also to study the different perspectives in art between the East and the West, in order to identify the relationship between civilization, culture and the spirit of the age. This will explain the reason why the Western ＇One Point Perspective＇ had spread in China and the Chosen Dynasty, yet could not be permanently established in these countries.

Studies on the Belt and Road Initiative and the China—Mongolia—Russia Culture Industry Corridor

Culture is the concentrated reflection of national spirit and civilization, and is an important part of foreign exchanges since ancient times. Under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, with the goal of reviving the Prairie Silk Road and Culture Industry Corridor suited to the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, in accordance with the requirements in the China, Mongolia and Russia Tripartite Cooperation Medium-term Road Map approved by the three countries, government organs, enterprises and social organizations should make appropriate plans to develop cultural tourism in advance, highlight its characteristics, build the brand, build investment and financing platforms, new media platforms and carry out large-project-driving strategies, so that the value of cultural resources along the Prairie Silk Road can be fully tapped and resources can be integrated for industrial and economic advantages. The interconnection of China's Belt and Road Initiative, Mongolia's Prairie Road and Russia's Eurasian Economic Union will help establish closer cooperation between the three countries and form an arena of culture competition in Northeast Asia. This is of great practical significance and has promising prospects.

The China and Mongolia Cultural Communication Status Quo and Development Trend in the Context of the Construction of the China–Mongolia–Russia Economic Corridor

As a part of the"The Belt and Road"initiative,the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor is a tailored mode of regional cooperation,combined with the construction of the Russia Eurasia Channel and the Mongolia Grassland Road.This paper analyses the Chinese and Mongolian cultural communication status quo and development trend in the Context of the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.It then proposes that the two countries make great efforts in following three aspects to create new prosperity for China-Mongolia cultural communication and cooperation:strengthening the folk cultural communication and cooperation by consolidating its folk communication basis,vigorously promoting folk cultural diplomacy and improving the level of folk cultural communications,and consolidating the existing cooperation and creating new cultural communication through this cooperation mechanism.

As a Buddhist architecture,Kizil Grottoes have important spiritual and cultural value because of its religious spiritual attribute and its growth in a special geographical environment and historical and cultural background.By using the methods of literature collection and field investigation,and taking the place spirit as the theoretical guidance,this paper studies and discusses the architectural layout,spatial form and functional function of different types of caves,and seeks the correlation between architectural material form and consciousness spirit,thereby expounding the place spirit of spatial identity and cultural belonging contained in Buddhist architecture of Kizil Grottoes.

Study of Great Chinese Inventions Based on the Concept of Cultural Consciousness

Based on the concept of cultural consciousness, this paper clarifies the misunderstanding of the "Four Great Inventions", then defines the concept of inventions and corresponding grading and rating systems. Numerous senior historians of science and technology were invited to review the great Chinese inventions before the book The Thirty Great Chinese Inventions was finally compiled and published. This paper also points out that the Chinese themselves must clearly understand things concerning China and China must have a say over the issue of inventions. The scientific spirit of deriving truth from facts must be rigorously upheld during the study and rating of great inventions.

On Cultural Diplomacy of China for Russia

In the course of economic globalization,apart from military political and economic diplomacy between countries,cultural diplomacy increasingly becomes a highlight in international relations.Culture,which is regarded as a new standard to evaluate a country' s soft power and an effective approach to enhance a country' s international status and influence,is attached great importance to by many governments.This article analyzed the significance of cultural diplomacy between China and Russia and studied some measures China adopted in cultural diplomacy to consolidate strategic partnership between the two countries.Finally,the article puts forward that the development of cultural diplomacy between the two countries is relatively immature.China' s cultural diplomacy for Russia still needs improving.

Mindfulness-based cognitive safety and spiritual safety leadership for voluntary safety practice

Organizations are making great efforts to improve their level of safety,but accidents continue to occur,and safety issues are not easily solved within an organization.Therefore,the importance of voluntary safety is increasing,and as a result,interest in safety culture has recently increased.However,the concept of safety culture is ambiguous and the implementation of safety culture is not improving in the correct manner.This work proposes a unique framework for voluntary safety practice within an organization.This framework consists of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Safety(MBCS)and spiritual safety leadership.From the perspective of safety within the concept of safety culture,safety has been considered a sub-facet of organizational culture.However,from a new perspective suggested by this study,safety is regarded as another important value separated from organizational culture,in which members should make intentional efforts based on safety awareness.MBCS maintains such safety awareness through self-safety cognition,while spiritual safety leadership is a fundamental foundation and fuel for self-safety cognition.Based on this,industries can pursue ideal safety and increase the integrity of the organization.This work provides effective guidance to improve safety management and emergency management related to industrial accidents.

中国教育学自主建构的广义认识论条件

中国教育学的自主建构不只是教育学学科发展不可回避的问题,也是中国社会进一步发展的必然需求,在某种意义上,也是全球化时代更好地服务于国家教育发展的理性选择。然而,中国教育学的自主建构以至中国教育学自主性的实现,并不只是一个愿望上的或认识上的问题,还需要做相关的条件上的准备。不过,所谓条件归根到底都是关联着认识活动的,可以称之为广义认识论条件。简而言之,中国教育学的自主建构需要具备三个层面的广义认识论条件:一是教育学学者的精神自立。其操作性的内涵是学者须具有求真至善的学者精神和务实创新的学术精神。二是教育学研究的认识论自觉。研究者不仅须知教育学兼有思想性和科学性,而且须有研究方法论上的理性。三是教育学建构的文化自信。只有这样,中国教育学研究才能够摆脱以往被国外教育学研究带路的局面,进而步入自主发展的阶段。
