The raw measured and statisticall...An intelligent fuzzy c-means system for process monitoring and recognition of process disturbances during short- circuiting gas metal arc welding (GMAW) is introduced in this paper. The raw measured and statistically test data of probability density distribution ( PDD ) and class frequency distribution ( CFD ) of welding electrical parameters are further processed into a 7-dimensional array which is designed to describe various welding conditions, and is employed as input vector of the intelligent fuzzy c-means system. The fuzzy c-means system is used to conduct process monitoring and automatic recognition. The correct recognition rate of 24 test data under 8 kinds of welding condition is 92%.展开更多
Metabolic disturbances and obesity are major cardiovascular risk factors in patients with schizophrenia,resulting in a higher mortality rate and shorter life expectancy compared with those in the general population.Al...Metabolic disturbances and obesity are major cardiovascular risk factors in patients with schizophrenia,resulting in a higher mortality rate and shorter life expectancy compared with those in the general population.Although schizophrenia and metabolic disturbances may share certain genetic or pathobiological risks,antipsychotics,particularly those of second generation,may further increase the risk of weight gain and metabolic disturbances in patients with schizophrenia.This review included articles on weight gain and metabolic disturbances related to antipsychotics and their mechanisms,monitoring guidelines,and interventions.Nearly all antipsychotics are associated with weight gain,but the degree of the weight gain varies considerably.Although certain neurotransmitter receptorbinding affinities and hormones are correlated with weight gain and specific metabolic abnormalities,the precise mechanisms underlying antipsychoticinduced weight gain and metabolic disturbances remain unclear.Emerging evidence indicates the role of genetic polymorphisms associated with antipsychotic-induced weight gain and antipsychotic-induced metabolic disturbances.Although many guidelines for screening and monitoring antipsychotic-induced metabolic disturbances have been developed,they are not routinely implemented in clinical care.Numerous studies have also investigated strategies for managing antipsychotic-induced metabolic disturbances.Thus,patients and their caregivers must be educated and motivated to pursue a healthier life through smoking cessation and dietary and physical activity programs.If lifestyle intervention fails,switching to another antipsychotic drug with a lower metabolic risk or adding adjunctive medication to mitigate weight gain should be considered.Antipsychotic medications are essential for schizophrenia treatment,hence clinicians should monitor and manage the resulting weight gain and metabolic disturbances.展开更多
Based on the stress distribution characteristics of rock burst multiple sites,the criterion of horizontal stress inducing layer dislocation rock burst was established.Accordingly,the influencing factors were analyzed....Based on the stress distribution characteristics of rock burst multiple sites,the criterion of horizontal stress inducing layer dislocation rock burst was established.Accordingly,the influencing factors were analyzed.The analysis results indicate that the stress condition,edge of elastic zone depth,supporting strength,and the friction angle and cohesion among coal stratum,roof and floor are sensitive factors.By introducing double-couple model,the layer dislocation rock burst was explained and the energy radiation characteristics were analyzed.The SOS micro-seismic monitoring system was applied to observe the rock burst hazards about a mining face.The results show that P-and S-wave energy radiations produced by rock burst have directional characteristics.The energy radiation characteristics of the 22 rock bursts occurring on 79Z6 long-wall face are basically the same as theoretical results,that is,the ratio of S-wave energy of sensor 4 to 6 is about 1.5 and that of P-wave is smaller than 0.5.The consistency of the monitored characteristics of the energy radiation theoretically increases with the total energy increasing.展开更多

The key idea is to decompose the design problem into two simpler design steps by the technique used in the classical loop transfer recovery method (LTR). The disturbance cancellation integral controller is used as a basic controller. Since the standard loop transfer recovery method cannot be applied to the disturbance cancellation controller, the nonstandard version recently found is used for the decomposition. Exogenous inputs with constraints both on the amplitude and rate of change are considered. The majorant approach is taken to obtain the analytical sufficient matching conditions. A numerical design example is presented to illustrate the effiectiveness of the proposed design.展开更多
Increases of atmospheric ozone content were observed in March 1989 at Beijing, China. This is possible result of disturbance by the great solar flares. The mechanism is simply discussed in this paper.
