[ Method ] TO enhance the ability of meteorology to service laver culture, using the modern weather forecast technology, agricultural weather prediction was de- veloped according to the demands for meteorological conditions during laver production. [ Result] From south to north, there were certain differ- ences in the suitable periods of laver culture, breeding and harvesting, with slight variations. The forecast of the first and last days of certain water temperature could provide scientific references for the meteorological service of laver culture, and the service effect became better after it was modi- fied with the aid of the medium-term and long-term weather prediction. [ Conclusion] The research can offer theoretical bases for the culture of laver along the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province.展开更多

A periodic pressure oscillation of 0.04 MPa and 0.04 Hz was adopted to introduce a physical stimulus on the rCHO cells and to improve mass transfer characteristic between cells and medium in the process of porous microcarrier CHO cell culture. Compared to constant pressure culture, the oscillation culture didn't influence specific cell growth rate significantly, but could enhance the pro-UK specific production by 10% - 40%, and reduce production of lactate by 10% - 30%. In the perfusion culture of recombinant CHO cell with serum-free medium for 67 days, cell density could reach 2.64×10^7/ml, the maximal prourokinase concentration in harvested supernatant was about 118mg/L, a total of 21.1 grams of prourokinase was produced in 313 liters of supernatant. In conclusion, the perfusion cell culture with periodic pressure oscillation can enhance the production of recombinant protein and increase the reactor specific productivity.展开更多

Moreover, peace is the most fundamental value in the Qur'an and Islam. The majority of the classical Muslim jurists, especially Hanafi school, emphasised that the reason for Muslims' fight against non-Muslims is Muslims' defense themselves against attacks, not non-Muslims' faith. Bediuzzaman Said Nursi (d. 1960) states that the only kind of jihad that is appropriate for the present age is spiritual or moraljihad. Furthermore, regarding Qur'anic approach to relations between Muslims and the People of the Book, Muslim scholars, in general, advocate sincere relations and trust between Muslims and the People of the Book. In addition, Said Nursi is one of the great Muslim scholars in interfaith dialogue in the 20th century. Finally, there is the need for establishing culture of coexistence, which practised before within a religious tradition such as Islamic tradition for many centuries in the history. Through achieving a culture of coexistence and peace, most conflicts can be resolved.展开更多
