During the epidemic period, if not treated in time, the complications are high and the mortality is high. If we do not pay attention to infection prevention and control in pre-hospital emergency care, it will lead to the first time infection of medical staff and in-hospital cross infection in emergency outpatient receiving area. The correct consideration of both and the establishment of perfect pre-hospital emergency treatment and infection prevention and control synchronous strategy is an important premise to ensure the stable, orderly and safe medical treatment. Objective: To explore the effect of synchronous implementation of pre-hospital emergency care, nursing and infection pre-vention and control for senile OVCF during the epidemic. In order to improve the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency care and prevent the spread of infection. Method: A total of 92 elderly patients with OVCF who received pre-hospital treatment in 18 hospitals in Zhangjiakou City during the epidemic prevention and control period from January 2020 to November 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as research objects, including 24 males and 68 females, aged 65 - 82 (74.2 ± 2.2) years. All patients were associated with concomitant injuries and underlying diseases. All patients in this group underwent predictive pre-hospital rescue and infection prevention and control procedures. Results: All the 92 elderly patients with OVCF received timely pre-hospital treatment during the epidemic period, and no aggravation occurred of the 92 patients, 35 were in the high risk area, 10 were in the medium risk area, and 47 were in the low risk area. Exclude OVCF for NCP Patients were treated according to the conventional diagnosis and treatment principles. Suspected and confirmed cases are transferred to designated surgical hospitals for treatment. All patients were followed up 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. There was no death rate, high satisfaction of pre-hospital first aid, high diagnostic accuracy, and good curative effect. None of the rescue personnel had any infection rate, and no hospital infection transmission and nosocomial cross infection occurred. Conclusion: It is the first step to safely treat patients and prevent cross infection to establish a perfect synchronous strategy of pre-hospital first aid and infection prevention and control.展开更多

文摘"Preventive Treatment of Diseases"is an important theory of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to prevent and treat diseases. This review explored the prevention and treatment of perimenopausal hypertension with the idea of"Preventive Treatment of Disease".Strengthening the health care awareness of perimenopausal women, carring community education activities, health education publicity, health screening, early screening and identification of high-risk groups play the important role in prevention of perimenopausal hypertension.TCM treatment has unique advantages in improving patients'anxiety, and other bad emotions, regulating patients'constitution, promoting the early arrival of the disease recovery period, and preventing recurrence after the disease;Western medicine can control blood pressure quickly and effectively in the stage of disease progression, and both TCM and Western medicine have their own advantages.Rational and effective application of combined TCM and Western medicine in clinical practice can significantly improve patients'symptoms, improve treatment effect, and prevent disease progression or recurrence.
文摘Objective:To explore and analyze on how to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs in patients with complications after orthopedic trauma surgery. Methods:The research patients were selected from the cases of surgical treatment of orthopedic trauma in the hospital during the past two years, and a total of 58 patients were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 29 patients in the control group treated with conventional clinical methods;and the other 29 patients were assigned to the experimental group, where targeted preventive and therapeutic measures were administered.During the research, the number of complications of postoperative deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs and the corresponding treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:According to the results of clinical experiments, the probability of patients in the experimental group suffering from deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);in addition, when complications of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs occurred, the treatment efficacy of the patients in the experimental group was 96.55%,and the treatment efficacy of the patients in the control group was 82.76%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical experiments to study and analyze the prevention and treatment measures of deep vein thrombosis in patients with complications after orthopedic trauma surgery, this research proves that active and comprehensive preventive and treatment measures can effectively reduce the number of complications and improve surgery treatment efficacy.
文摘For prevention and treatment of Kaschin-Beck disease by applying Se fertilizer to soil to increase Se up to normal level for the wheat grains is introduced in this paper. After use this measure the intake of Se by the residents in the exemplary area increased from 10.4μg to 33.6 μg per day in average. After supplementing Se to human body one year, there is no new patient found among 300 healthy children in the exemplary area but 4 patients found among 264 healthy children in the control area. It is shown that by applying Se fertilizer to KBD area is a effective way for preventing and cure this disease.

文摘The prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases is the new challenge for pharmaceutical industry, but also for public institutions, physicians, patients, and their families. The spread of these pathologies is,in fact,a real social problem, especially in the Western Countries where the population age is increasing and chronic diseases are more and more common.
文摘Background: Novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) and osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) are the high incidences of diseases in the elderly. Conclusion: It is the first step to safely treat patients and prevent cross infection to establish a perfect synchronous strategy of pre-hospital first aid and infection prevention and control.
文摘This article discusses the role of dietary regimen in the traditional culture of Chinese medicine according to its origin.Dietary regimen is a technique that inherits the traditional culture of Chinese medicine.Through analysis of the characteristics of the dietary regimen and the discussion of the idea of disease prevention, the application of the dietary regimen in disease prevention is sought.Under the guidance of three key factors, the application of the dietary regimen in disease prevention is mainly manifested in two aspects.First, the dietary regimen can be used to guide the daily reasonable diet to maintain the human body in a balance of Yin and Yang, which could prevent the occurrence of diseases.Second,on the basis of minimizing health loss,it can be used for disease treatment, adjuvant treatment, and rehabilitation. Finally, taking preventive treatment as the guiding ideology, the application of a dietary regimen as an“anti‑epidemic”was briefly discussed.
