Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Exploring the Role of Narrative Medicine in the Cultivation of Humanistic Spirit among Respiratory Medicine Interns

Objective:To explore the role of narrative medicine in cultivating the humanistic spirit of respiratory medicine interns.Methods:Thirty interns were selected,all of whom were received by the respiratory department of our hospital from September 2023 to June 2024 and underwent narrative medicine teaching.Scores on narrative medicine knowledge,empathy ability,humanistic care ability,and teaching recognition were compared before and after the internship.Results:Compared to before the internship,the interns’scores on narrative medicine knowledge were significantly higher after the internship,as were their empathy and humanistic care scores(P<0.05).Among the 30 interns,25 expressed interest in narrative medicine,and 29 were willing to continue with the narrative medicine teaching model.Conclusion:The application of narrative medicine in respiratory medicine internship teaching is highly effective.It cultivates the humanistic spirit of interns,improves their empathy and humanistic care abilities,and is worthy of wider implementation.

Entrepreneurial Spirit for China in the New Era and Strategies for Cultivation

What type of entrepreneurial spirit is needed for China’s new era,and how can we unlock its innovation potential?Answers to these questions will unleash vital forces to drive China’s high-quality economic development.After reviewing the theories,dimensions,features,and limitations of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Western context,we concluded that the entrepreneurial spirit in China’s new era,which is characterized by patriotism,innovation,trustworthiness,adherence to the law,fulfillment of social responsibilities,and a global horizon,has overcome the limitations that come with self-interested entrepreneurship in the context of Western economics.This is a major step forward in the development of theories on entrepreneurial spirit.In the development context of the new era,this paper argues that the entrepreneurial spirit should become an important force at the individual level to implement the new development concept,foster the new development paradigm,and promote high-quality development in the new stage.This paper provides answers to the question of what type of entrepreneurial spirit China’s new era requires.Finally,this paper presents basic strategies for cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in the context of China’s new era,emphasizing the importance to promote the healthy growth of young entrepreneurs,ensure their business autonomy,develop a multi-tiered capital market,implement the factor market reforms,improve the business climate,and accelerate the digital transition.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit Among Construction Site Workers

In order to improve the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel and accelerate the smooth transition of construction products from the development period to the mature period,a questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the characteristics of construction personnel of different levels and the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.The results show that there was lack of awareness in understanding craftsman spirit among construction personnel,the consciousness of their own craftsman spirit cultivation was insufficient,and no effective measures have been taken to cultivate the craftsman spirit.Based on the research results,the ways to cultivate the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel are given.

Regionalization of River Basins Using Cluster Ensemble

In the wake of global water scarcity, forecasting of water quantity and quality, regionalization of river basins has attracted serious attention of the hydrology researchers. It has become an important area of research to enhance the quality of prediction of yield in river basins. In this paper, we analyzed the data of Godavari basin, and regionalize it using a cluster ensemble method. Cluster Ensemble methods are commonly used to enhance the quality of clustering by combining multiple clustering schemes to produce a more robust scheme delivering similar homogeneous basins. The goal is to identify, analyse and describe hydrologically similar catchments using cluster analysis. Clustering has been done using RCDA cluster ensemble algorithm, which is based on discriminant analysis. The algorithm takes H base clustering schemes each with K clusters, obtained by any clustering method, as input and constructs discriminant function for each one of them. Subsequently, all the data tuples are predicted using H discriminant functions for cluster membership. Tuples with consistent predictions are assigned to the clusters, while tuples with inconsistent predictions are analyzed further and either assigned to clusters or declared as noise. Clustering results of RCDA algorithm have been compared with Best of k-means and Clue cluster ensemble of R software using traditional clustering quality measures. Further, domain knowledge based comparison has also been performed. All the results are encouraging and indicate better regionalization of the Godavari basin data.

为贯彻执行国家新颁布的《职业教育法》,深入落实“坚持德技并修,培育工匠精神”的职教新理念,结合教育部“双高计划”的建设与推进要求,根据“物以载道、匠心筑梦”的职业新诉求和工匠精神的时代阐释,论述了基于职业知识技能、职业意识信念、职业行为习惯和职业价值取向的“四维进阶”的工匠精神顶层培养理论模型;然后,以理论模型为指导,阐述了工匠精神培养的“四重迭代”运作路径和实施方案,即优化人才培养方案、更新教学资源库和课程群、重组专业课程任务点和知识链、提升师资力量和水平;最后,以质量闭环为原则,阐明了人才培养需要“课程、实践、单位和社会”四方联动进行绩效评价的必要性。由此可见,理论模型的有效运作和实施不仅可以充分调动课内外育人资源,潜移默化引导学生进行工匠意识的提炼与人文精神的思考,也能引导学生做到知行合一与自我建构,从而不断激发成就感和获得感,以适应产业经济发展的转型升级和对人才的新要求。

基于“三导向”的医学本科生创新创业教育实践的探索

目的探讨“三导向”人才培养模式在医学本科生创新创业教育实践的可行性及实施效果。方法2020年6月—2022年6月,选择85名南昌大学第一附属医院麻醉学专业的本科生作为研究对象,根据不同的人才培养模式分为对照组和试验组。对照组43名实施传统教学模式;试验组42名实施“三导向”人才培养模式。统计分析学生的考试(包括理论考试与技能考试)成绩、“三导向”评分与创新创业满意程度。结果对照组理论成绩和技能成绩为(75.35±7.47)分、(91.37±2.47)分,高于试验组[(81.12±7.14)分、(94.76±2.80)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组执业能力、职业精神和社会适应评分为(32.47±5.05)分、(31.19±4.26)分、(24.58±3.09)分,均高于试验组[(39.00±4.93)分、(36.57±2.93)分、(27.26±2.44)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组科研兴趣、教学效果、参与创新创业类活动的意愿满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用“三导向”人才培养模式更能带动医学本科生进行创新创业教育实践,有利于提高学生的综合素质能力。

叙事医学在全科医学生人文精神培育中的实践效果研究

在全科医学生人才培养过程中实践全流程的叙事医学教学,并从学生共情、反思、社会适应能力和职业认同感四个方面评价教学效果。通过对比分析发现,叙事医学能够提高全科医学生的共情能力、反思能力和社会适应能力,有助于维持学生对医学职业的持续认同,这对培育全科医学生的人文精神具有较好的效果。

论工匠精神的形成机理、价值意蕴与培育路径——基于从技术到艺术的视角分析

技术与艺术均起源于人类劳动,两者的发展受到人的意识的支配并影响着人的职业精神的形成。工匠精神是工匠在实践活动中基于“视技术为艺术”而形成的技术革新意识及群体价值观在职业伦理上的反映。从技术生成到艺术生成的源起过程当中探究技术起源、艺术起源及工匠精神内涵中的技术与艺术之关系,梳理得出“人—技—艺”的融合推动工匠精神的形成机理;从技术表达到艺术表达的塑造过程当中解析工匠精神对于促进人的全面发展、推进社会的协调发展及推动经济的创新发展的价值意蕴;从技术教育到艺术教育的融合过程当中通过采取加强通识教育、拓展教学形式、深化产教融合、建构学校文化等方式健全职业院校学生工匠精神的培育路径。
