Construction of Female Subjectivity in the Yan’an Period under the Intersubjective Perspective

In the practice of intersubjective ideological education,human subjectivity can be fully developed in three dimensions:practical dimension,value dimension and social dimension,thus improving the effectiveness of ideological education.Liberation Daily in the Yan’an period is an important carrier for the Chinese Communist Party to carry out the ideological education of women.Taking the reports on women’s work in Liberation Daily as samples,this paper analyzes the construction of female subjectivity in Yan’an from the perspective of intersubjective ideological education.Development is conducive to deepening the study of the effectiveness of the ideological education of women,and it also has practical significance for deepening the party’s women work.

Research on the Developmental Trend of Education Economy and Management Major under the Perspectives of Policy Reform and Subject Game

In this paper, we conduct research on the developmental trend of education economy and management major under theperspectives of policy reform and subject game. Education economics and management are two tied for the secondary education management andthe education economics discipline in 1997 to adjust the merger of a cross subject. The development of higher education is refers to the cause ofhigher education by man’s subjective activity to achieve the purpose of process as often characterized by the higher education gross enrollmentratio and the main working age population average received increasing the proportion of the higher education, it is a certain period of a countryof the higher education enterprise overall refl ection of the change process and results. This paper combines the state-of-the-art methodologies topropose the new perspective of the education economy and management subject development that will be meaningful.

Development of Wages and Salaries of Czech Employees During the Last Period by Educational Attainment and Forecasts for 2011 and 2012

This paper deals with the development of sample characteristics of wage distribution in recent years in the Czech Republic by the highest educational attainment. Gross monthly wage is the variable investigated. We distinguish the following scale of the highest educational attainment： primary and incomplete education, secondary education without GCSE, secondary education with GCSE, higher vocational and bachelor education and tertiary education. Forecasts of wage distribution have been developed for the next two years for all of these categories. Three-parametric lognormal curve formed the basis of the theoretical probability distribution. Parameter values of relevant three-parametric lognormal curves were then estimated using the method of L-moments of parameter estimation. Forecasts of sample values of L-moments were calculated using trend analysis of their past development and the parameters of three-parametric Iognormal curves for forecasts of wage distribution were calculated using the predicted values of the first three sample L-moments. We have obtained the forecasts of wage distribution by the highest educational attainment on the basis of these probability density functions.

The Internal Examination of Ideology and Politics Education in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Social Subject Research Method

Human is the subject of social and historical development process.The essence of human is the sum of social relations,and the masses are the creators of history.This is the basic content of social subject research methods,and also an important principle that must be followed by the subject category in ideology and politics education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of social subject research methods,the internal examination of the thought and politics education activities in colleges and universities should include three basic dimensions:adhering to examine the ideological and political moral construction activities via communicative practice,adhering to the principle of"all members,whole process and all dimensions(three-all principle)"to examine the"macro ideological and political"education concept,and adhering to the examination of the innovation of the ideology and politics education method system in higher education for the promotion of students’subjectivity.

Authentic Assessment of Compulsory Subjects in Primary Schools:A Case Study in the Western Area of China

This article discusses a case study that explores the relationship between 21st century learning and curriculum alignment.It investigates three compulsory subjects:Chinese,mathematics,and English.By inquiring the survey on individual perspectives on curriculum content and authentic assessment in different schools within the scope of western Chinese primary schools,this article concluded that 21st century learning skills are well developed in primary schools.Although authentic assessment from parents5 perspective is diminutive,it is progressive for some students.Numerous factors can influence the actual practice of authentic assessment as teachers and pedagogies significantly contribute to studentsJ learning outcomes.The authentic assessment in China still has a long way to go in order to boost these learning skills to a higher level.

Measures to address the stalled development of health law education in Chinese universities

Health law education,an important part of global health education,is beneficial for both medical and law schools.This field can help lawyers and policy makers to develop their careers and equip traditional health professionals,such as doctors and nurses,with a basic knowledge of health law.However,unlike in western universities,health law education in China is still at its infant stage and,as such,lacks a systematic pedagogical approach among institutions of higher education in China.Considering the advancements in the field of health law education,this study systematically reviews the status of health law education in institutions of higher learning in China and suggests ways to make the pedagogical approach more consistent.This systematic review revealed that,between 2012 and 2021,major law schools and medical schools that have developed the subject of health law education in China lack consensus on the aim,scope,mode,and methods of health law education.The first problem is that Chinese universities are unable to agree on how to classify the subject of health law.Another set of problems relate to institutions themselves.Not only do universities lack qualified health law faculty,but they also rely on relatively uninspiring teaching materials.This leads to ineffective,generic pedagogical approaches in both medical and law schools.These problems leave future lawyers,future doctors and nurses unclear about their choices for health law study at the graduate level and their ultimate career development.We therefore propose four preliminary solutions to continue to develop this new interdisciplinary subject—health law education—in Chinese universities:clearly classify the subject of health law,equip the health law field with more professional textbooks,enact joint degree programs between medical schools and law schools,and establish a health law research center in either law schools or medical schools.

Analysis on the Characteristics and Changing Trends of Population Structure in Megalopolis : the Case of Beijing

Taking Beijing as an example and based on the census data,macro-level population statistical data and 2004~2013 marriage registration data,this paper makes a contrastive analysis on the characteristics and changing trends of local residents,migrants and temporary migrants. Relative to the local residents,the migrants generally have household registry of central districts and higher educational level and occupational layer. Temporary migrants have relatively complicated population structure but differentiate during the process of marriage matching. 'Two-place marriages'form a stable group of new permanent migrants and meanwhile imply a sizable group of latent dependent migrants. This will produce great infl uences on the general population structure and the aging process,which may also lead to some confl icts and problems. The government should be prepared with policy responses so as to promote the benign development of population diversifi cation in megalopolis.

This paper tends to propose development strategy from the perspective of differentiation education idea,open teaching system and education management reform.

Achieve Intended Learning Outcomes and Improving Digital Literacy Skills for Practical-Based Subjects Using Online Teaching via Propagation of OER Materials

As professors are subjected to teaching their classes online due to the recent COVID-19, our local Hong Kong students find it difficult to consult their teachers, and ultimately would fail to achieve the intended learning outcomes, especially for practical-based subjects. In this research, students having online classes of a practical-based fabric design subject were encouraged to self-study from Open Educational Resource (OER) materials for a further and better understanding of their subject. Additionally, online materials were developed to improve students’ understanding via skill of digital literacy. Their learning progress was evaluated and compared to the face-to-face version. The majority of students found online classes combined with self-studying OER materials, potentially be a substitute for face-to-face classes. Most of the students further opined different OER videos assisted them without any face-to-face instructions in practical works, to develop new fabric samples from the inspiration. Analysis of test results, and comparison of students’ final grades with different learning modes, supported these phenomena.

Research on Subject Nature and Objective of Physical Education Training

Physical education and training is considered as a new subject among the same type of discipline.It has a short history background and is relatively young.However,the influence of the discipline of physical education and training must not be ignored by simply blaming it as the youngest discipline.In addition,especially in the case of rapid economic development and rapid improvement in living standards today,the influence of this discipline is relatively strong.Therefore,this thesis mainly studies the subject nature and object of physical education training.The research object of this subject can be studied from three key points,such as:the curriculum of the subject,the research method and the research of the subject of education.The comprehensive development of physical education and physical education is a comprehensive discipline.

中小学学科德育实施的内在逻辑与有效路径

落实立德树人根本任务、建立高质量的学校德育工作体系、培育学生核心素养要求必须深入实施学科德育。学科德育是学科知识和德育要素的内在耦合,是学科学习与道德养成的同向同构。实施中小学学科德育要遵循学科逻辑和德育逻辑,通过课堂教学主渠道,完成公共知识向个人能力和素养的转译,达成学科德育目标。因此,要坚持从道德价值的角度深度解读教材的育人价值,从道德养成的角度选择适合的教学方式,从道德评价的角度引领课程作业和评价改革,优化学科德育实施路径,提升育人效果。

形式与实质创新相结合:法治宣传教育的发展与创新

法治宣传教育对于实现全民守法、构建法治社会具有重要意义。尤其对于保障推进新时代全面依法治国,具有无可替代的思想启蒙、文化传播与创新引领作用。自1985年开始,我国法治宣传教育工作已经实施了近40年,陆续开展了8个五年普法规划,在推进实践工作的内容、形式、主体、机制等多个“形式创新”层面积累了诸多有益经验,有效提升了法治宣传教育的深度与广度,大幅提升了公民法治素养和水平。然而在更为抽象与深层的基础理论层面,围绕普法工作的本质属性、原则理念以及客观规律等问题,实践理论工作的“实质创新”仍然存在不足,一定程度上抑制了普法主体与学法对象的主动性、积极性与能动性。为持续有效地健全完善法治宣传教育,未来应坚持“形式创新”与“实质创新”相结合,在稳步推进“形式创新”的基础上,重点推进法治宣传教育在基础理论层面的“实质创新”。

For a Micro-Politics Analysis of Engineering Education

The idea that studies about education for engineers should be complemented with micro-politics analysis which is presented in this article. For such, we present a framework to conceptualizing micropolitics and some elements that show how the micro- and macro-politics are overlapped in any political fact. From this premise, the micro-politics is used to lift some elements of analysis of a particular case of engineering educational process in Brazil, where several dominant behaviors are characterized as violent or repressive behaviors that do not favor the development of technical inventivity, one of fundamental characteristics of the profession. What is argued here is that these behaviors are part of the range of a dominant subjectivity that has as its goal the maintenance of professional subjectivity not to develop in students a critical subjectivity, which must be produced under teaching techniques and pedagogical approaches. To consolidate the micro-politics analysis perspective are cited several statements used in Brazilian engineering education process, which diverts attention from the real reasons for failures in the engineers＂ education. Finally, a report of physics violence inside a Brazilian public institution is cited to illustrate how the coercive institutional power operates in the production of students＇ subjectivity.

教育数字化转型中师生主体性的缺失风险与复归策略

在教育数字化转型过程中,教育主体在与数字化技术的碰撞下面临主体性缺失的风险。文章从主体性概念的哲学探究出发,解析出师生主体性缺失与技术异化问题的内隐与外显现象。师生主体性缺失自然地发生于教学活动中,内隐且难以觉察;技术异化现象具有外显性,代替主体性缺失暴露在观察者的视野之内。基于视角主义理论,从“人”“教育”和“技术”的三重视角和两两关系审视技术异化现象,构建“三位一体”异化关系分析结构。究其异化原因,追溯至一元论和二元论的形而上学根基,通过链式逻辑分别演化出“有机体—环境”和“主客体依存对立”的存在模式,进而衍生出技术意向性和技术不当使用的归因实体。对主体性缺失的现象及原因进行深入剖析,提出主动遵循数字技术的意向性逻辑、借由发展实践修复师生主体性的缺失、超越原有建构模式以回归师生主体性本身的复归策略,以期在推进教育数字化转型中筑牢师生主体性根基。

新时代教育评价改革多元主体的行动逻辑

随着“构建政府、学校、社会等多元参与的评价体系”这一改革目标的提出,多元主体在新时代教育评价改革中的价值与作用亟需明确。审视教育评价的本质,可以发现:破解“五唯”问题,推进改革不断深入的关键在于打破评价主体的“单主体论”,转向价值主体、评价主体、治理主体的“多主体论”;价值主体、评价主体、治理主体分别以表达价值诉求、履行评价责任、联结主体行动,助推有差异、有动能、有组织的改革落地。然而,当前教育评价改革中多元价值主体诉求的虚置性介入、多元评价主体知能的无力性介入和多元治理主体组织的缺位性介入,致使改革陷入同质、空泛、低效的困境。对此,可以通过权利下沉、教育赋能、秩序重组,来推动教育评价改革不断深入。文章对新时代教育评价改革多元主体行动逻辑的阐释,可以为构建多元主体参与的教育评价体系提供理论参考。

Research on Innovative Training of Localized STEM Teachers Grounded in Shared Commitment

The high-quality development of a country driven by talent necessitates comprehensive and practical STEM(Science,Technology,Engineering,and Mathematics)education.The goal of localizing STEM education is to cultivate comprehensive innovative technology talents that meet the needs of the new era.STEM teachers play a core role in this concept,and the quality of teacher training directly determines the development trend of STEM education and the quality of future talents in the country.Therefore,based on the current situation and existing problems in STEM teacher training,the shared commitment to“high-quality STEM teacher training”is employed as a guiding principle,highlighting the role of various elements in the STEM teacher training process.The practical path for STEM teacher training is proposed from four aspects:top-level design goal orientation,resource integration to solve supply imbalance,curriculum construction to improve the teaching system,and sustainable development to enhance professional ability.This study hopes to provide guidelines for innovative training of localized STEM teachers in China.

技能型社会建设的中国特色议题及其理论拓展

“技能型社会”作为本土原创性概念尤其需要关注中国技能型社会建设过程中的特色议题,这是其能否有效解释中国现实问题的关键。在中国技能型社会建设进程中,“社会”角色定位、劳动力市场的体制分割,以及城乡分化是其中值得重点关注的特色议题。从跨学科的“大职业教育主义”视角对中国职业教育体系支撑技能型社会建设过程中的本土事实展开深入实证分析,才能从理论上丰富和充实“技能型社会”概念的适应性和解释力,也才能更好地从实践中探寻中国技能型社会建设的本土路径。

中国式教育现代化的价值底蕴与逻辑理路

新时代教师教育的内涵、使命与发展方向——专访北京师范大学朱旭东教授

朱旭东教授作为我国教师教育领域的权威专家之一,在教师教育理论和实践领域都有着深厚的学术造诣。朱旭东教授在我国率先提出了师范教育向教师教育转变的观点,并从国际比较、制度设计、理论研究和实践创新等多个方面进行积极探索,取得了丰硕的成果,有力地推动了我国教师教育事业的发展。朱旭东教授重点论述了新时代背景下教师教育的内涵、时代使命和发展方向。在对教师教育内涵的分析中,朱旭东教授认为教师教育是聚焦教师终身发展的立体化教育体系,既包含教师的职前职后教育体系,也包含教师教育机构和制度体系。朱旭东教授认为教师教育学科具有三重属性:既是一项国家事业,也是一个学术范畴,同时还是一项实践性工作。教师教育不但要实现自身的现代化发展,还要促进高质量教师队伍建设,为实施科教兴国战略贡献力量。朱旭东教授还指出,我国教师教育的发展方向是建设均衡而有质量的特色化教师教育体系,尤其要重视发展学科教师教育,由此推动高质量教师教育体系建设,让教师教育学科为国家基础教育发展发挥促进作用。

“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员职能的泛化与回归

基于习近平总书记“育人的根本在于立德”的重要论述和高校“三全育人”综合改革的实践要求,高校辅导员存在职能泛化现象,即角色定位模糊,职责边界不明;高校思政工作整体规划不够,法治化程度有待提高;队伍配比设置不到位不科学致使辅导员工作分工失衡;学生工作的复杂性导致辅导员职能难以聚焦。实现高校辅导员职能的有效回归,可以在“大思政”格局中明确辅导员职能任务、增强主体性、提升核心能力、营造辅导员发展的良好氛围。
