X-ray diffractometer (XRD) was employed for the analysis of phase composition, grain size and lattice parameters of anatase. Photocatalytic activity of the composites was investigated through its photocatalytic degradation to methylene blue (MB) solution. The results showed that Tb2O3 significantly inhibited the transformarion process, which displayed an appreciably intensified effect with increasing Tb2O3 content. It could be attributed to the coaction of the active and passive influence mechanisms. For Tb3+ entering TiO2 lattice, replacing Ti4+ accelerated the transformation, whereas the lattice distortion caused by it was unfavorable for the process. On the other hand, the redox reaction between Tb3+ and TiO2 as well as the Tb2O3 deposited on the surface of TiO2 inhibited the transformation. The addition of Tb2O3 effectively restrained the grain growth of TiO2 and the effect became significant with the increase of its content. With the increase of Tb2O3 addition, the photocatalytic activity of the catalysts increased and then dropped after reaching the maximum at about 2%. The action mechanism of Tb2O3 could be attributed to its optical properties and its effect on phase transformation, grain growth and crystal structure of TiO2.展开更多

This coffee callus actively proliferated, with a 21-fold increase during five weeks of subculture, with a growth curve comprising two typical phases: a lag phase of 0 - 2 weeks of culture and an exponential phase of 3 - 5 weeks of culture. Allelopathic activity varied depending on the growth phase of the coffee callus. The strongest allelopathic activity was detected in 1 - 2-week-old callus showing nearly 100% inhibitory effect on lettuce seedling growth. As the allelopathic activity of coffee calli is extremely high, beyond the natural level in coffee leaves and green beans, we focused on analyzing the allelopathic activity of its aqueous extracts using high-performance liquid chromatography. Several prominent peaks, including two reference alkaloids, theobromine and caffeine, which are known allelochemicals in coffee plants, and three distinct unknown peaks were identified at 270 nm in coffee calli during the lag phase (1 - 2 weeks of culture). The higher value of the total phenolic content in the lag phase also suggested a key biosynthetic pathway in relation to the allelopathic activity of coffee callus will be activated in the lag phase.展开更多

The N2-calcined catalyst exhibits enhanced HCHO oxidation and superior stability. On the basis of H2-TPR, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Raman characterizations, this can be ascribed to better redox ability, octahedrally coordinated Co2+ ions derived from the CoO phase, and other surface oxygen species, such as O2– or O–. The extra octahedrally coordinated Co2+ ions may reside in a more open framework site than the inactive tetrahedrally coordinated Co2+ ions. This species of Co2+ can easily make contact with oxygen and oxidize. The surface oxygen species, along with the octahedrally coordinated Co2+ ions, and a part of the Co3+ species constitute the Co2+-oxygen species-Co3+ sites, which enhance the catalytic activities. According to DRIFTS, Co2+-oxygen species-Co3+ makes oxidation of HCHO and conversion of DOM to formate easier.展开更多

The scheme is implemented by a dual coding genetic algorithm(GA). Phase and amplitude of array weight vectors for beam shaping are encoded by real coding and finite length binary coding, respectively, which, maintaining accuracy of results, reduces the amplitude dynamic range and improves the efficiency of power amplifiers. The presented algorithm, compared with complex-coded GA,increases the convergence rate due to the search space's decrease. In order to overcome the prematurity and obtain better global optimization or quasi-global optimization,a new dual coding GA based on "species diversity retention" strategy and adaptive crossover and mutation probability are presented.展开更多

文摘The activation of HCl by cationic Au in the presence of C2H2 is important for the construction of active Au sites and in acetylene hydrochlorination. Here,we report a strategy for activating HCl by the Au-based supported ionic liquid phase(Au–SILP)technology with the[N(CN)2^–]anion.This strategy enables HCl to accept electrons from[N(CN)2^–]anions in Au–[N(CN)2^–]complexes rather than from pure[Bmim][N(CN)2],leading to notable improvement in both the reaction path and the stability of the catalyst without changing the reaction triggered by acetylene adsorption.Furthermore, the induction period of the Au–SILP catalyst was shown to be absent in the reaction process due to the high Au(III)content in the Au(Ⅲ)/Au(Ⅰ)site and the high substrate diffusion rate in the ionic liquid layer. This work provides a facile method to improve the stability of Au-based catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination.
文摘A novel current-source active power filter (APF) based on multi-modular converter with carrier phase-shifted SPWM (CPS-SPWM) technique is proposed. With this technique, the effect of equivalent high switching frequency con-verter is obtained with low switching frequency converter. It is very promising in current-source APF that adopt super-conducting magnetic energy storage component.
文摘A set of correct expressions for calculating activities and activity coefficients from binary phase diagrams involving intermediate compounds are presented in this paper by the introduction of a correct parameter θ. The application of these expressions to system Mg-Sn shows that they are quite feasible.

文摘A series of Co-based oxide catalysts were prepared by calcining hydrotalcite precursors in different atmospheres and studied for HCHO catalytic oxidation. According to DRIFTS, Co2+-oxygen species-Co3+ makes oxidation of HCHO and conversion of DOM to formate easier.
文摘Objective: To establish a new assay for platelet-activating factor (PAF), to compare it with bio-assay; and to discuss its significance in some elderly people diseases such as cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease. Methods: To measure PAF levels in 100 controls, 23 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and 65 cases with coronary heart disease by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatographic technique (rHPLC). Results:rHPLC is more convenient, sensitive, specific, and less confusing, compared with bio-assay. The level of plasma PAF in patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that in the controls (P<0.01), and in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion: Detection of PAF with rHPLC is more reliable and more accurate. The new assay has important significance in PAF research.

文摘Computer simulations were performed to study the dense mixtures of passive particles and active particles in two dimensions. Two systems with different kinds of passive particles(e.g.,spherical particles and rod-like particles)were considered. At small active forces, the high-density and low-density regions emerge in both systems, indicating a phase separation. At higher active forces, the systems return to a homogeneous state with large fluctuation of particle area in contrast with the thermo-equilibrium state.Structurally, the rod-like particles accumulate loosely due to the shape anisotropy compared with the spherical particles at the high-density region. Moreover, there exists a positive correlation between Voronoi area and velocity of the particles.Additionally,a small number of active particles capably give rise to super-diffusion of passive particles in both systems when the self-propelled force is turned on.

文摘Methanol synthesis from CO_(2)hydrogenation catalyzed by Zn/Cu alloy has been widely studied, but there is still debate on its catalytic active phase and whether the Zn can be oxidized during the reaction process. What is more,as Zn atoms could locate on Zn/Cu alloy surface in forms of both single atom and cluster, how Zn surface distribution affects catalytic activity is still not clear. In this work,we performed a systematic theoretical study to compare the mechanistic natures and catalytic pathways between Zn single atom and small cluster on catalyst surface, where the surface oxidation was shown to play the critical role. Before surface oxidation, the Zn single atom/Cu is more active than the Zn small cluster/Cu,but its surface oxidation is difficult to take place.Instead, after the easy surface oxidation by CO_(2)decomposition,the oxidized Zn small cluster/Cu becomes much more active, which even exceeds the hardlyoxidized Zn single atom/Cu to become the active phase.Further analyses show this dramatic promotion of surface oxidation can be ascribed to the following factors:i)The O from surface oxidation could preferably occupy the strongest binding sites on the center of Zn cluster. That makes the O intermediates bind at the Zn/Cu interface, preventing their too tight binding for further hydrogenation;ii)The higher positive charge and work function on the oxidized surface could also promote the hydrogenation of O intermediates. This work provided one more example that under certain condition, the metal cluster can be more active than the single atom in heterogeneous catalysis.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the chemical synthesis of peptideκ-CTx-btg02.[Methods]Linear peptideκ-CTx-btg02 was synthesized by solid phase peptide synthesis(SPPS).After oxidation and folding of the linear peptide, mass spectrometry identification and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)purification were performed. Then, the MTT method and insect injection method were applied to study its insecticidal activity.[Results]The peptideκ-CTx-btg02 was successfully synthesized by the SPPS method, and identified for the formation of disulfide bonds by mass spectrometry identification, and the purity after HPLC separation was greater than 95%.The MTT experiment showed that the peptideκ-CTx-btg02 could inhibit the growth of insect cells sf9,with a half effective dose of 0.13 nM.The insect injection experiment showed that the peptideκ-CTx-btg02 could effectively kill Tenebrio molitor, with a half lethal dose of 15.6 nM.The results of the electrophysiological experiment showed that 10μM peptideκ-CTx-btg02 had no blocking activity on murine acetylcholineα2β3 andα3β4.Therefore,the peptideκ-CTx-btg02 had a good inhibitory effect on the growth of insect cells, highly effective insecticidal activity and weak mammalian toxicity.[Conclusions]This study lays a foundation for the development of new, safe and efficient peptide biological insecticides.

文摘To gain the tradeoff between lower sidelobe and higher power amplifiers efficiency,a transmitting beam shaping scheme with limited amplitude weight values for satellite active phased array antenna is presented. In order to overcome the prematurity and obtain better global optimization or quasi-global optimization,a new dual coding GA based on "species diversity retention" strategy and adaptive crossover and mutation probability are presented.

文摘Rapid capacity decay and sluggish reaction kinetics are major barriers hindering the applications of manganese-based cathode materials for aqueous zinc-ion batteries.Herein, the effects of crystal plane on the in-situ transformation behavior and electrochemical performance of manganese-based cathode is discussed.A comprehensive discussion manifests that the exposed(100)crystal plane is beneficial to the phase transformation from tunnel-structured MnO_(2) to layer-structured ZnMn_(3)O_(7)·3H_(2)O,which plays a critical role for the high reactivity, high capacity, fast diffusion kinetics and long cycling stability.Additionally,a two-stage zinc storage mechanism can be demonstrated, involving continuous activation reaction and phase transition reaction. As expected,it exhibits a high capacity of 275 mAh g^(-1)at 100 mA g^(-1),a superior durability over 1000 cycles and good rate capability. This study may open new windows toward developing advanced cathodes for ZIBs,and facilitate the applications of ZIBs in large-scale energy storage system.
