Correlation between psychological traits and the use of smart medical services in young and middle-aged adults: An observational study

BACKGROUND Psychological problems affect economic development.However,there is a huge gap between mental health service resources and mental health service needs.Existing mental health service technology and platforms cannot meet all the diverse mental health needs of people.Smart medicine is a new medical system based online that can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of medical services and make mental health services accessible.AIM To explore the level of intelligent medical use among young and middle-aged people and its correlation with psychological factors.METHODS Convenience sampling was used to select 200 young and middle-aged patients with medical experience at the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu between January 2022 and January 2023 as the research subjects.The general condition Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Symptom Checklist-90,General Health Questionnaire,and Smart Medical Service Use Intention Questionnaire were used to collect data.Pearson’s correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the participants’willingness to use smart medical services and their personality characteristics,psychological symptoms,and mental health.RESULTS The results revealed that the mental health of young and middle-aged people was poor,and some had psycho-logical problems such as anxiety,depression,and physical discomfort.Familiarity,acceptance,and usage of smart healthcare in this population are at a medium level,and these levels correlate with psychological characteristics.Acceptance was positively correlated with E,and negatively correlated with P,anxiety,fear,anxiety/insomnia,and social dysfunction.The degree of use was negatively correlated with P,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,and somatic symptoms.CONCLUSION The familiarity,acceptance,and usage of smart medical services among the middle-aged and young groups are related to various psychological characteristics.

Auditory symptoms and psychological characteristics in adults with auditory processing disorders

Most adults with auditory processing disorder(APD) often have trouble at work. It is possible that these listening problems in adults with APD influence their mental health. Thus, we have to take the subject's personality and mental status into consideration when supporting subjects with APD. However, studies on APD in adults are comparatively rare. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the relationships between the results of auditory tests, APD symptoms, and psychological status in subjects with APD. This study included 22 adults who complained of listening problems in everyday life, and they underwent auditory processing tests and were questioned regarding their psychological characteristics.From the results of the auditory processing tests, all subjects showed low scores on at least one test; therefore, they were suspected of having APD. Especially, the scores were low on the auditory memory test. Furthermore, subjects with APD show relatively similar psychological characteristics to each other. However, there was no significant relationship between the results of the auditory processing tests and psychological characteristics.We have to take notice of a subject's psychological state when they perceive their listening difficulties as a large-scale problem and feel anxious as a result. For this purpose, we should take psychological characteristics into consideration at the time of the medical examination interview before audio-psychological testing.

Psychological Well-Being of Adolescents in South Western Nigeria: Its Association with Sociodemographic Characteristics and Perceived Food Insecurity

Psychological well-being (PWB) which is a measure of life satisfaction in adolescence plays a great role in their behavioral lifestyle. The aim of this study was to assess the adolescents’ psychological well-being, its association with perceived food insecurity, and their sociodemographic characteristics. Using multistage random sampling, 352 students from three secondary schools in Ado Local Government in Nigeria were recruited. A self-administered questionnaire adapted from existing literature was used for data collection. About fifty-six percent of the adolescents had high psychological well-being. Most of the students studied had a high estimate of themselves in their self-autonomy and personal growth development. While Tribe (p = 0.032), type of family (p < 0.001), present class (p = 0.039) and class repetition (p = 0.018) were significantly associated with psychological well-being of adolescents, most adolescents had a medium to high food insecurity. Self-autonomy and personal growth development in adolescents are associated with the type of family structure, the higher the social class of the family and the lower of the occurrence of repetition of a class shall be. A stable family environment is beneficial to adolescents.

生理疼痛和心理疼痛是抑郁症常见的两种疼痛类型,它们的共存给抑郁症的及时诊断、症状缓解和生活质量提升带来了挑战。通过综述文献可发现相比健康被试,在行为指标方面,抑郁症在不同类型的生理疼痛上表现出不一致的疼痛敏感性,在心理疼痛上表现出疼痛阈限更低、持续时间更长和痛苦感更强等特点;在神经机制方面,抑郁症患者生理疼痛与心理疼痛的特征模式与健康被试相似。未来研究可以注重探究两种类型疼痛-抑郁共病的特点,厘清抑郁症疼痛加工的影响因素,探讨抑郁症的生理疼痛加工和心理疼痛加工的共性和差异性,阐明抑郁症伴随疼痛的功能性神经学变化,为更精准的诊断和更有效的治疗提供依据。

学习障碍儿童的主客观心理和行为特征分析

目的分析学习障碍儿童的主客观心理和行为特征表现。方法回顾性分析2021年4月至2023年12月在江门市新会区妇幼保健院儿童保健心理门诊就诊的84例学习障碍儿童的临床资料,并根据年龄分为7~10岁学习障碍儿童组51例,11~14岁学习障碍儿童组33例。同期随机匹配同学校健康的96例非学习障碍儿童作为对照组。采用Achenbach行为量表(CBCL/4-16)评价儿童行为,采用儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)评价儿童生活质量,比较两组儿童的心理和行为特征。结果7~10岁学习障碍儿童组女童与对照组女童CBCL评分中的攻击、多动评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同年龄段两组男童CBCL评分中的违纪、攻击、多动评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);11~14岁学习障碍儿童组女童与对照组女童CBCL评分中的违纪、社交退缩及抑郁评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同年龄段的两组男童CBCL评分中的违纪、攻击、社交退缩及抑郁评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);7~10岁学习障碍儿童组与对照组同性别儿童QLSCA评分中的同伴关系、师生关系评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);11~14岁学习障碍儿童组与对照组同性别儿童QLSCA评分中的作业态度、负性情绪、生活能力与态度、亲子关系、同伴关系、师生关系、自我满意度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学习障碍儿童组儿童的多动、孤独、焦虑及抑郁、低自信、内向、敌对和冲动率分别为57.14%、59.52%、65.48%、51.19%、35.71%、30.95%、22.62%,明显高于对照组儿童的11.46%、8.33%、5.21%、10.42%、7.29%、6.25%、4.17%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学习障碍儿童的心理及行为问题突出,且不同年龄阶段的学习障碍儿童行为存在差异,11~14岁学习障碍儿童对生活质量的满意度更低,应加强对此类儿童心理行为的关注。

血液病住院患者衰弱状况调查分析

目的:调查血液病住院患者衰弱状况,为制定血液病患者临床治疗方案提供依据。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第967医院血液科收治的血液病患者101例作为研究对象,采用Tilburg衰弱量表(TFI)评估患者衰弱状况,依据TFI评分将患者分为衰弱组与非衰弱组,比较两组血常规结果,统计衰弱组TFI各分数人数以及TFI各条目人数。结果:101例患者TFI≥5分49例,衰弱发生率为48.5%。衰弱组红细胞、血红蛋白水平低于非衰弱组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组白细胞、血小板水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。衰弱组TFI评分7(5,12)分,7分占比最多(26.5%),≥10分占比较少(10%);衰弱组在躯体维度占比>50.0%的分别为疲劳感(87.8%)、行走困难(71.4%)、握力下降(65.3%)、自评身体健康(63.3%)、视力下降(55.1%);心理维度占比>50.0%分别为记忆力减退(67.3%)、抑郁(51.0%);社会维度占比>50.0%为社会关系(91.8%)。结论:血液病住院患者衰弱发生率较高,衰弱程度处于中等水平,发生可能与贫血有关,临床应重视对血液病患者衰弱的评估,根据患者衰弱时所表现出的特征,采取针对性干预措施。

奢侈品皮具是我国皮革产业体系中的重要一环。文章针对当前我国奢侈品皮具消费现状进行分析,认为我国的奢侈品皮具产品类型集中在包、鞋、家具等方向,总结了当前我国消费者在奢侈品皮具消费方面的心理特征,包括发展型悦己需求显著、品牌偏好需求依然明显、交际需求逐渐显现、猎奇需求逐渐变少等;以此分析为基础提出部分奢侈品皮具产品的发展思路。

头颈癌患者临床及心理特征与生命质量的关系探讨

目的分析影响头颈癌患者生命质量的临床和心理因素,为制定提高头颈癌患者生命质量的相关措施提供依据。方法采用自行研制的头颈癌生命质量测定量表QLICP-HN(V2.0)调查100例头颈癌患者的生命质量,应用统计描述、多元逐步回归的方法分析影响头颈癌患者生命质量的临床与心理因素。结果在多元回归分析中,呕吐、忧虑、唾液黏稠、咳嗽、口腔疼痛、疼痛对于生命质量总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。忧虑、气促、唾液黏稠对于生命质量心理功能领域得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。呕吐、睡眠困难、忧虑、咳嗽、唾液黏稠对于生命质量躯体功能领域得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。呕吐、脾气急躁、声音嘶哑对于生命质量社会功能领域得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。口腔疼痛、疼痛、口干、恶心程度对于生命质量共性症状与不良反应领域得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。咳嗽、疼痛、口腔疼痛对于生命质量特异模块领域得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论呕吐、咳嗽、口干、疼痛等临床症状以及脾气急躁、忧虑等心理特征能影响患者生命质量,针对其采取措施有望提高头颈癌患者生命质量。

新时代中国特色高校心理育人体系的构建

立足新时代我国高校心理育人工作面临的新形势,分析了高校心理育人工作存在的问题,指出照搬西方学术体系,忽视中西方文化差异,重个体轻群体以及师资队伍建设不足等因素,制约了我国高校心理育人工作的有效开展。因此,提出以自信自立为原则,培育时代新人为使命,中国特色社会主义文化为根基的高校心理育人理论体系;聚焦“三全育人”教育理念,强化师资队伍建设,突出中医心理特色,充分运用数字技术的高校心理育人的实践路径,从而构建中国特色高校心理育人体系。
