A Preliminary Study on the Problems and Improvement of the Latest Land Use Classification System in China

The establishment of a unified land use classification system is the basis for realizing the unified management of land and sea,urban and rural areas,and aboveground and underground space.In November 2020,the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China issued the Classification Guide for Land and Space Survey,Planning and Use Control of Land and Sea(for Trial Implementation),which aims to establish a national unified land and sea use classification system,lay an important foundation for scientific planning and unified management of natural resources,rational use and protection of natural resources,and speed up the construction of a new pattern of land and space development and protection.However,there are still some obvious shortcomings in the Classification Guide.This paper analyzes some problems existing in this classification standard from three aspects of logicality,rigorousness and comprehensiveness,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.This has important practical significance to better guiding the practice of land use and land resources management,and then to achieving the goal of unified management of natural resources.

Research on the Development of Rural Collective Economy in Shandong Province

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a strategy for rural revitalization and made a scientific deployment.In this context,how to pursue the development of rural collective economy is of great significance.Analysis on the status of the development of rural collective economy in Shandong Province showed that decentralized small farmers had a wide range of wealth,poor income-generating capacity,and weak income growth.The development models of rural collective economy in Shandong mainly included the follows:property leasing to explore the way to make money on the spot;relying on resources to build advantageous industries;creating a livable living environment led by capable persons;cooperative management to sound agricultural production and management system;and reform of property rights system to develop the collective economy.In addition,it also found that the rural collective economy in Shandong Province had weak economic foundations,uneven development,financing difficulties,debt resolution difficulties,lack of scientific support policies,and limited innovation and development of leadership team.In response to these problems,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this article.

Protection and utilization of tropical crop germplasm resources

The work of world crop germplasm resources are increasingly emerging the developing trend of globalization in collection scope, systematization in resources management, modernization in existing equipments, standardization in technical specification and informationization in shared service. This paper gives you an introduction on current situation of distribution of tropical crop germplasm resources, in-situ conservation, collection and preservation, evaluation and appraisal and innovation and utilization in china; analysis on existing key problems in protection and utilization of China＇s tropical crop germplasm resources; proposal of complementary study and collection and construction of geographical information base; reasonably layout of plantation and upgrade and preservation of equipments; development and research of related technical standards and carry-out of system evaluation and appraisal; improvement of share mechanism and efficiency; innovation and breakthrough in key points; and talents training and maintenance of work continuance, etc. Basing on these, the proposal of protection and utilization of China＇s tropical crop germplasm resources are further strengthened.

全球地热发电现状与研究进展

浅谈膜分离技术在生物化工方面的应用

含油污水处理站不同结构过滤罐运行效果分析

随着三采开发规模不断扩大,污水处理系统采出水成分日趋复杂,造成含油污水处理站的过滤罐在生产运行过程中出现憋压、滤料流失、处理效果差、内部构件损坏及腐蚀等问题,严重影响了正常生产和出水水质达标。同时,不同时期建设的过滤罐种类多样,主要结构不尽相同,其水质适应性需要评价。为了解决以上问题,文章对某油田含油污水处理站在用过滤罐的结构类型及存在的问题进行调研,结合除油率和故障率对运行效果进行分析对比,判断产生问题的主要影响因素,得出水驱污水站使用上、下筛管结构过滤罐,聚驱污水站使用上筛筐、下筛管结构过滤罐效果较好的结论,为今后的滤罐改造及选型方向提供技术支持。

四川甘孜州绿化植物引种存在的问题及建议

为了摸清甘孜州引种绿化植物资源现状,本文采用实地踏勘的方式,对全州引种的绿化植物进行了调查,并对引种植物做了适应性评价。结果显示,全州18个县共引种绿化植物约352种,涉及91科199属,其中乔木145种、灌木74种、草本120种、藤本11种、竹类2种;综合适应性评级在I级的共95种,占总量的24.5%;综合适应性评级在II级的共133种,占总量的34.2%;综合适应性评级在III的共160种级占总量的41.3%。调查发现,甘孜州绿化植物引种存在引种结构不合理、重复引种、缺乏长期引种规划、重引种轻管护和管护体系不完善等问题,并针对性的提出解决措施,为甘孜州城乡绿化美化工作健康有序开展提供指导。
