Based on the survey data on seven cities in Shandong Province,from the perspective of broiler processing enterprises,this paper uses Logit-ISM model to reveal the factors influencing the stable relationship between broiler processing enterprises and broiler raisers as well as the hierarchy of these factors. Studies have shown that enterprise characteristics( enterprise scale,enterprise level,attitudes and behaviors),cognitive characteristics( transaction cost cognition,cognition of contract's binding force,reputation mechanism cognition) and environmental characteristics( intermediary coordination) will affect the stability of cooperative relationship. And finally,some policy recommendations are set forth in order to promote the development of broiler industry.展开更多

With the deepening of electric power market reform in China,the monopoly edge of the state-owned electric power enterprises will lose.On the basis of the existing post performance salary mechanism,Chinese power enterp...With the deepening of electric power market reform in China,the monopoly edge of the state-owned electric power enterprises will lose.On the basis of the existing post performance salary mechanism,Chinese power enterprises need to optimize the incentive mechanism of R&D staff,to arouse the R&D staff's enthusiasm and creativity,to adapt to the new market competition and further improve market value.Whilst the incentive mechanism optimizing processing needs to consider not only the changing market environment but also the personal and working characteristics of R&D staff.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the current Chinese power enterprises' R&D staff:staff's theory quality is high,but insensitive to the market;they are confronted with heavy workload and diversified job choices;managers can observe their behavior choices or not;besides,the process of R&D is complex and the market reactions of R&D achievements are uncertain.Based on the premise of the above features,two incentive models are established in this paper from the point of view of enterprise managers.One is for the situation when staff's behavior choices can be observed;the other is for the situation when staff's behavior choices cannot be observed.Through solving the model,we analyze the optimization path of electric power enterprises R&D staff incentive mechanism under these conditions:(1) when staff's behavior choices can be observed,managers can pay more to the R&D staff who develop products with higher output value,in order to encourage them to work harder.(2) when staff's behavior choices cannot be observed,managers should take reasonable strategies according to the different situations:a.when R&D staff incentive totally depend on the market value of the R&D achievements,managers should allocate workload rationally according to their different technical levels;b.when the market reactions of R&D results become more precarious,managers need to reduce the incentive intensity which based on the market value and raise their fixed salary level;c.when R&D staff become more risk averse,managers should reduce the incentive intensity which based on the market value and raise their fixed salary level;on the contrary,managers should improve the incentive intensity and reduce the fixed salary level.展开更多
The work investigates the use of trade credit in Italy for reasons of a financial nature. The analysis considers Italian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and investigates, over the years of 2009-2011: the ...The work investigates the use of trade credit in Italy for reasons of a financial nature. The analysis considers Italian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and investigates, over the years of 2009-2011: the existence of functional relationships between the incidence of trade receivables and payables and corporate profitability; the existence of interdependencies between trade credit policy and trade debt policy; and the coexistence of interchangeable and complementary conditions between trade debts and bank loans and other sources of funding. To verify the research hypotheses, linear regression models on a yearly basis are used and these models are put under observation over the years of 2009-2011. We can conclude that there are interdependencies between trade credit policy and trade debt policy and that trade credit is a source of flexible way of financing, also available in periods of crisis, which has a positive effect on the profitability of SMEs and can be utilized as a complementary and substitute source of financing to bank loans.展开更多

The contractual relationship of the dairy supply chain played a vital role in the dairy industry for development. The contractual relationship between the main dairy farming body and the dairy processing enterprise, as well as the impact of this contractual relationship on their cooperation in dairy supply chain were studied. Taking 366 dairy farming bodies in Heilongjiang Province as the main research objects, Likert scale was used to measure the factors affecting the contractual relationship and applied these factors to the correlation construction of dairy farming body and processing enterprise. Then, confirmatory factor analysis was used to collect data and made the conclusion that once dairy farming body perceived the opportunistic behavior and lacking of cooperation, the trust of dairy processing enterprise would be lost. Additionally, the satisfaction of dairy farming body on partnership also had a positive effect on the level of trust and commitment, the relative dependence and the perception of the partnerships, which made it possible to analyze how to strengthen the contractual relationship and provide theoretical basis for dairy industry development in Heilongjiang Province.展开更多

In the traditional Confucian gentleman culture,Chinese entrepreneurs have cultivated unique mindset and have harnessed such mindset in managing the government-business relationship,which is strategically critical for ...In the traditional Confucian gentleman culture,Chinese entrepreneurs have cultivated unique mindset and have harnessed such mindset in managing the government-business relationship,which is strategically critical for innovation.This paper builds a theoretical framework of Confucianist entrepreneurship-collaborative innovation-enterprise performance,studies the impact of such entrepreneurship on enterprise performance.From the perspective of collaborative innovation,internal innovation mechanism has been studied,and the moderating effect and conditional boundary of the cordial and clean government-business relationship have been further validated.A survey of 1,437 micro,small and medium-sized enterprises(MSMEs)made in China in 2019 found that:(1)Confucianist entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on promoting the enterprise performance;(2)collaborative innovation has demonstrated the action mechanism of Confucianist entrepreneurship on enterprise performance;(3)the cordial and clean government-business relationship positively moderates entrepreneurship on enterprise performance.It also has the positive intermediary effect on collaborative innovation between Confucianist entrepreneurs and enterprise performance.This study has not only expanded the scope of research on entrepreneurship and Confucian culture and ethics,but has also extended the integration of entrepreneurship and collaborative innovation to the micro level,providing theoretical and practical inspiration for the innovation practices of small and micro-sized(SMEs)enterprises.展开更多

Furthermore, it makes current ways of reforming staffs' identity replacement and managers' shareholding mode inefficient in state-owned enterprises reformation in resource-based cities. According to the characteristics of resource-based cities and property right reform theory, cash and share right compensation for the different staffs in the process of staffs' identity replacement have been identified. In addition, different profitable investment policies have also been suggested. For managers' share holding, the stimulant share ownership should be adopted principally, at the same time corresponding restrictions should be set up for managers' investment share ownership due to share ownership structure.展开更多
