Exploration and Research on the Development of Higher Vocational English Education in Guangxi

With the acceleration of economic development and globalization and the rapid development of China’s foreign economy,the position of English education in higher vocational education has become increasingly prominent.Particularly in the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,higher vocational education undertakes the responsibility of talent export for the construction of the China-ASEAN foreign trade exchange platform.However,the current phenomena and problems existing in higher vocational English education in Guangxi need to be deeply discussed and solved.Therefore,this paper discusses the development ideas of English education mode in Guangxi higher vocational education and studies the feasibility suggestions,in order to provide a reference for the future development of higher vocational English education in Guangxi.

Research Progress on the Development and Utilization of Proteins in Edible Insects

The recent progress on the proteins in edible insects was summarized, in- cluding the nutritional value, healthy value, food safety, extraction and content mea- surement of the proteins in edible insects, as well as the main development direc- tion of edible insect proteins. And we also pointed out the bottlenecks that restricted the development and utilization of proteins in edible insects, and proposed the prospect of the research, development and utilization of edible insects proteins.

Chris Barker’s Biological and Cultural Research in Development Theories of Physical Culture at Vietnam(In the Case of Nam Huynh Dao School)

In relation to human issues,the relationship between biology and culture has long been an important part of general social science research,cultural studies in particular.In which Chris Barker’s theory of biology and culture in relation to related theories can be considered as one of the noteworthy remarks about the method and methodology to pass on the actual field Nam Huynh Dao school,the article focuses on clarifying the basic content of the problem with orientation to contribute to research and development of physical culture in Vietnam at present.This article was selected to read and print in the conference proceedings of scientific conference entitled“Theory of Western Culture and Applied to Vietnamese Culture Research”organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities,Vietnam National University-HCM City(USSH,VNU-HCM,Vietnam)(29 November 2018).

Research Progress on the Development of Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park

This paper summarizes the typical models,construction theory and development status of modern agricultural science and technology parks at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of modern agricultural science and technology parks in China.It is found that at present,the agricultural science and technology park in China is in the stage of quantitative development,neglecting the qualitative construction of the park.This paper points out that the balanced relationship among ecology,economy and society should be adjusted to promote the sustainable development of the park.

Comparative Research on the Reform and Exploration of Balancing Urban-Rural Development

Balancing urban and rural comprehensive reform is the major reform and developmental strategy of China. On the basis of the concept and theory of balancing rural and urban reform, the two national pilot cities Chengdu, Chongqing and several provincial pilot cities including Ningbo, Yangzhou, Shaoxing and Zigong are compared. The experiences and connotation of balancing urban and rural areas are concluded from the following four aspects. Firstly, scientific plan is a prerequisite; secondly, promoting "three collections" is the core; thirdly, developing people's livelihood is the basis; fourthly, organization security is the key.

Sustainable Development of Export: Theoretical Meaning, Evaluation Model, and Empirical Research

With the effect of the human trade doctrine in the international trade field, almost all the countries have paid more attention to the sustainable development of international trade. This article chose the export sustainable development as the research object. On the basis of the analysis of the theoretical connotation of the export sustainable development, this article tried to establish an evaluation indices system and set up an evaluation model of the export sustainable development level, and finally made some empirical research on China. The result indicates that the comprehensive level of the export sustainable development in China showed a tendency to rise from 1985 to 2003 and the export sustainable development level of China in these years can be divided into four grades: excellent, good, moderate and poor. In most years, the social economic benefits of export was obtained at the cost of the deterioration of environment and the depletion of resources, and the economic profit of export did not increase with the enlargement of the export scale because of the deterioration of the terms of trade. Therefore, China should be careful about the problem of poverty accompanied by the increase of export.

Research Plan on the Strategic Development of High-value Eco-agriculture in the Middle-lower Reaches of Yangtze River

At present,high-value eco-agriculture research in China is till limited and controversial,theoretical innovation and practices on eco-agriculture should be conducted.The key problems which should be solved urgently on the development of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River now including：the connotation and characteristics of high-value eco-agriculture,the construction of high-value eco-agriculture system and the policies of the development of high-value eco-agriculture.Therefore,the strategic development research on high-value eco-agriculture mainly includes the following aspects：development of agriculture modernization and theory and practices of eco-economics;theory of high-value eco-agriculture;practice of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;construction of high-value eco-agriculture in the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River;development strategy and system innovation of high-value eco-agriculture in the lower and medium reaches of Yangtze River.

Research on the coordination of the urbanization level and the economic development in China

At present, part of the local government officials who like to do grandiose things to impress people blindly promote the development of the real estate, resulting in the gap with the population migration, so many ghost towns are born. In addition, while building the local infrastructure of some of the districts, they also ignore the problem of the rational allocation of their own financial funds. Editor’s words The author puts forward some problems involving in CIETAC Arbitration Rules 2000 such as the third nation- ality of the presiding arbitrator, the full autonomy of the parties to choose Arbitration Rules and the improvement of applying for interim measures and so on, which are welcomed by CIETAC, though some of which CIETAC does do that in practice, for instance, appointing the third nationalities as presiding arbitrator, and some of which the improvement shall be followed by the law, for instance, the problem of interim measures. Risk Control Strategy in the Research and Development of Pediatric Drugs

Objective To analyze the risk control strategy in the research and development of pediatric drugs and to provide references for pharmaceutical enterprises to avoid the risks so that they can produce more and much better drugs for children in China. Methods An expert questionnaire and expert interviews were conducted to identify the specific risks and the key factors, and valuable advices were put forward. Results and Conclusion There are four risk factors in the research and development of pediatric drugs. The first is that parents are concerned and they are unwilling to allow their children to participate in drug trial. Secondly, adult drug safety data cannot support pediatric drug study. Thirdly, pediatric drugs often have adverse events. Last, regulations for pediatric drugs clinical trials are not perfect. Some valuable recommendations are provided to control these risks.

General laws of funding for scientific citations:how citations change in funded and unfunded research between basic and applied sciences

Purpose:The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between funded and unfunded papers and their citations in both basic and applied sciences.Design/methodology/approach:A power law model analyzes the relationship between research funding and citations of papers using 831,337 documents recorded in the Web of Science database.Findings:The original results reveal general characteristics of the diffusion of science in research fields:a)Funded articles receive higher citations compared to unfunded papers in journals;b)Funded articles exhibit a super-linear growth in citations,surpassing the increase seen in unfunded articles.This finding reveals a higher diffusion of scientific knowledge in funded articles.Moreover,c)funded articles in both basic and applied sciences demonstrate a similar expected change in citations,equivalent to about 1.23%,when the number of funded papers increases by 1%in journals.This result suggests,for the first time,that funding effect of scientific research is an invariant driver,irrespective of the nature of the basic or applied sciences.Originality/value:This evidence suggests empirical laws of funding for scientific citations that explain the importance of robust funding mechanisms for achieving impactful research outcomes in science and society.These findings here also highlight that funding for scientific research is a critical driving force in supporting citations and the dissemination of scientific knowledge in recorded documents in both basic and applied sciences.Practical implications:This comprehensive result provides a holistic view of the relationship between funding and citation performance in science to guide policymakers and R&D managers with science policies by directing funding to research in promoting the scientific development and higher diffusion of results for the progress of human society.

Normative Analysis and Strategy Research on Harmonized Development of Modern Industrialization, Urbanization, Agricultural Modernization and IT Application

Targeting modernization, we should keep to the Chinese-style path of car- rying out industrialization in a new way and advancing IT application, urbanization, and agricultural modernization. In the research, the scientific concepts of IT applica- tion, urbanization, agricultural modernization and industrialization were illustrated and the interrelations were analyzed, with measures on harmonized development pro- posed based on existing problems.
