The Integration Strategy of Class Teacher Management and Mathematics Teaching

The professional and moral education of high school mathematics teachers will make classroom management work better,but their work pressure will also lead to classroom management problems.To do a good job in high school class teacher management and organically integrate it with mathematics teaching,we need to start from two aspects:mathematics teaching class teachers and class teacher work teaching,and penetrate mathematical thinking into daily classroom management,moral education,and classroom culture construction.Based on the attributes of the subject,we guide high school students to reflect after class to stimulate their self-management initiative through the cultivation of qualified class representatives.In addition,it is necessary to skillfully resolve classroom generative problems,change the roles of teachers and students,and integrate classroom management with mathematics teaching.

A Study of the Differences Between China and UK Classroom Teaching in Middle Schools Based on a BBC Documentary

This paper aims to analyze the differences between China and UK classroom teaching in middle school based on a case study ofa BBC documentary, Are Our Kids Tough Enough-Chinese School. The author found that there were many significant differences between the two countries in terms of the relationship between teacher and student, classroom teaching style and teaching methods.

Critical Concentration of Zinc for Increasing Production and Quality of Mangosteen Fruit in West Sumatera, Indonesia

West Sumatera is one of the largest mangosteen production centers in Indonesia.After the 2019 harvest season,there were variations in fruit production and quality which indicated symptoms of zinc(Zn)deficiency.This study evaluates the status of Zn for increasing the production and quality of mangosteen fruit Ratu Kamang cv.The study was conducting using the observation method in Lima Puluh Kota,West Sumatera from January to December 2020.This study used ten mangosteen trees aged 23 years in three locations selected purposively.Parameters observed included soil properties,leaf nutrients,number of fruits;fruit,rind,aril and seed weights,percentage of fruit scars(FS)and percentage of fruit contaminated with yellow sap(YSC).The relationship between Zn concentration in leaves and fruit production and quality was analyzed using Pearson’s correlation and regression models.The results showed that Zn played a role in increasing the production and quality of man-gosteen fruit at certain concentration ranges in the leaves.Zinc concentrations of 23.45–30.00 mg/kg play a role in increasing production,while Zn concentrations of 26.29–30.29 mg/kg play a role in increasing quality.The lowest incidence of FS and YSC was found in trees with Zn concentration in the leaves between 30.00–32.00 mg/kg.Zinc concentration in the leaves of 30.00 mg/kg was the critical concentration in increasing the production and quality of mangosteen fruit under local cultivation conditions.Zinc has an antagonistic relationship to iron(Fe)and cop-per(Cu)in leaf tissue.

Reconsideration of the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma

In this letter,we comment on the article by Zhou et al that was published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery.This article proposes a new clinical grading system based on a multidisciplinary team,which prompts us to rethink the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma.Hepatic hemangioma is the most common benign solid liver tumor.In general,follow-up and obser-vation for the vast majority of hepatic hemangioma is reasonable.For those pa-tients with symptoms and severe complications,surgical intervention is ne-cessary.Specific surgical indications,however,are still not clear.An effective grading system is helpful in further guiding the clinical management of hepatic hemangioma.In this article,we review the recent literature,summarize the sur-gical indications and treatment of hepatic hemangioma,and evaluate the potential of this new clinical grading system.

Genomic profiling of lower-grade gliomas uncovers cohesive disease groups:implications for diagnosis and treatment

Lower-grade gliomas(including low-and intermediate-grade gliomas,World Health Organization grades II and III)are diffusely infiltrative neoplasms that arise most often in the cerebral hemispheres of adults and have traditionally been classified based on their presumed histogenesis as astrocytomas,oligodendrogliomas,or oligoastrocytomas.Although the histopathologic classification of lower-grade glioma has been the accepted standard for nearly a century,it suffers from high intra-and inter-observer variability and does not adequately predict clinical outcomes.Based on integrated analysis of multiplatform genomic data from The Cancer Genome Atlas,lower-grade gliomas have been found to segregate into three cohesive,clinically relevant molecular classes.Molecular classes were closely aligned with the status of isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH)mutations,tumor protein 53 mutations and the co-deletion of chromosome arms 1 p and 19q,but were not closely aligned with histologic classes.These findings emphasize the potential for improved definition of clinically relevant disease subsets using integrated molecular approaches and highlight the importance of biomarkers for brain tumor classification.

Solid Waste Management:A MADM Approach Using Fuzzy Parameterized Possibility Single-Valued Neutrosophic Hypersoft Expert Settings

The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems worse.The search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these problems.Many scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated ambiguity.The goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site selection.The characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these uncertainties.To tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s method.Following this,an intelligent algorithm is suggested.The steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains itself.The compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their viability.This study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,respectively.It uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior literature.It is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is uncertain.Comparing the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.

Research on Grade Renewing of Cultivated Land at County Level:A Case Study of Daxing District,Beijing

To create a scientific way to renew the grades of cultivated land at county level, monitoring points were set up according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land in Daxing District, Beijing, and soil samples were collected to carry out chemical analysis. Afterwards, the input and output data of cultivated land in each village were surveyed to renew the grades of cultivated land. The results indicate that the average natural grade of cultivated land was 8.4, which was equal to that of 2004; the average utilization grade was 8.1, which was slightly higher than that of 2004; the average economic grade was 9.9, which was lower than that of 2004. It is concluded that it is scientific to renew cultivated land grades through scientifically setting monitoring points according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land.

Advances in Educational Data Mining Models and the Application of Its Algorithms

In order to find an effective way to improve the quality of school management,finding valuable information from students' original data and providing feedback for student management are necessary. Firstly,some new and successful educational data mining models were analyzed and compared. These models have better performance than traditional models( such as Knowledge Tracing Model) in efficiency,comprehensiveness,ease of use,stability and so on. Then,the neural network algorithm was conducted to explore the feasibility of the application of educational data mining in student management,and the results show that it has enough predictive accuracy and reliability to be put into practice. In the end,the possibility and prospect of the application of educational data mining in teaching management system for university students was assessed.

Research and Practice of Enterprise Management Mode in College Classes

Analysis on the Problems Existing in China's College Classes and Management Strategies

The Description of Effective Classroom Management

The purpose of this study is to explore successful classroom management from three aspects: effective time management in a classroom, effective teaching in small classes, and effective use of handouts for a lecture. Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors:A review of serum biomarkers,staging,and management

Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(pNETs)are a heterogeneous group of tumors with complicated treatment options that depend on pathological grading,clinical staging,and presence of symptoms related to hormonal secretion.With regard to diagnosis,remarkable advances have been made:Chromogranin A is recommended as a general marker for pNETs.But other new biomarker modalities,like circulating tumor cells,multiple transcript analysis,microRNA profile,and cytokines,should be clarified in future investigations before clinical application.Therefore,the currently available serum biomarkers are insufficient for diagnosis,but reasonably acceptable in evaluating the prognosis of and response to treatments during follow-up of pNETs.Surgical resection is still the only curative therapeutic option for localized pNETs.However,a debulking operation has also been proven to be effective for controlling the disease.As for drug therapy,steroids and somatostatin analogues are the first-line therapy for those with positive expression of somatostatin receptor,while everolimus and sunitinib represent important progress for the treatment of patients with advanced pNETs.Great progress has been achieved in the combination of systematic therapy with local control treatments.The optimal timing of local control intervention,planning of sequential therapies,and implementation of multidisciplinary care remain pending.

MOOC Learner’s Final Grade Prediction Based on an Improved Random Forests Method

Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)has become a popular way of online learning used across the world by millions of people.Meanwhile,a vast amount of information has been collected from the MOOC learners and institutions.Based on the educational data,a lot of researches have been investigated for the prediction of the MOOC learner’s final grade.However,there are still two problems in this research field.The first problem is how to select the most proper features to improve the prediction accuracy,and the second problem is how to use or modify the data mining algorithms for a better analysis of the MOOC data.In order to solve these two problems,an improved random forests method is proposed in this paper.First,a hybrid indicator is defined to measure the importance of the features,and a rule is further established for the feature selection;then,a Clustering-Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique(SMOTE)is embedded into the traditional random forests algorithm to solve the class imbalance problem.In experiment part,we verify the performance of the proposed method by using the Canvas Network Person-Course(CNPC)dataset.Furthermore,four well-known prediction methods have been applied for comparison,where the superiority of our method has been proved.
