The inclusion of the human rights clause in the Chi-nese Constitution is a concern and expression of the spirit of the Con-stitution,which has laid the institutional regulations of the fundamen-tal law for the development of human rights in China,provided the principles and value norms of the highest level of effectiveness for the legal protection of human rights,and built a profound constitutional basis for the formation and improvement of the Chinese path of human rights development.The human rights clause is not only a summariza-tion and affirmation of the historical practice of Chinese human rights development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,but also a new starting point for the development of human rights in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It marks that the development of human rights in China has entered a new era.The Party and the state have finally embarked on a path of human rights development with Chinese characteristics by formulating and implementing the Human Rights Action Plan of China,eliminating ab-solute poverty through the national poverty alleviation campaign,and promoting human rights protection through the rule of law.

Introduction Aging is the accumulation of multidimensional deterioration of process- ing of biological, psychological, and social changes with expansion over time （Bowen and Atwood, 2004; Grady, 2012）. Quantum theory-based physical model of the human body in TCM

In the study,a quantum resonant cavity model based on wave-particle duality was proposed for the explanation of the dynamic processes of essence,vigor,and spirit in the human body in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is assumed that there is a macro human order parameter(wave function),and its dynamics are governed by a macro potential field reflecting influences from heaven,earth,and society,and satisfy the generalized Schrodinger equation.This proposed model was applied in the study to interpret basic concepts of human body in TCM,with an aim to unfold the TCM development in the future.

A NEW TWO-DIMENSIONAL "MAN-WCV" MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE HUMAN THERMOREGULATION

In the paper a new two-dimensional 'man-WCV'(water cooling vest) mathematical model is developed. This model is of practical use: it can predict transient temperature responses and body temperature distribution for a person in a nonuniform hot environment, doing various jobs and dressed in different clothes. In addition, the results calculated from the model can be used to optimize the distribution of the tube-net lined on the WCV and to evaluate an individual thermal conditioning system with cooling water. The results obtained from the model agree well with the author's experimental data.

DIFFERENCES IN EXPRESSION AND REGULATION BETWEEN TRANSFORMED CELLS OF THE HUMAN GASTRIC CARCINOMA ONCOGENE Ha-ras AND THE UNTRANSFORMED PARENT CELLS

An Ha-ras oncogene was isolated from a cell line of gastric carcinoma called BGE-823 in order to elucidate genetic control and the influence of DNA sequences. The oncogene was cloned and identified as a single nucleotide substitution of thymine for guanine in the 12th codon through the sequencing of its first axon. We compared the differences of expression and regulation between the transformed Ha-ras cells and untransformed parent cells. Data indicated that the expression of Ha-ras in the transformed cells was five-fold higher than in the untransformed cells and that the Ha-ras gene in the former was hypersensitive toward DNase I. In addition, a nuclear protein of 35 kilodaltons bound strongly to the 2.5 Kb fragment located upstream of the 6.6 Kb Ha-ras gene and contained a CC rich region. These results suggest that there might be another mechanism of activation for the ras gene besides point mutation.

Specificity and Semantic Horizon of the Human Sciences from the Viewpoint of Bakhtin＇s Metalinguistics

This article explores the potential resources of the Bakhtin＇s theory of dialogism and its core concepts for the development of the philosophy and methodology of the human sciences. Focusing on Bakhtin＇s late essays： ＂The Problem of the Text in Linguistics, Philology, and the Human Sciences; From Notes Made in 1970-71;＂ and ＂Toward a Methodology for the Human Sciences,＂ the author deals with such concepts as sense, semantic whole, superaddressee, the third, and outsideness. Metalinguistics is interpreted as a philosophical approach to the problems of humanities methodology. The specifics of the human sciences, which Bakhtin put to the question, are described in comparison and correlation with the natural sciences. The author elaborates the idea of the communicative three-part relationship or trilogue （as a development of the dialogue）. The role of the superaddressee as the third participant of the trilogue between the researcher （the subject） and the text （the object） is discussed. The notion semantic whole and its implementation in the process of the sense＇s becoming （development） are analyzed.

The Human Rights magazine：A window of China＇s human rights

Launched in 2002, the Hununan Rights magazine operates under the attspices of the China Society for Human Rights Studies, a non-governmental organization in SPECIAL consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Stuck with the Sur-face： An Ethical Approach to Facial Disfigurement in Willa Cather＇s ＂The Profile＂

The human face consists of three dimensions： （1） the visible, static sur-face, （2） the mobile dimension, which communicates thoughts, emotions, and states of mind, and （3） the invisible dimension, the face aspars-pro-toto for the whole person who owns the face. In this latter sense, the human face is at the center of Emmanuel Levinas＇ theory of ethics： We encounter each other face-to-face, he argues, and it is the other＇s face that calls for my ethical response to the holiness of his/her wholeness and essence. The primary ethical imperative is： ＂Thou shalt not kill.＂ When we encounter a facially disfigured person, we usually fail to respond ethically because we concentrate on the disfigurement. The second dimension, as a result of the disfigurement, is often impaired and thus incapable of communicating in such a way that we can ＂read＂ the face. With our gaze fixed on the disfigured part of the face, we lose sight of the person as a whole. Metaphorically speaking, we could even say that we ＂kill＂ the person. Levinas conceives of the other＇s face not in its plastic manifestation. But the encounter with the other does at first take place as embodiment. According to Merleau-Ponty, this encounter is by definition interactive and dialogical. In Willa Cather＇s short story ＂The Profile,＂ young beautiful Virginia marries a portrait painter after he has finished her portrait in profile. The left side of her face is severely disfigured because of a burn. Her husband is waiting impatiently for her to talk about ＂it＂ and the suffering it must cause her in order to ＂heal＂ her with his love, but she behaves as if it did not exist and even likes to dress extravagantly. In the following analysis of the short story, it will be illustrated how the husband fails to respond to his wife＇s face＇s invitation to interact with it and get in touch with the wholeness of her person that it stands for. Instead, he reduces her to the disfigurement. When he finally names the scar, he metaphorically ＂kills＂ her, as well as their marriage.
