The renewal of ancient cities is an important part of the urban renewal work in China.However,there are few studies on the general historical ancient cities at the county level in China,and there is no guidance on the renewal path.Through the practice of the renewal design project of Suining County,Xuzhou City,it makes an exploratory study on the renewal concept and mode.It first interprets the connotation and implementation path of the renewal concept of“endowing the old with the new”.Based on the texture analysis of the ancient city of Suining,it finally determines the design theme that tracing the historical context of the ancient city.Using the renewal techniques such as“extraction-transformationactivation”,through the renewal strategies such as“building new space,shaping new landscape,inheriting new culture and pregnant with new environment”,it realizes the regeneration of urban historical context and meets the needs of residents'modern life,so as to provide reference and guidance for the renovation of general historical ancient cities at the county level in China. 展开更多

The popularity of flexible working hours around the world has slowed down the historical trend of reducing working hours.It even shows signs of regression.Whether and how to guide the cur-rent society with flexible working hours to return to the historical track of reducing working hours,improve the quality of working hours,and promote a smooth transition from the era of traditional standard work-ing hours to the era of flexible working hours has become a question related to the legal regulation of working hours in the new era.In this regard,although Western countries have proposed new regulatory concepts and carried out legislative practices with distinctive charac-teristics,the limitations of legal regulation capabilities have prevented them from proposing a package of institutional solutions.The advan-tage of China in the ability of legal regulation of working hours has been gradually formed in the legislation on working hours unnder the leadership of the CPC in the past century.It enables China to break through the limitations of the West and propose a Chinese approach to answer the question of the legal regulation of working hours in the new era from three aspects:limiting the extension of working hours,improving the quality of flexible working hours,and optimizing the funnctions of the multi-funnctional regulatory system for working hours. 展开更多

There are not many studies on this structure currently. In this study, an 18-story new staggered story isolated system model is established using SAP2000. The dynamic nonlinear dynamic alternate method is used to analyze the structure against progressive collapse. Results show that the structure has good resistance to progressive collapse, and there is no progressive collapse under each working condition. The progressive collapse does not occur for the case of removing only one vertical structural member of the new staggered of isolated system. The side column has big influence on this isolated structures’ progressive collapse;the removal of vertical structural member of the isolation layer has less impact on the structure than the removal of the bottom vertical structural member. After the removing of the member, the internal force of the structure will be redistributed, and the axial force of the adjacent columns will change obviously, showing a trend of “near large and far small”. 展开更多

Instead of relying on the erroneous principles of Special Relativity, this paper proposes a new theory based on the emission of photons by a source and their re-emission by a transparent medium. Through over 60 articles, we have demonstrated that Special Relativity is based on optical experiments and observations that have been incorrectly explained by the theory of a non-existent ether. Our findings show that all known experiments can be explained using classical concepts of space and time, thereby refuting the theory of relativity. This article also addresses the fallacy of the widely accepted etheric Doppler effects and its significant role in the history of science. 展开更多

In this paper, a photoelectric signal obtained scheme via equator triangle pattern engraved on rotor is discussed and the mathematic model is deduced in the case which is deflexion between rotor axis and the coordinate frame of case. The deflexion error and coupling error under the situation are analyzed. Finally, three methods of engraving based on the spherical triangle pattern are presented. The error models of various methods are built up and the simulation curves are provided respectively. We have done the primary experiments on the surface of rotor using this method. It can be seen from the enlarged figures that the rim of the pattern is smooth and the demand of sensor resolution is satisfied by and large. Glycidyl methaerylate (GMA) is a recently recognized chemical mutagen. Glycidyl methaerylate (GMA) is a recently recognized chemical mutagen. In order to explore the mutagenicity and mutagenic process of GMA, plasmid pBR322 was used for in vitro binding, mutant screening, and restriction enzyme mapping. The binding between GMA and DNA in vitro has been verified by means of a spectrophotometric method. When pBR322 and GMAbound pBR322 were used to transform Eschenchia coli HB101, the following results were obtained: (1) The transformation efficiency of GMA-bound pBR322 was much lower than that of pBR322 alone. (2) GMA-bound pBR322 induced phenotype changes in competent cells (i.e., tetracycline-resistance inactivation or ampicillin-resistance inactivation). There were two mutants of pBR322, Ap~RTc~S and Ap~STc~R, in the transformants and a deductive mutant Ap~STc~S in the nontranstormants. (3) All of the selected mutants were stable and heritable. (4) When restriction enzyme maps were used to analyze the mutant Ap~RTc~S, four of seven maps were changed. some sites were shifted to other resistant gene regions, for example, sites of Bgll, EcoRl, Ilindlll. Hinclll, etc., and there was a new recognition site for Hindi (252). We did not observe any DNA fragment insertion or deletion on any maps. Our results suggest that when GMA is covalently linked to the plasmid DNA, it gives rise to a premutagenic lesion of DNA that is converted in vivo into a point mutation. A phase transition starting at -11.6GPa is found. The space group of the high-pressure new phase is proposed as Pmca. AIM:To analyze the visual outcomes and the posterior capsule opacification(PCO)with the new Incise?MJ14intraocular lens(IOL)implanted through a 1.4 mm clear corneal incision(CCI)in patients who underwent bimanual microincision cataract surgery(B-MICS).METHODS:Eighty eyes which underwent cataract surgery using B-MICS technique performed by the same experienced surgeon were included in the study:40 eyes were implanted with an Incise?MJ14 IOL through a 1.4 mm CCI(group A)without enlargement of the main CCI,while 40 eyes were implanted with an Akreos?MI60 IOL with enlargement of the main CCI to 1.8 mm(group B).Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),astigmatism and endothelial cell loss were evaluated before and after surgery at 7,30d and 6mo.Anterior segment-optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT)of CCI was performed at 1,3,7,30d,6 and 18mo.PCO incidence was evaluated at 18mo using EPCO 2000 Software.RESULTS:Mean BCVA improvement and endothelial cell loss were statistically significant at 18mo in both groups with no difference between the two groups;no statistically significant difference in surgically induced astigmatism(SIA)was noticed in the two groups.At AS-OCT the only significant alterations in the CCI were endothelial gaping and local detachment of Descemet’s membrane at 1 and 7d after surgery;no statistically significant alterations were found at 1,6 and 18mo.PCO score at 18mo was 0.03±0.07for group A and 0.08±0.18 for group B(P=0.11)with no sign of central optic plate invasion in both groups.CONCLUSION:The implant of the new Incise?MJ14 IOL through a 1.4 mm CCI and B-MICS technique appeared to be a safe and effective procedure with rapid visual recovery.PCO rate resulted very low and the CCI presented few morphological alterations which were only detectable in the first days postoperatively and achieved fast corneal healing during the long-term follow-up. 展开更多

Trace amount of silver showed significant effect on the efficiency of light emission of HDEA during a positive trigonometrical wave pulse was exerted on the electrodes In the present paper, the ecl spectra of HDEA have been measured. λ_(max) is 410 nm. The reaction of HDEA chemiluminescence and the circular voltammetry, ultraviolet-visible spectrometry for the system have been investigated.
