A Study of the Effect of Sichuan Opera Singing on the Vocal Skills of Music Students

The purpose of the article is to explore the effects of Sichuan opera singing on music majors’vocal skills,focusing on three key aspects:pitch test,assessment of rhythmic perception,and emotional expression.Through a quasi-experimental design,100 music majors were selected as research subjects and divided into an experimental group that received Sichuan opera singing instruction and a control group that received traditional vocal instruction.The results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group receiving Sichuan opera singing teaching showed significant improvement in pitch mastery,rhythm perception,and emotional expression.

The Contribution of Vocal Music Education in Colleges and Universities to Cultural Inheritance and Innovation

The importance of education and cultural inheritance is becoming increasingly prominent.Through literature review and empirical research,combining quantitative data and qualitative analysis,this paper assesses the teaching methods,curriculum,and student interest and participation in vocal music education in colleges and universities.The study found that vocal music education played a positive role in increasing students’participation in cultural activities,enhancing their identification with traditional music and improving their skills,despite problems such as inadequate teaching systems and homogenized curricula.In particular,the participation rate of students in cultural activities before and after the educational changes increased significantly from 31–54.7%to 62.4–83.6%,indicating that vocal music education can effectively stimulate students’enthusiasm for cultural participation.In addition,the strengthening of the teaching staff and innovations in teaching methods,such as the application of multimedia and virtual reality technologies,provide students with richer learning experiences and personalized learning paths.

On the importance of emotional cultivation in vocal music teaching

All teaching have feelings, no feelings of the teaching and learning are short, no matter how much knowledge, or repeatedmemory of how many times, if there is no emotional investment, these will vanish with time, the vocal music teaching is no exception. Discussion on the Role and Application of Imagination in the Vocal Music Teaching

Imagination should always exist in any artistic creation, and the art can be more flawless. Similarly, vocal music teaching also needs imagination. The power of the sound production lies in breathing, and the singers can control excellent sound production only if longterm and large trainings are undergone. Imagination is one of the indispensable important means in vocal music teaching. Therefore, it should be reasonably used in the vocal music teaching. In this paper, imagination is first reviewed, and then the role and application of imagination in the vocal music teaching is analyzed and discussed, so that some references provided for the better application of imagination in the vocal music teaching.

A study on the application of the ＂student-centered＂ educational concept in Vocal Music Teaching at normal universities

The teaching of Vocal Music Education in normal universities is a core part of vocal skills training in the system of music education, which has a direct impact on the cultivation of teachers of foundation music education. There has been a lot of discussion about Vocal Music Teaching or specifically aim at improving the students＇ comprehensive ability, but the number of systematic study which integrates both of the two is little. The training contents of the teaching of Vocal Music Education in normal universities include the features of rich teaching content; instructional mode is composed of classroom teaching, art practice, practice teaching and other diverse forms. The teaching of Vocal Music Education at normal universities can promote the cultivation of the students＇ comprehensive capabilities, including： the cultivation of moral and intellectual, the enhancement of cultural accomplishment, and the cultivation of language competence, connoisseurship and psychological qualities and such non-professional quality; good singing, correct listening and perception ability, good ability of piano accompaniment, and the cultivation and improvement of ability of teaching practice and such professional quality. The author combines the ＂student-centered＂ educational concept to analyze the teaching of Vocal Music at normal universities, hoping to provide some inspiration and help for educators of Vocal Music Teaching.

Music Education Mode Optimization and Vocal Training System Construction from the perspective of Cultural and Aesthetic

Research on the Development Trend of Contemporary Vocal Music Education System from the Curriculum Optimization Perspective

In this paper, we conduct research on the development trend of contemporary vocal music education system from the curriculum optimization perspective. Analysis on the Enlightenment from Comprehensive Musicianship Course on the Teaching of Vocal Music Performance

Excavation to creativity is one of important means in the teaching process. Comprehensive musicianship course is an experimental teaching method, but also a teaching art form in the music education system. Reference and Application of Peking Opera Aria in National Vocal Music Singing

Peking Opera is one of ancient opera arts in China, known as the ＂national essence＂ , which has a very high artistic achievement. Because of its unique and systematic aria, phonology, performance and modeling, Peking Opera is favored by people, which is an art that vocal music artists mutually research and learn. The Peking Opera aria has already formed a set of professional theories, which has practical significance to guide the national vocal music. It not only can inherit the Peking Opera but also can carry forward the national vocal music. This paper illustrates the reference and application of Peking Opera aria in national vocal music singing according to examples, which provides the reference advice for the development of national vocal music.

A Comparative Study of Chinese National Vocal Music and Bel Canto

Both Chinese national vocal music and bel canto have a very long history of development, but have their own different characteristics. However, the two different ways are mutually influenced and connected along with the social economic development and globalization. This requires the absorption of the excellent western singing styles on the basis of developing Chinese national vocal music, so as to promote a common development. In this paper, Chinese national vocal music and bel canto are studied and analyzed according to the historical origins, different characteristics, effects, etc.

Effect of vocal respiratory training on respiratory function and respiratory neural plasticity in patients with cervical spinal cord injury:a randomized controlled trial

In previous studies,researchers have used singing to treat respiratory function in patients with spinal cord injury.However,few studies have examined the way in which vocal training affects respiratory neural plasticity in patients with spinal cord injury.Vocal respiratory training(VRT)is a type of vocal muscle-related treatment that is often a component of music therapy(MT)and focuses on strengthening respiratory muscles and improving lung function.In this randomized controlled study,we analyzed the therapeutic effects of VRT on respiratory dysfunction at 3 months after cervical spinal cord injury.Of an initial group of 37 patients,26 completed the music therapy intervention,which comprised five 30-minute sessions per week for 12 weeks.The intervention group(n=13)received VRT training delivered by professional certified music therapists.The control group(n=13)received respiratory physical therapy delivered by professional physical therapists.Compared with the control group,we observed a substantial increase in respiratory function in the intervention group after the 12-week intervention.Further,the nerve fiber bundles in the respiratory center in the medulla exhibited a trend towards increased diversification,with an increased number,path length,thickness,and density of nerve fiber bundles.These findings provide strong evidence for the effect of music therapeutic VRT on neural plasticity.This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of China Rehabilitation Research Center(approval No.2020-013-1)on April 1,2020,and was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(registration No.Chi CTR2000037871)on September 2,2020.

Periodic System of Atoms in Biquaternionic Representation

Private monochromatic solutions of the free-field equation of electro-gravimagnetic charges and currents are constructed in the differential algebra of biquaternions, which describe elementary particles as standing electro-gravimagnetic waves. The two classes of solutions of this biquaternionic wave equation have been investigated, generated by scalar potentials (pulsars) and vectorial potentials (spinors). Their asymptotic properties are considered, on the base of which they are classified into heavy (boson) and light (lepton) elementary particles. The biquaternion representation of the hydrogen atom is given. The periodic system of elements is produced, which is built on the principle of the musical structure of a simple gamma.
