A new method for detecting the sequence differences of duck Chromo-helicase-DNA-Binding 1 ( CHD1 ) genes on sex chromosomes Z and W was established by amplifying DNA fragment length poly morphism, which aimed to sol...A new method for detecting the sequence differences of duck Chromo-helicase-DNA-Binding 1 ( CHD1 ) genes on sex chromosomes Z and W was established by amplifying DNA fragment length poly morphism, which aimed to solve some technical problems, such as the sex identification with nondamage, the misclassifc rate of artificial sex identification during embryonic period, and the injury caused by anal reversal identification method during neonatal period. The im- proved sex identification method was developed by DNA amplified fragment length polymorphism by using CHD1 gene sequence in bird. The sex identification PCR primers YPF/YPR were used, and the PCR product was cloned, sequenced and blasted; and the effectiveness and accuracy of this method were verified through liv- ing examples. 2% agarose gel electrophoresis was used to distinguish 495 bp CHD1-Z and 351 bp CHD1-W obtained by primer YPF/YPR. The female (ZW) dis- played two visible bands; while male (ZZ) had only one single band. It was proved that this method for detecting the sequence differences of duck CHD1 gene was visual and reliable, and the molecular marker provided was effective and precise in the sex molecular biological identification of domesticated duck in China.展开更多

[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of temperature on the growth of Hydrilla verticillata in the wastewater treatment process.[Method] By using the single factor experiment design,four temperatures w...[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of temperature on the growth of Hydrilla verticillata in the wastewater treatment process.[Method] By using the single factor experiment design,four temperatures which were 5,15,25 and 35 ℃ were set.The growth situation of H.verticillata under the different temperatures was observed in the treatment process of domestic sewerage.[Result] H.verticillata grew luxuriantly at 35 and 25 ℃.Via the cultivation of 15 days,the plant length,branch number,root number and biomass of H.verticillata respectively increased 2.8 and 1.2 cm,7.0 and 5.9 branches,6.2 and 3.7 roots,21% and 25%,which were all significantly or extremely significant higher than that at 5 ℃.Under the cultivation condition of 15 ℃,H.verticillata grew slowly.The increment of plant length,branch number and root number were higher than that at 5 ℃,but they had no significant difference.[Conclusion] During 5-35 ℃,the higher temperature could promote the growth of H.verticillata in wastewater treatment process.展开更多

By using the variation coefficient,Gini coefficient and Theil coefficient,this paper makes preliminary exploration of temporalspatial change features and driving mechanism for regional differences of domestic tourism ...By using the variation coefficient,Gini coefficient and Theil coefficient,this paper makes preliminary exploration of temporalspatial change features and driving mechanism for regional differences of domestic tourism in China from 1995 to 2009.According to the results,we drew the following conclusions:(1)The regional difference of domestic tourism in China tends to be narrowing generally,and is less than that of inbound tourism,playing an important role in narrowing the overall gap of regional tourism in China.(2)The regional internal difference features:inter-provincial difference in the eastern region and difference among the eastern,central and western regions are comparatively obvious and demonstrate a significantly shrinking tendency,the change tendency is consistent with the change tendency of overall difference and exercises a decisive role in overall difference,whereas the inter-provincial difference in the central and western regions is small and relatively stable,having less influence on the overall difference.(3)The temporal-spatial change in regional difference is featured by:low-level provinces occupy a majority and are concentrated in the central and western regions,showing a tendency of narrowing difference;high-level provinces are concentrated in the eastern region,showing a tendency of spreading to the central and western regions;spatial pattern of regional difference demonstrates 4 types,i.e."proliferation type","polarization type","quiescence type"and"collapse type."(4)The driving force for regional difference of domestic tourism in China comes down to 3 aspects:regional socio-economic attribute,regional transport accessibility level and regional development policy.展开更多
The combination of hydrolytic acidification and biological aerated filter (BAF) filled with mussel shells was used to treat domestic wastewater, and the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitro...The combination of hydrolytic acidification and biological aerated filter (BAF) filled with mussel shells was used to treat domestic wastewater, and the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total phosphorus (TP) by the system were analyzed under different TP concentrations. When TP concentration ranged from 12.39 to 14.69 mg/L, the removal rate of COD was the best, over 90.92% ; as TP concentration varied from 2.26 to 2.61 mg/L, the removal rates of NH3-N and TP were the best, up to 100.00% and 76.38% respectively. The results show that it is feasible to use mussel shells as the media of BAF, and TP concentration has certain influence on the performance of the system dealing with domestic wastewater.展开更多

Z...[ Objective] The research aimed to study pre-treatment effect of the domestic sewage by water-dropping aeration zeolite bed technology. [ Method] By water-dropping aeration manner, we conducted sewage reoxygenation. Zeolite was used to replace traditional contact oxidization fill- er. We inspected oxygenation effect of the water-dropping aeration manner and removal efficiency of the pollutant in sewage after biological contact oxidation. [ Result] Under the experimental condition with water-dropping heights of 0.30, 0.45 and 0.60 m, average added values of the dissolved oxygen for raw water were respectively 2.4, 3.6 and 4.2 rag/l_ after water-dropping aeration. Under the situation with average HRT of 2 h, when COD, TN and TP of the influent were respectively 309.0 -464.0, 33.3 -95.0 and 4.0 -7.5 mg/L, their corresponding average removal rates were 47.25%, 46.39% and 40.75%. [ Conclusion] The research conducted useful attempt for high-efficiency and low-cost treatment of the domestic sewaqe in rural area.展开更多

Despite great efforts to control the spread of this virus, it continues to evolve and poses a substantial thr...The highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 virus has caused several outbreaks in domestic poultry. Despite great efforts to control the spread of this virus, it continues to evolve and poses a substantial threat to public health because of a high mortality rate. In this study, we sequenced whole genomes of eight H5N1 avian influenza viruses isolated from domestic poultry in eastern China and compared them with those of typical influenza virus strains. Phylogenetic analyses showed that all eight genomes belonged to clade 2.3.2.1 and clade 7.2, the two main circulating clades in China. Viruses that clustered in clade 2.3.2.1 shared a high degree of homology with H5N1 isolates located in eastern Asian. Isolates that clustered in clade 7.2 were found to circulate throughout China, with an east-to-west density gradient. Pathogenicity studies in mice showed that these isolates replicate in the lungs, and clade 2.3.2.1 viruses exhibit a notably higher degree of virulence compared to clade 7.2 viruses. Our results contribute to the elucidation of the biological characterization and pathogenicity of HPAI H5N1 viruses.展开更多

[ Method] Adopting po- tassium dichromate reflux method, respectively using MnSO4, Ag2 SO4 ·MgSO4, CuSO4, KAI ( SO4 ) 2, CuSO4 ·KAI ( SO4 ) 2 · ( NH4 ) 2 MoO4 and Ag2 SO4 .Al2 (SO4)3· MgSO4 as catalysts, we determined CODo of severe domestic sewage, and compared their results with that of Ag2 SO4. [ Result] Used as catalysts in the determination of CODc, of severe domestic sewage, MnSO4, Ag2SO4. MgSO4, CuSO4, KAI (SO4)2, CuSO4· KAI ( SO4 ) 2 · ( NH4 ) 2 MoO4 and Ag· SO4- AI2 ( SO4 ) 3· MgSO4 had good catalytic effects, especially Ag2 SO4- AI2 ( SO4 ) 3·MgSO4. Average CODcr of Ag2 SO4·Al2 (SO4)3·MgSO4 and Ag2 SO4 was 229.32 and 254.28 mg/L separately, that is, the former accounted for 90.18% of the latter, so the result of Ag2SO4 could reflect the actual CODc, of severe domestic sewage better. [ Conclusion] Ag2SO4 is the optimal catalyst for the determination of CODc, of severe domestic sewage.展开更多

文摘[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of temperature on the growth of Hydrilla verticillata in the wastewater treatment process.[Method] By using the single factor experiment design,four temperatures which were 5,15,25 and 35 ℃ were set.The growth situation of H.verticillata under the different temperatures was observed in the treatment process of domestic sewerage.[Result] H.verticillata grew luxuriantly at 35 and 25 ℃.Via the cultivation of 15 days,the plant length,branch number,root number and biomass of H.verticillata respectively increased 2.8 and 1.2 cm,7.0 and 5.9 branches,6.2 and 3.7 roots,21% and 25%,which were all significantly or extremely significant higher than that at 5 ℃.Under the cultivation condition of 15 ℃,H.verticillata grew slowly.The increment of plant length,branch number and root number were higher than that at 5 ℃,but they had no significant difference.[Conclusion] During 5-35 ℃,the higher temperature could promote the growth of H.verticillata in wastewater treatment process.

文摘By combining with the actual situation in the rural area,the practical technology of domestic wastewater treatment which had the wide popularization value was developed in the rural area of Taihu Basin.Moreover,the multi-soil-layering system was used to treat the concentrated rural domestic wastewater,and the demonstration project was established in Fenshui Village,Yixing,Jiangsu.The result showed that the infrastructure and operating cost of system was low,and the treatment effect was good.The average removal ratios of COD,NH+4-N,TN,TP and SS were respectively 70%,83%,59%,76% and 94%.The quality of yielding water could reach Grade A standard of Pollutant Emission Standards in Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant.

文摘By using the variation coefficient,Gini coefficient and Theil coefficient,this paper makes preliminary exploration of temporalspatial change features and driving mechanism for regional differences of domestic tourism in China from 1995 to 2009.According to the results,we drew the following conclusions:(1)The regional difference of domestic tourism in China tends to be narrowing generally,and is less than that of inbound tourism,playing an important role in narrowing the overall gap of regional tourism in China.(2)The regional internal difference features:inter-provincial difference in the eastern region and difference among the eastern,central and western regions are comparatively obvious and demonstrate a significantly shrinking tendency,the change tendency is consistent with the change tendency of overall difference and exercises a decisive role in overall difference,whereas the inter-provincial difference in the central and western regions is small and relatively stable,having less influence on the overall difference.(3)The temporal-spatial change in regional difference is featured by:low-level provinces occupy a majority and are concentrated in the central and western regions,showing a tendency of narrowing difference;high-level provinces are concentrated in the eastern region,showing a tendency of spreading to the central and western regions;spatial pattern of regional difference demonstrates 4 types,i.e."proliferation type","polarization type","quiescence type"and"collapse type."(4)The driving force for regional difference of domestic tourism in China comes down to 3 aspects:regional socio-economic attribute,regional transport accessibility level and regional development policy.

文摘The combination of hydrolytic acidification and biological aerated filter (BAF) filled with mussel shells was used to treat domestic wastewater, and the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total phosphorus (TP) by the system were analyzed under different TP concentrations. When TP concentration ranged from 12.39 to 14.69 mg/L, the removal rate of COD was the best, over 90.92% ; as TP concentration varied from 2.26 to 2.61 mg/L, the removal rates of NH3-N and TP were the best, up to 100.00% and 76.38% respectively. The results show that it is feasible to use mussel shells as the media of BAF, and TP concentration has certain influence on the performance of the system dealing with domestic wastewater.

文摘On the basis of the developmental status of Guangxi distinctive agriculture,the key selection of developing Guangxi distinctive agriculture is analyzed.Its distinctive agriculture contains distinctive plantation,distinctive forestry and distinctive breeding.Based on the analysis,two display indices,domestic comparative advantages index and domestic competitiveness,are selected to analyze the competitiveness of Guangxi distinctive agriculture.The results show that at present the overall competitiveness of Guangxi distinctive agriculture is strong,but its competitiveness is reflected on resource advantages and most of the resources are primary agro-products.Accordingly,in the future,Guangxi distinctive agriculture should adopt non-equilibrium developmental strategy;take the great-leap-forward developmental path;apply modern production elements to increase the competitiveness of Guangxi distinctive agriculture.It should lay stress on "three innovation",which includes organization innovation,developing distinctive agricultural firms ;technology innovation,enlarging the scope and scale of agricultural listed companies;financial fund-raising innovation,transforming traditional distinctive agriculture by using high and new technology.

The studies mainly feature expansions ofresearch scopes, disputes in its definition and boundaries, and transformations from case studies to comprehensiveresearch. 文摘[ Objective] The research aimed to study pre-treatment effect of the domestic sewage by water-dropping aeration zeolite bed technology. [ Method] By water-dropping aeration manner, we conducted sewage reoxygenation. Zeolite was used to replace traditional contact oxidization fill- er. We inspected oxygenation effect of the water-dropping aeration manner and removal efficiency of the pollutant in sewage after biological contact oxidation. [ Result] Under the experimental condition with water-dropping heights of 0.30, 0.45 and 0.60 m, average added values of the dissolved oxygen for raw water were respectively 2.4, 3.6 and 4.2 rag/l_ after water-dropping aeration. Under the situation with average HRT of 2 h, when COD, TN and TP of the influent were respectively 309.0 -464.0, 33.3 -95.0 and 4.0 -7.5 mg/L, their corresponding average removal rates were 47.25%, 46.39% and 40.75%. [ Conclusion] The research conducted useful attempt for high-efficiency and low-cost treatment of the domestic sewaqe in rural area.

文摘The highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 virus has caused several outbreaks in domestic poultry. Despite great efforts to control the spread of this virus, it continues to evolve and poses a substantial threat to public health because of a high mortality rate. In this study, we sequenced whole genomes of eight H5N1 avian influenza viruses isolated from domestic poultry in eastern China and compared them with those of typical influenza virus strains. Phylogenetic analyses showed that all eight genomes belonged to clade 2.3.2.1 and clade 7.2, the two main circulating clades in China. Viruses that clustered in clade 2.3.2.1 shared a high degree of homology with H5N1 isolates located in eastern Asian. Isolates that clustered in clade 7.2 were found to circulate throughout China, with an east-to-west density gradient. Pathogenicity studies in mice showed that these isolates replicate in the lungs, and clade 2.3.2.1 viruses exhibit a notably higher degree of virulence compared to clade 7.2 viruses. Our results contribute to the elucidation of the biological characterization and pathogenicity of HPAI H5N1 viruses.

文摘[Objective] The study aimed to find the best catalyst for the determination of CODc, of severe domestic sewage. [ Method] Adopting po- tassium dichromate reflux method, respectively using MnSO4, Ag2 SO4 ·MgSO4, CuSO4, KAI ( SO4 ) 2, CuSO4 ·KAI ( SO4 ) 2 · ( NH4 ) 2 MoO4 and Ag2 SO4 .Al2 (SO4)3· MgSO4 as catalysts, we determined CODo of severe domestic sewage, and compared their results with that of Ag2 SO4. [ Result] Used as catalysts in the determination of CODc, of severe domestic sewage, MnSO4, Ag2SO4. MgSO4, CuSO4, KAI (SO4)2, CuSO4· KAI ( SO4 ) 2 · ( NH4 ) 2 MoO4 and Ag· SO4- AI2 ( SO4 ) 3· MgSO4 had good catalytic effects, especially Ag2 SO4- AI2 ( SO4 ) 3·MgSO4. Average CODcr of Ag2 SO4·Al2 (SO4)3·MgSO4 and Ag2 SO4 was 229.32 and 254.28 mg/L separately, that is, the former accounted for 90.18% of the latter, so the result of Ag2SO4 could reflect the actual CODc, of severe domestic sewage better. [ Conclusion] Ag2SO4 is the optimal catalyst for the determination of CODc, of severe domestic sewage.
