However, information exchange behaviors of industry association will have double and legal effect on market and competition, which can not only promote the communication among members of the industry to find a solution to the industry benefit maximization, but also can produce inhibition and barriers to competition in the market. So in this paper, the industry association analysis will be made on the pros and cons of the information exchange, and the legislative defects and the insufficiency of information exchange industry association in our country. Stringent regulations and environmental concerns make the production of clean fuels with low sulfur content compulsory for the petroleum refining industry.Because of ease of operation without high energy consumption,t...Stringent regulations and environmental concerns make the production of clean fuels with low sulfur content compulsory for the petroleum refining industry.Because of ease of operation without high energy consumption,the adsorption of sulfur compounds seems the most promising process.Central composite design was used to optimize parameters influencing the synthesis of dispersed carbon nanoparticles(CNPs),a new class of sorbents,in order to obtain an excellent adsorbent for desulfurization of liquid fuel.The optimized dispersed CNPs,which are immiscible in liquid fuel,can effectively adsorb different benzothiophenic compounds.Equilibrium adsorption was achieved within 2 min for benzothiophene,dibenzothiophene,and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene with removal efficiency values of 75 %,83 %,and 52 %,respectively.The rate of desulfurization by the prepared CNPs in the present work is seven times higher than the previously reported CNPs.Optimized CNPs were characterized by different techniques.Finally,the effect of the mass of CNPs on the removal efficiency was studied as well.展开更多

Through rewriting the CRTBP into Port-Hamiltonian framework, we are allowed to design the feedback controller through ener</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">gy-shaping and dissipation injection. The closed-loop Hamiltonian is </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">a candidate of the Lyapunov function to establish nonlinear stability of the designed equilibrium, which enlarges the application region of feedback controller compared with that based on linearized dynamics. Consumers’willingness to engage in green consumption behavior will be guided by internal psychological factors and also influenced by external environmental factors.One of the most common external interventions is th...Consumers’willingness to engage in green consumption behavior will be guided by internal psychological factors and also influenced by external environmental factors.One of the most common external interventions is the issuance of scientific policies and regulations.The government may introduce policies and regulations that help to increase the willingness of green consumption behavior,such as energy-saving and emission reduction policies and policies to restrict plastic products.In this paper,the authors study the mechanism of the effect of environmental attitudes on consumers’willingness to engage in green consumption behavior from the perspective of“plastic restriction”,and conclude that the magnitude of the effect of policies and regulations on the willingness to engage in green consumption behavior varies significantly at different levels of environmental attitudes.This study provides scientific implementation ideas and targeted management suggestions for the government to formulate effective external intervention policies for green consumption.展开更多

Though changes in EEG topogramcaused by acupuncture stimulation were seen all over the cortex, they were prominent in the area fromthe frontal lobe to the parietal lobe. Positron CT image revealed that acupuncture stimulation tem-porarily activated from the paleocoretx to the neocortex, affecting wide range of the cranial nerve cellsincluding A10 nerve. These results suggest that comfortable stimulations by acupuncture have sucheffects as to remove the friction between the neocortex and the paleocortex, regulate the autonomicnervous system, and activate the Healer (the healing force of nature) at the brain stem level includingthe hypothalamus.展开更多
