Normative Analysis and Strategy Research on Harmonized Development of Modern Industrialization, Urbanization, Agricultural Modernization and IT Application

Targeting modernization, we should keep to the Chinese-style path of car- rying out industrialization in a new way and advancing IT application, urbanization, and agricultural modernization. In the research, the scientific concepts of IT applica- tion, urbanization, agricultural modernization and industrialization were illustrated and the interrelations were analyzed, with measures on harmonized development pro- posed based on existing problems.

Study on Balanced Development of Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization in Henan Province

This article expounds the connotation of balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization",and points out the problems thwarting balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization" in Henan Province as follows:the level of industrialization is not high;the general level of urbanization is low;the agricultural foundation is weak and there are many institutional barriers.The goal of balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization" in Henan Province is to take a road of industrialization and urbanization,not at the expense of agriculture and food.Based on this,the measures are put forward for balanced development of " industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization " in Henan Province as follows:keep to the new road of industrialization with characteristics of Henan Province,promote the development of industry and accelerate the transformation of pattern;keep to the road of new urbanization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in urban development pattern;adhere to the road of agricultural modernization with characteristics of Henan Province,and promote the rapid change in pattern of agricultural development.

Research on the Development Process of Modern Industry in Handan

Handan is an important node in the development of modern industrial cities in China.In this paper,the four stages of modern industrial development in Handan were studied according to the timeline,and the important nodes in the transformation of industrial industry types in Handan were analyzed;the development process of modern industry in Handan was discussed,and the present situation of Handan industry was summarized;active exploration was made for the sustainable development of existing industrial buildings in Handan,so as to provide some references for the development of contemporary industry in Handan.

In this paper, we conduct research on the modern cultural industry development model under the background of economic globalization. When we talk about traditional culture, cannot leave to distinguish and judge of value as the peel and transformation of traditional culture, dominated by modern value consciousness undoubtedly, however, long-term since, the consciousness of the value formation of the modern transformation of traditional culture consciously or conscious disturbance. The inheritance and transformation of traditional culture, inevitably contains the value pursuit as this kind of value pursuit, in the modern social group formation and transport, in modern people’s needs and meet the needs of this relationship. Our research proposes the novel perspective of the related issues that will be meaningful and necessary.

SWOT Analysis and Strategic Research on China's Rural Modern Industrial Development

This paper expounds the necessity of China's rural modern industrial development,and points out that developing rural modern industry is the necessary choice of increasing farmers' income and bridging urban-rural gap;developing rural modern industry is the propeller of promoting rural economic prosperity and holistic economic growth of the nation;developing rural modern industry is the foundation of perfecting various kinds of social undertakings and changing rural appearance.SWOT analysis is conducted on China's rural modern industrial development.The advantages of China's rural modern industrial development include human resources advantage,economic development advantage,and policy advantage;the disadvantages of China's rural modern industrial development include outdated thinking and concept,unsound infrastructure and imperfect system guarantee;the opportunities of China's rural modern industrial development include great development of agricultural technology,implementation of new countryside construction strategy and development of rural informatization construction;the challenges of China's rural modern industrial development include the transformation from closed rural environment with weak infrastructure to open rural environment with sound infrastructure,the transformation from traditional agricultural production mode to modern industrial development mode,and the transformation from administrative management model to service-oriented management model.The corresponding strategies are put forward to promote China's rural modern industrial development at present as follows:change thinking and concept;perfect infrastructure;establish security system and perfect management system;provide good hard and soft foundation for rural industrial development so as to promote rural modern industrial development.

In the Mountain's Shadow: Japan's Silk Reelers Blazed an Asian Path of Economic Development

Exploring the history of the silk-reeling industry in Chichibu, Japan, this paper challenges the prevalent representation of mountain communities as marginal economic peripheries of the metropolitan center or as reservoirs of poverty and backwardness. Mountain districts were the cradle of an Asian 搃ndustrious?revolution that led to Japan抯 modernization. The highland-based silk-reeling producers pioneered an autonomous Asian model of industrial development, which competed successfully against the capital-intensive system introduced from the West into coastal cities. The export strength of silk-producing households in upland villages overturns the claim that Japan抯 economic miracle was based on the introduction of Western technology and administrative systems. To the contrary, the Asian-style management practices and labor standards developed by the silk producers were transferred to a succession of other industries. These indigenous practices account for the rise of Japanese industry in world markets. The clash between the two opposing models of modernization resulted in modern Japan抯 first major civil conflict, the Chichibu Rebellion of 1884, a legacy that has major implications for today抯 recession-mired Japan as well as for developing countries striving for an alternative path to economic development.

A Historical Overview of China's Upgrading of Its Industrial Structure

This paper investigates the history of upgrade of industrial structure in human society from a combined perspective of economic and philosophical history encompassing primitive society,ancient society and recent and modern society.As far as recent and modern society is concerned,this paper divides the upgrade into two basic aspects:the shifting dominant position of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and that of laborintensive,capital-intensive and knowledge-intensive industries.Moreover,this paper has examined the history of upgrade of industrial structure in China since 1949 and identified that the upgrade of China's industrial structure demonstrates not only the characteristics of middle and late stages of industrialization but characteristics of modernization as well.According to the general pattern of upgrade of industrial structure in recent and modern society and China's reality,great efforts must be made to improve China's indigenous innovation capacity,expedite agriculture modernization,increase competitiveness and qualitative development of manufacturing sector,and vigorously promote service sector(especially producers services),environmental protection industry,culture industry and maritime industry.

每次人类社会大变局都蕴含着生产力的巨大革新,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进内在要求孕育形成新质生产力。新质生产力作为生产力发展的质变跃迁,是推动实现高质量发展的动力之源。从系统论视角来看,新质生产力是由相互联系、相互作用的生产力要素、生产力结构、生产力功能构成的“要素—结构—功能”系统。其中,新质生产力要素由新型劳动者、新型劳动对象、新型劳动工具、新型基础设施等构成,新质生产力在结构承载上表现为由新兴产业、未来产业等主导发展形成的现代化产业体系,新质生产力功能则凸显新发展理念、追求实现高质量发展、更好满足人民美好生活需要的价值取向。加快发展新质生产力,应扩大新型要素供给、以科技创新引领现代化产业体系建设、强化新质生产力系统功能取向,通过继续深化改革塑造与新质生产力发展相适应的生产关系。

大国竞争背景下新质生产力形成的理论逻辑与实现路径

采用文献资料法,对辽宁省冰雪产业目前的困境及相应的实施路径进行研究。结果表明:辽宁省冰雪产业存在着运动参与人数偏低,冰雪项目消费偏高,场馆设施更新滞后,服务水平欠缺,知名度影响力不足等问题。针对这些问题提出重视冰雪人群培养,提高运动参与率;完善场馆设施,加快场馆的升级;重视学校冰雪教育,储备冰雪人才;提高整体服务质量,提升国内外知名度;注重人才的引进与培养,消除人才短缺的局面;以大数据为依托,梳理冰雪产业格局及发展脉络;加大政府扶持与资金的补助,提高竞争力;强化区域联动,提升辽宁省冰雪产业的发展力等相应的解决方案。旨在为辽宁省冰雪产业的整体发展提供参考,也为进一步提升辽宁省冰雪产业提供新思路。

毛泽东对中国式现代化工农相互支援联动发展实现路径的探索

The Development and Experience of American Pharmaceutical Industry Associations and Its Enlightenment to China

Objective To study the development history and current situation of pharmaceutical industry associations in the United State and to provide reference for China’s pharmaceutical industry associations.Methods Literature research and comparative study were used to investigate the development history and current situation of pharmaceutical associations in the United States.Then,their characteristics and experiences were summarized.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the existing problems of pharmaceutical associations in China.Results and Conclusion The institutional environment of pharmaceutical associations in the United States is relatively good,reflecting the characteristics of emphasizing process management and neglecting entrance management with and the help of public supervision.At the same time,the government advocates market competition by adhering to the market-oriented services for the public.American pharmaceutical industry associations have strong innovation capacity and perfect credit system.Drawing on the experience of pharmaceutical industry associations in the United States,China should strengthen the construction of pharmaceutical industry associations.Firstly,the supervision mechanism should be improved.Secondly,these associations should have good partnerships with the government and offer the public the best services.Finally,the fund-raising mechanism of pharmaceutical industry associations should be optimized to ensure the innovative development of the pharmaceutical industry.
