Evaluation of the Effect of Assessment Method Reform in “Nursing Research” Course

Objective:This paper aims to evaluate the implementation effect of the diversified course assessment method reform.Methods:A diversified assessment method was implemented for 196 undergraduate nursing students.Students’mastery of key knowledge in“Nursing Research”was assessed through group reports on topic selection and literature retrieval,as well as the proposition level of the final examination.Results:81.6%of the students agreed with the course assessment method,and 97.9%believed studying“Nursing Research”would be helpful for future scientific research applications.Conclusion:Diversified assessment methods can help improve undergraduate nursing students’scientific research skills and comprehensive quality.

The Economic Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Healthcare: A Literature Review

Background: This review delves into the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on healthcare, which is a crucial aspect considering the increasing costs of healthcare worldwide. While there is potential for AI to enhance healthcare delivery and efficiency, there are still uncertainties surrounding its effectiveness, value, and broader adoption. This comprehensive literature review aims to explore and synthesize existing knowledge on the economic impact of AI in healthcare. The primary objective of this review is to understand the potential cost savings and efficiency improvements associated with the deployment of AI in healthcare settings. By highlighting the economic implications of AI, this review seeks to offer insights into the value proposition of investing in AI technologies for stakeholders such as healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers. Methods: To conduct this review, we conducted a search of literature from 2020 to 2023 across three databases: PubMed, Scopus and Google Scholar. We specifically focused on studies that discuss the impacts of AI in healthcare and include cost evaluations, using combinations of keywords related to AI, economics, healthcare, and cost evaluation. The inclusion criteria were studies that conducted some form of economic evaluation related to AI in healthcare settings, while exclusion criteria were studies without a cost evaluation component. Data extraction and quality assessment using the CASP checklist were undertaken on the final set of included studies. Results: After screening studies, we identified 10 out of a total of 28 studies and reports that met our criteria of outlining any form of economic impact and evaluation of AI in healthcare settings. Based on our findings, implementing AI in healthcare could potentially lead to cost savings. Several studies suggest savings ranging from $200 billion to $360 billion in the United States alone. The use of AI in healthcare sectors such as ophthalmology, radiology and disease screening has shown positive economic impacts. Conclusion: While AI has potential for cost savings and efficiency improvements, in healthcare settings, it’s crucial to conduct detailed context specific cost evaluations to optimize the adoption and implementation strategies of AI.

The Enlightenment on Urban Ecological Construction by Research Progress of Sponge City in China Based on Literature Analysis

To quantitatively analyze main figure,field,agency and level of sponge city research in China,and clear research focus and hot spot in each year,by using the Full Text Database of Chinese Sci-tech Periodicals and other retrieval tools,the statistics and analysis of 3152 research literatures on sponge city published in domestic academic journals of 2004-2016 are conducted based on bibliometrics. It is found that since the concept of " sponge city" was firstly proposed in 2012,development research of sponge city involves 40 subject fields and is mainly published in 32 kinds of journals,which is dominated by natural science research( 1427 literatures). Researchers are mainly from each college and university,some design institutes and Chinese Academy of Sciences. The research could play certain guidance significance for further research and construction of ecological city construction in China.

Systematic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine for treating Parkinson's disease

BACKGROUND：To evaluate the quality of the literature addressing traditional Chinese medicine for treating Parkinson＇s disease.DATA SOURCE：A computer-based online search of Chinese publications from January 2001 to July 2008 was conducted in Chinese Biology Medical Disc Database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure. Search key words were Parkinson＇s disease, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, and Chinese herb therapy.DATA SELECTION：Articles describing randomized, controlled trials and quasi-randomized, controlled trials were included. Literature quality was assessed using the criteria-Systematic evaluation of clinical literature related to treatment of Parkinson＇s disease with traditional Chinese medicine. This included methodology, interventions in the treatment/control group, evaluation criterion of outcomes, and frequency.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES：Evaluation criterion of outcomes （various score methods and evaluation scales）, methodological quality, and frequency distribution were all measured.RESULTS：A total of 33 articles with randomized, controlled trials were included. Of these, six described a random method, and the remaining did not describe random allocation methods or random sequence generation methods. None of the studies estimated sample size. Case descriptions of withdrawal and loss to follow-up were unclear. Both the Unified Parkinson＇s Disease Rating Scale and Webster scale were used in the eligible studies as evaluation criteria.CONCLUSION：There are no high-quality studies that address traditional Chinese medicine therapy and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treating Parkinson＇s disease in China. Eligible studies were not performed in accordance with Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials statement or Standards for Reporting Interventions in Controlled Trials of Acupuncture criteria, and the literature quality was low. The presently used criteria for evaluating therapeutic effects do not completely assess outcomes of traditional Chinese medicine for treating Parkinson＇s disease. The identification of precise outcomes should be verified using randomized, controlled studies with adequate controls and proper designs.

Analysis of the Application of“Jing(精)”in Ben Cao Gang Mu(《本草纲自〉Compendium of Materia Medica)

Taking the Ben Cao Gang Mu(《本草纲目》Compendium of Materia Medica)(Jinling edition金陵本)as the research object and“Jing”as the search term,this article summarizes the quantity of medicinals containing“Jing”in Ben Cao Gang Mu,analyzes the connotation and application of“Jing”in traditional Chinese medicine,and finds that the application of“Jing”in medicine does not deviate from the original meaning of“Jing,”but endows it with the concepts of medicine and pharmacy,and expands the application scope of“Jing.”This study is helpful to understand and use spermicide more reasonably.

基于CiteSpace的我国城市公园评价研究分析与展望

城市公园作为城市风景园林建设的载体,对其评价的研究已逐渐成为学术界关注的热点。本文采用文献计量法和知识图谱可视化技术对中国知网(CNKI)2000—2022年城市公园评价相关的文献进行了定量统计和数据分析。研究发现:1)早期关于城市公园的评价对植物与土壤方面的研究较多,以居民福祉为主的研究较少;2)现有研究多从单一视角对城市公园进行评价,缺乏全面综合的评价案例及指标体系;3)随着科技的发展,对于城市公园评价的研究手段越来越多,评价视角越来越广,其内容也更趋于量化和精细化。

Cross-Language Information Extraction and Auto Evaluation for OOV Term Translations

OOV term translation plays an important role in natural language processing. Although many researchers in the past have endeavored to solve the OOV term translation problems, but none existing methods offer definition or context information of OOV terms. Furthermore, non-existing methods focus on cross-language definition retrieval for OOV terms. Never the less, it has always been so difficult to evaluate the correctness of an OOV term translation without domain specific knowledge and correct references. Our English definition ranking method differentiate the types of OOV terms, and applies different methods for translation extraction. Our English definition ranking method also extracts multilingual context information and monolingual definitions of OOV terms. In addition, we propose a novel cross-language definition retrieval system for OOV terms. Never the less, we propose an auto re-evaluation method to evaluate the correctness of OOV translations and definitions. Our methods achieve high performances against existing methods.

基于Spark框架的图书馆文献信息检索方法

由于传统信息检索方法检索时间长,检索误差率高,研究基于Spark框架的图书馆文献信息检索方法。首先,预处理文献信息数据,结合信息相似度,提取特征数据集合中的敏感数据获得属性特征。其次,基于Spark框架批处理数据,训练待测样本进行目标跟踪,寻找最优解集。对信息的特征进行查询,提取其中的关键词并在已建立的文本索引结构上进行检索和融合,运用K-Means聚类方法对融合结果进行重新排序。采用布尔查询机制构造文献检索模型,将不同信息数据多重倒排文献进行索引从而完成信息检索。实验结果表明,运用该方法检索时间最短,误差率最低,完成图书馆文献信息检索方法的优化。

基于CiteSpace的企业数字化评价研究现状与展望分析

从CNKI数据库中提取和筛选出2007—2022年企业数字化评价领域的相关研究文献,借助CiteSpace分析工具分析文献关键词,通过可视化图谱直观地呈现目前国内企业数字化评价研究的现状与发展。分析结果表明,目前企业数字化评价研究正处于快速发展阶段,研究热点主要集中在数字化影响因素、数字化水平和数字化效果三个方面。此外,对文献进行分析发现,企业数字化发展经历了引入阶段、学习阶段和全面应用阶段三个阶段。利用CiteSpace的关键词突现图谱来寻找研究前沿热词,为企业数字化评价的进一步研究提供了思路。

A队B队情报分析方法的应用局限与应对研究

[研究目的]A队B队的情报分析方法打破了传统情报分析模式,引入情报分析的竞争与对抗,有助于情报分析团队突破固有的“集团思维”困境,但在实际运用过程中仍存在很大固有局限,因此针对该方法的固有局限提出应对办法,从而进一步完善情报分析方法的制度建设。[研究方法]采用历史溯源法、案例分析法、文献分析法、对比分析法等方法不仅在理论上总结分析A队B队情报分析方法基本原理及主要特点,同时在实践上结合1976年美国中央情报局使用该方法对苏联战略评估分析的真实案例对该方法应用过程中产生的问题及其应对办法进行针对性研究。[研究结论]A队B队的情报分析方法在组织形式、情报分析和保密管理上还存在很大完善空间,因此提出了建立B队人员选择标准、营造B队分析客观环境和加强保密教育与反情报行动的针对性建议。

40年来,武汉大学图书馆信息素质教育经历了文献检索课萌芽与探索阶段、文献检索课与计算机信息检索课共存互补阶段、计算机信息检索向信息素质教育转型及发展阶段和信息素质教育向数字素养教育转型及发展阶段四个阶段,其发展源于国家政策牵引、专业框架指导、师生需求驱动、新兴技术赋能四个方面的动因,其发展经验主要体现在开展馆院(系)合作、重视师资队伍建设、采取多元教学方式、注重教学内容拓展、重视课程资源建设、推进信息素养教学研究等方面。未来,武汉大学图书馆将开展更加广泛的数字素养教育合作,强化多元场景的数字素养与技能提升。

基于文献计量分析皮内针疗法适宜病症与临床应用进展

目的基于文献计量分析皮内针疗法的临床文献,探讨皮内针疗法的适宜病症与临床应用进展。方法通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang data)和维普中文期刊数据库中与皮内针疗法相关的临床研究文献,应用文献计量学的方法对皮内针疗法发文量、病谱和适宜病症进行分析。结果临床涉及论文共2220篇,近10年发文量显著增长。皮内针疗法临床涉及病症208种。一级适宜病症为手术后疼痛、失眠症、偏瘫、面神经麻痹;二级适宜病症为肩痛、颈椎病、癌痛、膝骨关节炎、腰椎间盘移位、便秘、头痛;三级适宜病症为带状疱疹、遗尿、放化疗后不良反应、变应性鼻炎、呃逆、面肌痉挛;四级适宜病症包括痛经、高血压、糖尿病、胃肠功能紊乱、痹证、吞咽障碍、腰扭伤、肥胖症。结论皮内针疗法是近年来的临床研究热点,其治疗疾病以痛症居多,其次为各类慢性病。不同针具中,揿针的应用受到广泛关注。

医养服务机构质量评价指标体系的构建与初步应用

目的以“结构-过程-结果”理论为框架,构建医养服务机构质量评价指标体系并初步应用。方法基于文献研究、小组讨论、德尔菲法及层次分析法,确定评价指标体系和各指标权重。应用该指标体系在长沙市3家医养服务机构进行现场评价。结果共进行2轮函询,专家权威系数分别为0.915和0.927,协调系数分别为0.211和0.164,最终确定一级指标3个,二级指标13个,三级指标53个。评价指标体系的Cronbach'sα系数为0.786,平均内容效度指数为0.862。在3家医养服务机构进行的预调查效果较好。结论医养服务机构质量评价指标体系信度、效度较好。构建的指标科学、合理、实用性强,能有效评价医养服务机构质量并发现问题。

中国文学走出去效果评估指标体系建设:原则与方法

在中华文化走出去战略引领下,中国文学翻译与传播事业如火如荼,逐渐由路径探索深入到提质增效阶段,文学走出去效果评估研究成为热点。本文依据拉斯韦尔传播过程“5W”模式厘析影响中国文学走出去效果的多种因素,利用德尔菲法和层次分析法确立效果评估指标并赋以权重,最终建构一个中国文学走出去效果评估体系,以期为中国文学海外传播效果评估提供较为科学并实用的量具,为中国文学对外翻译实践提供参考。

基于决策树的图书馆文献资源智能检索方法

当前图书馆文献资源类型存在差异,检索过程中排序效果差,提出一种基于决策树的图书馆文献资源智能检索方法。智能检索中需要图书馆文献资源库去除噪声,获取有效数据,使用Skip-gram模型进行文字类资源特征提取,利用卷积神经网络作为图像文献资源的特征提取工具,提取过程采用Dropout机制随机断开部分网络连接,利用决策树从无规则次序数据库中推理出分类规则,计算属性与图书馆文献类型之间相关性,完成智能检索。测试结果表明:所提方法在不同数据集下的资源排序质量均优于传统检索方法。

我国诊断性试验系统评价/Meta分析的检索情况调查分析

目的:分析我国作者发表的中文诊断试验系统评价/Meta分析文献检索与筛选方法。方法:用"诊断"、"特异度"、"敏感度"、"系统评价"、"Meta分析"和"系统综述"等检索词检索中国生物医学文献数据库,检索时间截至2011年。根据预先制定的纳入和排除标准纳入符合条件的诊断试验系统评价,提取系统评价的基本资料和检索数据库名称、检索策略及文献筛选方法等数据并输入Excel,用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入235篇系统评价/Meta分析,其中176篇(占74.9%)系统评价/Meta分析对中英文数据库均进行了检索,29篇(占12.3%)只检索了中文数据库,28篇(占11.9%)只检索英文数据库,139篇(占67.8%)系统评价/Meta分析检索了2个及以上中文数据库,151篇(74.0%)系统评价/Meta分析检索了2个及以上英文数据库。检索频率较高的中文数据库依次是CNKI、CBM、VIP、万方,英文数据库依次是PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library和OVID。47.2%的系统评价/Meta分析实施了人工检索,88.1%报道了检索起止时间,46.4%对参考文献进行了追踪,10.2%联系了专家或作者,8.9%使用了搜索引擎。一般诊断试验系统评价的检索词有目标疾病、待评价试验和诊断准确性指标,三部分均有报告的占44.3%,三部分均无报告的占4.7%;48.9%详细报道了文献的筛选步骤,但仅有12.3%附有筛查流程图。结论:目前诊断试验系统评价/Meta分析数据库检索不够全面,很少检索诊断试验数据库。建议今后系统评价研究者至少检索2种常用数据库,完善搜索引擎、追踪参考文献使用、检索策略以及文献筛选等方面的报道。
