Application and Regulation of Legal Science and Technology on the Pilot Program of the Reform of Separation between Complicated Cases and Simple Ones in Civil Procedure in the Basic People’s Courts

Blockchain,artificial intelligence,and other technologies have been increasingly integrated with the law,and the construction of smart justice and Internet courts in various places has a prominent effect on court informatization.The Supreme People’s Court is currently carrying out the pilot reform of separation between complicated and simple cases in civil procedure,and legal technology will inevitably become a major means to enable the reform.In the field of electronic litigation,legal technology itself has become a goal of the reform.Regarding the trials of pilot basic courts,legal technology has been more deeply applied in many links such as trial activities and trial management,playing an essential role in improving judicial efficiency,and becoming an important way to solve judicial dilemmas such as“litigation explosion.”However,the history of modern society reminds us that we should be reasonably optimistic about the development of technology,especially in the field of justice.

西北大学复杂体系分离分析与新药创制团队关于创新药物开发思路及方法的论文A novel drug discovery strategy inspired by traditional medicine philosophies在1月16日出版的《Science》“传统医药的艺术与科学”（The Art and Science of Traditional Medicine ）专题（Science，347（6219Suppl）：S38－S40，2015）中发表。 西北大学生命科学学院赵新锋副教授和郑晓晖教授为共同第一作者，郑建斌教授和英国剑桥大学樊台平教授（西北大学陕西省“百人计划”入选者）为共同通信作者，西北大学为第一署名单位。该论文在深入理解中药配伍理论的基础上，围绕“君－使对药”体内效应物质研究，以中药等复杂体系为对象，建立了中药有效成分群色谱－质谱化学成分辨识、因果关系数理模型辨识和受体色谱活性辨识等系列辨识技术，从而建立了一种简便的基于传统中医药的创新药物开发新策略。

＂Art of Construction＂ and ＂Building Science＂： Diachronic and Dialectic-The Case Study of Mary＇s Church of the Immaculate Conception of Montecalvario in Naples-Italy

This paper is divided into two parts： a reflection about the diachronical and dialectical relationship between the ＂Art of Construction＂ and the ＂Building Science＂, in terms of capability to evaluate structural characteristics and conservative conditions of traditional buildings, especially for buildings of historical or artistic value, using a peculiar approach for planning modem construction （Building Science） or the ancient complex of rules and logics to which a specific building monumental pertains （Art of Construction）. The second part reports a case study of application of this second methodology of approach, concerning the St. Mary＇s Church of the Immaculate Conception of Montecalvario in Naples, an important monumental church situated into the historic centre of Naples, built between 1718 and 1726 by one of the greatest Italian architects of the XVIII century, Domenico Antonio Vaccaro. The building, that presents all the structural and lexical peculiarities of Neapolitan Baroque （central plan, altimetric development of concentric volumes, plastic virtuosity of structural and formal apparatuses）, finds in its formal conception and in its stylistic conception part of its structural vulnerabilities. The study examines the understanding of cracks affecting the Church, also in relation to around historic buildings, in order to determine a diagnosis and to understand how this condition of structural vulnerability could be combined with future seismic strain, having high local seismicity and damages suffered during the earthquakes of the last three centuries.

On the Art Science of Film and Interaction Design

As one of the most important contemporary art forms,film is a medium to present stories with multi-dimensional stimulation.It seems that movies and interaction design are two unrelated majors,but in fact there are many contents and forms of existence in movies which take interaction design as the design method.In other words,movies and interaction design actually have a lot in common.This paper will analyze and find the interweaving points from the perspective of interaction design and film respectively.Also through some specific interaction or film cases to further explain the relationship between the two.

Assessing trends in wildland-urban interface fire research through text mining: a comprehensive analysis of published literature

Research on fires at the wildland-urban inter-face(WUI)has generated significant insights and advance-ments across various fields of study.Environmental,agri-culture,and social sciences have played prominent roles in understanding the impacts of fires in the environment,in protecting communities,and addressing management challenges.This study aimed to create a database using a text mining technique for global researchers interested in WUI-projects and highlighting the interest of countries in this field.Author’s-Keywords analysis emphasized the dominance of fire science-related terms,especially related to WUI,and identified keyword clusters related to the WUI fire-risk-assessment-system-“exposure”,“danger”,and“vulnerability”within wildfire research.Trends over the past decade showcase shifting research interests with a growing focus on WUI fires,while regional variations highlighted that the“exposure”keyword cluster received greater atten-tion in the southern Europe and South America.However,vulnerability keywords have relatively a lower representation across all regions.The analysis underscores the interdisci-plinary nature of WUI research and emphasizes the need for targeted approaches to address the unique challenges of the wildland-urban interface.Overall,this study provides valu-able insights for researchers and serves as a foundation for further collaboration in this field through the understanding of the trends over recent years and in different regions.

The effects of science,technology,society,environment(STSE)interactions on teaching chemistry

This study aimed to investigate the effects of making Science, Technology, Society and En-vironment relations on students’ comprehen-sion of chemistry topics through teaching che-mistry using STSE approach at secondary level. The study made use of the research model where pre and post tests were administered to control and treatment groups. The Chemistry Achievement Test (CAT) was used in the study. The sampling consisted of Grade 9 students studying at Anatolian High School and Voca-tional High School. Since the sampling had not been equated, in order to determine students’ logical and spatial thinking skills, they were administered Logical Thinking Skill Test and Mental Rotation test as pretests. Students were chosen randomly to take part in two control and two treatment groups. This experimental study was applied to the treatment group in teaching of “Separation of Mixtures” topic in Grade 9 Chemistry course during a four-week period. Students in the control group were taught through the traditional teaching methods. The data obtained were analyzed through the SPSS Software. As a result of the study, statistically significant increases were observed in the achievement levels of treatment group which received instruction using STSE relations. The change observed in the achievement levels of the control group was not statistically signifi-cant. The difference between the achievement levels of control and treatment groups in the posttests were favoring the treatment groups.

宝鸡文理学院核心作者论文统计分析——以Web of Science数据库为例

目的研究Web of Science(WOS)数据库收录宝鸡文理学院的核心作者论文(收录量>35篇),通过分析比较,寻求共性与差异,为科学研究管理与评价提供参考。方法以WOS数据库为例,对于宝鸡文理学院入选作者中,论文被收录量超过35篇的核心作者进行统计分析,研究其各自的特色。结果 1981～2011年年底,WOS数据库累计收录宝鸡作者论文574篇,其中收录量在35篇以上的作者5人,宝鸡71信箱ZHOU L(周廉)名列第一名,有61篇论文被WOS收录;第2～5名全部来自宝鸡文理学院,分别是LI ZX(李宗孝)排名第二(45篇)、YANG DS(杨得锁)、YANG ZY(杨子元)以及ZHANG XL(张新利)分别被收录39篇、37篇和36篇。YANG ZY被引文献比例较另外3位作者更高;被引频次是另外3作者的1.3倍左右。YANG ZY不仅是宝鸡文理学院的高引作者,而且也是宝鸡地区的高引作者。结论高产作者不一定就是高引作者。核心作者在未来更应该注意高产与高引的同步发展和协调发展,在研究方向方面为宝鸡文理学院乃至宝鸡地区起到引领作用。

英文文献有关武术研究的进展、热点及趋势--基于web of science核心集数据库文献的研究

武术作为我国传统文化的杰出代表之一,在同域外国家或地区的多次交流中引起了众多异质文化者的关注和研究。运用文献资料法、数理统计法、软件辅助分析法等方法,以Web of Science核心收录的有关武术研究的英文文献基础为数据,对所获得到的材料进行统计分析,找出武术研究的进展、热点及发展趋势。研究认为:我国学者在英文文献发文的总量中所占比例相对较高,但在学者个人发文量、发文作者共被引次数、机构发文量及期刊共被引次数方面的排名都不尽如人意。英文学者的研究主要集中于武术传承发展的现状、问题、应对策略和所具有的功能作用,以及武术教学改革、武术中的运动损伤、生理学和心理学对武术的作用、其他运动项目对武术发展的启示、电影和武术关系等方面,但对武术的基础理论研究较少。研究趋势主要为探究其他体育项目对武术发展的启示,分析武术对“人”的影响,探讨如何运用科学的手段促进武术发展等内容。

The Plural in the Singular, Cities and Disciplinary Batallions？ -- Interdisciplinary Approaches Facing Nowadays Environmental Challenges

Towns＇ and cities＇ stories show their multidisciplinary richness and their complexity between professional skills and ways of life and residence of inhabitants by the analysis of the towns＇ changes. Through two protocols of research, during ten years from 2003 to 2012 and so on, of metropolitan changes in Bordeaux and travels in French and European cities, Christian Sallenave shows that： When everyone can write, tell and recognize his own story of town＇s changes, the cities know the best conditions for their sustainable development; Neither particular, nor general, but both in their specific dialectic; Neither panoptical and sovereign disciplines nor judgmental dopes, but both in their coming and goings and their ＂patriotic＂ property and register. The towns＇ stories are always written and marked in the same time in plural and singular, of arts, sciences and knowledge and pragmatic ways of life and residence.

油水分离及吸油材料的研究现状——基于Web of Science数据库的文献可视化分析

为了解国内外解决溢油问题与含油废水的油水分离及吸油材料的最新研究进展、研究趋势及未来的研究热点,通过Web of Science核心合集数据库,利用Web of Science(简称WOS)数据库自带的文献分析工具、VOSviewer可视化分析软件与Origin等,从不同时间发文量、发文量前十的国家(地区)、研究机构、研究方向、期刊来源等方面对发表的有关油水分离材料与吸油材料研究文献进行计量分析。结果表明:随着时间增长,发文量逐渐增多;中国、美国与印度分量排名前3,其中中国发文量占总数40%,表明中国在此领域处于领先地位;其中中国机构处于绝对领先地位;化学、材料与工程为最受关注的研究方向;在发表期刊中,Langnuir与JACS为最受认可的期刊,其引用量最多。

Contextual Relations between Modern Architecture and Science, Art and Technology in Social Changes

Modern architecture has been not only influenced by political, economic, cultural and social factors in its development history, but also related to the development of science, art and technology. By taking the time sequence of modern architecture development in social changes as the longitudinal axis, and the influence of the three technological revolutions, science and technology (physics, chemistry, biology), art development on modern architecture as the horizontal axis, this study through the overlay analysis elaborated the correlation between modern architecture and the development of science, art and technology in social changes, and summarized five characteristics and laws of modern architecture. It provided a theoretic reference for knowing the history of architecture, and creating the future architecture, and also for the future development of local and national architecture.

Multidisciplinary Approach of a Didactic Strategy for the Second Year of High School

During the chemistry week,“A musical,literary,ecological and chemical show”was performed with the participation of students of 552 and 553 groups of the National Preparatory School of National Autonomous University of Mexico.The students had the opportunity to put into action some skills related to reading,research,playing musical instruments and performance.This document relates each activity with the subjects connected in a transversal way(Greco-Latin etymologies,biology IV,health science,universal literature),previous subjects(aesthetic and artistic education,Spanish literature,geography and history),later subjects(history and Iberoamerican and Mexican literature).This show achieved the symbiosis between natural and social sciences and art in an entertaining learning environment.

It is also about the imagination and human progress, rationality and subjectivity, as well as the development of devices to ascertain out accurate knowledge--and yet the imagination and forms of thought are themselves devices that are integral to mechanical inventions. At the core of the subject under discussion, the aesthetic can be found reasons for the existence of other phenomena, the rational and the sensitive, epistemology and phenomenology, fulfilling human pleasure and necessity, and moving forward a humanized cosmos. Somewhere seems to rise and grow afresh a precise image of what we actually are and it can be revealed simply by being in the world and experiencing it on the basis of the mind-body-worM or by extending human senses through technology.

Thought Provokers, Insurgent Before Emergency --Technological Art as Awareness-Raising Agent of the Emancipated Spectator

This paper analyzes the impact of technological art as an agent for raising awareness in artwork spectators of ecological-environmental issues. It addresses the evolution in the conception of the artistic fact related to science, and attempts to define the spectator＇s new role. The present document will look into the science, an and technology triad as a means to communicate issues our planet is facing through scientific dissemination focusing on the bio-art avenue for collaboration. Finally, we will outline our concept of an as a revolutionary and thoughtful form poured through our works as artistic collective expressions.

Logic as an Art and Logic as a Science＂ Is It Only Precedents or Tradition？

Nowadays the answer to the question ＂what is logic？＂ seems very simple and obvious--＂logic is a science,＂ and after that usually one says what is this science about. As for the expressions ＂logic is an art＂ or ＂the art of logic,＂ then they are only metaphors or some kind of ＂facon de parler＂ used in serious scientific discourse. One of my aims here is to trace （on the base of as authentic texts as a commentator literature） the line of development of dichotomy ＂logic as an art--logic as a science＂ and to demonstrate that both these feat uses of logic have fundamental historical roots and play very important conceptual role in any theorizing about logic. Despite the fact that （modern） logic is undoubtedly a science, it can be interpreted as an art, moreover, the analysis of logic from this point of view expands, it seems to me, the researching possibilities in the field of the philosophy of logic at least in better understanding what is logic, what creates its unity independently from the historical period of its development, topics, and methods.

The theme of the article is Polish movie Illumination directed by Krzysztof Zanussi to his own screenplay in 1972 （cinema premiere 1973）. ＂The film contains elements of Zanussi＇s intellectual biography as well as documentary elements, e.g., appearances of philosopher Wiadyslaw Tatarkiewicz＂. It is one of the most important Polish films. The purpose of the text is to examine the philosophical contexts in this film, and the relationship between ＂orders＂, ＂art＂, and ＂science＂. The research method is： semiotics, psychology of perception and comparative research. 21世纪迅速变化的知识和信息社会正在迫使STEM教育转向STEAM教育,社会期望艺术的深度融合能够平衡仅仅围绕科学技术进行教育的诸多弊端。然而,STEAM教育目前面临着艺术如何对接以及如何融入STEM教育这一巨大挑战。从STEM教育走向STEAM教育的过程是艰辛的,化解STEM教育弊端及STEAM教育挑战需要从艺术角色本身进行深度分析。事实上,STEAM教育中的"A"包含精致艺术等五种内容,传递着大艺术视角等六维理念,发挥着提升创造力等四度功能。Hetland等人以工作室思维为艺术和STEM教育的成功对接提供了模型,Bresler则为艺术融入STEM教育提供了必要的支持和结构。STEAM教育运动将是未来很长一段时期教育领域关注的热点问题,助推STEAM教育深入发展的建议有三个方面,一是重视跨学科大概念,二是强调基于艺术的实践,三是挖掘适切教育资源。
