The level variable and rate variable are designed based on the practical situation and change situation of corresponding variables of firm's safety management ca- pability. Simulation firms are built with accident case groups of the oil industry, chemical industry, machine industry, coal mining industry, and weapon industry. Through analyzing the simulation result, the growth law of Chinese firm's safety management capability is obtained as follows: the accumulating and the coupling of safety knowledge should be emphasized at the same time; the balance of learning behavior of individual, group and organization should be considered together; different types of Chinese firm should take different safety policies according to their practical situations. 展开更多

An amphotropic pseudotype retrovirus containing human N-ras antisense gene was constructed and packaged with helper cells. It has been previously demonstrated that the virus did inhibit the growth of human hepatocarcinoma cell line PLC PRF/5 in vitro accompanied with the blockage of p21 expression. Based on these results, further study was carried on to examine the effect of these viruses on the growth of human hepatoma transplanted LTNM4 in nude mice. It has been shown that the retrovirus containing human antisense N-ras gene could inhibit the hepatoma in nude mice at a rate of 78% (P<0.05) as compared with saline control. No inhibition was observed in group treated with retrovirus which contained no N-ras sequence. These results in vivo lend further support that human N-ras antisense gene mediated by retrovirus could block the expression of the relevant oncogene and lead to the inhibition of cancer growth. It also provided the basis for further approaches of gene therapy for human cancer. 展开更多

Methods A constructed replication defective retroviral vector pRevTβ-AS, which carried antisense RNA of TGFβ1.was transfected to a bladder cancer cell line EJ. The proliferation and clone-formation of transferred cells were observed in vitro,and the alteration of cell cycle was also detected by flow cytometric analysis. Results TGFβ1 antisense RNA was transferred into EJ cell and expressed efficiently. After the inhibition of target gene expression in EJ cells, the reduced growth and clone-formation rates were demonstrated, and the proliferative indexes were decreased by 12 % . The ratios of GO and G1 stage cells to June 2003 Vol12 No2 the antisense RNA-transfected EJ cells were increased, simultaneously,the ratio of S stage cells to the antisense RNA-transfected EJ cells ratios were decreased, compared with the control group. Objective To investigate the effect of IL-6 on prostatic carcinoma cell lines, and differential effects on androgen-dependent and androgen-independent prostatic carcinoma cells. Methods The IL-6 producing capacities of LNCaP and PC-3 cells were determined, and effects of exogenous IL-6 and anti-IL - 6 antibodies on LNCaP and PC - 3 cells were examined. Results LNCaP produced a very small amount of IL-6, but PC-3 produced more, the concentraion of IL-6 being 190 pg/48 h per ml(1 × 106). The exogenous IL-6 inhibited LNCaP growth significantly,but had no obvious effect on PC -3 cells. Anti-IL-6 antibodies lowered PC-3 cells growth rate but had neutral effect on LNCaP. Conclusion PC-3 cells produces IL-6 massively in autocrine manner. IL-6 could be antagonized by anti-IL-6 antibodies,resulting in slowing PC-3 cells growth, and LNCaP cells growth could be inhibited by exogenous IL-6.7 refs,2 tabs. 展开更多

Copper antimony selenium(CuSbSe_(2))has advantages of adjustable band gaps from 1.09 eV to 1.2 eV,high light absorption coefficient(>105 cm-1),and low grain generation temperature(300—400℃),which is suitable for the preparation of solar cells.However,the stable range of CuSbSe_(2)(CASe)phase is narrow,which is inevitable to form Sb_(2)Se_(3)and Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)second phase during the preparation process.In this work,selenization annealing of Sb/Cu metal layer to prepare CASe thin films with pulse electrodeposition process was studied,and the growth mechanism of CASe film was analyzed.Cu and Sb reacted with Se to form Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3),respectively.Then Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3)further reacted to generate CASe.Since the formation temperature of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)was lower than that of CASe,the preferential formation of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)led to layer separation.When the annealing temperature was too high,CASe decomposed to form Cu_(3)SbSe_(3)and Sb_(2)Se_(3).Additionally,by increasing the heating rate,the separation of CASe thin films was effectively improved,and the CASe thin films with relatively high crystallinity were obtained at 360℃with heating rate of 30℃/min and selenization time of 20 min. 展开更多

Microstructure and misfit dislocation behavior in In_xGa_(1-x)As/InP heteroepitaxial materials grown by low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition(LP-MOCVD) were analyzed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), atomic force microscopy(AFM), Raman spectroscopy and Hall effect measurements. To optimize the structure of In_(0.82)Ga_(0.18)As/InP heterostructure, the In_xGa_(1-x)As buffer layer was grown. The residual strain of the In_(0.82)Ga_(0.18)As epitaxial layer was calculated. Further, the periodic growth pattern of the misfit dislocation at the interface was discovered and verified. Then the effects of misfit dislocation on the surface morphology and microstructure of the material were studied. It is found that the misfit dislocation of high indium(In) content In_(0.82)Ga_(0.18)As epitaxial layer has significant influence on the carrier concentration. 展开更多

The microphysical structure of snow clouds and the growth process of snow crystals were observed by means of instrumented aircraft, weather radar, snow crystal observations etc. in Urumqi region during the winter of 1982. The analysis of three cases show that about 70% of snow mass growth is produced in the lower layer below 2000 m under the cold front, and that the concentration of ice crystals is as high as 60 L^(-1) and the supercooled water is absent in lower clouds. We may infer that the deposition of ice crystals and the aggregation of snow crystals are important processes for the snow development. The microphysical structure of the snow band near the front aloft and its characteristics as a seeder cloud are also described in this paper. 展开更多

Deposition pressure effect on the surface roughness scaling of microcrystalline silicon films

The scaling behaviour of surface roughness evolution of microcrystalline silicon (/zc-Si:H) films prepared by very- high frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition (VHF-PECVD) has been investigated by using a spectroscopic eHipsometry (SE) technique. The growth exponent β was analysed for the films deposited under different pressures Pg. The results suggest that films deposited at Pg = 70 Pa have a growth exponent β about 0.22, which corresponds to the definite diffusion growth. However, abnormal scaling behaviour occurs in the films deposited at Pg = 300 Pa. The exponent β is about 0.81 that is much larger than 0.5 of zero diffusion limit in the scaling theory. The growth mode ofμc-Si:H deposited at Pg = 300 Pa is clearly different from that of μc-Si:H at Pg = 70 Pa. Monte Carlo simulations indicate that the sticking process and the surface diffusion of the radicals are two key factors to affect the growth mode under different pressures. Under Pg = 300 Pa, β〉 0.5 is correlated with the strong shadowing effect resulting from the larger sticking coefficient. 展开更多
