ON THE BASIC REPRODUCTION NUMBER OF GENERAL BRANCHING PROCESSES

Under a very general condition （TNC condition） we show that the spectral radius of the kernel of a general branching process is a threshold parameter and hence plays a role as the basic reproduction number in usual CMJ processes. We discuss also some properties of the extinction probability and the generating operator of general branching processes. As an application in epidemics, in the final section we suggest a generalization of SIR model which can describe infectious diseases transmission in an inhomogeneous population.

The Model of "Party Branch +" in Promoting Industrial Poverty Alleviation in Poverty-stricken Mountainous Areas of China: A Case Study of Xundian in Yunnan Province

The integration and development of grass-roots Party organizations and accurate poverty alleviation is the focus in social development in the new period. This is also a new measure explored by the CPC Central Committee in the new historical period to solve rural reform and extricate the poor from poverty,and can effectively enhance the enthusiasm of the masses in poverty alleviation and development work. Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County is located in the mountainous area of northeast Yunnan Province. It is one of the 592 national key counties for poverty alleviation and development and one of the 38 continuous development counties in Wumeng Mountain area. Since the implementation of the accurate poverty alleviation strategy,Xundian County insists on getting rid of poverty to grasp the overall situation of county economic and social development,focus on the actual situation of the county people,and conscientiously grasp the key of industrial poverty alleviation. It regards industry as the fundamental driving force to realize poverty alleviation from " blood transfusion" to " blood creation",and innovates the model of " Party branch +" to help the poor out of poverty by industry. It has selected 187 agricultural enterprises( cooperatives,large households) to achieve full coverage of all registered poor households,and achieved remarkable results. It has realized that each poor village has one to two leading industries,and each poor household has one to two industrial income projects,having led 30 500 poor households to increase their average income by more than 1 850 yuan. The final incidence of poverty decreased from 26. 93% in 2014 to 0. 35% at the end of 2017,becoming one of the first counties in Yunnan Province to get rid of poverty. It is also the only county in Yunnan Province that has won the Antipoverty Organization Innovation Award of the State Council. Based on field research and interviews,this paper analyzes and summarizes the specific methods,main achievements,practical experience and popularization and application measures of Xundian County " Party Branch +" to promote industrial poverty alleviation,so as to provide necessary reference for accurate poverty reduction and poverty alleviation in similar mountainous areas of Yunnan Province and other provinces.

Research on the Role of Democratic Parties in Colleges and Universities in Building Morality and Cultivating People: Taking the General Branch of the Democratic League of Huizhou College as an Example

This article takes the general branch of the Huizhou College of the Democratic League of Huizhou College in recent years as an example. Through literature review, field research, case analysis, and other research methods, it summarized how the Democratic League of Huizhou College made good use of various activity carriers in ideological and political education. It combined discipline construction, scientific research platforms, school-government-enterprise, and other cooperation platforms. From educational methods to subject transformation and integration, and from daily teaching to social practice, it promoted the role of college teachers in the alliance to play the role of cultivating people in the era of college education reform. The aim was to put forward that in educating others, they should first educate themselves, teachers had two-way morality in terms of teacher ethics and professionalism, effectively integrated ideological and political courses into professional teaching and practice, and realized waiting for flowers to bloom in the “context”1 teaching environment like the cultivation effect of salt in water.

The Making of an Inclusive Museum:The Example of‘General Branch Museum System’of Datong Museum,China

A museum is a not-for-profit,permanent institution in the service of society that researches,collects,conserves,interprets and exhibits tangible and intangible heritage.In order to effectively integrate public cultural resources,many museums at home and abroad have begun to explore general branch museum system.This mode develops rapidly in China and forms many models.However,the general branch museum system of each museum has its own characteristics.Based on this,this paper mainly introduced the example of“general branch museum system”of Datong Museum,China.For the time being,Datong Museum is implementing“general branch museum system”.Datong Museum is located in Shanxi Province,China.It is a comprehensive museum and now it is a national first-level museum.There are more than 170,000 cultural relics in Datong Museum.Besides the general one,the other nine branches have opened to the public.It is different from the National Museum Wales,the Smithsonian Institution,and the Cathedral Museum Complex in Toscana District.Led by theme of integration of the main,not only each of the nine branch museums bears its own specific theme and distinct characteristics,but they also link and complement each other.In future,we will further explore the exhibitions of other thematic displays to tell the complete history of Datong,and supplement the untold historical stories,as well as boost recognition of cultural identity and cultural confidence of the public.

公立医院党支部发挥战斗堡垒作用实践与思考

在推动公立医院高质量发展过程中,如何落实党建引领,如何牢固树立“大抓基层”的鲜明导向,如何健全机制强化公立医院基层党支部战斗堡垒作用,是当前公立医院面临的重要课题。分析了党支部战斗堡垒作用的内涵机制,并通过构建党支部标准化规范化建设体系、健全党员干部培训教育体系、构建“1+1+N”党建品牌体系,为更好激发党支部战斗堡垒作用提供借鉴参考。

新时代高校教师党支部在课程思政中发挥作用的机制研究

课程思政是高校思政育人的重要途径,是实现高校立德树人根本任务的重要环节。但在课程思政建设过程中,仍然存在一定的问题和困难,主要体现在广大任课教师群体上。教师党支部是新时代高校的基层组织,具有引领和推动课程思政高质量建设的责任。首先,分析高校开展课程思政的问题和苦难;其次,分析党支部在引领和推进课程思政建设中应发挥的作用;最后,根据教师党支部和课程思政建设的实际情况,提出“以学促建”“以带促建”“以评促建”和“以查促建”四种教师党支部发挥作用的机制,真正实现党支部引领和推动课程思政的建设和发展。

以“支部联建”为载体创建附属医院职能部门服务型党支部实证研究
