Human beings are the mainstay and the ultimate goal of civilization.The history of human civilization is a continuous struggle to realize the respect,liberation,protection,and development of humanity.Human rights are an achievement of humanity and a symbol of progress,and the human rights civilization is an important component of human civilization.Understanding and interpreting human rights from the perspective of human rights civilization means that human rights are not only a concept or an idea but also a grand historical and long-term social practice.Up to now,the development of human rights civilization has roughly experienced four awakening eras:initialization,revolution,popularization,and globalization.In terms of its value dimensions,it has the characteristics of progressiveness,diversity,commonality,inclusiveness,indivisibility,openness,and so on.The historical position of human rights civilization and the development of its value dimensions have shown to the world that human rights are the common wealth of humanity,and human rights belong to all mankind;human rights are historical,concrete,and developmental;the concept of human rights is constantly evolving,and its connotations and categories are constantly expanding;achieving the free and well-rounded development of every person is the highest value realm of human rights civilization.The Chinese modernization endows Chinese civilization with modern strength and opens up new horizons for human rights civilization.The new pattern of human rights civilization to be created by Chinese modernization not only possesses the common characteristics of human rights civilization but also enjoys Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions,enriching and developing the diversity of human rights civilization for all mankind.

Value Orientation and Dimension Expansion of City Image Communication: A Case Study of Chengdu

The image of a city embodies its fundamental values and unique characteristics,representing the essence of its urban culture and spirit.It is considered to be one of the most valuable intangible assets of a city and serves as a crucial driving force for its ongoing development.Taking Chengdu as an example,this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis of Chengdu’s city image communication strategy through various dimensions,such as the city’s value orientation and modes of communication.First,it was necessary to explore the image resources of Chengdu,and based on this,the urban value orientation of“Man-Chengdu,”an extensive strategy used by Chengdu to better communicate its culture,was proposed to facilitate image communication.Second,it was necessary to expand the dimensions of Chengdu’s city image communication.This was achieved by building a resource pool of city image elements,leveraging major media events to promote communication and enhancing the correlation between content and channel platforms.Moreover,efforts were also made to develop people-oriented narrative strategies and give full play to the advantages of new technologies to form an integrated communication mode.Finally,it was crucial to bridge the official and folk communication systems to enable multiple subjects to share Chengdu’s stories from diverse perspectives,thus improving the breadth and validity of Chengdu’s image communication.

An Analysis on Cultural Values of Companies from China and the United States——Based on Hofstede's Cultural Dimension Theory

Nowadays, commercial competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer, and with the globalization proceeding, when a company tries to expand, promote and develop, it needs to adapt itself to the open business society while not losing its own culture. Since English has been widely used in the world, an effective and suitable English website is essential for a company to use as a kind of advertisement and publicity, where its cultural values are presented.With companies' websites as subjects and Hofstede's cultural dimension theory as the theoretical basis, this study, through text content and data analysis of company profiles,strategies and cultures, tries to find out the tendency of Chinese and American companies on the five cultural value dimensions,which is power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, masculinity and long-term orientation. Accordingly, constructive suggestions are put forward to help appease and avoid misunderstandings, and promote business communication and collaboration.

A Cross-Cultural Analysis on Guasha Treatment from Hofstede's Value Dimensions

Nowadays,with the irresistible trend of globalization and more increasing cultural exchanges among different cultures,there are more and more contacts and collisions from different cultural backgrounds.People can derive a lot from different cultures through communication.But if people cannot understand other cultures'customs,religions,habits,and so on very well,people will be faced with cultural clashes.Guasha Treatmen is Zheng Xiaolong's classical movie,which tells us a judicial conflict owing to red scars on a boy's back.In the movie,because the boy catches a cold,Chinese immigrates performs Guasha treatment to cure the boy while American people believes that the boy is treated badly.For the Chinese family in the movie,Guasha treatment is only a traditional medical therapy,but American people assume that it is an illegal act as they cannot understand Chinese medical culture.Hence,there exists misunderstanding and cultural conflicts because of cultural differences.This paper will be analyzed from the perspective of Greet Hofstede's three value dimensions so as to help people face the contradiction and conflicts in the process of cross-cultural communication and improve the ability of intercultural communication.

Research Progress on Dimension and Indicators of Comprehensive Value Assessment of Anti-Tumor Drugs

Objective To sort out the dimension and indicators of comprehensive value assessment of anti-tumor drugs abroad,and provide a reference for constructing a similar system in China.Methods The keywords such as anti-tumor drugs,value,assessment,method,and framework were used to search CNKI,WanFang database,VIP database,Embase,PubMed and Web of Science.Results and Conclusion According to the research on the value framework of anti-tumor drugs,6 first-level dimensions and 8 second-level indicators with common characteristics were summarized.In view of China’s national conditions,this study summarizes the available value judgment dimensions of anti-tumor drugs at home and abroad,so as to learn from international experience and their mature methodologies,and provide ideas for constructing a multi-dimensional value system of anti-tumor drugs in China.

Fertilizer resources like phosphate deposits are moderate but the deposits of phosphate and potash bearing rocks are very vast and need their further explorations and exploitation in the Indus Basin. Pakistan has very large construction, dimension and decor stone deposits like limestone, marble, dolomite and igneous rocks like granite, dolerite, serpentine, etc. which needs further exploitation for the development of the areas and increase export. Pakistan is spending a lot of earnings for importing glass, glass wares, pottery, clay, etc. while Pakistan has these resources which needs exploitation of own resources. The best structures and geotectonic elements like the Northern and Western Indus Sutures and Karakoram Suture and Indus placers which are rich in gemstones and jewelry resources. Automatic Calculation of Dimension Chains in AutoCAD

In the course of mechanical part designing, process p lanning and assembling designing, we often have to calculate and analyse a dimen sion chain. Traditionally, a dimension chain is established and calculated m anually. With wide computer application in the field of mechanical design and ma nufacture, people began to use a computer to acquire and calculate a dimension c hain automatically. In reported work, a dimension chain can be established and c alculated automatically. However, dimension text values of dimensions composing a dimension chain and these dimensions’ tolerance’s upper values and lower valu es are put into a computer manually, which is inefficient and easy to make mis takes. In order to overcome above difficulties. it is very important to acquir e noted dimensions automatically, furthermore analyse and calculate a dimens ion chain, then show results. At present AutoCAD softwares of Autodesk company h ave been used popularly in mechanical designing. For automatically acquiring noted dimensions, analyzing and calculating a dimension chain in a design draw in AutoCAD, this paper introduces the solvable scheme of automatic dimension acq uisition and dimension chain calculation in AutoCAD by ObjectARX. ObjectARX is a developing tool for AutoCAD. In this paper a dimension chain is expressed b y three matrixes, which respectively stand for dimension text value matrix, tole rance’s upper value matrix and tolerance’s lower value matrix. The developed p rogram can be used to both calculate a assembling dimension chain, and a process dimension chain. When the program running in AutoCAD, noted dimensions comp osing a dimension chain in AutoCAD are selected in turn with a mouse, then the c omputer begin to calculate the dimension chain and results are shown in a dialog box. A running example is given in this paper.

They obtain the Hausdorff dimensions of K without considering whether the subsets on each level are non-overlapping or not. Self-Organized Fractal Seismicity and b-Value of Aftershocks of the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake, Nepal

The Gorkha Earthquake that occurred on 25th April 2015 was a long anticipated, low angle thrust-faulting shallow event in Central Nepal that devastated the mountainous southern rim of the High Himalayan range. The earthquake was felt throughout central and eastern Nepal, much of the Ganges River plain in northern India, and northwestern Bangladesh, as well as in the southern parts of the Plateau of Tibet and western Bhutan. Two large aftershocks, with magnitudes 6.6 and 6.7, occurred in the region within one day of the main event, and several dozen smaller aftershocks occurred in the region during the succeeding days. In this study, we have analyzed the 350 aftershocks of the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake of Mw 7.8 to understand the spatial and temporal distribution of b-value and the fractal correlation dimension. The b-value is found to be 0.833 ± 0.035 from the Gutenberg-Richter relation by the least squares method and 0.95 ± 0.05 by the maximum likelihood method, indicating high stress bearing source zone. The spatial and temporal correlation dimension is estimated to be 1.07 ± 0.028 and 0.395 ± 0.0027 respectively. Spatial correlation dimension suggests a heterogeneous distribution of earthquake epicenters over a linear structure in space, while the temporal correlation dimension suggests clustering of aftershock activity in the time domain. The spatial variation of the b-value reveals that the b-value is high in the vicinity of the mainshock which is due to the sudden release of stress energy in the form of seismic waves. The spatial distribution of correlation dimension further confirms a linear source in the source zone as it varies from 0.8-1.0 in most of the region. We have also studied the temporal variation of b-value and correlation dimension that shows positive correlation for about first 15 days, then a negative correlation for next 45 days and after that, a positive correlation. The positive correlation suggests that the probability of large magnitude earthquakes decreases in response to increased fragmentation of the fault zone. The negative correlation means that there is a considerable probability of occurrences of large magnitude earthquakes, indicating stress release along the faults of a larger surface area [1]. The correlation coefficient between b-value and the correlation dimension is estimated to be 0.26, which shows that there is no significant relation between them.

掺油泥改性生土材料动态荷载下的损伤及裂缝分形特征

为研究改性生土材料在动态荷载作用下内部损伤演化过程,提取掺入水泥、油泥的绿色改性生土材料配方,制作6个100 mm×100 mm×100 mm的生土试件,借助CT扫描技术对单轴压缩下的立方体试件进行扫描,获取灰度图像和CT值,分析了图像中裂缝、孔隙随应力的变化形态,研究了CT数和材料破坏的关系,建立了CT均值与应力之间的联系;采用图像处理技术对CT图像进行阈值划分,利用盒维数法估算出图像的分形维数值,在此基础上获得了不同应力和分形维数、材料损伤之间的关系。结果表明:CT技术能够清晰地诠释试件从受力直至破坏的全过程,CT图像可从细观层面表现材料的损伤演化规律。CT值随应力的增加而变小,CT值随材料孔隙、裂缝的增大而显著减小。材料从受力直至破坏,低应力状态下分形维数增长缓慢,高应力状态下分形维数增长迅速,数值的波动随应力的增大而增大。分形维数可以定量地描述生土材料在动荷载作用下的损伤状态和演化过程。

家庭文化价值观对中小学生家庭选择影子教育的影响研究

我国基础教育阶段学生参加影子教育,其背后存在着深刻的文化原因。本研究基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2010—2018年的调查数据,依据霍夫斯泰德文化维度的理论框架,研究了家庭文化价值观与中小学生家庭选择影子教育的关系。研究结果发现:(1)集体主义价值观对中小学生家庭选择影子教育具有显著正影响,家庭选择影子教育存在从众行为;(2)放纵主义价值观对中小学生家庭选择影子教育具有显著正影响,放纵主义价值观越低的家庭越倾向于选择影子教育;(3)男性主义价值观对家庭选择影子教育具有显著负向影响,以母亲为主的家长参与孩子的学习和教育,降低了家庭选择影子教育的机率。基于此,建议引导家长理性选择影子教育,避免盲目跟风和过度焦虑,指导家长履行家庭教育责任,贯彻家校社协同育人教育理念,为“双减”政策的有效推进提供内在支撑。

学生增值评价注重自身基础,关注学习过程,强调增值发展,有助于增强学习自信心、提升学生职业技能。动物外科手术在增值评价中根据教学成果(即教学目标)设计评价维度,实现多元主体,采用多元评价方法,制定增值评价标准并运用,从而实现人才培养目标。通过学生增值性评价的研究与实践,希望对学生综合评价的实施产生重要参考价值,并在今后的研究中不断改进完善。
