“Cultivating people by virtue”has become the foundation of China’s education,and is the top priority of college education.“Only the learned can become teachers,and only those who behave properly can become role models”.The construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities is the premise of realizing the fundamental task of moral education,the need of teachers,the key to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and it is also the way to correct the bad atmosphere in colleges and universities.In the construction of teachers’ethics,teachers should understand their roles and improve their professional ethics,schools should improve the guarantee system of teachers’ethics construction,meanwhile,improve the status of teachers and create a social environment of respecting teachers and valuing teachers.

Research on the Menzel Drawing Close to the Spirit of the Masses of People and the Applications on Fine Arts Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Menzel was one of the famous German artists of the 19th century. His sketches were more contemporary and could show the true state of people’s life. Menzel sketches rich subject matter, in the process of creation can grasp the image is in place, and can work into the spirit of humanism, so that his works with realistic style, artistic value is relatively high, for later artistic creation and teaching has a greater signifi cance. This paper mainly analyzes the art, sketch and pasted application signifi cance and measures in the fine arts teaching in colleges and universities.

Research on the Role of Democratic Parties in Colleges and Universities in Building Morality and Cultivating People: Taking the General Branch of the Democratic League of Huizhou College as an Example

This article takes the general branch of the Huizhou College of the Democratic League of Huizhou College in recent years as an example. Through literature review, field research, case analysis, and other research methods, it summarized how the Democratic League of Huizhou College made good use of various activity carriers in ideological and political education. It combined discipline construction, scientific research platforms, school-government-enterprise, and other cooperation platforms. From educational methods to subject transformation and integration, and from daily teaching to social practice, it promoted the role of college teachers in the alliance to play the role of cultivating people in the era of college education reform. The aim was to put forward that in educating others, they should first educate themselves, teachers had two-way morality in terms of teacher ethics and professionalism, effectively integrated ideological and political courses into professional teaching and practice, and realized waiting for flowers to bloom in the “context”1 teaching environment like the cultivation effect of salt in water.

＂Universal Design＂ Approach for the Participation of the Disabled in Urban Life

Disability can occur to anyone and anyone can have difficulties in fulfilling daily activities in a certain part of their lives. Accessibility is a crucial matter and a basic human right for the disabled people in order to join the urban life. For this reason, the physical environment must be set, starting with the planning and design stage, in a form that can satisfy the utility and accessibility requirements of disabled people. One of the most important recent concepts to enable accessible and useful spaces for the disabled is the ＂universal design＂. Nowadays, even though there is an increase in the number of scientific publications, meetings and decisions taken, the regulatory process on our current living environment is developing slowly regarding the physical accessibility. At this point, the most important role regarding the handling of social and political paradigms of disability, addressing different users, application of the principals of universal design and creating knowledge in order to increase social awareness belongs to the departments of universities that offer design courses. The subject of the study in this context is to determine the contents and the proportion of the courses （compulsory and elective） related to ＂universal design and ＂disability design＂, which will ensure our living environment to be accessible and independently utilized for everyone, in the course plan of the architecture, interior architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture departments in Turkey.

The Applied Research on Multimedia Technology in College Teaching

Outreach onsite treatment with a simplified pangenotypic directacting anti-viral regimen for hepatitis C virus micro-elimination in a prison

BACKGROUND Prisoners are at risk of hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection,especially among the people who inject drugs(PWID).We implemented an outreach strategy in combination with universal mass screening and immediate onsite treatment with a simplified pan-genotypic direct-acting antivirals(DAA)regimen,12 wk of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir,in a PWID-dominant prison in Taiwan.AIM To implement an outreach strategy in combination with universal mass screening and immediate onsite treatment with a simplified pan-genotypic DAA regimen in a PWID-dominant prison in Taiwan.METHODS HCV-viremic patients were recruited for onsite treatment program for HCV micro-elimination with a pangenotypic DAA regimen,12 wk of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir,from two cohorts in Penghu Prison,either identified by mass screen or in outpatient clinics,in September 2019.Another group of HCV-viremic patients identified sporadically in outpatient clinics before mass screening were enrolled as a control group.The primary endpoint was sustained virological response(SVR12,defined as undetectable HCV ribonucleic acid(RNA)12 wk after end-of-treatment).RESULTS A total of 212 HCV-viremic subjects were recruited for HCV micro-elimination campaign;91 patients treated with sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir or glecaprevir/pibrentasvir before mass screening were enrolled as a control.The HCV microelimination group had significantly lower proportion of diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,advanced fibrosis and chronic kidney diseases,but higher levels of HCV RNA.The SVR12 rate was comparable between the HCV microelimination and control groups,95.8%(203/212)vs 94.5%(86/91),respectively,in intent-to-treat analysis,and 100%(203/203)vs 98.9%(86/87),respectively,in perprotocol analysis.There was no virological failure,treatment discontinuation,and serious adverse event among sofosbuvir/velpatasvir-treated patients in the HCV micro-elimination group.CONCLUSION Outreach mass screening followed by immediate onsite treatment with a simplified pangenotypic DAA regimen,sofosbuvir/velpatasvir,provides successful strategies toward HCV micro-elimination among prisoners.

Intelligent Agent Based Mapping of Software Requirement Specification to Design Model

Automatically mapping a requirement specification to design model in Software Engineering is an open complex problem. Existing methods use a complex manual process that use the knowledge from the requirement specification/modeling and the design, and try to find a good match between them. The key task done by designers is to convert a natural language based requirement specification (or corresponding UML based representation) into a predominantly computer language based design model—thus the process is very complex as there is a very large gap between our natural language and computer language. Moreover, this is not just a simple language conversion, but rather a complex knowledge conversion that can lead to meaningful design implementation. In this paper, we describe an automated method to map Requirement Model to Design Model and thus automate/partially automate the Structured Design (SD) process. We believe, this is the first logical step in mapping a more complex requirement specification to design model. We call it IRTDM (Intelligent Agent based requirement model to design model mapping). The main theme of IRTDM is to use some AI (Artificial Intelligence) based algorithms, semantic representation using Ontology or Predicate Logic, design structures using some well known design framework and Machine Learning algorithms for learning over time. Semantics help convert natural language based requirement specification (and associated UML representation) into high level design model followed by mapping to design structures. AI method can also be used to convert high level design structures into lower level design which then can be refined further by some manual and/or semi automated process. We emphasize that automation is one of the key ways to minimize the software cost, and is very important for all, especially, for the “Design for the Bottom 90% People” or BOP (Base of the Pyramid People).
