Biham-Middleton-Levine model in consideration of cooperative willingness

In this paper, the Biham-Middleton-Levine （BML） model with consideration of cooperative willingness has been proposed to study the traffic flow in urban networks. An evolutionary game with a cooperative willingness profile is intro-duced to deal with conflicts between disturbing neighbors. Simulation results suggest that imitating cooperative willingness can ease the effect of premature seizure on traffic flow due to the introduction of evolutionary games. Phase diagrams with a strategy profile and cooperative willingness profile have been investigated in detail. Our findings also prove that by imitating the more successful, cooperative willingness instead of simply the more successful strategies, the evolution of cooperation is significantly promoted, hence improving the order of cooperation and relieving the pressure of traffic networks.

THE STUDY ON DEGREE DISTRIBUTION PROPERTY OF COMPLEX NETWORK BASED ON COOPERATIVE COMMUNICATION

Complex networks have been widely studied. Recently,many results show that the degree distributions of some large networks follow the form of power-law and these networks possess better robustness against random nodes failure. As an effective technology on combating the channel fading,wireless cooperative communication is becoming one of the most important methods to improve the wireless communication performances. In this paper,the complex network models based on cooperative communication and non-cooperative communication are established; and the degree distribution properties for them are studied. The simulation results show that the degree distributions of these networks also follow the form of power-law,which means that the addition of cooperative communi-cation links will not change the property of degree distribution and then these networks will possess better robustness against random nodes failure as well.

Willingness of Farmers Joining Professional Cooperatives——Based on the Questionnaire Survey of Nanjing

Based on the questionnaire survey of farmers in Nanjing City,the research analyzes the influencing factors of farmers' willingness joining professional cooperatives with Binary Logistic model.Results show that variable factors such as:labors,degrees of education,levels of awareness,development of judgments,have positive relation to the willingness of farmers joining professional cooperatives;gender and financial demands are negative related to willingness of farmers joining professional cooperatives;variable factors,such as ages,degrees of education,numbers of farmers,scale of land,generation experience,specific investment and fluctuations of prices,the estimated parameters of which are not significant.At last,the paper points out that the 2 important ways in accelerating the development of professional cooperatives are:the first is to accelerate the capital accumulation of advanced farmers and strengthen the scaled degrees of agricultural management.The second is to promote the information and techniques accumulation speed of professional farmers to strengthen people's awareness and confidence.

Study on the Influence of Farmer Social Capital on Cooperative Supply Willingness of Agricultural Disaster Reduction Public Goods——Based on the Investigation on 515 Farmers

Based on social capital theory,related factors of three dimensions( structure dimension,cognition dimension and relation dimension) of farmer social capital are taken as independent variables,and famer's willingness to cooperatively supply agricultural disaster reduction public goods is taken as dependent variable. Taking 515 farmers in 27 villages of Hubei Province as investigation objects,the influence of farmer social capital on cooperative supply willingness of agricultural disaster reduction public goods is explored by Logistic regression model. Research results show that social solidarity,common value concept,social trust and reciprocal content have positive impact on farmer's willingness of cooperative supply,while annual household income,number of agricultural disaster reduction public goods and social network have negative impact on farmer's willingness of cooperative supply.

Degree distribution and robustness of cooperative communication network with scale-free model

With the requirements of users enhanced for wireless communication, the cooperative communication will become a development trend in future. In this paper, a model based on complex networks with both preferential attachment is researched to solve an actual network CCN （Cooperative Communication Network）. Firstly, the evolution of CCN is given by four steps with different probabilities. At the same time, the rate equations of nodes degree are presented to analyze the evolution of CCN. Secondly, the degree distribution is analyzed by calculating the rate equation and numerical simulation. Finally, the robustness of CCN is studied by numerical simulation with random attack and intentional attack to analyze the effects of degree distribution and average path length. The results of this paper are more significant for building CCN to programme the resource of communication.

New partial cooperation model for ill-posed bilevel programming problem via satisfactory degree

Partial cooperation formulation is a more viable option than optimistic＇s and pessimistic＇s to solve an ill-posed bilevel programming problem.Aboussoror＇s partial cooperation model uses a constant as a cooperation index to describe the degree of follower＇s cooperation.The constant only indicates the leader＇s expectation coefficient for the follower＇s action,not the follower＇s own willingness.To solve this situation,a new model is proposed by using the follower＇s satisfactory degree as the cooperation degree.Then,because this new cooperation degree is a function which is dependent on the leader＇s choice and decided by the follower＇s satisfactory degree,this paper proves such proposed model not only leads an optimal value between the optimistic value and pessimistic＇s,but also leads a more satisfactory solution than Aboussoror＇s.Finally,a numerical experiment is given to demonstrate the feasibility of this new model.

Analyzing Factors Contributing to Farmers' Willingness to Participate in Rural Cooperative Finance Organizations

It has been commonly recognized that the cooperative finance organizations in China's rural areas have been playing an important role in spreading farm production risks, increasing farmers' income, as well as stimulating the overall rural economic growth. This paper attempted to identify the key factors which potentially contributed to the farmers' willingness to participate in the new-form of the rural cooperative finance organizations sponsored by the Chinese governments. In the process, a total of 442 farmer households as well as small-micro farming enterprises were sampled from the villages in Panjin municipality of Liaoning Province in China, where the new form of the rural cooperative finance organization(NFRCFO) experiment was under way. Those potential factors were classified into the four categories, including the characteristics of the famer households, the reputation of the rural finance cooperatives, transaction costs paid, as well as service quality. A discrete Logit model was used for parameter estimations. The results showed that most of the factors being considered exhibited statistically significant effects on the farmers' willingness to take part in NFRCFO, but with each presenting different levels of impacts. The causes and effects for those uncovered empirical results were fully discussed following by policy implication discussion.

Evaluation on Agricultural Regional Coordination Degree of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

According to the characteristics of agricultural system in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,population pressure,resource utilization and construction capability are taken as the first grade indices.And there are a total of 14 second grade indices,such as the per capita cultivated land,per capita grain yield,per capita meat product,per capita aquatic product,per capita fruit,per capita water resource,per capita GDP,multiple cropping index,and proportion of agricultural expenditure in financial expenditure.An evaluation theory system for the coordination degree of agricultural system is established;and the empirical study on the agricultural coordination degree of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is carried out.Result shows that agricultural cooperative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is still in its primary stage.It is put forward that ideology is the premise,plan should take the lead,transportation is the foundation,and enhancing the brand is the key.Countermeasures are put forward for the agricultural cooperative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,such as enhancing the sense of strategic positioning during agricultural cooperative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,promoting the agricultural cooperative development planning in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,establishing a modern and integrated transport network system,strengthening the agricultural science and technology support,and improving the grade of agricultural products.

Empirical analysis of the farmer's behavior under the new rural financial cooperatives in China

It's been well recognized for the big role played by innovative rural cooperative financial organizations in terms of spreading farmers' operation risk,increasing farmers' income,and developing rural economy.However,no sufficient research has been conducted regarding those factors which may have effects on the farmer's willingness to participate in the new rural financial organization.This paper tries to fill out the gap of identifying various factors which may have potential influence on the farmer's willingness to participate in the new type of rural financial cooperatives.In the process,442 farmer households and small-micro-enterprises are sampled from the cooperative finance experiment villages in Panjin municipality of Liaoning province.The potential influencing factors are classified into four categories,including the famer household's characteristics,financial cooperative reputation,transaction costs,and service quality.A discrete Logit model is used for the parameter estimations.The results show that most assumed factors display statistical significance effect on the farmer's willingness to take part in the rural cooperative financing organizations but with different level of sensitivity.The cause and effect are fully discussed following by addressing policy issues related to the rural financing cooperative reforms.

Impact of Distribution Fairness Degree and Entanglement Degree on Cooperation

We explore the impact of distributional fairness degree and entanglement degree on the cooperation between different players by investigating a modified prisoner＇s dilemma game. We not only introduce a new concept of distributional fairness degree, but also obtain the cooperation conditions for overcoming dilemma in terms of fairness and entanglement inequalities. It is demonstrated that distributional fairness can be of fundamental importance to promote cooperation with the help of quantum entanglement.

广义安全的本体、视界与范式:“关系和合度”解析

基于中国关系本体论对安全的本体和视界进行解析,并且建构中国的安全理论范式,是为全球安全治理提供中国方案的重要方面。安全是一种什么样的“实在”,这是十分重要的本体论问题;而以什么样的“视界”考察安全,则是非常棘手的认识论难题。“关系和合度”解析为“广义安全论”视域下的安全本体、视界与范式提供了哲学诠释。安全是“关系性实在”,是和合状态的共享性秩序,是呈现人与世界“广义性联系”的“关系和合度”。如果关系的和合程度是安全获得的程度,那么安全就是以“关系和合度”为自变量的函数,广义安全便是呈现人与世界“关系和合度”的安全,是“行为体间的优态共存”。广义安全凸显“关系和合度”的适然性,安全之境即是保持优态共存的“适然之境”,是当下所发生的一切关系的总体性和合,这为总体国家安全观以及全球安全观提供了理论支撑。广义安全观是集成与整合诸安全构成要素与安全领域的大安全理念,是“场域安全”思维的完好体现,是多重时空关系状态与多种活动性质特点的融合。

基于知识图谱的端到端内容共享机制

端到端(D2D)通信利用边缘网络的本地计算和缓存能力,可以满足未来移动网络用户低延时、高能效的内容共享需求。而边缘网络内容共享效率性能的提升不仅取决于用户社交关系,同时也高度依赖终端设备的特征,如计算、存储和剩余能量资源等。因此,以最大化能量效率为目标,综合考虑设备异质性、用户社交性和兴趣差异性,提出一种用户-设备-内容多维度关联特征的D2D内容共享机制。首先,基于用户成本效益最大化将多目标约束问题转化为最优节点选择和功率控制问题,构建面向用户-设备-内容的多维度知识关联特征和图谱模型,将设备相关的计算资源、存储资源等多维特征结构化处理;其次,研究用户在设备属性和社交属性上的意愿度度量方法,提出一种基于用户社交和设备图谱的共享意愿度度量方法;最后,根据用户共享意愿度构建面向内容共享的D2D协作簇,面向能量效率设计一种基于共享意愿度的功率控制算法,以最大化网络共享性能。在真实用户设备数据集和infocom06数据集的实验结果表明,所提基于共享意愿度的功率控制算法与最近选择算法和不考虑设备意愿度的选择算法相比,系统和速率分别提升了约97.2%和11.1%,用户满意度分别提升了约72.7%和4.3%,能效分别提升了约57.8%和9.7%,验证了所提算法在传输速率、能量效率和用户满意度等方面的有效性。

基于OBE理念的药学专业硕士能力培养模式探究

研究生教育是高等教育的最高层次,培育优质的研究生人才能够加速医药产业的发展,但是随着药学专业硕士研究生的不断扩招,在培养过程中相继发现药学专业学位硕士培养方案与学术型硕士趋同、学生实践创新意识缺乏、导师对企业生产缺乏了解及校企合作制度不够完善等问题。为解决以上问题,促进医药事业的长足发展,该文提出建立以OBE先进教育理念为支撑的校企育人制度,建设与优化协同创新资源共享平台,构建基于“协同理论”为支撑的导师协同指导制度,希望能从以上三个方面着手不断完善药学专硕培养体系。

加入合作社对家庭农场适度规模经营的影响

本文在探讨家庭农场适度规模经营两种理论观点之争的基础上,基于中国社会科学院农村发展研究所2020年中国乡村振兴综合调查(CRRS)数据,采用普通最小二乘法(OLS)系统考察了家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应及其作用机制。研究发现:首先,加入合作社能够扩大家庭农场经营规模,推动家庭农场适度规模经营。经测算,当前中国家庭农场最优经营规模为188亩,因而家庭农场经营规模仍有扩大的空间。其次,家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应存在异质性,收入水平高、社会资本水平低和自有机械化水平低的家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应更明显。再次,加入合作社扩大家庭农场经营规模主要来自内部服务获取机制和外部资源获取机制,且合作社所提供的销售服务和金融支持对家庭农场经营规模扩大具有更强的促进效应。最后,耕地细碎化程度负向调节家庭农场加入合作社的规模扩大效应,耕地细碎化不利于加入合作社的家庭农场扩大经营规模。本文的研究为推动家庭农场适度规模经营,促进其与合作社融合发展提供了理论指导和决策依据。

新时代加快推进高等教育的现代化发展是建设创新型国家的重要举措,实现专业学位研究生教育的高质量发展是其关键的一环。立足新时代对专业学位研究生教育的新要求,我国专业学位研究生教育在协同育人机制中存在的问题主要有:专业学位研究生培养模式弱差异化,专业学位研究生实践教学环节薄弱,缺乏协同育人长效机制,协同育人评价机制不够完善。我国专业学位研究生协同育人的策略是,强化专业学位研究生分类培养,强化协同育人实践教学环节,建立协同育人长效合作机制,完善协同育人评价机制。只有如此才能为国家行业产业转型升级和创新发展提供强有力的人才支撑。

任务技术匹配理论及其在信息系统研究领域的应用与展望

[目的/意义]帮助学界深入了解任务技术匹配理论的发展进程及其在信息系统领域的应用现状,为后续研究提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对信息系统领域中使用任务技术匹配理论的相关文献进行检索与梳理,系统性地归纳了当前研究的成果、局限及未来的研究方向。[结果/结论]任务技术匹配理论在信息系统领域的应用研究主要集中在用户使用信息技术意愿、用户使用信息技术绩效、信息技术对用户满意度影响、用户持续使用信息技术意愿4个方面;研究存在“对群体层面的研究有所欠缺”“较少关注用户的认知和情感状态”“缺乏技术在不同场景下的横向对比”“缺乏引入新型技术可行性的研究”等局限性;不断扩充任务技术匹配理论的内涵和应用、对技术在不同场景的应用进行横向对比、探索新型技术新的应用场景是未来值得关注的研究方向。
