Research on Innovative Ways of Integrating Aesthetic Education with Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

Aesthetic education and ideological and political education undertake the educational responsibilities of educating people with beauty and cultivating people with morals,respectively.The innovation of aesthetic education and the reform of ideological and political education have common educational goals and target students.Integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education can promote the overall healthy development of students,which has both historical and practical significance.In this paper,the importance and characteristics of integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education in colleges and universities are analyzed from multiple dimensions,and four feasible ways of integrating aesthetic education with ideological and political education are proposed.The latter draws on extracurricular activities,emotional touch,a pleasant aesthetic atmosphere,and educational synergy to improve students’aesthetic literacy and cultivate correct ideological and political concepts among students.A survey of 1,047 students showed that the understanding and acceptance of ideological and political education were strengthened and improved after implementing these innovative integration ways.Taken together,the exploration and practice of these integration ways contribute to expanding the effect of ideological and political education in the new era and constitute important parts of the reform of college and university education in the new journey.

Practical Principles and Ways of Undergraduates’ ideological and moral education in university

The important target audiences of the college ideological and political education are the undergraduates. Anyone who works on the college ideological and political education has to learn the basic features of the development of the undergraduates’ moral qualities as well as the counseling principle, the optimism principle, the democratic principle and the encouraging principle. The college applied the means of traditional moral education to enhance undergraduates’ understanding of morality, gave topics on morality for undergraduates to increase their judgments on moral issues, praised the moral model undergraduates who served as a role model for the undergraduates, and offered the literary and artistic works for reading to trigger the emotional response of undergraduates. Agile Practices Adoption in Romania and Their Benefits

The Agile methods have become the norm in the software development industry to defeat the shortcomings of the Waterfall model(McGregor&Doshi,2018).It promotes an empirical and iterative way of working that empowers the teams to be more self-organized and work closer to their users.As worldwide companies are more and more experienced in using Agile,studies show that the most prevalent advantages generated by this way of working are:increased productivity,improved customer collaboration,better predictability,fewer technical errors,and higher team motivation(Version One,2019).The author’s comprehensive studies about the Agile way of working helped her identify a list of essential practices that teams should apply to reach each one of the mentioned benefits.While Agile is more widespread in specific places in the world,there are still counties that are not that mature in applying it.The purpose of this paper is to present the level of adoption of the most common Agile practices in Romania and their potential benefits.The study focuses on the software development industry,and it is based on the results of a survey with 200 respondents coming from different IT companies.

Experimental Point-to-Multipoint Plug-and-Play Measurement-Device-Independent Quantum Key Distribution Network

Measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution(MDI-QKD) offers a practical way to realize a startype quantum network. Previous experiments on MDI-QKD networks can only support the point-to-point communication. We experimentally demonstrate a plug-and-play MDI-QKD network which can support the pointto-multipoint communication among three users. Benefiting from the plug-and-play MDI-QKD architecture,the whole network is automatically stabilized in spectrum, polarization, arrival time, and phase reference. The users only need the encoding devices, which means that the hardware requirements are greatly reduced. Our experiment shows that it is feasible to establish a point-to-multipoint MDI-QKD network.

生命意义感是人类活动的关键引擎,有意义的生活是幸福的最深层次含义。文章以人们踏上旅途寻求生活的意义这一现实现象为切入点,将积极心理学中的生命意义感范畴引入旅游研究视野,以相关网络游记与社区问答文本为材料,运用扎根理论进行编码分析,最终提炼出“旅游世界中的顿悟时刻”这一核心范畴,对旅游者获取生命意义感的具体过程与一般路径作出理论解释。研究发现:1)旅游者以具身实践的方式主动地构建生命意义,具身实践是旅游者生命意义感的来源;2)旅游者由审美体验中的自我超越激发生命活力,自发地觉察生命意义;3)旅游者通过自我反思这一内省过程形成对世界与真实自我的深刻理解,不断地追寻生命意义;4)旅游者通过自我认同的强化实现自我价值的确认,进而真正地肯定生命价值;5)回归日常生活世界时,人们通过回忆与回味重新赋予旅游体验以新的意义,个体生命状态的转变是旅游积极人生意义的一种体现。文章创新地构建出旅游世界中的生命意义感生成模型,对人们在旅游世界中获取生命意义感的顿悟时刻进行了深入解读,丰富了旅游体验的研究内容,深化了现有研究对旅游积极效应的认识,为深入理解旅游的意义提供了新思考。
