In order to analyze the deep-routed reason for the failure of the real estate market regulation policy, this paper established an incomplete information tri-game model in which central government, local government and...In order to analyze the deep-routed reason for the failure of the real estate market regulation policy, this paper established an incomplete information tri-game model in which central government, local government and the real estate developer were chosen as three main research objects. Based on the analysis of their interest appeals under the assumption of rational economic man, we found that it was the difference of interest appeals of central and local governments as well as the real estate developers that caused the game among the three participants. This, however, led to the failure of the macro-control at last. Strengthening the supervision of central government and reducing its cost at the same time, what’s more, improving the efficiency of the supervision and increasing the punishment of the rent-seeking behavior between local government and the real estate developers will contribute to improve the implementation status of the regulation and control policy. We suggest the authorities improve the government political achievement appraisal system and reform the current system of benefits distribution;moreover, reform the existing regulatory system and strength the regulatory role of media and the third-party so as to promote the healthy development of the real estate market.展开更多

Analysis of functional MRI (fMRI) blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) data is typically carried out in the time domain where the data has a high temporal correlation. These analyses usually employ parametric mode...Analysis of functional MRI (fMRI) blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) data is typically carried out in the time domain where the data has a high temporal correlation. These analyses usually employ parametric models of the hemodynamic response function (HRF) where either pre-whitening of the data is attempted or autoregressive (AR) models are employed to model the noise. Statistical analysis then proceeds via regression of the convolution of the HRF with the input stimuli. This approach has limitations when considering that the time series collected are embedded in a brain image in which the AR model order may vary and pre-whitening techniques may be insufficient for handling faster sampling times. However fMRI data can be analyzed in the Fourier domain where the assumptions made as to the structure of the noise can be less restrictive and hypothesis tests are straightforward for single subject analysis, especially useful in a clinical setting. This allows for experiments that can have both fast temporal sampling and event-related designs where stimuli can be closely spaced in time. Equally important, statistical analysis in the Fourier domain focuses on hypothesis tests based on nonparametric estimates of the hemodynamic transfer function (HRF in the frequency domain). This is especially important for experimental designs involving multiple states (drug or stimulus induced) that may alter the form of the response function. In this context a univariate general linear model in the Fourier domain has been applied to analyze BOLD data sampled at a rate of 400 ms from an experiment that used a two-way ANOVA design for the deterministic stimulus inputs with inter-stimulus time intervals chosen from Poisson distributions of equal intensity.展开更多
BACKGROUND Good clinical practice(GCP)is put in place to protect human participants in clinical trials as well as to ensure the quality of research.Non-adherence to these guidelines can produce research that may not m...BACKGROUND Good clinical practice(GCP)is put in place to protect human participants in clinical trials as well as to ensure the quality of research.Non-adherence to these guidelines can produce research that may not meet the standards set by the scientific community.Therefore,it must be ensured that researchers are wellversed in the GCP.But not much is known about the knowledge and practices of the GCP in the medical colleges of North India.AIM To assess the knowledge and practices of researchers about GCP and analyze these with respect to the demographics of participants.METHODS This is a cross-sectional study.A self-structured questionnaire about GCP,after expert validations,was circulated among researchers,at a tertiary healthcare institute,All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS),Rishikesh.A total of 59 individuals,who were selected by universal sampling,participated in the study.All healthcare workers who have been investigators of Institutional Ethics Committee-approved research projects,except residents and faculty,and are still a part of the institute have been included in the study.The study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of AIIMS,Rishikesh.We used descriptive analysis and the Chi-squared test to analyze data.P value<0.05 was considered significant.RESULTS Out of 59 participants,only 11(18.6%)were certified for GCP.Most of the participants(64.4%)had“Average”knowledge,33.9%had“Good”knowledge and 1.7%had“Poor”knowledge.Only 49%of participants had satisfactory practices related to GCP.There was a significant difference in the knowledge based on the current academic position for the items assessing knowledge of institutional review board(P=0.010),confidentiality&privacy(P=0.011),and participant safety&adverse events(P<0.001).There was also a significant difference in knowledge of research misconduct(P=0.024)and participant safety&adverse events(P=0.011)based on certification of GCP.There was a notable difference in the practices related to recruitment&retention on the basis of current academic position(P<0.001)and certification of GCP(P=0.023).We also observed a considerable difference between the knowledge and practices of GCP among the participants(P=0.013).CONCLUSION Participants have basic knowledge of GCP but show a lack thereof in certain domains of GCP.This can be addressed by holding training sessions focusing on these particular domains.展开更多

There are many features differing from the common geometry when the effects of the subjectivity (such as the position of the observer, the functions of the visual system of human) are taken into account during the observing-recording process. In this paper, some basic assumptions are made; spherieal observing record is suggested: the fundamental relationship between the abstracted object configuration and its corresponding observed record is studied and an example of apiriication of the above theory is presented. We anticipate that the study of subjectivity geometry will influencc, or will be associated with the study of physiology of the visual system, applied optics etc., and will be useful in surveying, pilotage and imitative biology, etc.展开更多

In this paper,compilation of rainstorm intensity formula in Luzhai County was taken as the case,revision and compilation techniques and research methods of rainstorm intensity formulas in municipal district and administrated county of Liuzhou were introduced. According to the Design Specification for Outdoor Drainage( GB 50014-2006,2016) and the Technical Guidelines for Establishment of Intensity-Duration-Frequency Curve Design Rainstorm Profile,historical rainfall data at Luzhai National Weather Station were sampled by using annual maximum method,and sampling time was from1980 to 2016. The period with the maximum rainfall was divided into 11 time intervals: 5,10,15,20,30,45,60,90,120,150 and 180 min. Fitting adjust of rainstorm sample data was conducted by using Pearson-III distribution curve,rainstorm intensity formula was fitted by the least square method,and calculation accuracy test corresponded with the requirement of Design Specification for Outdoor Drainage( GB 50014-2006,2016). Conclusions and suggestions were as below: firstly,rainstorm intensity formula was compiled and calculated according to the recommended methods of the Design Specification for Outdoor Drainage( GB 50014-2006,2016) and the Technical Guidelines for Establishment of Intensity-Duration-Frequency Curve Design Rainstorm Profile,calculation process was normative,and calculation result error met the requirement of the specification. Secondly,sampling by annual maximum method was more suitable for the expression of periodic hydrometeorological law by taking year as reappearance period,and could cause better randomness and independence of statistical sample,and the method was scientific and reliable. Thirdly,rainstorm intensity formula compiled by taking rainfall data in national weather stations of Liuzhou and its administrated counties as the sample could be used in the scope of the local jurisdiction.展开更多
