West Sumatera is one of the largest mangosteen production centers in Indonesia.After the 2019 harvest season,there were variations in fruit production and quality which indicated symptoms of zinc(Zn)deficiency.This stu...West Sumatera is one of the largest mangosteen production centers in Indonesia.After the 2019 harvest season,there were variations in fruit production and quality which indicated symptoms of zinc(Zn)deficiency.This study evaluates the status of Zn for increasing the production and quality of mangosteen fruit Ratu Kamang cv.The study was conducting using the observation method in Lima Puluh Kota,West Sumatera from January to December 2020.This study used ten mangosteen trees aged 23 years in three locations selected purposively.Parameters observed included soil properties,leaf nutrients,number of fruits;fruit,rind,aril and seed weights,percentage of fruit scars(FS)and percentage of fruit contaminated with yellow sap(YSC).The relationship between Zn concentration in leaves and fruit production and quality was analyzed using Pearson’s correlation and regression models.The results showed that Zn played a role in increasing the production and quality of man-gosteen fruit at certain concentration ranges in the leaves.Zinc concentrations of 23.45–30.00 mg/kg play a role in increasing production,while Zn concentrations of 26.29–30.29 mg/kg play a role in increasing quality.The lowest incidence of FS and YSC was found in trees with Zn concentration in the leaves between 30.00–32.00 mg/kg.Zinc concentration in the leaves of 30.00 mg/kg was the critical concentration in increasing the production and quality of mangosteen fruit under local cultivation conditions.Zinc has an antagonistic relationship to iron(Fe)and cop-per(Cu)in leaf tissue.展开更多

Lower-grade gliomas(including low-and intermediate-grade gliomas,World Health Organization grades II and III)are diffusely infiltrative neoplasms that arise most often in the cerebral hemispheres of adults and have tr...Lower-grade gliomas(including low-and intermediate-grade gliomas,World Health Organization grades II and III)are diffusely infiltrative neoplasms that arise most often in the cerebral hemispheres of adults and have traditionally been classified based on their presumed histogenesis as astrocytomas,oligodendrogliomas,or oligoastrocytomas.Although the histopathologic classification of lower-grade glioma has been the accepted standard for nearly a century,it suffers from high intra-and inter-observer variability and does not adequately predict clinical outcomes.Based on integrated analysis of multiplatform genomic data from The Cancer Genome Atlas,lower-grade gliomas have been found to segregate into three cohesive,clinically relevant molecular classes.Molecular classes were closely aligned with the status of isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH)mutations,tumor protein 53 mutations and the co-deletion of chromosome arms 1 p and 19q,but were not closely aligned with histologic classes.These findings emphasize the potential for improved definition of clinically relevant disease subsets using integrated molecular approaches and highlight the importance of biomarkers for brain tumor classification.展开更多
The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems worse.The search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these problems.Ma...The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems worse.The search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these problems.Many scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated ambiguity.The goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site selection.The characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these uncertainties.To tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s method.Following this,an intelligent algorithm is suggested.The steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains itself.The compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their viability.This study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,respectively.It uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior literature.It is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is uncertain.Comparing the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.展开更多

Afterwards, the input and output data of cultivated land in each village were surveyed to renew the grades of cultivated land. The results indicate that the average natural grade of cultivated land was 8.4, which was equal to that of 2004; the average utilization grade was 8.1, which was slightly higher than that of 2004; the average economic grade was 9.9, which was lower than that of 2004. It is concluded that it is scientific to renew cultivated land grades through scientifically setting monitoring points according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land.展开更多

Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(pNETs)are a heterogeneous group of tumors with complicated treatment options that depend on pathological grading,clinical staging,and presence of symptoms related to hormonal secretion...Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(pNETs)are a heterogeneous group of tumors with complicated treatment options that depend on pathological grading,clinical staging,and presence of symptoms related to hormonal secretion.With regard to diagnosis,remarkable advances have been made:Chromogranin A is recommended as a general marker for pNETs.But other new biomarker modalities,like circulating tumor cells,multiple transcript analysis,microRNA profile,and cytokines,should be clarified in future investigations before clinical application.Therefore,the currently available serum biomarkers are insufficient for diagnosis,but reasonably acceptable in evaluating the prognosis of and response to treatments during follow-up of pNETs.Surgical resection is still the only curative therapeutic option for localized pNETs.However,a debulking operation has also been proven to be effective for controlling the disease.As for drug therapy,steroids and somatostatin analogues are the first-line therapy for those with positive expression of somatostatin receptor,while everolimus and sunitinib represent important progress for the treatment of patients with advanced pNETs.Great progress has been achieved in the combination of systematic therapy with local control treatments.The optimal timing of local control intervention,planning of sequential therapies,and implementation of multidisciplinary care remain pending.展开更多
Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)has become a popular way of online learning used across the world by millions of people.Meanwhile,a vast amount of information has been collected from the MOOC learners and institutions...Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)has become a popular way of online learning used across the world by millions of people.Meanwhile,a vast amount of information has been collected from the MOOC learners and institutions.Based on the educational data,a lot of researches have been investigated for the prediction of the MOOC learner’s final grade.However,there are still two problems in this research field.The first problem is how to select the most proper features to improve the prediction accuracy,and the second problem is how to use or modify the data mining algorithms for a better analysis of the MOOC data.In order to solve these two problems,an improved random forests method is proposed in this paper.First,a hybrid indicator is defined to measure the importance of the features,and a rule is further established for the feature selection;then,a Clustering-Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique(SMOTE)is embedded into the traditional random forests algorithm to solve the class imbalance problem.In experiment part,we verify the performance of the proposed method by using the Canvas Network Person-Course(CNPC)dataset.Furthermore,four well-known prediction methods have been applied for comparison,where the superiority of our method has been proved.展开更多

文摘This study investigates the construction of a health management service mode based on large-scale comprehensive hospitals by analyzing health management service modes at home and abroad,that is,taking the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University as an example,establish a health examination hospital,undertake core tasks such as health service operation process,system,monitoring,and system formulation,and take the best medical resources.Attract social medical resources to collaborate and give health service mode of health status monitoring,evaluation,and intervention to health service objects,aided by advanced medical technology.To extend the traditional health management service with the hospital as the protagonist to health management with participation from family and society beyond the hospital,forming a closed-loop,rapid,and efficient health service management system.Thus,through graded quality services,to lessen the difficulties of patients seeing a doctor and to solve the problem of overcrowding and minor ailments in major hospitals.
文摘College English is not only an essential curriculum of language, but also is an extremely important curriculum of cultural in college education. As a result of various factors, there are individual differences in college students' English study. Therefore, to gradually improve all the students' English, graded teaching becomes the best choice. In this thesis, graded teaching will be studied from several respects. And I hope it can give some slight help to some of college teachers.

To solve this problem, big classes are adopted for college English teaching in some universities. And scientific management can guarantee the quality of college English teaching of big classes. 文摘Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(pNETs)are a heterogeneous group of tumors with complicated treatment options that depend on pathological grading,clinical staging,and presence of symptoms related to hormonal secretion.With regard to diagnosis,remarkable advances have been made:Chromogranin A is recommended as a general marker for pNETs.But other new biomarker modalities,like circulating tumor cells,multiple transcript analysis,microRNA profile,and cytokines,should be clarified in future investigations before clinical application.Therefore,the currently available serum biomarkers are insufficient for diagnosis,but reasonably acceptable in evaluating the prognosis of and response to treatments during follow-up of pNETs.Surgical resection is still the only curative therapeutic option for localized pNETs.However,a debulking operation has also been proven to be effective for controlling the disease.As for drug therapy,steroids and somatostatin analogues are the first-line therapy for those with positive expression of somatostatin receptor,while everolimus and sunitinib represent important progress for the treatment of patients with advanced pNETs.Great progress has been achieved in the combination of systematic therapy with local control treatments.The optimal timing of local control intervention,planning of sequential therapies,and implementation of multidisciplinary care remain pending.

文摘Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)has become a popular way of online learning used across the world by millions of people.Meanwhile,a vast amount of information has been collected from the MOOC learners and institutions.Based on the educational data,a lot of researches have been investigated for the prediction of the MOOC learner’s final grade.However,there are still two problems in this research field.The first problem is how to select the most proper features to improve the prediction accuracy,and the second problem is how to use or modify the data mining algorithms for a better analysis of the MOOC data.In order to solve these two problems,an improved random forests method is proposed in this paper.First,a hybrid indicator is defined to measure the importance of the features,and a rule is further established for the feature selection;then,a Clustering-Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique(SMOTE)is embedded into the traditional random forests algorithm to solve the class imbalance problem.In experiment part,we verify the performance of the proposed method by using the Canvas Network Person-Course(CNPC)dataset.Furthermore,four well-known prediction methods have been applied for comparison,where the superiority of our method has been proved.
