It points out that for buildings over the coal pillar, it is ad- visable to soften the intermediate ground of buildings when they are affected by mining. For buildings over the goaf, it is preferable to soften the ground at both ends of buildings. In order to enhance the ability of a building to resist tensile deformation, the key measure is to reinforce the bottom foundation of the building. In addition, the concept of “angle of break of building” is proposed. It is because of this angle that the protecting coal pillar is left, which is a better solution than prevailing solutions The findings provide a more scientific basis for mining under buildings.展开更多

With the maturity and development of 5G field,Mobile Edge CrowdSensing(MECS),as an intelligent data collection paradigm,provides a broad prospect for various applications in IoT.However,sensing users as data uploaders...With the maturity and development of 5G field,Mobile Edge CrowdSensing(MECS),as an intelligent data collection paradigm,provides a broad prospect for various applications in IoT.However,sensing users as data uploaders lack a balance between data benefits and privacy threats,leading to conservative data uploads and low revenue or excessive uploads and privacy breaches.To solve this problem,a Dynamic Privacy Measurement and Protection(DPMP)framework is proposed based on differential privacy and reinforcement learning.Firstly,a DPM model is designed to quantify the amount of data privacy,and a calculation method for personalized privacy threshold of different users is also designed.Furthermore,a Dynamic Private sensing data Selection(DPS)algorithm is proposed to help sensing users maximize data benefits within their privacy thresholds.Finally,theoretical analysis and ample experiment results show that DPMP framework is effective and efficient to achieve a balance between data benefits and sensing user privacy protection,in particular,the proposed DPMP framework has 63%and 23%higher training efficiency and data benefits,respectively,compared to the Monte Carlo algorithm.展开更多

Mangrove area of Guangdong Province greatly decreased after the 1950 s,and it declined to the minimum in the1990 s and then gradually increased. Mangrove area of Guangdong Province quickly increased from 2001 to now,and its area in 2014 was 19 824. 53 hm^2,in which Zhanjiang accounted for 72%. During 2001-2014,mangrove area of Guangdong Province increased significantly,in which the newly increased mangrove area in Zhanjiang,Yangjiang,Jiangmen,Zhuhai,Guangzhou and Shantou was larger,with obvious increase magnitude; mangrove area in east Guangdong during 2001-2005 increased quickly,while increase magnitude of mangrove area in west Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta was improved significantly after 2005. Additionally,mangrove species in Guangdong Province continuously decreased from south to north,showing as west Guangdong > the Pearl River Delta > east Guangdong. The impact of 500 kV transmission lines of Anqing power plant across the lake wetland reserve along the Yangtze River on the safety of the ecosystem was taken as the researched object.The power frequency electric fiel...The impact of 500 kV transmission lines of Anqing power plant across the lake wetland reserve along the Yangtze River on the safety of the ecosystem was taken as the researched object.The power frequency electric field intensity(PFEFI),power frequency magnetic field intensity(PFMFI),radio interference,construction noise,vegetation destruction and the influence on water quality were investigated and monitored,and the influences of PFEFI,PFMFI,radio interference and construction noise on wild animals,especially the habitats and migration of birds were mainly researched.The direct and indirect influences on the surrounding environment as well as plants and animals in sensitive areas were analyzed and predicted.The results firstly showed there existed a 182 400m^3 stereo-space(PFEFI>4kV/m)which made flying birds unsafe under the lowest height 11 mof the lines,which fills the gap in the research of this field.Finally,some operational protection countermeasures were put forward at the current technical level to achieve the win-win goal of economic development and natural protection.展开更多

In this method, a metal case and tube is added on the local position, which increases the local rigidity, but the effect on the measurement of strain is not well studied. In this paper, the effect of the surround protection technique on the strain measurement is studied by using numerical and experimental methods, and the results show that the measurement error is well in the range permitted by engineering practice.展开更多

The rockfalls along ...During the last decade, large rockfalls occurred on the steep limestone slopes along the Adriatic Coast of Croatia, causing injury to people and serious damage to buildings and traffic facilities. The rockfalls along the limestone slopes were caused by unfavorable characteristics of the rock mass, weathering in combination with heavy rainfall and artificial influences during highway construction. Rockfall protection projects were conducted to protect human lives and facilities from future rockfalls. The rockfall protection program started with rockfall hazard analyses to identify the potential of rockfalls to occur and the potential consequences. At the locations of hazards where related risks were determined, detailed field investigations were conducted. Based on the indentified characteristics of potentially unstable rock masses, analyses of movement and resulting pathways were conducted. The trajectories, impact energy and the height of bouncing are dependent on slope geometry, slope surface roughness and rockfall block characteristics. Two protection measure approaches were adopted: prevention of rockfalls by removing potentially unstable rock mass or installation of rock mass support systems and suspending running rockfall masses with rockfall protection barriers. In this paper, rockfall hazard determination, rockfall analyses and rockfall protection designs for rockfall protection systems at selected locations on the limestone slopes along the Adriatic coast of Croatia are presented.展开更多

文摘In the course of exploiting its tourist resources and developing tourism industry in the early days in Wulingyuan, the government did not pay enough attention and no forceful measures were taken to control the environment. As a result, a series of problems are produced. By analyzing the relationship between the tourism development in Wulingyuan scenic area and its environmental evolution, the paper exposes the basic reason why these environmental problems are produced, and according to the requirement of developing tourism, the paper puts forward some effective measures to reasonably control the distribution of the tourists flow and to protect tourist resources as well as the environment, so as to achieve the sustainable development of the area.

文摘This article discusses the status of the ecological environment in Heihe River water source district, and points out that the decline of the forest coverage, the degradation of the pasture and the shrinking back of the glacier, the increased soil erosion and other phenomena are the main ecological and environmental problems in this area. The main reason is the natural and man-made results. This article proposes the specific measures to protect the ecological environment in Heihe River water source district.

文摘The regulation of the National Significant Seismic Monitoring and Protection Regions(NSSMPR for short) is defined by the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Protecting Against and Mitigating Earthquake Disasters.The first stage of implementation of the regulation of NSSMPR in the Chinese mainland was finished from 1996 to 2005.The second stage is being carried on from 2006 to 2020.With the support of the National Social Science Foundation,this paper follows up and evaluates the implementation of the regulation of NSSMPR from 1996 to 2012 in the Chinese mainland.Based on analysis of earthquake examples and investigation data,we find that the effect of disaster mitigation is good,and on this basis,some suggestions are proposed to improve the regulation of NSSMPR.
文摘On January 10th,2018,the Ministry of Environmental Protection formally issued the Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits(Trial)(hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Measures).The Administrative Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.As an important basic document for the implementation of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Control of Pollutant Discharge Permit System(the General Office of the State Council issued[2016]No.81),the Administrative Measures clarified the responsibilities of the pollutant dischargers,emphasized on law-abiding incentives,illegal punishment.

文摘The ecological environment in the area where the Qinghai-Tibet Railway passes through is very fragile and is showing the tendency of retrogression. So as the construction would largely disturb the earth surface and vegetation and would have a large quantity of earth and stone digging, the construction of the railway in this area would certainly lead to a series of questions. Through the integrated analysis of the actualities of soil erosion and water and soil conservation along the section of Tanggula-Lhasa of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, and with the combination of the features of the railway construction and the environment, the protection measures and proposals about the soil erosion along the section of Tanggula to Lhasa of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway have been put forward, so as to reach to the purpose of holding back the further development of soil erosion along the line, improving the ecological environment in the local area and maintaining the railway in normal operation.
